and teacher death mystery for nancy grace investigation streaming now on fox station. i know i said goodbye already but i miss you so i'm backo again to say goodbye for the second time. t. that's going to be it for us here tonight. tucker will be back ontue monda. tunene in to watch his reaction to this week's insane news at, eight p.m. eastern. hehe will haveig a lot to say. thank you so much. have a great night. and welcome this friday night to hannity. tonight, the deep state, y' the democratic party, the media mob, they are once againrece teaming up to promote yet a brand new conspiracy theory. this time the hysteria might b be worse than ever. make the rnc fan favorites. they are now suggesting that donald trump should be executedt ,can't make it up. also tonight, remember john paul, mac, isaac, the computer repairman. he's going to join us now. he turned over biden's laptop to the fbi. and according to him, he now
11:01 pm
is telling us that he waste threatened by agents to stay quiet. his storynents straight ahead.a also, hunter, meanwhile, take a look pictured here, beautiful kiowa beach, south carolina, enjoying a lavish vacation with his father, footloose, fancy free . we'll have w more on the double standard in this country as it relates to justice. but first, we begin with a text from augusta, a 20 16 .t, why do we stop here? stay with us at the time, top fbi lawyer lisa page, absolutete distraught. she was terrified at the prospect that donaldd trump would be elected president. she texted, texted herct colleague and lover, top fbi investigator peter struck, quoting, quote, trump's notot ever going to become president.b right? struck respondedecome, no, he'st . will stop it.it then a week later, struck texted, quote, i believe that the path that you threw out for consideration in andy's office, we assume andy mccabe p, that
11:02 pm
there is no way he gets elected. but i'm afraid we can'tel take that risk. a it's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40 . so they had an insurance policy and they wanted to stop donald trump from ever becoming president and they had planned to do so in the weeks and months that followed. well, they were two main t attempts by the fbi and the doj to destroy donaldwo trump. the first was a totally debunked russia alfa bank trump tower server story that wentt nowhere. th and then the second one was more sinister. that wasa hillary clinton and her dirty russian misinformation dossier a that se paid for. and despite warnings from brussels or in august of 2016, even john brennan warning obama that the dossier was political op research and not to be trusted. despite claims from the dossier, author christopher steele that the material wase unverifiable. well, regardless, m of all of y that, the fbi used the dossier to obtain fisa warrants not

once but four times to go after one innocent american, carter page, and also as a backdoor into the trump campaign. later, the trump transition team team and yes, the trump white house . ls they also usedo it as a basis for the multi year mueller witch. so you might be asking yourself why would augusta 2016 be relevant? well, not withstanding the hardworking fbi agents at field offices around the country, the ninety five , six percent of good people95 tht protect us from the cartels and drug dealers and human traffickers and the mob and everyone else since 2016, we have chronicled on this show the upper echelon the seventh floorr, the fbi that has made it their priority to take down donald trumpto to stop him at al costs. and i've been one of o the biggest supporters of lawf enforcement my entire career over thirty five years in radio. twenty six years here on the fox news channel. but
11:04 pm
we chronicled overve three years this abuse of . 'sr, this corrupt it is now created, sadly a well deserved destroy trust in the fbi and the doj and these institue not the rank and file m but those with the most power that are corrupt, that did abuse their power and that have now done it for nearly i seven years. they have wagede a political war using all the tools and allt the power at their disposal to go after one man, donald trump.a and last night in a story published p by the washington post. here we go again. sound familiar? because he went through seven years of this anonymous sources claiming this week's raid in mar a lago hasit something to do with nuclear weapons. sobe of course, it's been a badt week forhe the doj, a bad weekhe for the fbi because now. they got a tip so they can scare every american. no, no.no donald trump was going to do something with nuclear weapons from an anonymous no name
11:05 pm
person feeding "the washington post" like they have for all these years. obviously, a trump hater, the same media mob that printed every lie, every distortionli, every conspiracy theory that was also a part of the hoax, am the same the same tactics they have used against donalde trump since the day he came down that escalator. you know, we're just supposedly to believe that nearly two years after trump left ofnwhite house, all a sudden the feds had to go in unannounced by force and searchr the president's home when they were there in june, they were welcomed with open arms, a matter of imminentt national security, they claim, 19 months later. and according 1 to a newly released court documents, the raid had something to doin with a violation. what the very broad rarely usedf espionage act of 1917 and more specifically, the warrant cites eighteen us seven nine three gathering, transmitting or losing defense information along with eighteen usc

