people, special like president biden who has already received two booster doses. will it have the same drastic effect? we are not sure. but the good news is anyone with four doses of the vaccine weather 79 or who takes it, the chance of having severe outcomes from covid-19 is less than 1%. that is based on a lot of data that has recently come out of israel. the chances of president biden, despite the fact he is 79, despite the fact he has heart issues, cholesteryl issues, that would make him high-risk. but the chance of him even with that extremely low. >> kayleigh: that is good to hear. we have this new video coming in. let's play it this is vice president kamala harris giving a thumbs up and asked about the president's condition just moments ago. julia come i want to set the stage for what is happening in the white house. i was in the white house when president trump got covid-19 but again a very different time then then it is now.

it was october 2nd. it was late at night. the president of the united states went on fox news when i got a call saying the president had covid-19 but i don't even know he knew his diagnoses when i found out because he was on air with the diagnoses coming through. the next day going into the white house october 3rd, it is a jarring feeling no matter if it is today or two years ago to have the oval office that empty. the holes were eerie, president trump sequestered and the residents much like president biden is currently now. it is a very serious situation to be in the west wing without a president regardless of the fact. >> julie: it was a much more severe time. we all remember it so well because this was during experimental drugs. the vaccine was not widely acceptable by fda standards so he was given an experimental, as you remember, antibody drug. purity actually developed pneumonia. this was a very different strain and thank god, a handle on this
