6:00 pm
you can read miranda devine's blockbuster story we told you about at the top of the show. tomorrow will be on the front page of the near posted tomorrow we'll be back on television at 8:00 p.m. the show that's the enemy of lying, pomposity, smugness, and groupthink. stay tuned for sean hannity to whom we are going four seconds early, catching them totally by surprise. >> sean: will "share it, man," replaced "come on, man." ." are you a junkie? >> tucker: he knows a thing or two about dope i have a feeling. >> sean: talked his son about that. welcome to "hannity." it's official, another whopping three quarters of a percent interest rate hike from your fed. we're going to explain in great detail how this is going to impact your ability to get a loan, pay off debt, finance a car, house, whatever. and how many americans will now be shut out of the dream, the american dream of owning a home
6:01 pm
thanks to joe biden's insane economic and energy policies. breaking moments ago, senator joe manchin just gave into the radical climate alarmist called new green deal cult agreeing to a new massive spending deal. we are going to show you how his deal is going to hurt the people specifically in his state of west virginia and hurt them dramatically. another day, another scandal surrounding the president son hunter biden and later we will bring you disturbing new details about justice kavanaugh's would be assassin. by the way, in a terrible decision tonight, and the nicholas sandmann case, will tell you about that but first we begin. you probably didn't notice joe biden has been in isolation for about a week following his covid-19 diagnoses. good news. he is apparently all better and resuming his normal schedule. which is like his covid schedule. waking up late, going to bed early, plenty of naps.
6:02 pm
very few public events and during the speech in the rose garden is you just stop about covid and his covid journey, biden had to evoke the uniter that he is, his favorite subject, donald trump. >> when my predecessor got covid he had to get helicopter to walter reed medical center. he was severely ill. thankfully he recovered. when i got covid i worked in the offices upstairs and then five-day period. the differences vaccinations of course. >> tucker: what joe failed to mention, the dominant variant of the omicron is much, much weaker than the original strain that affected than president trump. by the way, not that i recall i never saw a donald trump trip, not once, not twice, but three times climbing up the stairs to air force one and then having a spokesperson claim it was very windy. i don't know what's worse, that he tripped three times worth of
6:03 pm
the wind blew him over. donald trump never got blown over by the wind. this current covid variant is so weak that even trail cognitively impaired 79 euros can recover at home with no problem whatsoever and by the way he forgot to mention he took the antiviral medicine paxlovid. it was aided by a highly effective new treatment and biden was helped by the vaccines which were made possible by president trump's operation warp speed. but god forbid president biden would never give any credit to his predecessor. the uniter in chief that he is just doesn't seem to have it in him. >> millions of americans have used paxlovoid. i tell you what. i used it. paxlovid, including me.
6:04 pm
>> sean: joe biden is a train wreck. presidency is an abject failure. according the white house press secretary every thing is going great. americans are more prosperous than ever before. we are not in a recession. and based on the administration's brand-new definition of a recession they would be right except it's not the true definition of a recession. take a look. >> why is it white house officials are trying to redefine recession? >> we are not redefining recession. >> we understand to be two consecutive quarters of negative gdp growth in a row. you have white house official saying no, that's not what a recession is. it's something else. how is that not redefining recession? >> that is not the definition. >> it's saying in 2008 "the course economist have a technical definition which is two consecutive quarters of negative growth." >> i can tell you. >> two negative quarters of gdp
6:05 pm
growth is not the technical definition of recession. >> it is not. it is not. >> sean: out. checkmate peter doocy. no wonder 79% of democratic voters want someone else at the helm in 2024 even according to a fake new scene in poll. take a look. >> 75%, the vast majority of democrats, 3 out of 4, don't want biden to be their nominee in 2024. that's according to a new cnn poll. david axelrod, former senior advisor to president obama. i heard that in sort of stopped in my tracks for a second. three quarters of democrats don't want the incumbent president to run again? how worried should biden be right now about that? >> well. obviously this is a very unhappy bit of data for him. i'm sure it's concerning. >> sean: it's a little more than concerning, david. it's humiliating for joe biden
6:06 pm
