yesterday coughing the deadly pandemic over everybody, watch this. [applause] [coughing] >> tucker: [laughs] one man, typhoid mary, sean hannity right now. >> sean: all right, tucker, thank you. it is your president. welcome to "hannity," the people of wyoming have spoken and after losing by nearly 40 points to harry hagemann, liz cheney is days in congress are officially numbered. liz could not see the forest through the trees and allowed her hatred for donald trump and trump supporter's to consume her. this became chaney's singular focus in life. there was no bridge she would not burn, no colleague she would not betray, no voter she would not ignore it. put her own agenda and are
6:01 pm
self-righteous as session above the people that she was elected to serve, the people that are elected are public servants. in many ways she showed utter contempt of the people in her own state and they did not like it one bit. and oddly this led congresswoman cheney to align with the very same democrats, i find this the oddest thing of all who called her own father a war criminal. look at what they did to scooter libby, his chief of staff, called her father a murderer, a crook for working on halliburton. the very same people that smeared her family for decades, and then there were people like myself who defended her father and people like scooter libby and we are now just dismissed as unethical without any principle, values whatsoever. would clearly rather have joe biden and democrats in charge of the country with all of their destructive policies, it is more dangerous than ever. instead of donald trump. the people of wyoming disagree with her and the numbers, they speak for themselves. the people have spoken. now liz cheney has pledged to
6:02 pm
continue her anti-speed nine crusade serving as a token anti-trump republican on cnn or msnbc, now the people of wyoming on capitol hill and that brings us to tonight's top story. we are now tonight 83 days away from the midterm elections that will be held on tuesday november the 8th. and according to a brand-new poll number by reuters, 70% of you, the american people, believe that our country is on the wrong track. we are. democrats have controlled the senate, the house, and the white house for two long years, and it has been a disaster. make no mistake there is only one way to begin the process of turning this around for all of us. the g.o.p. has got to win control of both the house and the senate. in the house, minority leader kevin mccarthy has been on this program. he has outlined a plan. a new nationwide contract with america and the american people. he is calling it the commitment to america.
6:03 pm
every republican running will sign it that is in the house. all democrats incessantly are pushing a far left, far-reaching radical socialist "transition" their favorite word for it house republicans will run on a few key principles designed to improve the lives of every american. that includes a much stronger economy with less government bureaucracy, that means lower taxes on individuals and businesses alike. the g.o.p. is also committed to an actual plan to reduce this 41 year high of inflation by unleashing american energy. it's great for national security reasons. it's great to get rid of inflation and lower that. record high energy prices, it will reduce that, and that means the cost of every -- at every store you go to will be cheaper. how great will that be? job creation, high-paying job careers in the energy sector and this is essential to save this country. on the other side, democrats including joe and, they are just pretending that inflation no longer exists.