twenty seventy one , which is concealment, removal or mutilation records. records. o eighteen usc fifteen nineteen . the destruction, alteration or falsification of records and federal investigations. we'll have more on this with professor dershowitz in a moment. and according to the propertya receipt, federal agents took what, approximately 20 boxes ofx papers, photos, handwritten notes about roger stone material about the president of france. other documents, no mention of nuclear weapons. but if it's not there, i'm sure the magically find it inn one of their own desks. now, keep in mindf the former president did notot oppose o the release of the property receipt or the fbi's warrant. on truth social just the opposite. he said t release the documentso now. continued, quote, notme only will i not oppose the release of documents related to the unamhe, an unwarranted, unnecessary raid un in palminto my home beach, florida, mar a lago. i'm going a step furthero by encourage a the immediate
11:07 pm
release of these documents. donald trump has nothing toy hide because he did nothing wrong. these materials were seized by the feds.s they were from trump's time in the white house. they were packed up by government staffers. they were delivered to trump's y post presidential office no different than any other president before him. obama, bush, clinton all took documents. clinton also took furniture and other things. and by the way, allur presidents and this is very important tonight, they all have the power to declassify anything they wanted classified. now, still, president trump's office has been cooperatingng w with the national archives for and accordingthss to a statement fromm them in the archives in february, throughout the course of the last year that the national archives and record administration obtain the cooperation of trump representatives to locate presidential records that had not been tpr transferred to the national archives at the end of the trump administration. end
11:08 pm
they said in writing that they were cooperating, quote, trump's representatives handed over several boxes in february and they invited federal officials tomorrow ago to review the remaining materials. as a matter of fact, the doj and the fbi were at mara lago in june of this year. they were free to take anything that they wanted to take. they didn't they didn't need a warrant. they were invited to comek back for whatever they might m need at any time and trump at their request, even put up a padlock in the room that was storing the documents. tthey requested that. so why raid the former president's home? w why now?it all right. joining us now with a breaking news report, editor in chief of just the news.com, john solomon. john , you got breaking newse on this issue of b classification. this could be very key in all of thisth. listen, i know the president said he declassified the documents in the statement i spent the last week tryingeeko understand how that happens. un so first off, it's important to understand the way
11:09 pm
the declassification is currently fica covered by two executive orders, one in 2003 by president bush, one in two thousand nine called one thirty five . twenty six , president obama, does everybody inn the government who wants to declassify a document must probably wan declassification procedures except the presidentt and the vice president. they may declassify anything for any reason at any momentthin while they're the incumbent. if it is the role of their job, i am told that that is whatns governs the decisions of president trump did as he governed, how he handled classified documentsha. on the white house on a daily basis. i want to ask one question. one is there any specific process that a president mustto go through? they have the right to declassify anything. is there anything they must do to prove,ha quote, that declassification took place? i've talked to in the archives former chief of staff, former staff secretaries, whichcher the document library is for every president. section three point five ,
11:10 pm
the executive order i just mentioned, first by bush, later by obama says everybody to follow this procedure except the president and the vice president, the vicee president, the president may do anything now. each president may have their own orderly may way of dog it.. so they keep track of things. butt the lawkeep t is prettyra w the executive order thatnd the president and vice president have absolute authority. i'll tell the anecdote that occurred during the bush years. i interviewed somebody who was int a meeting with president bush. he was at the secret level, was pretty high up and not really something came in at the top secret compartmentalized. and i think it was the joint chiefs of staff in your column and he said, sir, i have to step. i don'tt have the classification level. george bush 15% sit down. you're cleared to hear this for the purposes, meaning you have to keepu ciass for the rest of this meeting so that the president can do that. the president can telll something to a foreign leader without going through any t. review. and i had a president tell me this recently. i told it's a foreign leadere on the flight not to go through the classification process. but let me tell what we have tonight. i have been told since february when this dispute whe a lot of
