12:01 am
just listen to them. hannity awesome show tonight. hannenjoy the harriott interview as well. all right. i'm laura ingram .ener this is ingram angle from washington. we have a very big show for you tonight and it's kind of freedom here with an exclusive that will expose how the nba is again doing china's bidding. plus,s cattle mutilations and mike pence in the sameeg segment. what we're going tome see how that one goes. tucker carlson is staying up late to be here. the swamp, though, girds for 2020 four. >> that's the focus of tonight's angle, not just for a few moments. i want you to stop and think about what the elites and their media valets want you to believe. wbecause they make one outlandish claim after another like an incumbent w who loses a primary by thirty seven points is actuallyal a winner. liz cheney, it seems so crazy to a profile in courage, but she really i respect enormously the fact that she spoke out for
12:02 am
the truth. cheney future is yet to be writteny' or the lie that eight point five percent inflation is really zero inflation or along with four hundred and thirty seven billion in new spending can reduce inflation just by itsgs name alone or i love this to claim that men can be mothers and women fathers. can you help me get a good definition of birthing people? k but o i'll check on the language there. but i think if we'reut talkinghh about those who give birth, i think we're talking aboute i don't know how else to explain it to you, but it or their insistence that pumping children full of hormones is gender affirming every major medical association agrees gender affirmingic here is life saving medically necessary, age appropriate and a critical tool for health care providers..
12:03 am
i like that smok she's wearing and no surprise that they think having drag queens mingling with children is totally normal. drag queens are just herera to entertain. we cananente read intelligent le we are harmless.nt and i just hope that move forward it kind of just likese stretches those imaginations a little bit more to continue normalizing it and a dangerous claim that babies and young kids need covid vacciness to be safe. >> the united states is nowte the first country in the world to offer safe and effective covid-19 vaccines for children as young as six months old.on finally, s some peace of mind that we wouldn't have peace of mind without that. and of course, they demand that you believe thatt the country is a country. we love it systemically racist of that our borders are closed when in fact millions of f migrantsac have walked right in. and one of my favorites that the afghan withdrawal was
12:04 am
correctly handled. wewe arere in a stronger positin as a country because ofen the president's decision. do wet'? and ofof course, even with all those unabashed lies they claim th be the only countries serious defenders of democracymo . i believe thatt donald trump continues to pose a very grave threat and risk to our republic futurec. of democracy on the ballot. i fearar for our democracyan and for ever again't the gamble. we can't let that happen. and of course, just like all of the other grandiose claims, thiss, one is dead wrong. in fact, the opposite is truebe because we're the truean defenders of democracy and they are its enemiesd . the populous movement has h been on the march ever since the rise ofise the tea party back in two thousand nine at no point have we ever gotten the support from the media or big business hollywood, silicon valley. we face overwhelming oppositiona from the permanent bureaucracy that staff the federal
12:05 am
government to. ur so our power comes entirely from our ability to convinceas the voters to support.. our ideas. in other th words, no movement relies more on democracy and fights harder for then we do. it was the votes of the people who nominated donald trump innnd 2016 and it was the voters who defeated liz cheney last night. well, we trust the people. everything we do is designed to give them more power. but to cheney and her cheering c section, the votershe, they're just useful idiots. >> the problem the republican party adi is , is they got realy stupid people that vote in their primaries really stupid people demand to have really stupid leaders. that'sea where the republican party is now. >> of course, they also claim that the populace are threats to democracy because they pointed out that therecy ae election irregularities. then, of course, january 6th happened, but only a small number of people really out ofle the millions and millions
12:06 am
who are america first year took illegal actions during that riot and we've consistentlynt maintained that those people should suffer appropriate legal consequences . and since when does a desire to safeguard the integrity of elections qualify as being anti-democratic? tionin fact, it's the contrary. you see, we respect democracy enough that we want to make sure that elections are decided by clear and accurate vote counts. our agenda empowers the averagea american. we weregege the first ones tore question our country's relationship with china and also to insist that itlandoc shouldn't be so easy toan just ship american jobs overseas. we were the only ones to insist that being an american citizen should have real meaning and real benefits and therefore that the borders have to be enforced. we stand up to the teachers unions in the name of working. class parents. we stand up fornd small businesses threatened by crimebu . thissihr is and always has been
12:07 am
a movement for the little guy, not the plutocrats. or the bureaucrats who already have too much power. so if you care about democracy and you want the voters to have a real say in policy, you've got to join our movement rightit now. according toic real clear politics, over 70% of americans believe this countryry is on the wrong track, but itt doesn't have to be this waye because we have policies that work and that make lives better for the average person. we know this. they're working in places like florida, texas, tennessee,en iowa, south dakota, many other states . the elites don't trust you and they certainly don't want to empower you for them. a democracy is wherefo the votes do what the bureaucrats tell them to do. but t for us it's the other wayd around. and for almost 14 years, this movement has been growing. cheney's out. now let's keep going. in all 50 states because in our movement, no state is left behind and that's the angle.