6:04 pm
take a look. speak of the president and my vision for the future also means lowering costs for americans. today we learned that the last month our economy had 0% inflation. >> i just want to say a number, zero. today we received news that our economy had 0% inflation. in the month of july. 0%. >> sean: now they said this right after the report came out and showed inflation at a whopping 8.5%, another four decade high. under the republican plan we could begin the process to bring these numbers down, remember, when joe came into office the consumer price index at only 1.4%. we can do it by increasing energy production and becoming energy dominant, even. remember, we were a net exporter of energy from donald trump and achieved energy independence for
6:05 pm
the first time in 75 years. keep in mind america can produce enough cheap natural burning gas to supply not just the united states, but every one of our allies in western europe. and so they won't have to count on vladimir putin for the lifeblood of their economy. no of course your safety and security, that is also a key part of the commitment to america. that means securing our southern border, stopping the spread of fat noel and heroin flooding into this country. locking up violent criminals. getting rid of these no bail laws and defunding an dismantling police departments and no more lax prosecutions. cities and states have got to be held accountable for letting these criminals back out on the street. we need safe towns, safe cities all across america. and don't forget, your kids, they are to be protected, and that means that you need as a parent parental rights and your child's education. and you ought not worry about being investigated as a domestic terrorist if you go to school board meeting and speak out on
6:06 pm
behalf of age-appropriate materials being taught to your kids. and by the way, those schools ought to be teaching reading, riding, math, science, history, computers, not critical race theory or radical gender theory. let the parents keep that at home, or an opt in program after school, have at it. finally the g.o.p. will hold the federal government accountable with oversight on the biden white house, the doj, the upper echelon of the fbi including an important focus on preserving your liberty, your freedom, and your constitutional rights. this is a simple and effective message that will resonate with the american people in 84 days in every state. unfortunately in the senate, i have no reason why this mysterious reluctance, resistance of mitch mcconnell, it does not seem too interested in making commitments to the american people. i guess he would rather, what? leave senate candidates out to dry to fend for themselves in states where democrats are attempting to win by isolating
6:07 pm
republican candidates and smearing those candidates in order to distract voters from many failures. if joe manchin taught us one thing, it simply this, at the end of the day, the democrats always votes with one voice, and with each passing day, that voice is more and more like the devout socialist bernie sanders. this is now bernie's party. they worship at the altar of climate alarmism and climate change, it is a cult. just last week in order to fund a green energy slush fund, every single democrat in the senate voted for a bill that increases your taxes on your electric bills, increases your taxes on gas, increases your taxes on every barrel of oil you to reproduce domestically or import into this country. it also increases taxes on small businesses. it increases taxes on americans making as low as $30,000 a year. and it funds 87,000 new irs
6:08 pm
agents to go out and collect an audit you, the american people. making $25,000 or less, according to syracuse university, you are five times more likely to get audited. they were in this bill through under a process known as reconciliation, the same way they passed obamacare. and that only requires a 50-vote majority. they don't need culture and they will do it again next year if given the chance. warnock in georgia, val jennings, the socialist john federman, bernie number 2 in pennsylvania, and every other democrat running for the senate support this radical climate alarmist agenda. new green deal socialism. they are all on a radical green energy socialist transition plan as they like to call it. so let's be clear. this is not a guarantee wave election. anybody who says that republicans have a lock on the house and the senate are lying to you. they don't know. races can be extremely competitive in every bellwether state. this is really for the country
6:09 pm
and all hands on deck situation. this is an inflection point for the country. if you heard preferred candidate did not win the primary, i am sorry that they did not win, too bad, if you don't support the republican in the race, you're going to get the government to you deserve, and that government will be run by far left climate alarmist, they will be the one stacking the supreme court and ending the legislative filibuster going forward with d.c. statehood and every other paragraph you can think of. they will be hell-bent on pushing this agenda down your throat. here with more on the upcoming midterms, last night's big winner out of wyoming, harriet had menaced with us. congratulations, looks like all of the polls were accurate. what do you think happened? look for example, i thought back and i did not remember liz cheney speaking out to when hillary clinton's dirty dossier was being used by the fbi and abusing power and lying before fisa courts, why is it to --
6:10 pm
what is it about donald trump that seems to trigger her more than anything else? >> well, i am not quite sure, sean, and thank you for having me on this evening. yesterday was a great day for wyoming and really a great day for the country. i don't really know that it can get into liz cheney's mind, nor do i really want to. but guess what i would say is that the folks of wyoming have spoken and they have made it clear that they believe they are entitled to a representative in congress that represents their interests and does not intend to pursue a one-woman war against donald trump. we did not send her to washington, d.c., to be the judge and jury of donald trump. we sent her to washington, d.c., to block the radical biden agenda and to block the radical pelosi agenda and she signed on with both of them. so yesterday wyoming spoke and said, we have had enough, we are fed up. we will take our country back. we are starting right here in wyoming. >> sean: let's talk about.
