joe biden's house. and if they do, his bodyguards armed with automatic weapons, with high capacity magazines, will force them back to where we just a reminder to stream our latest documentary on something bizarre happening to livestock. it's on fox nation network that we'll see monday this weekend. and welcome to hannity. and buckle up for round two because the biden administration is now trying to resurrect the ministry of truth. now, after two years of lying and misleading the american people about covid-19. also tonight, the cdc announced a big shake up, citing, quote, some pretty public mistakes. wow. you don't say kentucky senator rand paul who highlighted this a long time ago. he'll join us . and after accidentally shooting and killing a woman on a movie set, alec baldwin now says his
11:01 pm
life is at risk all because of donald trump. and it's taken years off of his life. out of all the fear. but first, often considered the dumbest person in d.c., that would be biden's chief of staff, ron klain. he's now praising joe biden, his hard work and his steady leadership compared to donald trump's. take a listen. i just think donald trump created an expectation of a president creating a storm every single day. i don't think it was good for the country. i don't think the voters wanted it. and i think 81 million of them showed up last in 2020 and said they wanted a different kind of president. nasser joe biden this he comes into the oval office every morning. he's serious about his work. he's serious about the change. he's trying to bring to this country. all right, ron , a serious really because every time joe opens his mouth, it is a complete adam schiff show. here's a friendly reminder. >> the ideas that the with
11:02 pm
the nature not the political coverage look, some of the political players in some . let me ask no, ron , do you or anybody else in the white house ever feel bad putting joe in that position every day because you're living in an alternate reality? now, biden's entire presidency has a horror show both at home and abroad. and by the way, joe's well, it
11:03 pm
definitely does not go to the office or the oval office every morning, as you claim, not even close so far , joe biden has spent one hundred and fifty whopping days on vacation in delaware. and this weekend he's headed back to the beach in delaware after a lengthy vacation at the beach in south carolina. where he's going to build a wall to secure his premises. joe biden is not serious about his work because he's not mentally capable of being serious about work. he can't even put his own jacket on like a functioning adult. but in the democratic party, it just simply doesn't matter. democrats don't really care about biden's mental decline, his cognitive decline or the disaster in afghanistan. now, a little over a year ago, they don't seem to care about inflation, high gas prices, the recession they don't seem to care about any of it. they don't even care that joe's son 060 iberians hunter appears to have sold access to the highest levels of the u.s. federal government, all to make millions and millions
11:04 pm
and millions from china, russia, ukraine and many other countries that don't particularly like the united states . but democrats claim to revere our institutions, though they don't revere our institutions, they only care about political power, raw political power. but don't take my word for it. just listen to a popular liberal podcast host whose name is sam harris. he just says what others think . trump university as a story is worse than anything that could be in biden's laptop. in my view right now, that's not that doesn't answer the people who say it's still completely unfair to not have looked at the laptop in a timely way and to have shut down the new york post twitter account like that. that's just a conspiracy. that's a left wing conspiracy to deny the presidency to donald trump. absolutely. it was absolutely right. but i think it was warranted. now it's all a means to an end. there is no intellectual
11:05 pm
honesty or fidelity to the truth in the democratic party of today. they will lie. they will cheat. they will steal their way to the top if that's what it takes to gain power. and they will do it together with one united voice. take a look at the so-called inflation reduction act or i call it the tax the poor, the middle class and people on fixed income act. all it is is one giant five hundred billion dollar farce and it doesn't even attempt to reduce inflation. it'll increase inflation. it increases taxes on the poor middle class people on fixed incomes. it drives everybody's energy costs at a time when gas is still near a record high , it hires eighty five to eighty seven thousand new irs agents to audit small businesses. bigger than three agencies of the federal government combined . but guess what? wealthy americans will now be able to enjoy a big tax credit now if they buy an expensive new electric vehicle
11:06 pm
or an suv as they like to call them every single democrat in the senate voted in favor of this bill . they don't care for americans get hurt. they just want a political win. they're green climate, religious cult trumps everything. now, these same democrats are painting republican senate candidates running in upcoming elections in midterms as cruel and out of touch. well, apparently, senator senate minority leader mitch mcconnell is content to leave them out to dry and fend for themselves. listen to these comments. very encouraging. there's probably a greater likelihood the house votes in the senate. senate races are just different. their statewide candidate quality has a lot to do with the outcome. candidate quality. you mean like in pennsylvania, the democratic senate candidate, a devout socialist style in the vein of let's see, oh, bernie sanders, who he
11:07 pm
endorsed over joe biden, a guy that literally can't put two sentences together himself. he's just only been 11 minutes on the campaign trail. a guy that wants to legalize heroin and have areas where people can shoot up in public. and i hope fetterman gets better healthwise. but it's just a simple fact. he's to the left of bernie sanders. and yet you don't hear chuck schumer complaining about candidate quality of pennsylvania. how about you get out there and fight for your team? what's your agenda, mitch, or would you rather just sit by and watch helplessly as democrats lie to your face, pass another five hundred billion dollar green energy boondoggle next year? or is it maybe mitch mcconnell hates donald trump so much that he would probably rather see trump endorse candidates lose because he thinks that might hurt donald trump. his time as a leader needs to come to an end now if republicans fail to take the majority, we will get even more taxes. we will get more audits, we will get more inflation.