12:08 am
show me now is newt gingrich, former speaker of the house,er fox news contributor, author ofo defeating big government socialism newt. this headline from the hill tonight, liz cheney shakes up 2020 four forecast. soy my question is , does she really have the support among republicans to shakehe s much of anything up? no. i mean, cheney is a fantasy being developed by the elite news media . but the truth, as we saw in wyoming where people render judgment, you can't't get twenty nine percent of the vote and turn around. she compared himself to abraham lincoln, who by the got 53% of the vote for the senate. but because the state legislature made their choice, douglas won. but think that 53% vote he didn't get twenty nine . she 2 i think has no future. she can run around the country . she has seven million dollars in the bank of political money
12:09 am
. she can feel good.l the new york times will coversh "the washington post". a lover. i'm sure that abc , cbs, you know, nbc, cnn, msnbc, the all lover. but the country won't love her. and she told us clearly last night how totally biased the january 6th committee is when she said she would do anything to stop donald trump.w now, how can you have a vice chair of supposed committee who says up front, i'll do anything to stop him now let's have a hearing. it's just proved a the hypocrise of what she's been doing. well, she referenced the civilhe war last night in her kind offe concession speech. then shess went back on the tody show this morning and kind of did a repeat of that watch. i think the republican party today is in very bad shape w and i think thate we have
12:10 am
a tremendous amount of work to do. i think it could take several election cycles, buts, the country has got to have a republican party that's actually based on substance e,. d on principles and the republican party has: never been in a a better positin slaughter the democrats in the midterms. i'd sayayuld. well, first of all, we have a majority of the governors, majority of state legislators. i think we're about togisl win a sweepar in the house and senas . ween have probably the mostn unique political figure in modern times. you know, donald trump hasom actually won the nomination fight more thant anyone in h american history. and of the tenis people who votd to impeach him and the republican party, eight of them are gone, includinghe liz chene. soso i mean, no other political figure in american history has had the reach thatch he has now. she's correct. ifar what you're looking for is an old fashioned pro-war,
12:11 am
pro establishment republican who doesn't really represent the people. but remember, if you believe in governmentgove, of the people, by the people and for the people of wyoming spoke and spoke decisively and liz cheney wasn't on the winning side. i want to play that civil war soundbite now because again, a lot of people missed what she said last night. ee they need to hear it, especially given the accusation thativ somehow conservatives are stoking violence or wanting violenceti. i am absolutely going to continue this battle. ve i think e it's the most importat thing i've ever been involved in. and i think an it's certainly the most important thing challenge that our nation has facede in recent history and maybe since the civil warma newt, you're a historian. go ahead. take a crack at the civil war. well,ci look, i don'too actually agree with her. i think the crisis today between the deep state establishment and the bureaucracy, the fact that they are now using tre
12:12 am
the government as an instrument of power to terrorize people, to lock uppot people, tonk intimidate people. i think we arewe in a real criss . and i y thinkea that the debate over the next few years is going to be the most important debate since the civil war. the difference between w liz cheney and the rest of us is most of us believe that the american people ought to govern, not the bureaucrats thatat the values of americafo should be reinforced, not the values of organizations. we have things likee the milwaukee teachers union which wants to fire whites first, pure, absolute racism. i think that there is going to be a huge fight and i think they're going to lose. they're afraid of the people and they don't want the people to have any say in the decision making. ay iand i want to make allue the decisions themselves. so i guess that is going toss be the battle royale note. ou i knewld you'd be great tonight, but you were fantastic. thanks so . uch and tomorrow morning, trumpmp lawyers and government lawyers are going to face offoi in court
12:13 am
over the question of unsealing the fbi records regarding the raid on mar a lago.re now, the one document that everyone wants to see is the. all important affidavit that's going to answer ans many of our questions, including why the doj is zeroing in on obstruction as a potential crime here. there are three things they're looking at. that's one of them. trump himself has said. that heh wants everything released. now it's the government that to know what's going on here. now it's jonathan turley,go george washington law professor, fox news contributor. professor, good to see you tonight. versr, ofwhat do you think will n tomorrow? how might this play out? rt i thinks it's unlikely that the court is going to unseal . is document as you know, courts tend toro defer to prosecutors when they make these arguments. but peopleo need to understand, is this identical argument is made in every case i've beeni involved in when you're are trying to get evidence fromnm the government, they say virtually the same thing s. ec
12:14 am
i do a lot of national security and criminal work. at least that'sk the nature of those cases. and this is a fairly common fight to try f to get evidence from the government. affidavits are commonly released after someone is charged, you have to give them to the defense. cases they can be released in redacted form a and they can be released befored a charge. but courts tend to just go with the government on these things . but is what's different is amb number of elements here. one is that there's a history here of the department ofst justice in trump investigations . ititan has created a real public interest, a lot of publicte uncertainty as toin the motivation behind the search. the search itself was grotesquelydh. broad. it was almost without definition. it literally was a warrant that said take everything even if you found one document with an classification marking of any , you could take the whole
12:15 am
box and then take all the boxes around that box b. it just was sort of ridiculous. but then they did this raid right before a major election and the timeline doesn't quite make sense to some of us now. maybe it will make sense whene we see the affidavit, but according to the wall street journal, the attorney general went weeks before he signed off on the application. when they got the warrant, they waited a whole weekend before they executed it. and yetit weede t have these les that are coming out almost regularly every two daysomin saying, well, we were lookinglo for nuclear weapons information and we had no choice but to move quickly. and then we've justt hadth anotr leak saying, well, there's this suspicious videotape outside the storage. so while. the while the department of justice absolute need secrecy, it's leaking according to the media sources,o is leaking this information and framing and maintaining how the case is being viewed.