and it speaks volumes. even democratic leaders in congress included some of joe's old friends from the senate, they are openly refusing to endorse a joe biden second term. take a look at this. >> do you support the president in his reelection bid? >> i am working on my own election and that's all i'm focused on right now. >> the president chooses to run again in 2024, first of all, i am focused on winning the majority right now. preserving a majority this year in 2022 so we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. but i think if the president has a vision that is something certainly we are all willing to entertain and examine. >> do you believe president biden should run for a second term? >> i have said if he runs, i'll support them. >> do you want to see joe biden run for second term? >> that's an easy question. >> i don't want to answer that question. i don't want answer that question. he's the president. he has the right to run for a
6:07 pm
second term. i'd rather you not. >> sean: he has the right to run. it isn't just about biden's age, cognitive decline. instead the entire administration is foiled on literally every key issue. the problem is democrats, who are they going to elect that would adopt better economic and energy policies because i don't see that happening because 95% of the democratic party as part of the climate alarmist cult from afghanistan to covid to our southern border, gas prices, inflation, supply chain, you name it. widespread failure. now he's going to waste billions more on climate initiatives and tax evil corporations. how many times have i told you corporations do not pay taxes. when those new tax hikes go into effect they will pass them onto the people of west virginia and the other 49 states. great win, joe. tonight there is yet another looming threat of the white house is all but ignoring.
6:08 pm
that's the people's republic of china, a massive problem. two years after infecting the world with covid-19, china's communist dictatorship is openly threatening to invade taiwan. they are waging of bloody genocide against the country's minority uighur population. they are trampling on human rights in hong kong. they are threatening our own speaker of the house, nancy pelosi. this is a line it's being crossed when we visit an ally, taiwan. sadly china's communist party is also a malignant force in the united states. intellectual property theft, mass production of fentanyl that they bring to our southern border. widespread espionage. china is constantly looking to get ahead at our expense. it's a hostile regime. led by a hostile actor. even worse is china is now harvesting your data, spying on your family, plain sight. they do it to the popular chinese owned app known as tiktok. here is joe rogan explaining why
6:09 pm
tiktok is and can be a legitimate threat to your privacy and your security. take a look at this. >> i think they saw the people are addicted to social media and they came up with the most addictive version of social media which is tiktok. it's the most addictive by far. it is the best for sucking people in. my kids, [bleep] hook, line, and sinker. and i know a lot of people, grown people. it starts playing things immediately. playing you new things. new things. you are sucked into it. all the while it is monitoring your keystrokes. your audio settings. that means it has access to microphone. it's listening to you. it ends with china having all of your data. if they develop. >> then what? >> sean: to be clear, we are not accusing joe rogan of being a conservative. to recap, china, are they really harvesting our data, spying,
6:10 pm
stealing? threatening to invade our ally, taiwan? killing our people in this country, flooding the country with fentanyl? now they are buying up thousands upon thousands, hundreds of thousands of acres of american land. that would include 300 acres near a top-secret u.s. military drone base in north dakota. 130,000 acres near u.s. air force base in texas. china has purchased land, install telecommunications equipment, there four u.s. air force bases. deeply concerning. any american land owned by china's commonest government is a huge problem. here is what one rancher, they are buying up branches and farmland in droves, literally hundreds of thousands of acres, this is what one rancher told our own sara carter. >> it's kind of funny. china's commonest parties actually purchasing property in the united states of america. farmland, ranches. >> you're right, it's very
6:11 pm
shocking. they are known adversaries of the united states. how are we allowing that to happen question maxima needs to ask that hard question then dive into that and hold someone accountable for that. it's not going to turn out in a good manner. >> sean: the rancher's right here we need to ask the question then biden needs to answer because he's doing nothing. however i must give credit where it's due to the chairman of the joint chiefs and that would be general milley. he has been meeting with his counterparts in the region, hopefully building strong partnerships to be able to stand up to china especially their very strong territorial ambitions towards taiwan and elsewhere and at the same time the administration is now looking to ease tariffs, increased imports, make matters worse, 1 million barrels of american oil that biden released from our strategic petroleum reserves shipped to china. that's for us in case of an emergency. what's really going on?
