being judicious about what they took. we are also learning trump's team voluntarily overturned 15 boxes to the government way back in january and the former president's lawyers had a meeting with investigators in june over the issue. they still decided to raid his place anyway. trump coming out swinging over what happened. sing at the prosecutorial misconduct, the weaponization of the justice system, and an attack by radical left democrats who desperately don't want me to run again in 2024. republicans wanting the doj and anti-garland they better be ready to explain themselves or face the consequences. >> what was on the word? what were you really doing? why not talk to president trump and have him give you the information you are after? >> we now find justice in america is not equal. determining whether you want to go after a political person or not. i do go after your political foes? i think that's wrong. >> the fbi going after trump has lost their way. this is an unending desire to

[laughter] okay, let me tell you what i think. what happened to donald trump last night was a continuing example of the left's attempt for the last seven years to take this man down. that's search warrant and the subsequent execution of that warrant was nothing more than a subterfuge, a fishing expedition to get whatever they can against this man, because in seven years they have not been able to get anything against him. we've got a politicized justice department, a politicized fbi. all i have to tell you as we have a department of justice and in the fbi is willing to sick the fbi on parents as domestic terrorists. we now have the irs about the 67,000 irs agents against the rest of us. this is classic overreach. let me tell you about donald trump. are you kidding me?

classified records he could unilaterally declassify as president? he could say he declassified them. you come -- i was a judge, if you came to me and said you wanted a search warrant my first question is why do you want to search warrant? why not a subpoena? if i had all the facts i would know that this president had been working with them and had already given them 15 boxes that the media kept saying were retrieved. you know what? the national association of records archives, national archives and records administration wrote a letter saying we obtain the cooperation of trump representatives to locate records, not transferred to the national archive. they admitted when they kept saying trump didn't want to give them the records, trump said look, i'm working with you up if they give them a letter saying he was cooperating with us. but now what they want to do is they come of the fbi that lied to the pfizer judges.

potential role of incitement of insurrection and the stopping of the certification of the electoral college. so that is going on over here on the side, right? then you have this raid that is ostensibly about the issue of preserving presidential records. but andy mccarthy came in today and wrote a really good piece today that in "the new york post" where he said they are casting a wide net, exactly what janine is saying. they are looking to fish through all of these documents to see if is anything that can help them in this larger picture because they are under a lot of pressure to come up with something to get him not to run again in 2024. but you know one of the dash the thing that kept strikingly last night as i was watching the videos of these flashing lights outside the house, right? i spoke to a federal prosecutor this morning beside the over demonstration of people and cars and flashing lights in front of the house, they didn't need to

go in there with that kind of force and that kind of drama and theater. if they didn't get this right, this would be the biggest boondoggle in law enforcement history. it will do nothing but inspired this former president to run again and probably fire up his supporters -- think about the way roger stone was brought in, think about peter navarro, think about all of the history here. my mind goes back to james comey going in in the early stages while they were in the transition with michael flynn, and you know what he said just send some guys over there. they are not really with it yet, they don't know how this works. sent some agents an end see what you can get out of michael flynn before they can figure out how all of this works. because all the way back to the story. they better have it, they better have it nailed down an airtight or it's going to blow up in their faces. >> you do point out there is a pattern to this, so normally you should be able to trust the fbi, but not in the last ten years. it's kind of over a period but then you look at the fact that

trust this judge. they say a judge must've signed off on it. you can't trust this guy. so they go in and they will probably do a fishing expedition. god knows what they're going to find. but it's also trying to freeze the trump base. are you going to vote for the sky. you know it could be indicted soon telling the republican donors don't donate to this guy. republican corporate guys, don't go near him. that's what's going on. it's intimidation and bullying. look at this thing that he did. he was cooperating to. so he's at almost nine months of cooperation and is already handed over 15 boxes. he could have declassified this before he left the white house. so they get him, they bring teams and already, they are showing him where stuff is, they are showing them where they keep it up with the teams us keep it secure and locked up eric trump's lawyers -- trump even stopped in and swung by and said hello, next thing you know they send 30 men with a safe

cracker? what are they doing? emily told the trump lawyers don't look at what we are doing, don't record what we're doing better that's not to buy the book. if you look at what hillary has done i mean she has acid washed 40,000 emails under subpoena. andrew comey comes out and he says yes, they had over 100 classified documents in her possession. and yes, they did break the law, but no prosecutor would ever touch it. then sandy burkert goes into the national archives and said didn't raise his home. two cia directors have classified information on their home computers. their homes weren't rated. fbi director took sensitive documents outside, they didn't write his home. this is bull and it's going to boomerang to big time. everybody can feel it.