11:08 pm
we will get more socialism. we will get more green new deal ,more mass illegal immigration. that means more fentanyl, more heroin, more crime, more chaos, more carnage. and a far left deep state bureaucracy left totally, completely unchecked. this is a critical inflection point for this country. a pivotal moment, a tipping point if mitch doesn't really want to help lead his party. mitch stepaside will find somebody who can lead and champion the candidates that are in these races. here now with more, the co-host of the five, judge jeanine pirro, fox news contributor joe concha. you know, why do i get the sinking feeling you never hear to judge chuck criticize any democratic candidates? why is mitch? well, depends on the quality candidate. how about he can get off his out of kentucky and go on the campaign trail and fight for every candidate and help them win? you know, sean, i couldn't agree with you more . you have to wonder why he's taking a swipe and this is what he's doing at trump
11:09 pm
candidates. you have to wonder why is he rolling over? why is he basically giving up, you know, when he should be the one who should be out there and making sure that republicans are out there voting? you know, the party that controls the narrative is the party that controls the vote right now. mitch mcconnell should be controlling the narrative with what's going on in this country that you so aptly described in your open with this inflation reduction act, which has nothing to do with inflation reduction and the fact that what we've got now is is a leftist socialist, progressive president who is not only raising taxes and hiring eighty seven thousand new irs agents to sic it on all the rest of us . but what we've got is we've got taxes going up, we've got inflation, we've got all of the problems we're dealing with right now and we've got people saying, you know what, the fact that hunter biden laptop story was suppressed in was a good thing.
11:10 pm
we can suppress your first amendment rights because we don't want donald trump to be elected. these people are more than socialist or communist. this is like a third world country and mitch mcconnell ought to understand right now that if he doesn't get up and fight for republicans, then he should just get out of the way. you know, joe concha, you covered the media better than anybody, by the way. i'm sure you miss humpty dumpty. i'm sure that's devastating news for you because i think we haven't seen the last of it. thank you. i don't think he's going to last out that now. is that where he's headed or media matters one of the other ? it won't be any network that i can see. but let's had msnbc or media matters, one of those two many one in the same right. they it's an echo chamber. all right. so let me ask about the media's being complicit in all of this. they're the ones that were perfectly fine with hillary's dirty russian dossier. they passed it off as being real. it was not real.