12:16 am
that question, by the way,e about the surveillance video that they subpoena s t from inse mar a lago was trained on the storage area that was supposed to be locked up.in so again, the leaks about there's supposed to you know, we would imagine because of the leaks something untowardid on one of thoseeo videos, which is we know from our history h with other cases would go to their case for some type of could be based on a number of things, a changing of documents, false statements as to what are contained in the boxes. , broadmoxception statute and more importantly, it moves them away from this issue of declassification authority. the classification status and previous discussions. they can just say, well, someone lied to us or changedsl a document or misleded us . all professor, a lot to unpack u here. thank you very much.nper and up next,e, explo of new audo

and russia are going to be running joint military exercises the first time in years. now their goal is to strength their ability to respond to what they call various security threats, of course. but guess what that means us . and what was it by this administration's response to all this? does not represent that the warnings that you were giving a few months ago to china, not to militarily support the russians in the war in ukraine. you know, does this sort of change your thinking in the way that the chinese have responded to that is absolutely their right to do so regarding what, if any, military exercises to take part in so we don't read anything into their engagement in this activity. >> joining me now is arkansas senator tom cotton, the senate armed services committee, a committee senator . you just heard the tone and the substance of the state department spokesman, china
12:23 am
must be really scared. they don't want to read too much into this. your reaction to. well, again, this is joe biden's longstanding record of weakness and appeasement going back not just the last 18 months, but the last 50 years. of public life. remember, he was celebrating china's rise for decades, even before he had reason to do so to help his son out in business. he also criticized ronald reagan for saying that russia was an evil empire or for fighting communists in places like nicaragua or cuba. this is who joe biden is . he believes that america is not exceptional, that america should not be the leader of the free world, that we should not stand stand proud, proudly defending our interests and advancing the cause of our freedom around the world. and they take advantage of it just like vladimir putin in ukraine, just like china has started to in the last month. running all these war games around taiwan shores. and you look at what's happening in joe joe biden is still trying to get into
12:24 am
another nuclear deal with iran at a time when iran finally was able to attempt murder against salman rushdie after 30 years on american soil and a humiliation of america. this is who joe biden is , though, is who he's always been a senator. this week the u.n. released a report saying that it is a reasonable conclusion that forced labor among weaker kazakh and other ethnic minorities in sectors such as agriculture and manufacturing has been occurring and the jinyang weaker autonomous region of china. well, we all knew this and this is no great shock to us . but nevertheless, america is engaged in trade of all sorts business, m&a work, banking with a country that has hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of people in slave labor camps tonight. this is what our country is doing. yeah.
12:25 am
and we are the democrats just spent hundreds of billions of dollars to try to empower that regime more . remember, china has a large portion the world so-called green energy technology, especially the minerals that go into some of the are making those exact solar panels or other inputs to it. and we're spending hundreds of billions of taxpayers dollars now on that technology as opposed to trying to produce more oil and gas here in north america. that's because liberals like joe biden will avert their eyes from in china or african child laborers while they look down their nose at american roughnecks and coal miners. the exact opposite of what we should be doing, producing more of our energy, producing less energy from china, which is being built on the backs of slave labor and i would say be on biden, all these senators, democrat senators who are up for reelection like mark kelly and maggie hassan of new hampshire, all these so-called moderates, they vote lockstep with with biden on the china issues. it's a terrific senator have been terrific on this issue. thank you so much.