6:12 pm
here with a full report from oklahoma, investigative reporter, journalist, fox news contributor sara carter. sarah, how many thousands of acres are we talking about and why are we talking about ranches and why are so many locations close to military installations? >> those are the same questions, sean, that governor kevin stitt and governor ron desantis, governor greg abbott are asking governors all across the country, g.o.p. governors asking those questions. what we know is 192,000 acres of land were actually purchased by china according to the u.s. department of agriculture by 2019. but just this last year, over the past 12 months, prior to march, $6.1 billion of land. this is according to the national realist noticing fusion, purchased by the chinese communist party. here in oklahoma where the governor is investigating loopholes in the system that
6:13 pm
have actually allowed straw men, people that are pretending to be one thing but are actually representing china to purchase the land. not only that. when they are discovering is that the chinese communist party is actually laundering money from mexico. take a listen to this. kevin stitt today on his family farm. there's been an enormous concern lately about information and evidence that the chinese communist party has been purchasing land here in the united states. hundreds of thousands of acres near our most sensitive military installations. our farmland, ranches. does that concern you? >> it really does. we pulled the stats and oklahoma was the number one land purchased by the communists or foreign nationals last year, 2020, than any other state.
6:14 pm
380,000 acres. that's a red flag for anybody. we need to have strong borders. we need to know exactly what's happening. it's already illegal in oklahoma for foreign nationals to own a farmland. what they are doing is because of the marijuana industry, they are coming in. we have got kind of a low barrier to entry. they are coming in and using straw buyers and buying up land for drug trafficking, illegal drug trafficking. we are passing laws, getting control of that. >> and money laundering. >> we had huge drug bust where we arrested 15 foreign nationals, $500 million in marijuana. and seized some bank accounts and other states where they were laundering money through and we all should be concerned about the communist party and what they are doing. and where they are purchasing land and what's the purpose behind it? you've got to really ask yourself and you know the communist party is monitoring everything their citizens do. we would be fools to think they
6:15 pm
are not monitoring what's happening in the u.s. strategically planting spies or whatever. we need to control our own food supply just like we need to control our own energy supply. we need to meet the demands of americans their own resources and we sell our assets away, and we use other foreign governments to supply our needs in america, that's our national security issue for us and it's something that needs to be taken seriously and i just don't see the biden administration doing any thing about it. >> sean, i can tell you this. intelligence officials that i have spoken to here and in the united states and overseas are very concerned about what governor stitt is talking about. the land purchase there are most sensitive military installations they believe are being accessed by the chinese communist party. chinese military as well as chinese intelligence. they say they need to get to the bottom of this. they need to put a stop to it. but they don't have any hope for
6:16 pm
the biden administration is going to do that. sean. >> sean: sara carter, scary report. thank you very much. the governor was dead on accurate. my next guests are bowing to investigate china's u.s. land grab and hold them accountable a variable to take the majority of the house. here with morris florida men will might, this is a clear danger. i would make them so that land back to the u.s. as the governor point out, it's illegal in the first place in oaklawn. >> let me tell you what's going on in these air force bases. north dakota. some of our most sensitive drone and space technology that connects our space assets to our drones. so to intercept that from a few miles away isn't that hard. in texas when they are buying up hundreds of thousands of acres where we train our pilots, the
6:17 pm
bigger piece is that the chinese communist party, part of their national strategy to replace us as a global power, seeking to dominate our supply chain. they dominated our pharmaceuticals, solar panels, wind turbines that the left are trying to push us towards. in this case, now it's our food supply. in addition to the land they are buying up, they also bought the nation's largest pork processing plant. buying up grain mills. they know that if they can win this economically, if they can choke us off with these supply chains, add computer chips and all kinds of others on top of it then they don't have to worry about the military conflict. add the debt on top, the stimulus checks keep flowing out to deal with a virus that they unleashed that are flowing through amazon and write to their manufacturing, it is checkmate. when you see made in china, put it down.