11:11 pm
they went out in unison in one voice echoing the democratic party and saying hunter biden. his laptop was russian disinformed without even looking into the issue. and so you have to wonder in every election year, you know, what will their messaging be this time because it will be in sync with the democratic party that we can expect. so we're already seeing that right now on the inflation reduction act magically went away as the actual name of the bill and it's called the democrats tax and health and climate change bill . suddenly inflation reduction went away because this thing doesn't reduce inflation and then you you just see the cheering going on . right? they embrace white house chief of staff ron klain when he compares joe biden to jfk and eisenhower. as you mentioned before, one difference those presidents were exceptionally popular and seen as competent and coherent. and eisenhower, his average approval rating was 65% while in office, jack kennedy, 70% while in office. joe biden, reuters poll just
11:12 pm
out. this is post inflation reduction act. he's at 38% approval. 57% disapprove. so we keep hearing all this cheering from the president and his allies in the media. and there are many that joe biden has joementum. well, just because you pass this massive spending bill along party lines like the american public saying it's going to reduce inflation, that doesn't mean it's a win. and republican candidates starting with mitch mcconnell at the top in terms of running the senate and then saying to the candidates, they're all running in places like arizona and pennsylvania, wisconsin, this is your opportunity to use this in a campaign ad run against this thing and show the bold contrast that you're going to do if you get into office in terms of reducing inflation or violent crime or getting back to energy independence. but you don't hear democrats talk about that that much or about securing the u.s. southern border for that matter. in fact, not killing young americans because if they run on issues, they lose. so it all goes back to focusing on donald trump. judge, it's not complicated if republicans run on keeping every town and every city safe and secure and hiring
11:13 pm
police and eliminating no bail and refunding the police if they run on parental rights and education and get rid of woke education, crt and of course, the gender identity first grade teaching that's been going on . and they stick to reading, writing, math , science, history and computers. i think they'll win on those issues if they run on securing the borders. that's a winning issue. if they run on energy independence, that is a winning issue. it doesn't seem that complicated to me if they really push that these issues hard, they will win. well, they don't even have to push the issues. all they have to do, sean, is put it in front of the american people. can you afford food? can you afford gas? are you able to buy an electric car ? do you feel safe in your town? do you have a job? has your business suffered? have you lost your business as a result of being locked down from covid? you all of these questions?
11:14 pm
let's talk about that. no, let's talk about a border crisis. you don't even have to say anything other than a reality of what's going on under the democrats. and shame on mitch mcconnell if he's ready to roll over right now, he move out of the way because we've got the narrative we should control the vote. well said, judge. thank you, joe . thank you. all right. tonight because the democrats zero bail laws lax prosecute guns and a movement to defund, dismantle police departments, america's liberal cities. now they have all descended into chaos. take a look at your screen. a mob of looters ransacking in l.a. 7-eleven. look at this. looting and theft have now been almost completely decriminalized, especially in places like california by democrats. this is the result. that's the predictable result in new york city. meanwhile, violent criminals and convicted. remember, this guy is a violent criminal. he's a sex offender back out on the street after nearly killing this guy in a random
11:15 pm
attack because new york's tough on crime prosecutor doesn't believe that violent criminals should go to jail. this is insanity. he has since been rearrested for violating his parole and that's why scenes like this in new york city are getting more and more common. look at this now you're watching a taxi cab driver being robbed and killed in broad daylight. and then to make matters worse, brand new type of colorful sentinel that looks like chalk. it's now pouring across the southern border. that chalk will kill your kids here with reaction, fox news legal analyst greg jarret, along with former white house chief of staff reince priebus writes, there's no logical sense to defund, dismantle or no bail laws, none whatsoever. but it's being adopted by every blue state and it seems like every blue city in america and it's gone viral and they seem fine with it.
11:16 pm
i'm having a hard time understanding why they think that's a good issue. to run on . well, it's not a good issue, sean. if you look at the number one and number two issues across america, you alluded to it in the last segment. it's crime and inflation and that's why you have governor candidates across this country, in your state, in new york talking about firing district attorneys on day one in wisconsin and other states . look at the crime rate in portland, up eight 100%, philly, d.c. i mean, you name it. but here's the interesting thing about these democrats. the proof is in the pudding because there's two things that come out in the last month that totally debunk what the democrats have been talking about. and that is two things. number one , stacy abrams, how much money has she spent unperson security. four hundred and fifty thousand dollars for her own personal security. in the meantime, she's handing out grants to candidates who are espousing the idea of
11:17 pm
defunding the police. second thing, it came out this past week, how much money is joe biden spending and putting a fence around his home? nearly deleware. five hundred thousand dollars when on day one in an executive order when he was president, he signed an executive order not to not deport illegal immigrants who committed a crime and to stop building the wall. i mean, these guys are total, complete hypocrites. you greg, this is like, you know, a squared, b squared. we'll see squared. if you allow lawbreaking, you allow violence to allow theft and you don't punish people and you have no bhel laws and people get rearrested and let free every time. this is a predictable result. you don't have to be an mit grad or harvard business school grad to figure this out. yeah, but the far left liberal
11:18 pm
and the progressives think it's fashionable to care about the criminal while ignoring the law abiding innocent victims of crime that are being terrorized in their own community. a gallup poll just out shows that 80% of americans are really worried about being victims of crime. they fear for their lives, but the wolfmen thinks that it's really important to let criminals go free because they're horribly misunderstood people. we're to blame for that. they're not to blame for it. society is guilty. so they've instituted these insane policies, which is defunding police, installing incompetent judges. cassilis bail, decriminalizing serious felonies down to mere misdemeanor ers, reducing sentencing for major crimes and releasing criminals out of prisons and jails.