12:26 am
and we've been telling you for years that the nba is owned by china. tonight we have exclusive new audio exposing how the league was kowtowing to china by censoring fans and defending the acts of a dictatorship. then boston celtics center and my next guest and his of freedom first publicly criticized china's president xi jinping back in october of 2020 one , which led to the ccp banning celtics games from being streamed and their country cancer freedom approach. nba commissioner adam silver about it days later, my manager said, you know, the games in china sometimes games in trying to prevent ban for i guess whole season are going to go on with the celtics and like what do you what do you think about that? what do you i don't know that to be true. you know, it's people say all those things i hate this one came out and said something about it. i checked with so many of my friends and it is true they actually banned all these
12:27 am
games and stuff. well, but i would only say i look, i mean, it's not a secret. it's a very different system in china. and there is a different sensibility there. of course, it's a different system. it's a dictatorship. so no matter how much money you make off them, you shouldn't be defending, censoring any sort of speech and frankly, we shouldn't be playing games over there. months later in december of twenty , twenty want to? celtics official told cantave freedom that the league was advising teams to make sure that pro hong kong signs or anti china signs were not seen in any photos or on cam because they were worried about what china would do poorly in the first. and so there go in there, make sure they're not your while. it makes you look good on the other picture, i think it was excess capacity.
12:28 am
oh, of course. do a lot of other, which is because of the nature there's no you got to run from the inside of a different system, different sensibility. >> joining me now is a. unafraid of a . can you tell us more about the kinds of signs that the league didn't want seen when china was going to stream these games? of course. first of all, thank you for having me. you know, first of all, you know, the world needs to understand everything. the nba does it for money or publicity stunt and it's been like that for years. so i'm not really surprised. and they could tell us about the players, about the coaching staff and the fans as long as the league image is profitable. and finally, they are they are really mad because someone finally from the inside that which played revenues in this
12:29 am
league. right. are going out and exposing them one by one . and because that is unacceptable, it just so unacceptable is how they can, you know, bow down the biggest dictatorship in the world, you know, so that is hurt my heart. so i was like, you what? enough is enough. someone has to call out this hypocrisy and i did it now. and it's we reached out to the nba for a comment and they told us that the league does not have rules against fans supporting hong kong at games. commissioner silver has made it absolutely clear that we've supported and we'll continue to support every member of the nba family expressing their personal views on social and political issues. so that's that's what they said. we don't have no harm, no foul mouthed. i just that is embarrassing themselves. i mean, at this point, the whole world knows that they are bowing down to china and it is unacceptable.
12:30 am
i just cannot believe that are still can just lie to american people. you know, but i think, you know, i mean, i do a lot of basketball games around the world. even now the little kids are telling me about the importance of nba. so they are just embarrassing themselves. but you know what? enough and i am just hoping that more player will come and join me. so it's going to become a movement. and i know that one day they will well, kaepernick, you know, they celebrated him for starting a movement. you're a one man, you know, expo's of what the league is doing here and social justice matters in the united states , but not when you're making billions of dollars in china. i think it's pretty obvious for all the eyes to see. and that's without you we wouldn't have known about this . thank you so much. and the cdc has a covert confession, but is it too late and out of the campaign? we're going to share some unhappy trails. raymond arroyo has this in seen and unseen next move from

is seen and unseen segment. will we reveal the stories behind the headlines and that was 70% contributor raymond arroyo. i ran hea the cdc issued a big c culpa today, but remember what this administration was saying just a few months ago say? you're not going to get coverage if you have these vaccinations. our data from the cdc today suggest that that vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don't get sick. well, yeah, but yeah, all our guidance was in error. wollensky today admitted the cdc guidance was, quote, confusing and overwhelming. now, laura , those vaccines neither prevented infection nor, symptoms from emerging recently. the thrice vacciney president got covid. then this week, his defense secretary, lloyd austin, despite his elaborate star wars, inspired he he also tested positive for covid.
12:37 am
again, this is his second round. and of course, the first lady,rt jill biden, is also inne quarantine with covid, maybe walensky should have sent the bidens the early notice that all of thise guidance wasno to be ignored. i like it when they say or they say, oh, well, i've tested positive for kovatchev mild sedative. thank god i'm twice boosted three times fact that they always have to add that kode at the well and no mention of natural immunity. and you know, we're laughing. but d the downside of this law is our military personnelts and our students who have been a dismissed, fired and set asidere because they refused to takee these vaccines that apparently are not all that effective as a sign of how meaningless all this guidance's people exposedto to covid are supposed to wear c a mask for ten days, whether they have symptoms or not. here is biden yesterday. he takes off a mask the corpse c into his hand . then he starts. glad handing the senators before reaching for b the mask. now what is the point?
12:38 am