6:18 pm
it's not just a jobs issue. it's a national security issue we have got to wake up as a country. >> sean: i have always been a peace through strength person. because the weakness of the president, an unholy alliance has emerged purity of the hostile regimes of russia, iran, china. a new axis of evil, if you will. i would immediately if our president, i'm not. order that china has to sell the property or we will confiscate their property. i don't think americans are allowed to buy land in china, are they? >> great to be on here with michael. we introduced h.r. 3847, to specifically try to force that, to try to stop the chinese communist party. from able to pick up and buy american land. can you imagine, can you imagine
6:19 pm
if we woke up one day. khrushchev is buying up dirt across the country. can you imagine what we do? the reaction would've been off the charts but yet we are kind of asleep with the switch. chinese communist party taking specific steps like michael outlined to attack our country. by the way, it's not just china. we have 37 million acres in this country that are foreign-owned. that is essentially the size of iowa here we need to wake up. we need to wake up here in washington and prohibit this and stop it and not allowed to have our agriculture products have 140,000 acres next to laughlin air force base in texas in south texas and vulgarity texas. extremely concerning from a national security standpoint. so i agree with you completely. >> sean: my mother used to say we will rue the day. one of the mistakes in afghanistan on top of abandoning americans, people with green cards, afghan allies and military clement, president trump had planned on keeping control of bagram
6:20 pm
airbase which would have been pivotal especially from a geopolitical standpoint. this needs to be dealt with and i hope general milley was assessable. i know he was meeting with his counterparts in the region, creating partnerships to stand up against china. let's see what comes with that. this has to end. this process needs to stop. that proper needs to get back in american hands and they need to buy property in their own country. thank you both. coming up, biden's economic crisis got worse today and likely is going to get more spike tomorrow. we will tell you more about it. how much more can you the american people take? disturbing details about the man that tried to assassinate up in court justice kavanaugh. there's a lot more to the story. we have it straight ahead.
6:21 pm
in a recent clinical study, patients using salonpas patch reported reductions in pain severity, using less or a lot less oral pain medicines. and improved quality of life. that's why we recommend salonpas. it's good medicine.
6:22 pm
6:23 pm
6:24 pm
6:25 pm
>> sean: tonight, even more disturbing details about the attempted assassination against justice brett kavanaugh last month. here with the latest, matt finn. we found out a lot today. >> sean, new fbi search warrant describes the man accused of attempting to assassinate justice kavanaugh planned his plot, even googling assassin skills and most effective place to stab someone. the documents show that the 26-year-old allegedly message with another internet user about his plan to kill kavanaugh. messaging in part "i'm going to stop roe v. wade from being overturned. person number one response "what are you trying to do?" writing "remove some people from the supreme court. going on to write "i could get at least one which would change the votes for decades to come when i'm shooting for three, all
6:26 pm