11:19 pm
the inevitable result is lawless ness and crime in every major category of crime has skyrocketed from shootings, murders, stabbings, larceny, you name it. and you know, american voters are also to blame because they install these far left liberals that run these states and cities. and until they finally say we've had enough, they have the ultimate veto power and they can get rid of these elected officials if you know politics as well as anybody, if every republican runs on a law and order platform, runs on a education platform that empowers parents and gets rid of what curriculum if they run on energy independence and they run on lowering taxes, not raising taxes and a run on the idea of securing our border, how could they lose
11:20 pm
in this environment? don't you think that the american people have had it with all of this record high gas prices, record inflation, record crime, record amounts of people entering their country illegally? yeah, you're you're 100% correct. republicans have to stick to the 80 percent winners. it's what newt gingrich used to teach it go all the time. do you believe we should secure the border, protect the american worker and our children? yes or no? yes. do you think that violent criminals that have committed felonies that hurt people should be let go and in cash without bail so they can run their car through a waukesha county parade? the answer is no. and if we do, should parents have a say over their kids education? or whether teachers should be teaching kids incessantly about transgender issues across the board? the answer is no, they shouldn't. and parents should have a say so if you stick to the 80% and keep it simple in this
11:21 pm
environment with this president that screwed everything, the republicans should not be losing anywhere. and i don't think they will. i think it's going to be a great year. all right. i hope you're right. it's senator always tough, especially we have every bellwether state. as you know, not every state is going to be an run for the republican side because they you know, middle states . we'll see what happens. we'll see if this becomes a wave election, which i hope it can be . all right. coming up, congressman mac has uncovered some disturbing documents about the biden administration and their plan to use the dhs to censor freedom of speech. that's right. the thought police are back . we'll explain straight ahead. you, the kids, they're having this much fun, i think, having

i'm strohmeyer new york . new u.s. aid is headed for ukraine but happens department announcing another seven hundred and seventy five million in weapons and equipment along with more artillery and ammunition, received new anti mine equipment and vehicles necessary to recapture territory now heavily mined by russian troops. the package marks ten point six billion in aid since ukraine. since the start of the biden administration. it comes as the war approaches a six month mark since russia's invasion. and shocking new testimony in the trial of r and b singer r. kelly using the pseudonym jane and now adult witnesses revealing years after rather years of abuse at the hands of kelly while underage. she also says it was her scene in a explicit tape featured in his 2008 trial, no longer able to, quote, carry his lies, james and mr. kelly intimidated and paid her not to testify in 2008.
