i remember when airlines, everybody hated regulations because it drove prices. at least the airlines ran relatively smoothly. now you go to the airport. >> rosanna: it happened to me just last week coming back from miami. i was on the tarmac. we are next for takeoff. pilots sra, we've got to go back to the gate. then we are delayed, then canceled, than trying to get another flight. we finally get on another flight and we get to laguardia and then we can find a gate and we sit on the tarmac for another hour and i get home at 130 in the morning. anyway. i talked to the ceo of delta about a month ago because delta opened up this gorgeous terminal at laguardia. what good is it if you don't have anybody working there. he said they are hiring hundreds of people a month but it takes a long time to get them up to speed. that's what we are dealing with.
