thursday. but the judge will have the final say. guys? >> carley: thank you so much. let's bring in mark smith. and former member of president trump's transition team. marc keller good morning to you. a judge yesterday, made his billing. the question becomes, how much do you think that doj will redact? >> mark: well, i think the department of justice is going to try to redact everything -- every single aspect of the probable cause affidavit that they can. keep in mind that whatever they propose is going to go to judge reinhardt who has already indicated he thinks a lot of the affidavit should be disposed to disclose to the public. this is an extraordinary case. this is not a normal criminal case where an affidavit like this might be kept confidential. the attorney general merrick garland has already spoken publicly about a criminal case. and that is highly unusual because usually the attorney general says nothing and just
