threats of military action? if in fact xi said anything suggesting as much on the call, then china has unilaterally changed the rules of the arrangement and promised war if america does not comply. that's a monumental event which is why it is imperative that the american public know not only what xi said, but exactly how biden responded. now, before the show, i went on to a twitter account to see -- i did actually do that. it was painful, but i went on to say if he is calling for the release of transcripts. nothing on there. should the american people see the transcript of this call especially in light of the business deals between joe biden, his family, and the chinese communist government? >> it is funny you went on vinman's twitter feed because i did as well. he has a great lasagna recipe on there. but nothing about this. if president xi actually levelled this threat, all right, against a top u.s. lawmaker,

this shows you two things: either that the president is weak in biden or he is compromised because of his son and the shady dealings that he did over there. goodwin is right. release the transcript, and we will see who is telling the truth. >> charlie, i'm going to head to you. i was hosting "fox & friends" a few months ago when breaking news that came in that putin was putting russian nukes on high alert. i have nine children. i was pretty frightened that day. now a few months later we have basically china potentially threatening world war iii. we don't know where the president stands on this. is it fair to say right now that america and the world is demonstrably more dangerous under joe biden than it was under donald trump? >> i think without a doubt. the biggest reason for that is exactly what we're talking about right here, the lack of clarity. clarity is not only good for our allies. it is also good for our enemies. obviously there are times where

it's beneficial to use language or to do things that you sort of hide stuff from your enemy. you know, clarity for the enemy can also be a very good thing, a very important thing so they know you don't touch that hot stove. the nice thing about having, you know, 12 aircraft carrier groups is you don't want to mess with the united states. but you have to have a clear message. and this administration has no clear message. and, you know, the important thing about putin is that you know who putin sounds like when he talks these days? he sounds just like joe biden. he gives speeches talking about the putin price hike in the united states and the putin gas hike in the united states, because it helps him to demonstrate that he's brought the united states to its knees. joe biden and vladimir putin are speaking from the exact same book these days to international audiences, and that's terrifying but also goes back to the point of a total lack of clarity. >> speaking of carrier groups, at least we are moving the ronald reagan aircraft carrier

putin attempt to invade ukraine, if now china is so emboldened to say you know what? this country is weak in the u.s. they are not going to do anything. >> it is a very fair statement to say, and i will say not too long ago we had another guest on "fox & friends," an expert in intelligence of russian dissent. she has been following the ukraine situation. she told me she's very concerned about the depletion of our own weapons because we're sending so much to ukraine, so not a good time to get into yet another spat with another major power. >> does anybody think we actually know where all those weapons are going that we're sending to ukraine? don't ever forget the whole reason putin was able to invade ukraine is because of this administration's energy policies that raised the price of gasoline and vladimir putin went shopping because of joe biden's gas price hike. >> i call it the green new deal war. >> it is. >> all right. biden and democrats want to add hundreds of billions of dollars in new spending. but they're making a bold claim.