11:11 pm
people don't understand that we're standing on what's the standing order i kept sta? what's the standing order tonight? president trump through his nighgh in mar a lago has provided the show here and just the following statement, i apologize for looking down, but it's so it's on my phone. it literally just came in. this is from president trump's office. it just a came in a few minutesg ago, as we can all relate to everyone as we can all relate to everyone ends up having to bring home their work from time to time. american presidents are no different. president trump, in order to tru prepare the work the next day, often took documents including classified documents to the residence. her, had a standing order. there's l the word i've been looking for the documentsdo removed from the oval office and taken to the residence were deemed to be declassified the moment he removed them. ifiethe power to classifyoc and declassified documents rests solely with the president of the united states .aper the idea that some paper pushing bureaucratsor
11:12 pm
a classification authority delegated by the president needsit d to prove thatti the classification is absurd. i askedsu around over the laste couple of days t insideme the government the same of the fbi. they ask aboutntt what the president did to declassify what everyone came up with this , ank stare tonight the president is confirming the process he used in his white house. if he took a document from someone in the oval office, sent the person too responsibler that document home, putai the document into the oval office, he ordered that it would be declared declassified under executive orders.or and i'm sure you have legal experts on later on to talk about this. the to cover the president is exempt from the normal wayrm and toal classified documents. and i know you you probably spoke with numerous peopleba tht were aware of that policy. how many people confirm that? not many in the truck, whether a few people that i have talked to that said i'm not going to dispute that that's what went on . i can't talk much because f. going investigate itin may not have been known bya lot of people, most likely a chief of staff, maybere the staff secretary might know because remember, there are
11:13 pm
peopleta to confirm it for you. they did. itit wasn't just the president.f a statement i've heardir this fa about well, actually first in february, but didn't meannd much to me in the last few days. itw now makes a lot more sense, not to find out who else knew about it, but i'm sure the fbi is in the process of doing that. but at least now we have the president's account, notas leak stories in "the washington post" and your times. we have the president's the director . we ask. the question, how did you declassify him? he's answered. john solomon, great reporting editor in chief, just news.com. thank you. here with more, author of the price of principal. great book, by the way, harvard law professor alan dershowitz along with the attorney for president trump. lindsey halligan is withn us . i'llow start with you tonight. is that in fact everything john reported accurate? yes, president. toto my understanding, the classified everythingou the fbi is withholding of information and lack of
11:14 pm
transparency is is crazy. it's honestly it may be the first step to tyranny. controlling the channels ofte information is also part of that. and if it wasn't for truth, social twitter might have banned president trump from telling the world what happenedn on monday. seems s that they want to silene president trump and cancel his ability to tell the truth. if you look at his track record , he's exposed someone spying on his campaign topy the corruption of hunter biden's influence peddling for millions of dollars and three, enter fraud, the invention of ballot drop boxesti, which the supreme court just ruled unconstitutional. and now he's exposing the overreach overreach of monday's raid on mar a lago . we still don't know what exact s documentsti they took other than some mementos. fe yeah.ss professor dershowitz, let'sle get your take on all oft' this and very specifically to along with the classification issue, p the espionage act section cited
11:15 pm