11:27 pm
all right. we are big breaking news out of washington tonight. as congressman mac gates says he has now uncovered documents that show the biden administration is trying to use the dhs to become the new ministry of truth and shut down dissent on all social media platforms all under the banner of so-called this information. now an audit report from the department states , quote, we recommend the dhs develop a unified strategy to counter disinformation campaigns that appear in social media. translation we want to censor conservatives and decide what's true and what's not true. the same people that sold us the russian disinformation dossier, the same people that said biden's laptop was russian disinformation. those people remember, was earlier in the year that the biden administration faced a major backlash for the so-called disinformation board run by a woman who pushed the lie that the unabiding laptop was russian
11:28 pm
disinformation. but we were told that that effort was disband. but these documents now appear to suggest otherwise and appear to suggest that the biden team is now undertaking a more unified approach throughout the entire department of homeland security to explain florida congressman matt case, by the way, his run off is i think you're primary is on tuesday. good luck to you, sir. thank you so much, sean. and it is a feature of fascism ,not freedom. when the government tries to control the very nature of truth itself. that's why there was such a strong backlash. the first time the biden government tried to do this. now we see documents where the inspector general of the department of homeland security is saying the real problem in our federal government is that we aren't using the national security apparatus to control truth, to try to disparage information that might be harmful to the bidens. and as you said, the largest purveyor of disinformation is oftentimes the national security apparatus of our own
11:29 pm
government. we saw that with the russian dossier. we saw that with the phony effort to impeach president trump over the ukraine hoax and then we see it again in the effort to diminish the national security threat of the hunter biden laptop. the first family is compromised. their supporters in washington know it. and so now they're trying to ratchet up their efforts to be able to limit what our fellow americans can see and think because they want to control how people behave. we have to expose this again and get the same type of backlash that we saw the first time they tried to do it. now you have this exchange with matt olsen, who is the assistant attorney general ,where he wouldn't answer the question of hunter. biden is a security threat and where you press them really hard on the whereabouts of hunter's laptop and the investigation. do you know about his laptop office?
11:30 pm
again, i'm not going to talk about any potential ongoing. he knows where it is . i sit you know where it is . i'm not going to talk about any ongoing. yes. you come here to tell us you follow the facts and the law, but you can't even follow the laptop that you guys have had for three years. the good news is you're not the only ones with that laptop. so patrick was convicted of bribing government officials in africa and he gave a million bucks to hunter biden. are you familiar with that? i'm not going to speak about any ongoing investigation. i just had an ongoing history and ongoing investigation. i can i'm not going to patrick ryvita about any potential. and why don't you see that that degrades the countries like belief in you guys when you have whistleblowers saying that you're purposefully holding this information and then you come here and say you won't talk about in light of the raid of mar a lago in light of what they did to roger stone, in light of what they did to paul manafort, in light of what they've done to peter navarro, how many years they had this laptop and based on , for example, miranda devine's book, the laptop from , don't we know there's evidence of crimes
11:31 pm
on that laptop and you took them on on a pretty hard way. and , you know, whatever happened to that going on three years the fbi has had possession of this laptop. it's not the personal behavior that's most interesting. it's the chinese business deals and the expectation that joe biden himself will personally profit off of the work that biden is doing at the expense of our fellow americans. meetings at the chinese embassy licenses from the chinese communist party that he couldn't get without the help of his father in the access that the vice presidency provided. sean, this is a crime spree that we are witnessing in progress. and i think the very reason why the department of homeland security wants to ratchet down on our discourse and our dissent is because they know how vulnerable and compromised the first family is . and we are watching a crime and parallel a cover up that is being run by the national security state. the good news is 14 fbi whistleblowers have come
11:32 pm
forward. they have detailed the political bias at the fbi and we have all the tools now when we get subpoena power deposition power to really go into the of that agency because there's a lot swirl around in the deep state. you also have this show i would gladly put on any of the whistleblowers. we'll put them in a silhouette. and if they want to tell this story, we'll let them tell the story right here on tv. i mean, after all, i thought democrats, they love hearsay whistleblowers so much, i would think that they would would love a real whistleblower for once. what do you think? well, and these whistleblowers say what you say on air often, which is that there are good people in the fbi who are working to protect americans and those patriots when they observe this political activity, this bias, this favor tism for the bidens and this effort to try to destroy trump at all costs, they're speaking up. and what i think is that once we get a majority and jim