the major decisions for the past ten years have been along party party line so if there are more liberal than conservative judges, they will have the power." planning on targeting at least two other supreme court justices but did not identify them. last month he was carrying a gun, ammunition, and a knife when police arrested him. he said he was upset about the position on roe v. wade in the second mode. roske is charged with attempted murder. >> sean: matt finn, thank you. even more warning signs for the biden economy. new data shows a massive decline in new home sales in june. we've been telling you this was going to happen. mortgage applications, last week reportedly known decline for the fourth consecutive week to the lowest level since the year 2,000. it comes as nearly half of americans are now falling deeper into debt as hardworking, middle-class families, people on fixed incomes are all suffering under rising costs. team biden lowering expectations
6:27 pm
with one advisor saying at least there isn't a famine. okay, that's a high standard to compare to. take a look. >> i think our economy is more resilient to the types of challenges that we faced. for example, with respect to food, we are a net exporter of agricultural commodities. obviously the high prices are hitting americans very hard but in a way that's different from some places that are facing famine for example. >> sean: just wait on that. farmers call my radio show with a partner percent increase in fertilizer. people being double. farmers paying double for seeds. guess what. food prices are going to go higher. meanwhile, major corporations, mcdonald's, coke, huggies are among the major brands that are hiking their costs. all in response to joe biden's surging inflation. a41 year high. even in new york, if you're
6:28 pm
joe biden, bodegas are feeling the squeeze. forced to raise prices on deli sandwiches, other popular items. in many cases those prices have doubled. according to the daily mail, at least two out of every five americans are now looking for a second source of income just to stay afloat. according to "the new york post," inflation is even impacting america's dating lives with young singles telling the paper inflation is making them rethink what they are spending on their dates. earlier today the federal reserve raised interest rates by a whopping 75 basis points, second month in a row, all in an effort to curb inflation. that means borrowing costs will rise even further. breaking tonight in washington, senator joe manchin has made a sudden reversal. he went to build back broke. he says he will now support the biden backed green new deal socialist bill on climate along with more reckless spending on
6:29 pm
"renewables," and a 50% tax on corporations which by the way corporations don't pay taxes, joe. that gets passed on to we the american people. democrats are once again lying to you, trying to claim their socialist spending bonanza will reduce inflation. let me be clear. it will do the opposite. it is one big democratic tax hike coming at a time when married couples already because of biden inflation are paying $6800 more per year. individuals are paying $3400 a year. the average american driving to work is paying an estimated $2,000 more per year just on gasoline. this reckless spending plan reportedly included the 15% corporate minimum tax. over $100 billion. more on irs enforcement. you get the hannity treatment. i already get that treatment. nearly $400 billion for they are calling energy security and climate change which is code for
6:30 pm
climate change alarmism. senator joe manchin who first held out and stood for the people of west virginia, he just whacked his own state for the massive tax increase and a full frontal assault on an energy sector that's at the heart of west virginia's economy. here with reaction. charles payne is with us. so we are going to get gdp numbers. they want to change the definition of recession. now we are seeing something happen and it's happening faster than i thought it would. new home construction because interest rates will be higher. that will come to a screeching halt. the sale of pre-existing homes. that will drop. nobody's going to want to give up a 2.5%, 3%, 3.75% fixed rate. that's going to stop. home values will not plummet. so that now is going to really put the economy in a tank. am i wrong on any of that? >> not only are you right but i think the most important point is how fast this is going to happen. people are going to wake up.