6:11 pm
i watched her speech last night. i think she is sincere in her beliefs and is allowed to believe anything that she wants, pursue any agenda that she wants, but clearly at some point, she got out of touch with the people of wyoming, which is why you won by such an overwhelming margin. she mentioned that she called you. i did not hear in that sentence that she congratulated you and wish you well, how did the call go? >> well, there was not a phone call, while i was going and getting ready to do my acceptance speech last night and just arrived at the watch party, she called and left a very brief to second message on my cell phone. that's the extent of it. i have not had any other contact with liz cheney purging only made one effort and all she said was hello, harriet. and then that was the end of it. so she didn't call and discuss with me any kind of concession or anything else. it was just the one phone call. i was obviously extremely busy with family and friends. >> sean: she just said hello,
6:12 pm
harriet, and then hung up. >> that was the end of the call coming at us, the only time. it was about 8:15 last night and i was getting ready to go on stage with my acceptance speech and i did not have an opportunity to visit with her. >> sean: okay, well, we are looking for, obviously i think you are a lock to win the seat. at the people of wyoming sent a loud message last night and we wish you a lot of luck, and when you go to that sewer and swamp in washington, please don't let it change who you are. because it changes -- >> we are going to change washington, d.c. >> sean: harriet hagman, congratulations. the great primary talks part in the great state of alaska, where a biden telling chewbacca has gone on to the november election, the audio system in alaska. republican senate candidate joins us right here. it was a very tight close race with lisa murkowski. now under -- i don't know how you came up with this crazy system in alaska, but the top four
6:13 pm
finalists advance to the general election. and remember in 2010, lisa murkowski if i remember correctly, didn't she win as a write in candidate? >> she did absolutely on the way that we have the private veritas of expos, lisa murkowski colluded with her campaign staff to deceive alaskans to run a ballot measure in 2020 that we would get rid of dark money in our elections and instead they ushered in officiating, so manipulating a change in the system so they would survive a primary, otherwise would have never survived a party primary, would've been the same as liz cheney is in her career would've been over last night. 2% said no more lisa murkowski last night, a horrible result for a 21 year incoming who was placed in that seat by her father when he found her. and spun it with a dark money from outside of alaska. >> sean: let's talk about what
6:14 pm
happens now, this goes to election day and all of your names will be on the ballot, governor palin also advanced to election day. and was -- we are supporting both of you. what will it take to overtake lisa murkowski in this on election day? because you know, she votes too often with the democrats on a lot of issues. >> well, the simple and direct answer is we just need a little bit more funding to run the ads to increase name recognition and get the truth out about lisa murkowski's voting record, and we have this in hand. that's what all of the data experts are showing and saying, lisa murkowski had her ceiling last night, the democrats came out and voted for her. she does not have any room to go and we have a lot of room to pick up votes. and the data last night show statistically in a dead heat with lisa murkowski. it started as a no-name candidate with no political background and experience last year we are in a dead heat race with a 20 year income bends and she locked up all of the
6:15 pm
democrat votes last night. so does not give her much room to move and we have a lot of room to move in the next couple of months. we just need the funds to do it. so if your viewers want to help, we will retire lisa murkowski in november and is looking great. >> sean: kelly tshibaka, thank you paid we will be watching that closely in governor palin's race. now according to breitbart, in 18 months joe biden spent a 150 days and rest and relaxation, remember from the cartoons? away from the white house, joining us with reaction, charlie hurt and chief pollster of the thalberg group, let's start with the vacation time. i don't know if i want him in washington are out of washington because it is embarrassing for the country every time he speaks from his policies are destroying the economy, his foreign policy has been an unmitigated disaster. we just passed a one-year mark where he abandoned americans in afghanistan. something he promised he would never do. so maybe he is better off on
6:16 pm