11:33 pm
jordan and i are running these investigations to ground in their entirety, we will have a waterfall of even more whistleblowers, more evidence that will connect the pain people are feeling to this corrupt government. all right. medicates district one in the panhandle of florida. your primary on monday, i'm sure you'll do on tuesday rather. i'm sure you're going to do very well. we appreciate you being with us. all right. coming up, finally, the cdc is admitting to its covid failures. senator rand paul , who has been basically saying this forever. he'll weigh in on all of this when we return. hi , i'm mike huckabee, former governor of arkansas. and i'm here today to tell you about a hidden health crisis currently affecting nearly every american. sleep deprivation. and that's why you need to know about relaxium sleep. you see getting a good night's sleep helps support a healthy immune system, helps maintain healthy blood pressure, healthy cardiovascular system. thankfully, relaxium sleeps formula is clinically proven to help you fall asleep faster,

take a look at this. was the agency up to the task of handling this pandemic? i think our public health infrastructure in the country was not up to the task of handling this pandemic. cdc director dr. rochelle walensky commissioned the report in april. we learned some hard lessons over the last three years and as part of that is that my responsibility is the agency's responsibility to learn from those lessons and do better. too little, too late. and now an internal review concluded. what we have been telling you over and over again that the cdc bungled the pandemic response. they put out mixed messages after mixed messages and they lost the confidence of you, the american people. i'll never trust them again. remember, it was the biden cdc that downplayed natural immunity. they flip flopped en masse. they weren't clear about which groups were at risk. and don't forget, around christmastime, they ran out of tests, they ran out of monoclonal antibodies and never ,ever really talked much about therapeutics. yet to explain kentucky

senator rand paul . well, i mean, senator gave us some credit. you will call in all of this from the get go , including the origins of the coronavirus and this human virology lab that apparently and a nih money went to as well. yeah, it's about time the cdc actually admits their failures. but i think admitting their failure, they say, you know, the road to recovery, it means acknowledging you have a problem. but i think in admitting their failure, they still aren't acknowledging what the solution is . their solution is , oh, maybe we were too slow to institute mandates because we are debating the science. i think the opposite is true. they were looking at the science, misinterpreting it and then drawing conclusions that meant, oh, we should put masks on all of our children. well, countries like sweden didn't put the children in masks at all. the children didn't get sick or die. neither did the teachers. and yet the conclusions we drew from the cdc i think were incorrect and have led to a great deal of setbacks for
11:40 pm
our children. but you're right, the biggest error they made was not acknowledging that once you've had covid, you have immunity and that it's protective, but not acknowledging that they've been pushing for five boosters . they've been saying that two year old children need to have booster's. there's no truth to that. there is no evidence. i asked dr. fauci this in committee. there's no evidence that a booster for your child protects transmission, hospitalization or death. the only thing a booster does is it your child will make antibody to a booster, but there's no evidence that it's of any benefit to your child to get a booster. and there was no science behind what they were trying to push on children either you you've got the virus very early and you are very public about it and you talk more than anybody else about natural immunity for those that may not know you're a medical doctor as well. did you ever get any of the vaccines and you don't have to answer that question if you don't want. no, i didn't. but it's not because i'm anti vaccine. i'm just pro science.
11:41 pm
i'm pro immunity. we've known since the beginning of time. if you asked dr. fauci , there's a clip of him from twenty six where a mother says my son has had the flu, does he need to take a flu vaccine? and dr. fauci correctly responds, no. if you've had the virus, that's the best inoculation ever. it's better than a vaccine. that's what he said in twenty six . that's still true. we don't want to get covid, but if you've already had covid, you have been inoculated. it has a great deal of protective effect. it's more than twice the protective effect of a vaccine. and all of the studies show that it's long lasting. but because they don't acknowledge this and they don't study this, they keep going blindly on to more and more vaccines. you've got to have four and vaccines. what i want to know is if you've had what is your risk? it turns out your risk of going to the hospital is fifty seven times less than somebody who hasn't had it. it's very protective. but until they acknowledge that as long as they ignore that
11:42 pm
science, they're not being honest with the american public and no amount of overall the cdc will work if they're not honest about the scientific data. isn't this the same dr. fauci in 2012 that said he would support a gain of function research even if it results in a worldwide pandemic? is that the guy you're talking about? it's the same guy. it's the same guy who also was complicit with these doctors who wrote to lancet the journal and said, oh, it's a conspiracy theory to say that this came from the lab. i think this is the biggest cover up in modern medicine and we get to the bottom of it when we take over the senate and we take over the house, we will investigate the origins of this because it's serious. there are labs around the world doing experiments on viruses that have 50% mortality, trying to make them more transmissible to trying to make them aerosolized, trying to make them more infectious. this is a death wish for humanity and we must do something about it. and dr. falsies at the very