a warrant. >> well, first of all, itt is true that these were declassified. then the justice department must immediatelydesi file ants amendment to its request for a search warrant. it must disclose this new information to the judge, unlike what happened underve the fisa where they failed to disclose this new information if in fact these materials f would be classified, then the search warrant, the application for the search warrant and the affidavit, if it didn't include this ilu information, it would have to be voidable at this point. and so that's the first key. and there are so many other issues here. the espionage actct as a civil libertarian who was the worst act possible that was used to go after dissidents, it was u used to go after previous presidential candidate eugene debs, the socialist civil libertarians hated this statute. the aclu was constantly jumpingg
11:16 pm
up and down. you c can't use the espionage statute was used against ellsbergspio, everybody else. now, the same people who oppose the espionage statute are jumping up and down saying, wow, we have the espionage statute. we can now get trump. we might not have been able to get him previously, but we're going to use this statute which we hate and oppose for years tow try toe get trump.in and we're going tost try to disqualify him because we're going to amendry the constitutin and say the criteria for president running for office goes beyond the four criteria in the constitution. and congress can pass a statute saying that if you're convicted under a crime, youu can't. now, if that were true, thent a democratic controlled congress could disqualify a republican like trump from running for reelection. so obviously that would be unconstitutional. leso we only have one . let me focus in on one thing that you're saying because the espionage act 18 usc 793 that came up a lot with hillary clinton. it also came up with sandy berger who actually went into
11:17 pm
the national archives, took documents, shoved them in his w and in his socks and walked out with them and got a slap on the wristh. hillary clinton, even james comey admitted that in fact, she had top secret classified information on a server that was hacked by foreign entities but said, yeah,gn even though we acknowledge the law was likely broken, no prosecutor would ever prosecute. so now we've got what do we e have equal justice or not iny, this country? professor, announcement of equal justice. tt we have the attorney general saying that equality is the essence of the justice department then never why these espionage statutes you use now were never used against berger and certainly not against clinton. and the question is , do we really have equality or do we have a double standard of justice? and it seems to me thate a little girl says we have equality. his actions speak louder than
11:18 pm
words and going after president trump, who i voted againstat i'm a liberal democrat, not,re a republican. i want to havepupu the right to vote for him or against him when he runs again. i don't want a bureaucrat making the decision whether he shouldbe be allowed to run. so i don't think we have equal justice today. and i think every american right or left, republican or democrat o o, should be opposedo what's going on now and demand that the standard that were previously used continue to be used and then not be any rhanges because somebody is a republican rather than democrat. equal protection of the law is central. lindsey , let me give youan the last word, butt also i want to ask you this question. when the president called for the release of all documents, is he also calling for t the release of the affidavit? and as it relates to professor dershowitz, his arguments based on john solomon's reportpr, will the president now act t on that and demand that the attorney generalor take the action? the professor mentioned?
11:19 pm
yes, that's what presidentmp trump means by releasing the documents is release the documents, stop hiding stuff. the attorneys the attorneys h have asked the department of justice over the phone many times. can you give us the full and complete inventory of a everything that was taken from president trump's house and they refused to give a full list. and what's interesting is the warrant was executed on friday and if they didn't, they didn't read the place until monday. and if the documents that president trump had at his property were so top secret, so classified and such a threat toy national security, why did, they wait two to three days to break in to great if it wasts about nuclear? yeah. you think they would have acted sooner or the fbi and the doj were there. and i'm y not sure if you were there, but i know others were.mp
11:20 pm
and donald trump said you'reti welcome . any time to come back , any time you want. is that true?e? that's the last thing that he said to them when they were on his property. he said anything a else you nee? just let us know. and the next time that they heard from them was when they asked president trump to turn off hisn video surveillance before they started their search. but you still have control of that surveillance video. ncewill you be releasing itic publicly if that's up toly president? okay, thank you, alan dershowitz. lindsey halligan, thank you. here was more reaction. the author of america a redemption story, south carolina, tim scott.pt youio know, senator , i'd rather talk about your incredible life story because the book is phenomenal y. i've read it cover to cover and i had the honor of meeting your family. it's great to have you.fi first, your reaction to all of this and we'll give you a little opportunity to talk about the book. this is absurd. think about it. this has been a witch hunt for
