latest around kevin corke. big news in d.c. and delaware today. >> very big indeed. tax violations, false statements, just some of the many charges that hunter biden could now be facing. telling fox news the federal investigation into hunter biden and his tax affairs have reached a critical stage with officials looking at whether or not the son should be charged with various tax violations, lobbying violations and much, much more. hunter biden has been under federal investigation since 2018, according to a source familiar with the matter. a separate source tells fox tonight that a federal grand jury looking into hunter's business dealings wrapped up its latest term late last month, the investigation, a prosecutor appointed by former president donald trump.
6:02 pm
critics point out that another possible nexus of this probe is to what extent did the president have a hand in our knowledge of hunter's business dealings? he has repeatedly denied any knowledge of his business dealings. the jury is still out. >> sean: kevin corke, thank you for that report. we know the president did have dealings with some of his foreign business partners. we've got pictures. we know those meetings took place and of course the laptop from with a lot of references to how much money the big guy joe was getting. you've also got a look at possible gun charges, the gun he lied about in the gun application thrown in a dumpster. we'll follow closely. and i violent is exploding in chicago as many big blue states and cities, murders go t. john walsh will join us for an investigation tonight and prince harry, britain's most entitled, most insufferable celebrity along with his wife

endospore again and is dependent again and compromise on national security in the meantime. this so-called transition, did you get the word of the day? transition will not make life better on the planet, it will make the planet any cleaner in effect for the foreseeable future, at least the next couple decades, is logistically and economically impossible to transition to their renewable sources of energy. the technology is not up to speed to begin with. yesterday the genie is mayor pete transportation secretariat known for filling potholes in south bend, indiana, said he liked the pain it is causing you the american people, the pain it's causing is good. take a look. speak of the more pain we are all expansive and the high price of gas the more benefit ts for those who can access electric vehicles. >> sean: the more pain, the more benefit. while that genius mayor pete is applauding your pain, joe biden
6:10 pm
continues to restrict our domestic production of oil and gas, feeling the void of heavy polluters in the middle east, south america and anywhere else but here. of course this great transition is not about saving the planet. if the earth is in such danger, why doesn't the biden administration give up their massive fleet? they have 924 jets or helicopters. of that causes the tax payer billions of dollars a year. do you pay for the jet fuel, you pay for the big fat carbon footprint. in reality it is not about the planet. instead it is all backed or socialism. democrats in theory rule in perpetuity. one big problem as it stands now, almost no one supports joe biden or his fellow democrats, but more pain is better for their agenda. now they're historically unpopular brenda quinnipiac poll out today, biden's approval rating dropped to another low, s
6:11 pm
it is even lower, 23% and according to the same poll's approval among hispanic americans is even lower, 19%. now majority of african americans pulled, they don't want biden to run for a second term. keep in mind democrats cannot win and national election but that hispanic and african american support. with reaction author of "here's the deal" number one "new york times" best seller, former senior counsel to president trump kellyanne conway along with joe concha. okay, you got the word of the day, transition. they got their talking point, i would like an answer from somebody in the administration why is it okay to import oil from countries that hate us and make them rich and not produce it domestically with the supply we have for hundreds of years. >> what a wildly unpopular
6:12 pm
president who is every minute of nearly 80 years old talking about transitioning you know that is not going to happen. so this is what is fascinating. if the president actually takes executive action as he is threatening to do, people should know what that means, that means he has subverted the process of elected representatives who were put there by the people and instead an unpopular president is basically acting alone. that comes with tons of money that he could repurpose for these climate reasons that the vast, vast majority of americans, all but a handful of americans do not think should be a top priority. in addition to your point about foreign dictators and their oil, you've got a lot of the client activist asking joe biden to go further than his de facto moratorium on offshore drilling right now. they wanted to cancel existing leases and he basically wants us to have a self-imposed moratorium on oil and gas in
6:13 pm
this country while lifting sanctions for a rant and venezuela. people need to know, this is scary stuff. by the way joe biden, you don't need to be a pollster to conclude the following. if a majority of democrats and voters of color and women and others don't want you to run for a second term, it is because they don't like what you are doing in the first term. and so taking an issue that is mired in single digits, like the climate crisis and ignoring inflation is how he earns the 19% approval rating among hispanics. they want to tell mike no more want to run out and buy electric cars than they want to call themselves latinx if you look at the polls. i don't even know why joe biden tries to be woke because there was no way you can be woke if you are sound asleep. >> sean: good question and we know that he is sound asleep. they talk about this fundamental transition to a green socialist economy. i'm not sure what that is but they have a fleet of a thousand jets and helicopters, they leave
6:14 pm
a pretty big carbon footprint and more importantly if you look at this push to electric vehicles, when you get to the bottom of the vehicle is comprised of nickel, cobalt, aluminum, manganese which is all mine from mother earth. 80% of the pair were you use to recharge the vehicle comes from oil, gas, and coal, so maybe you can explain to me how these electric vehicles that they are pushing on the american people s powered vehicle, how is that going to make a difference and how are we going to be able to afford that? >> that's the thing, if you want to buy an electric car is going to cost you 60, $50,000 and people particularly in this environment where inflation is where it is and where gas price, people can't afford this transition right now. the timing and the tone deafness of this administration is extraordinary. and executive action by the way
6:15 pm
is going to mean very little if the president goes to head with it on climate. there are many big questions about whether this possible executive action is even legal and by the time it gets there it is months from now we are talking about climate as a crisis and he doesn't talk about inflation approaching 10% of the country, that is not a crisis were more than 4 million people illegally entering this country in joe biden's first two years. that is a projection, that is not a crisis. all of the fentanyl that is the leading cause of death between the ages of 18 to 49, that is not a crisis either. as kellyanne conway pointed out before come as climate change the most important problem facing the country? if you listen to the media you would come to the conclusion that absolutely it's near the top, but nearly 1% of voters believe climate change is the most important issue, 1%, at the very bottom behind 13 other issues according to a recent you go paul.
6:16 pm
the disconnect is beyond apparent. when you are at 19% among hispanics and 23% among independent how could you possibly think of running again -- >> sean: you don't understand the philosophy of more pain, more benefit. if they want us to have the pain and they benefit with a radical agenda for that is the plan. congrats on the number one best seller list, joe concha, thank you. earlier today joe biden declared that we are now facing a climate emergency. watch this. >> since congress is not acting as a shed in these guys here are but we are not getting many republican votes, this is an emergency. an emergency. and i will look at it that way. i said last week and i will say it again loud and clear, as president i would use my executive power to combat climate crisis in the absence of congressional action. in the coming days my administration will announce the executive actions we have

