don't forget judge rinehart is the same magistrate judge that recused himself from my hillary case a month ago. is he definitely not going to be a friendly judge, necessarily, and there's -- i would say it was highly unlikely as we can see the doj is already saying that they do not want us to see what was in the affidavit, usually that's to protect witnesses and other things that have been cooperating with the justice system. so, while i would love to see it and understand why you would ask for a raid with a cooperating president, do i believe that this judge is going to reveal it? no, i do not. >> you mentioned that this magistrate removed himself from the case between trump and hillary clinton. so, isn't donald trump in this case in the release of the affidavit, isn't he entitled to an impartial magistrate which doesn't seem like judge rinehart is. >> right. absolutely. as is every citizen in this country. that's why we have the legal system. that's why we are supposed to have impartial judges qui ask

$740 billion spending bill into law. ironically the white house is calling the bill the inflation reduction act even though it does nothing to lower the cost for american families. now, don't take it from me. the wharton school of business at the university of penn said, quote: the impact on inflation is statistically indistinguishable from zero. so, that doesn't sound too helpful but, don't tell joe that. he has sold this legislation as a victory over special interest. but it's nothing more than a trojan horse for a massive democrat spending spree. even biden admitted he has been trying to push this agenda since day one. >> i'm going to take action that i have been looking forward to doing for 18 months.