11:21 pm
six years. x ink about the steele dossier ,the of collusion to failed impeachment attempts and even more . i can't imagine how anyone in our country doesn't look at this with either suspicion. ue there's nost question in my mind that this is overreach at best and frankly, asking for a criminal warrant that gives you a space of time between august 5th and augusten 19th because they're looking for national security since that information, there's nothing that comes to the conclusion that you w would ever give someone two weeks to go through a process. i this is devastating. we're in uncharted waters. rs it is stunning to our country. and frankly, this is something we have to continue to dig into. we got to win the majority on so that we could actually gos through the oversights in the majority of this process. one thing i found interesting and i had a chance to meet
11:22 pm
a family one day and i don't y know if you really want me to talk about it, but this is in your book that you you were failing out in your first year of high school. you got four f. yes. in civics and one english and spanish was another. and i don't remember the fourth one world geography. . world geography. what did youwh what changedd your life around and i want people to read the book so f they get the full flavor of it. >> thank thank you. inyo my in my book americaca redemption story, one of the thingsin version is how really good people got named. john mooneys t, chick fil a operator came into my life. he happened to be a christian conservative and he started telling me about taking individual responsibility, looking in the mirrorf and blaming myself if i'm not happy with where i am, the one thing that we don't see today in america is the doj taking responsibility for their actions, the leaks. someone should be firedthe for those leaks. and that's one of the reasonsk why i think my book is moreta important than they've ever been because we literally are
11:23 pm
living in the timesnt of incredible polarization. we can bridge that gap, but it requires republicans and democrats to want an equal application of the justice system, not one where your foot is on the scale because you don't like the former president . would you ever be a vicevi president if asked by donald trump? you know, that would be an incredible honor. i know that the list is long,ou no doubt about that. i have lived an amazing american dream. i am so thankful to be where i am. i guarantee you this. my shoulder will be to the to the grindstone as it relates ton making sure that we take back not only the majority buty the white house b. and you've got an important senate race and we're supporting your campaign. your life story is amazing and i hope people get your redemption story because it is inspiring beyond words. thank you, sir, for being i with us. we appreciate it. all right. straight ahead tonight, as we m learn more aboutar the mar a lao raid, faith in the american justice system continues toni

suffered liver damage and will likely lose his book. the satanic verses led to death threats from iranian leadership in the 1980s. a 24 year old new jersey man was arrested following that attack on merian rafferty. now back to "hannity". also tonight, a republicans are rightly demanding answers from the attorney general merrick garland, and the fbi director wrayge, about the real motivations for the raid because when the attorney generalioio says that the equal application of our laws is very, important to him, you're not telling the truth because the fbi hasuth? a long history , let's see, the russia hoax.a three long years lying to, a fisa court, corruption, fisa abuse, illegal spying, talks of an insurance policy against donald trump. they rightly p. raise serious questions about the dojmi and their commitment to equaltm application of our laws and equal justice under the law. and sadly, as i've said before
11:30 pm
my faith, i've been radio 30 some odd years. i've been on tv twenty six years with the fox news channel and one ofws the staunchest supporters of the law enforcement. but after three years of lying about y trump russia collusionve that never happened and the fbig using his opponent's dirty russian misinformation dossier and lying to d the fisa court four separate times when they knew better. well, my reverence has been destroyed, especially forhe the upper echelon, not the ranke and file. i make a huge distinction directory when he came in, hen. should have held every one of those bad actorsav accountable. he failed to do so and director could have restored the trust in the fbi. hethe failed to do so.he merrick garland. we don't live in a country with equal justice or application of our laws. you guys have had provided laptop for two long years. why have you not done anything with it? h here now with more constitutional lawyer scholar
11:31 pm