vacation. i think i'm leaning towards that side. >> oh, i could not agree with you more, sean. if we could set up a fund to get him to go on vacation for seven days of every week i think a lot of americans would be a lot happier. at this rate he is going to be at home for an entire year of his 4-year term. it's pretty extraordinary. but i have to also give them a little bit of props for this. it is not like he campaigns in any different way. this is exactly how he campaigns. this is how he is governing. the only problem is that everything that he said during the campaign turned out to be a lie. but the only thing that turned out to be true was the fact that he was going to do it all from his basement in delaware. >> sean: let's talk about the polls. i mentioned reuters at the top, 70% of the country. and that is consistent with many other polls who believe that we
6:17 pm
are on the wrong track. i'm not as worried about the house, and i like the fact that kevin mccarthy has his promises or commitment to the american people that every candidate will sign, and that will hopefully hold them accountable to the words they say. mitch mcconnell's were assistant in. am wondering why, because i look at the senate as not so easy for republicans. you've got florida, marco rubio, i'm pretty confident he will wind down there. you have a tough race from herschel walker and georgia. and then we have bud in north carolina, then looking at new hampshire. it's always a tough state for a republican in pennsylvania. they are dumping $50 million on ron johnson in wisconsin, then of course we have eric schmidt and missouri. we have j.d. vance in ohio, he is a new candidate. i think we have a good pick up opportunity with adam walk sold in nevada and then of course we have arizona. then you can look at colorado and washington. when you look specifically at
6:18 pm
the senate, what do you think the republicans odds are? >> well, i think they are a little better than what the odds makers are putting in, because what people are not really doing is they are not really looking at these polls on the percentage of them are undecided. we have a lot of people who are staying undecided in these early polls. but if you think of the crosstabs you will notice that these people are also saying very unfavorable or unfavorable things about biden. i can assure you if you are unfavorable or very unfavorable about biden coming or not voting for federman or wornall, so that's a little bit of a misnomer, when you run with joe biden it's like running with a house full of termites. you don't get a person and you don't have to talk about it, but eventually it's the only issue that is going to matter. >> sean: do you see a wave that many others are talking about? i refuse to go down the way of election year. i always like to run elections in my mind and think five points down. >> yes, i think it will be streaked down to the end, but i don't think that anybody should
6:19 pm
write off the republican candidate just because they are down in the polls. this is very early in an election cycle and we have not gotten the labor in here to this is typical washington, d.c., fodder. everybody wants to play the parlor games, but what really matters is what happens past when we get past labor day and when these republicans come home. >> sean: will have early voting in october. he will have early voting in october. charlie hurt, how do you sit on the election? finish your thought, robert. >> yes, roberts polls are the only polls i trust for any race out there, but you are exactly right about today's spirit in particular in the senate, the republicans face a very, very difficult uphill challenge if they win in a place like pennsylvania, that is a hold. so they have an uphill fight there. and republicans better fight. >> sean: hard as a hold, hold on, charlie. ohio is a hold, north carolina is a hold.
6:20 pm
pennsylvania is a hold, wisconsin is a hold. those are all holds. >> yes, it is bleak. i mean come on the map is very bleak. and of course you go two years and four years from now, the map looks a whole better. but here's the other thing that i think it's important to remember is when you have inflation where it is right now, you have gas prices where they are right now, you have crime where it now, most voters are not thinking about the november election, they are thinking about how they are going to pay to fill their car right now. and so i think a lot of -- like robert was saying, there are a lot of people that are undecided, but man, come november and they vote on gas prices, they are throwing democrats out. >> sean: it is coming past him 84 days away. charlie hurt, robert k haley, thank you both. when we come back, we will expose the left wings radical tax and spending agenda. all of the information that the media mob and the democratic socialists hid from you. it is disguised in their so-called inflation reduction act, anything but. you are not going to believe how they are spinning it.