6:31 pm
what happened? you mentioned new home sales. the average price of a new home in april was 569,000. last month it was 456,000. in two months it lost $100,000 in value. big about that for a moment. what if you bought a new house two months ago you're already $100,000 in the hole? almost every single day i'm looking at this data. it's not just these data points are missing. coming down with his big-time moves but lightning speed. it's frightening. it's really frightening. it's going to get a whole lot worse. >> sean: for example you buy a half a million-dollar home. if you had it at 3% mortgage. now you're at six, 7%, whatever it is going to rise to with a 75 basis point increase again this month like last month. so now over the course of your loan you're going to pay what, another 200,000 to 300,000 in interest payments. what percentage of the
6:32 pm
population is going to be pushed out of the home buying market? >> you know what. a large part is already pushed out. there are no starter homes. all the houses being bought by wall street, foreign buyers, second buyers. it makes it prohibitive. you talk about the american dream. it has gone completely kaput. you know it's gone through the roof even faster? rent. people, that's one of the things, the consumer price index. rents is on the rise like crazy. today they were saying going to try to break the back of the company but he thinks it's the only thing we can break the fever. >> sean: let me ask you, you're smarter on the economy than i am. i contend corporations don't pay taxes because when the tax bill goes up, they pass it right on to we the people, the consumer. am i right or is joe manchin
6:33 pm
right? >> they pass on as much as they can pass on and if they can't pass it on they firing people. if that's not enough they stop research and development. if that's not enough. these are for-profit businesses. by the way they are used to ups and downs. they know that the cycle changes. if they have to go to some sort of a foxhole and wait out a couple years until a more business friendly administer she gets in, they'll do that but the average person is going to pay a price once again. our country will pay a heavy price. >> sean: the poor, the middle-class catholic one fixed income getting clobbered now and it's going to get worse. sad. by the way, all preventable. a lot of it is because of the energy policies. it's okay. we can import energy from russia, iran, venezuela, saudi arabia, and opec. but we won't produce it domestically. where we can do it faster, cheaper, and cleaner. how does that make sense? it's insane. charles payne, thank you. you had, house republicans demanding answers from hunter biden's financial advisor over
6:34 pm
very suspicious business transactions that we didn't know about until today. federal judge dismissed nicholas sandmann's media libel lawsuit. joe concha will weigh in and i'll tell you why i believe nicholas sandmann wins in the end. straight ahead.
6:35 pm
6:36 pm
6:37 pm
6:38 pm
>> sean: in other news, house republicans demanding answers from hunter biden's financial advisor over his clients zero experience shady foreign dealings that joe did know about. he lied. the advisor whose name is edward pruitt was allegedly advising hunter at the same time that his deals were being flagged by u.s. banks as suspicious. as congressman james comer points out in the letter, more
6:39 pm
than 150 transactions from the bidens business dealings have been flagged by u.s. banks through filings of suspicious activity reports to the financial crimes enforcement network. here to explain his republican congressman james comer. tell us what you found. this is new and in light of yesterday's details about possibly the fbi and the doj whistle-blowers claiming that they are protecting hunter biden with outright lies, claiming evidence is misinformation. i think this case sounds like it's about to blow wide open. >> it is. who we got yesterday were text messages between edward pruitt who was hunter biden's financial planner and hunter biden to where hunter was being coached by mr. pruitt on how to avoid getting suspicious activity reports on financial transactions. remember, a suspicious activity report is when the bank notifies the federal government that they
6:40 pm
have a strong suspicion of criminal activity by their client. hunter biden received at least 150 of these from multiple banks so the fact that hunter knew what he was doing was probably wrong. he was being coached by this mr. pruitt to buy the way i'm sure won't come as a surprise to you, sean, former clinton operative from little rock. >> sean: all right, where do you take this next? how do we get to the truth here? what do we do if you have people, high-ranking people in the fbi and doj saying, basically running interference and saying it's misinformation when we know damn well, it's not misinformation. like the lied in the weeks it needing up to the election that the laptop was misinformation. >> we need the suspicious activity reports. that's what my committee is focused on. the president bush, president obama, president trump, any member of congress could request from the
6:41 pm
treasury department suspicious activity reports. when joe biden became president, in the dark of night without telling anyone, he went in and changed it. now no one in congress, not just the member of the house, nobody even with high security clearance can get this information. joe biden changed another rule in life you need to protect his son. so if we had these suspicious activity reports we would know what laws they were breaking because no bank is going to notify the federal government there client is breaking up, especially if it's some of the vice president of the united states because when the bank notifies the government the bank examiners rolling in no bank regardless of whether they are a community bank or a wall street bank, wants the bank examiners in there anymore then i have to. the federal government knew this. this. the suspicious activity reports occurred throughout the entire obama presidency. yet nothing ever became of them by the fed so what charles grassley said yesterday makes
6:42 pm
perfect sense that there was a potential cover-up by the federal government because i don't understand why hunter biden was allowed to continue to behave this way with all the evidence that points to wrongdoing. >> sean: another example, i have been saying equal justice under the law in america is dead, equal application of our laws is dead. we saw with the trump-russia collusion. lying to the fisa court, nobody held accountable. hunter biden. a real quid pro quo with joe. don't have equal justice. if you are republican and you jaywalk, you're going to jail for ten years and you have 30 guys with their gun drawn. cnn fake news. that's the way it works in america. appreciate the update. also breaking tonight, federal judge in kentucky has tossed five defamation suit filed by nicholas sandmann against "the new york times," cbs, gwinnett, rolling stone.