fox news contributor jonathan turley. jonathan, let's first start before we get into the warrantn' itself and the history of the fbi and the doj with donald trump. i want to ask you about the president's claim that this is all been declassified anyway. your thoughts on that's that's a big development that john solomon brought up tonight. th twell, it's a major question that has to be addressed. if there's going to be any serious discussion of a of a criminal charge, the inclusion of the espionage act in the warrant was notableab because that's the same basisle upon which hillary clinton was investigated for her ownwn controversy. now, what was notable about that is that the justice department at the time said that they've never had faith inn a gross negligenceev, a basis fr using that statute. and it was on that basis that they said that they declined a charge in the case.he so the question here is whether
11:32 pm
the fbi believes it has not gross negligence, but an intentional act by the former presidentme and that goes to ths defense. now, there's a lot thatde we hae to learn.n. you know, if he was declassifying material as we've beeneria told in the final days his administration, there is obviously a ripe opportunity for mistakes to be made by him, by his staff, by othersy. usually when you declassify a document, the markings are actually scratched out. there's a line drawnwn through them. so there's p physical changes on this on the face of these documents, whether that actually occurred or whether actualwhet declassification occurred may be atoc the heart f this controversy. fbut that's a very muddleder record becausey the president has inherent declassification authority. there are regulations we've never really had to litigate that we' question as to what a is necessary for
11:33 pm
declassification to be viewed as a legal finality ore certainty, but also whether h the president could have had a good faith reason to believe that there was declassification. all of that we're going to have to work out if the department of justice goes forward, that we have the issue of the timeline. the national archives and records administration, their letter of thanks for all the cooperation of the trump team at morila go from february of this year.r. and then i think. a very a important date is june 3rd because you had y the fbi and dj officials at mar a lago viewing the boxes. they had access to them thatay day right there. apparently later the president came and met with them. they asked thatey a a padlock s be put on the storage room where they were being held. that request was complied with . and i've had multiple people wi tell metipl that they heard the president say you're welcome back anytime you need
11:34 pm
to get anything in the in the storage, feel free . will accommodate any request. so when you look at that timeline, it doesn't sound like somebody is trying to hide something, does it? ngwell, that's the reason why w from the very beginning many of need that affidavit because of this time period after that june meeting, if t they were discussing a lock on ahe door and improving that security. the question is , did they actually ask for material to be moved to a secure locationed at that time where they refused? what was the basis for their asking for that added security? we a know because we don't have that affidavit. what i can tellt. you is that ti material is highly classified. i've worked with it in the past. when you work with it, you're not even y allowed to bring your phone into a secure security. officers are very reluctant to make any type of accommodationon so they believed that there was tony fauci material in june.
11:35 pm
it's rather bizarre that they would wait this whole time before they made a move of this kind. jonathan, it's it's a mystery.we you're'l right.h we'll learn a lot more with the affidavit and a lot more in the days to come.da appreciate you being with us. all right. coming up, the two tieredd system of justice in america. remember john paul mac isaac? he's the computer repairman at the center of hunter biden's laptop scandal. he now is saying he was threatened by an fbi agent to keep quiet. wow. he'll telld us his story next at in our nation's 46 year history ,there has never been an individual who is a greater threat to our republic and donald trump. he tried to steal the last election using lies and violence to keep himself in power after the voters had rejected it. he's a coward. a real man wouldn't lie to his
11:36 pm
supporters. he lost his election and he lost. i he knows that deep down, i think most republicans, lynn and i are so proud of liz for standing up for the when was right honoring her oath to defend . and so many in our party are too scared to do this is fearless. she never backs down on the fight. there is nothing more important she will ever do and lead the effort to make sure donald trump is never again near the oval office and she will succeed. i am dick cheney. i proudly voted for my daughter. i hope you will too. i'm liz cheney and i approve this message, guys. it's time to get what you want with help from page mail. matt , the doctor recommended solution for boosting testosterone right at its source while supporting a rapid 64% boost in nitric oxide production, which can be handy in the gym and in the bedroom.