6:22 pm
6:25 pm
♪ ♪ >> sean: now following the signing of the democratic stacks were poor, tax the middle class, and tax people on fixed income and their massive spending bell yesterday, many in the media mob, they stopped describing the bill as the inflation reduction act. how convenient. now with many fake news reporters referring to it as a climate bill now, and by the way, and what is one big giant bait and switch and it all took place on your back, you the american people will pay the price. for example, fake news cnn reporter caitlin collins tweeted "senator manchin is here at the white house for a president biden signing of the climate tax and health care bill
6:26 pm
prompting widespread mockery." and get this, democrat richard neal is actually promising even more taxes in 2023. if democrats somehow retake the house and the senate including raising individual income tax rates. so just like we have been telling you, biden is lying. always has been. when he says no one making over under $400,000 a year will pay more under his plan. just like you promised you would not tax people that made under $400,000 a year. this taxes people making under $400,000 a year. we know from the joint committee on taxation and 300 economists, and even the cbo did their scoring. irs audits will generate $20 billion from those making under $400,000 a year under this law which means joe biden and joe manchin in every democrat that signed on to this all lied to you when they said there want to be more middle-class audits.
6:27 pm
the law also raises corporate taxes that will be paid for by you, the consumer. higher taxes on coal, natural gas, every barrel of crude oil in the country with a domestic or imported from some foreign country that probably hates our guts, that will be paid for all by you. west virginia, happy with joe manchin on all of this? because the energy sector is pretty important to the state of west virginia. the media mob, they are totally on board with biden's lies and misdirection as abc news is now directing readers to a calculator. this is designed by a far left a nonprofit that suggest that americans will save money no matter what their income level. that's too is alive. here with reaction, former trump economist steve moore along with fox news contributor joe concha. steve, we will start with the on the economic side. number one, the bill broke the promise about texting people that make less than 400,000. there will be audits on people that make less than $400,000.
6:28 pm
they are texting every american on top of the biden inflation tax estimated for a couple to be $6800 a year. so this is what? two-thirds of the country living paycheck to paycheck, what are we attempting to get to 90% of the country getting to that point? >> yeah, there is no question, people who make under 400 and even less than $250,000 are going to pay a lot more taxes on the bill. there was a very important amendment to the debate in the senate, sean, by senator crapo who said, okay, democrats, if you're not going to ask people that make more than a 400,000, why don't we have a rule that the extra 87,000 irs agents won't audit people with less than $400,000. you know what, sean, every single democrat in the senate voted against that amendment. so of course, those are the people they will audit is the people who cannot defend themselves. a book, the big companies like general electric and disney and
6:29 pm
google have armies of tax accountants and lawyers, same with the millionaires and billionaires, they will come after the low income people. one other quick point, sean, you talked about the democrats switching their argument, because nobody buys this idea that the bill will reduce inflation, but i am not making this up, sean, the latest argument that the democrats are running around the country is saying that this bill will make america energy independent. come on! we were energy independent trade i worked for donald trump, we were energy independent when trump left office. the reason we are not -- >> sean: then why is joe sending emissaries to venezuela and doing another bad iranian deal, why is he begging opec and the saudi arabia? it's just another lie. let me go to the media side, joe concha, and ask you. it was always a lie, they inflation reduction act, the bill does no such thing. it would not be difficult for the media if they cared to tell people the truth, joe. to look at cbo and their
6:30 pm
numbers, to look at the joint committee on taxation and their analysis to interview the nearly 300 economists that were speaking out against this saying that it is going to increase inflation, not decrease it. they got away with it, and all of a sudden they are no longer calling at the inflation reduction act, why? >> sean, it is amazing, well past talking about it on that show how the media is biased and obviously cheering for one party and reporting against another. it is now outright activism. when you see the headlines go from calling this in the inflation reduction act, two democrats climate and health care and tax bill, right? and not one or two reporters did this. not just one or two organizations come across the board as if almost a memo went out instructing them, we want you to call this this from now on. just like with ron desantis down in florida calling that the don't say gya bill when that