that is? even if it is warming, and there is warming going on. it is sort of a distorted warming where is warming more in the north during the winter seasons or the south in their winter seasons of the entities in the middle where most people live, but even if it is warming, obviously capitalism, freedom, competition led by america has caused us to not only adapt to this but to thrive with it. if you ever look at the geological charts, what was referred to as a climate optimum around the time of rome is somehow now a climate emergency. so i'm going to quote my dad, the foundation you stand on today was built yesterday to reach for tomorrow. if you don't know yesterday and this is what we do at weather bell, we look meticulously at past weather events, but for instance that texas is like 1899 so you can see it coming --

these most important, critical facts? why would they withhold vital information from you the american people? it is because this is not and has never been a serious investigation. this outcome has and always has been a predetermined one since day one. the committee has only run edited and sliced and diced edits of the president's speech that day. they've never shown the video that day of trump saying many of you now will peacefully and patriotically march to the capital so your voices will be heard. the committee also refused to subpoena nancy pelosi. she's in charge of capital security, especially after the president authorizes the guard. muriel bowser, that is in her jurisdiction as well. she in writing rejected national guard troops. they also never subpoenaed the sergeant and arms of the capitol police chief who himself requested many times in the days leading up to and that day

national guard assistance. also ask yourself, why this committee is relying on hearsay from a former low level white house staffer who by the way claimed, i don't know if she is telling the truth or not, she didn't have any evidence, hearsay evidence that the 45th president tried to grab the steering wheel and commandeer the beast, as they call the limousine, on january 6th and claimed that she wrote a note to mark meadows claiming that anyone who went to the capital without the proper authority should leave immediately. first off, the presidential limousine driver and lead secret service agent it is reported widely prepared to testify under oath that neither man was assaulted and that mr. trump never tried to commandeer the steering wheel but have not been called by the committee. former white house lawyer eric herschmann says that is his handwriting, he authored that note. when a call in a handwriting expert? let's determine who wrote the note. if lawmakers really wanted to