a joke when they were leaving 'l and i said, don'tl worry, lads,t i'll leave your names out of the book when and that's when agent mike turned around and told me that, you know, in our experience, nothing ever happens to people that don't talk about these things. sote i think through the excitement of just getting everything i wanted, which is mainly the laptop out ofap s my shop and some level ofhoel protection, i didn't really digest what had been said to me . butme after they left, i sat don in the back of my shop and theth red flags that popped up during the whole ordeal when the first showed up, they weren'tt supposed to take the equipment, they were supposed to clone it. instead, they gaveak me a subpoena. then they told me what to do if hunter comes looking for it d and they'd return it to me so i could give it back to hunter. theseno things made sense for something that in my mind should be admitted as evidence during the impeachment trial. so when they when he finally said, you know,in nothing ever happens to people that don't talk about these things, i was pretty confident that i had made a bad decision by giving

the stuff to the fbi. then a couple of hours later, the fbi started calling me, asking for tech support. and by then that time i was a uncomfortable. fig i was fearful. i figured i had to cooperate with the fbi because that's what people get in trouble for when they don't cooperate with the fbi. so g and then, of course, by te time the impeachment hearings happened a month later, impeachment trial happened a month later, i realized that the bidens cared more about the fbi, cared f more about protecting the bidens and they cared about getting that laptop to the white house and tond the proper you're you're you'ret repair shop had to close down as a result of all of h this. ho how has that impacted your life? if i don't fix too many macs anymore, i'm right now focusedm on working with with congress and working with the american project to hold these people accountable, whether it's in the court of law where the assistingco congress i wrote

president, all while hitting new levels of derangement. for example, former cia director michael hayden and ms. dnc, so-called historians h suggesting that donald trump should be executed just like two cold war era spies, julius and ethel rosenberg. all right. here with reaction, fox news contributor tammy bruce, along with our founder clay travis. that's one way to put it, tammy. let's let's let's dispense of innocence until proven guiltyti the presumption of innocence. let's get rid of all those constitutional protections. let's go straight to the execution model, right? yeah. we saw that, of course, evenh. before a cabinet. but t the democrats are not big fans of due process, are they , that it was guiltyth until provn innocent, literally, a as some i them said that some of those democrat senators. hi but let's make something very clear and this is what's so ironic about this i.
11:52 pm
the world was the safest it had been under donald trump when it came to nuclear war and nuclear agreements, the abraham accords dealing properly and harshly, strongly with iran. the nature of his relationship with north korea, which even i was you know, i wish we were, you know, more aggressive with north korea. but then there's this thinga,af called safety and movinget peope away from wanting to blow other countries out. wees had that under donald tru, the one president who got us out of wars, got our troops out of countries safely and without there being an embarrassing debacle involved, i this is what donald trump represents. and now the people were embarrassed by his success, are determined to somehow still smear him as something that that is absurd. him as something that is obscenely fabricated. and yet the good news is theis american people know thisst and it must be stated you would have thought, sean, that he would have learned about as least not lying as much

after the russia dossier debacle and hopes. but this is all they have and they know and this is what we have to worry about is that this is where those minds go . is that death is an option.on and then, of course, they accuse everyoneus else of what they're doing. so i think the president trumper understandsst is his familyca understands this. the american people are gettingl another lessone . but this, sean, like everything else the democrats have done, t will fail and they have reached too far and exposed themselvesos as the ghoulish frauds that they are. what do you see this going? d i think it's indefensible, certainly. but john , i think what this represents is attorney general merrick garland with the waydo he's pursuing donald trump over these documents,na is kind oft sending us a message that he doesn't have any goods on january six . that's my thought as we head into the weekend because think
11:54 pm
about where they've been going after trump. they were goingtr to get him with collusion with russia. they were going. to get himer with impeachmente. they were going to get him with impeachment, too. they were going to get him with jan six , the hearings that they're now having overre the summer and now all of a sudden they're going to have an argument about declassified versusga classified documents. it feels like we're holding the football and here come the left wing blue checkmark brigades. run it as hard as they can, sean. football gets pulled out ofth the way and there they're left staring at this guy, wondering how donald trump got away from them again. this feels like a really weak t charge to be bringing in comparisonhe to january 6th. then sedition and treachery and conspiracy and all these things and suddenly you're going to get himsein on documena that he kept at mar a lago for eighteen months doesn't add up to me. and also if it was so exergy the circumstances, sean, they had three days that
11:55 pm
they waited to execute this warrant. it feels like a house of cards. i think merrick garland going to end up losing his job over this before all is said and done. that's certainly he certainly should. and you're right. oh,re all of a sudden, anonymous sources leaking in "the washington post" this has something to do with nuclear weapons because they had such an awfulin pr week and the aderican people spoke loudly and proudly out against this.it so they had to come upat with something f big and that fell apart because it was really about nukes. why didn't you go on day one anyway? , fauci both havere a great weekend. sean hannity right after this. ftby the impact to three hundred and eight hundred nine to