6:31 pm
word did not mention "gay" a couple of months ago. it's all going at this point. and we can hear what we want from the president as far as i'm not going to raise taxes on anybody you know, making less than $400,000 a year. we are supposed to believe the guy in the administration that one said inflation was transitory. that was last year. then they said that oh, no, actually it's vladimir putin's fault and the invasion of ukraine. then they said that this was just last week that we are at 0% inflation. that argument is so ridiculous, it is like saying our economy is to being diagnosed with a 104.1-degree fever. and then a couple of days later and went down to 103.6 as far as a degree fever, and therefore there is no more fever. we are healthy again. of course not, we are still very sick, because her inflation is at 8.5%. so to charlie hurt in the last
6:32 pm
segment, in the end it comes down to inflation and the midterms. everything comes down to that. you can spin it whatever you once and call it whatever you want, that's what it comes down to you and people are feeling the pain of it. >> sean: if the clinton people were right, the economy is stupid, these policies, what impact does it ultimately have come a steve moore? we will give you the last word on the economy in relation to to the lives of the american people. >> joe is right, inflation is a killer, it's what destroyed johnny carter when he ran against ronald reagan and lost 45 states or something like that. but the important thing for people to understand is the reason it is a lie that this bill is going to reduce inflation is because what caused the inflation in the first place, sean, was the $3 trillion that the democrats spent and borrowed last year. that's what lit the forest fire, and this year already when you include this bill plus the $200 billion corporate welfare bill they passed a few weeks ago is another trillion. so can you believe this?
6:33 pm
in 20 months biden has spent and borrowed $4 trillion. that's as much as we have spent by world war ii for goodness' sakes! >> sean: it will not end well, it is already not working well for the american people. two-thirds of americans now live paycheck to paycheck, and you know it, they just text america and they lied about it. no, my kids would get in trouble. it was usually not what they did that got me more mad, it was when they said, dad, i swear i did not eat the cookie. meanwhile there is cookie all over their face. i said stop insulting my intelligence. anyways, thank you both. steve moore, joe concha, also tonight an exclusive report from john solomon surrounding the power to declassify documents. he is the editor in chief of justin news.com, john solomon, tell us what you found. >> listen, there is a court ruling from a decade ago this year that is going to have significant impact on the legal battles that are going through in this race. and i never thought when he woke up this morning we would be
6:34 pm
talking about bill bill clinton's stock cart, but that's what is tied together. in 2012, a court ruled that the record audio tape that bill clinton put in his sock door at the white house hours of conversation with the famous historian about contemporaneous events in the presidency and personal records and that there was no legal medium by which an outside person could come in to challenge that. basically what the court ruled is that the president's decision on what constitutes a personal versus a government record is solely, solely in the discussion of the president himself, there is no enforcement mechanism. the courts can't get involved, and here's another important thing. if the national archive once to get to it, they can't raise the president, they have to follow a civil procedure, so think about that. we just raided donald trump's -- just raided donald trump's home to get to presidential records pass for a law that says it's
6:35 pm
6:39 pm
>> sean: tonight more developments on the rained at mar-a-lago, counsel pat cipot cipollone on his own y were interviewed by the fbi about boxes of classified information shortly after donald trump left office. and tomorrow, by the way, the hearing is scheduled in federal court on whether to unseal the mar-a-lago search affidavit. the doj does not want that to happen. here with reaction as a host of the number one show, weakens
6:40 pm
here on the fox news channel "life, liberty, and speed 17." also a host of his radio show, a column the great one paired why is it that the doj does not want to affidavit unsealed, and one of the president have the right to exert executive permit privilege for the his white house counsel and his executive council? >> why should they release it when they are leaking in bits and pieces? and if i were the movement in the case, i would be bringing all of these articles where unnamed sources are leaking information about the affidavit. want to get to something here, first of all, i have a question. did bill clinton, george w. bush, barack obama, dick cheney, al gore, biden as vice president, did they ever remove any papers? did they remove -- do we know if they removed any papers? do we and know if they remove any classified papers? and how do we know?