6:43 pm
sandman did previously settle. nicholas sandmann, then a high school senior falsely accused of harassing a native american elder, nathan phillips, back in 2019 in washington, d.c., setting up yet another round of fake news from the mob and the media. you might recall. >> it's become an invitation for confrontation. some have referred to as a modern-day version of the confederate battle flight. >> in some ways were presenting for many of us the kind of racial animus. >> the hat carries a certain connotation that provokes a conditioned reaction for many people. especially from marginalized people. >> think about the symbol of the red hat. when i say the make america great again hat now i am triggered. >> sean: triggered by a hat. that wasn't all. far left lunatic ana navarro treated saying the native american elder taunted by
6:44 pm
a racist maga hat wearing teens." a former host posting on this question. have you ever seen a more pleasurable facing this kid? 16, 17? vicious, unhinged. here with more, fox news contributor joe concha. there were three settlements. nbc, "the washington post," cnn. the cnn case, you had a similar set up. it was thrown out originally on judgment but on appeal, he got a lot of money from fake news cnn, nondisclosed. i'm sure it was significant. this kid did nothing wrong even when the videotape came out showing he did not approach mr. phillips. they still claimed he did. and they still called him racist and he's not a public figure. so you don't have the time zvi sullivan standard. i think he wins again. >> absolutely if it goes to
6:45 pm
appeal. you called ana navarro a far left analyst. remember she has called a republican strategist when she is introduced on the view. strategist for whom exactly? i would love to hear how many winning campaigns she's done? you're right, giving what we saw with "the washington post" and cnn settling out of court. those were $250 million lawsuits against those organizations. it's interesting that this judge. appointed by jimmy carter by the way. decides to throw these dudes out purity think about the way "the new york times" or rolling stone or these other outlets reported on nicholas sandmann, painting him as basically the face of teenage racism. no different than the way cnn and "the washington post" did and it's hard not to see this ruling as anything other than politically motivated because cnn or "the washington post," they have plenty of legal resources. they knew that it was in their
6:46 pm
best interest to settle because they were on the losing side of this argument. based on what you mentioned before, the video evidence that anybody can see at home in the cordova public -- the court of public opinion. the judge says where's the beef? there's plenty of beef. sandmann continues this pursuit and he will win. >> sean: he will win, just like the first time with cnn, thrown out, summary judgment. i would anticipate on appeal, as long as he doesn't get another jimmy carter judge, i think will be okay. joe concha, appreciate your insight. when we come back, the mayor of new york city says new york city is a laughingstock after 18 was caught on camera repeatedly punching an nypd cop and was back on the streets within 24 hours. meanwhile the biden administration refuses to call out the nation's out-of-control crime of crisis what it really is. just like they want to redefine the word recession.
6:47 pm
why don't they like the real definitions of words? interesting question. what is a woman? can a man get pregnant? these are questions i never thought we'd be asking on the show but we are. new astepro allergy. no allergy spray is faster. with the speed of astepro, almost nothing can slow you down. because astepro starts working in 30 minutes, while other allergy sprays take hours. and astepro is the first and only 24-hour steroid free allergy spray. now without a prescription. astepro and go.