6:41 pm
where there homes searched? did they get subpoenas, where their search warrants? the answer is we don't have the foggiest idea, now let's go to the constitution, because i want to try to educate the attorney general of the united states. article two transaction 1, the executive power shall be vested in the present and then the united states. this is why the president can classify and declassify it will. he does not answer to the fbi department of justice and some bureaucrat with a regulation that says, no, no, he can't declassify until he fills out this paperwork. he is the executive branch. that's why the 1917 espionage act cannot be used against a sitting president. if he can declassify and classify it will and do so as the head of the executive branch, he can't be held criminally liable for taking documents with him even classify documents. why? because if he can declassify them at will, he can take them
6:42 pm
at will. but if i am wrong, then i have a question. if i am wrong, because the law itself, the espionage act, people will try to read it rather than read what the process, here's the section, listen to this really carefully. whoever being entrusted, i am reading a relevant part, whoever being entrusted of any documents relating to the national defense through gross negligence, remember hillary? permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody shall be punished and so forth and so on. if trump, he is not. but if trump is guilty because he has classified information, everyone along the chain of custody is guilty. every single person, that is how absurd this is. why? because from the person who created the document that handed it to somebody else that brought it to the oval office, who removed it or that found it and removed it, so forth and so on, they violated part e of
6:43 pm
section 1 of the espionage act. whoever being entrusted. you have an obligation to secure it and bring it back to its proper place in custody. well, they failed to do that, didn't they? so the espionage act does not apply to a president regardless of what these federal prosecutors are trying to concoct, but there is more. let's look at the warrant. the warrant is extremely broad. any physical documents with classification markings along with any containers including any other contents in which said documents are located as well as any other containers and boxes that are collectively stored or found together with a forementioned documents and container boxes. that's everything. everything. and then go to the next part, any government or end or presidential records created between january 2017 and januar. you could go online right now and buy a signed letter by a
6:44 pm
president to a constituent or somebody on white house stationery, this presumably would include that. but this is unconstitutional. this warrant is unconstitutional. and i don't care if a master signed off on it or not. that does not make them solomon. and i will tell you why. we have the fourth amendment in america. the right at the people to be secured in their persons, houses, and effects their own reasonable searches and seizures could not be violated and no warrant should issue but upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation. and particularly the word, particularly describing the place to be served and the persons or things to be seized, no general warrants. the colonists opposed general warrants and suffered from them from the ground where they say we are searching your home, here's a general warrant or read of administration, we will go through your stuff, and what are you looking for? we don't have to tell you. we will go through your first,

we don't have to tell you. the fourth amendment is supposed to prevent that. this language in it of itself in this warrant violates the fourth amendment of the constitution. and it is a leak in "newsweek" tonight where there are two intelligence officers because the government is trying to get its message out and they telling different stories. they said they wanted as broad of an investigation as possible to grab as much paper as they could. there it is. there is the case in front of the judge tomorrow. the government is leaking. this warrant you issued was unconstitutional. the american people have a right to see everything. this is not supposed to be done to a former president of the united states. this is unprecedented. and not because it is donald trump, but because it is merrick garland, matthew graves as the u.s. attorney, and a cabal of stalinist leftists at the department of justice that will stop at nothing to destroy

>> that is the main reason that we have all of this violence raking out. they took a billion dollars out of the police department. not just here in new york city, but in police departments around america. and they never put it back. and now there has been an attrition in the police department that has rendered them impotent, because we don't want our cops to be proactive, they have to be reactive. look at this, guys, 50 years old, showing the lined gloves, that's what they use in the hood. i've been hit by it. i'm going to tell you, it will give them a concussion and he may never recover. he he is in the icu. and yet when he goes to jail he will be a hero in the hood, because he will be playing the video over and over like it is espn replaying some baseball player hitting a home run. that's what has happened. the criminality now is what is controlling the city. and we have a mayor an end other elected officials. swagger man mayor has no plan and these other officials are