origins of this because he funded the research and then he denied it was going to function. but i had a panel of three prominent scientists come to congress about three weeks ago and they acknowledge that this was going to function and it hasn't been honest. the dr. fauci has not been honest with the american people about it. oh, i think we learned about that from emails and from the intercept them from project veritas and the nih, his own materials as well and his personal emails. all right. senator rand paul , thank you. coming up, you won't believe what alec baldwin just said about president trump and how the shooting incident that killed this poor woman on the set of rust actually has taken years off his life. those comments next. ketanji raises the question why this is the kind of certifying sooraj is making the current times stronger at non-linearity

alec baldwin is hitting new levels of lunacy. pretty good for him anyways. he's actually trying to connect his fatal film says shooting to an attack on donald trump lane trump for everything. and he says in a fake news cnn interview transcript that the shooting is something he thinks about every day and it is taking years off of his life. now here he is on fake news, cnn and the part they actually show you why they didn't show the whole thing. >> they'll have to explain. take a look to me was is really the only time i thought that i needed to go . i was worried about what was going to happen because it was trump who instructed people to commit acts of violence and he was pointing the finger at me and saying i was responsible for the death. what was the provenance of all the bullets on the set? where did this come from? well, according to the fbi report, as far as i'm aware, the bullets were commingled. what if that's the case then who comingled them? guiseppe can provide her
11:49 pm
with ammunition where he comingled live rounds with blank rounds and she was great at her job and she died and she died. and that's that hurts me every day. you know, every day of my life. i think about that. it's horrible taking years off his life. we also remember by the way, recently we learned that baldwin might have lied to george stephanopoulos when he said he didn't pull the trigger as a report from federal law enforcement concluded just the opposite, that he had to pull the trigger with reaction . fox news contributor tammy bruce, along with fox and friends first co-host carly shimkus. good to see you both. tammy, i want to focus on one thing he says here. interestingly, they kept the video off. they didn't post the video, but they did post the transcript. and he says it's taken years off his life. it has cost him professionally . this woman lost her life. you know, can you can you be a
11:50 pm
bigger hollywood narcissist than him? and then he goes on to blame everybody else but himself. in this case, which he hadn't done previously. so is it all about him or is it about this poor woman that died ? well, i think that's exactly why they didn't show the video, because it has more of an impact when you see him saying it himself and that would get played over and over and over again. when you just post the transcript, you eliminate the ability or at least the inclination to play that over again. because it is so shocking. you know, harlina hutchins would agree that, yes, her entire life was taken away. there was another injury. remember, he also injured the director. the same bullet went and seriously injured the director. so he survived. and i think there's two things going on here. one , donald trump serves as a distraction. this fbi report about the firearm that in order to shoot the trigger had to be pulled directly contradicts alec baldwin's assertion. so when you bring up donald
11:51 pm
trump, just like everyone else does, it really distracts people. but secondly, i mean, this is a dynamic it reminded me frankly of harvey weinstein when he was caught. he issued a statement saying, i am now going to go after the nra. well, you know, it's the issues. and i you know, he's known for being powerful on the issues. right. you don't want to say anything about about weinstein because it'll hurt the issues. and suddenly here's alec baldwin saying trump trump is hurting me and trump's a bad guy. and there's a method to this madness. and i think it shows the level of desperation, the fact that in these comments he can't stop himself. his lawyers certainly should try to stop him, but he really at least exposes himself for being a malignant narcissist and a man who is still only thinking about himself in this context when a woman is dead and another individual wounded. you know, carly, i like like tammy's adjectives, you know,
11:52 pm
being that narcissist that he is his entire life. you know, you look at this whole thing, how does he get to the point that he blames donald trump for this? why is it about the years it's taken off of his life? how does it become all about him and then blaming anybody and everybody? and then, of course, he's got this little legal problem because he said on national tv he didn't pull the trigger. law enforcement thinks otherwise. yeah, i remember when the first images of alec baldwin were leaked after he found out that harlina hutchins had died and he was distraught and doubled over in agony. i mean, clearly this was unintended and that's why i'm so surprised that somewhere between then and now it seems like he forgot that he is not the victim. he needs to start doing some interviews where he stops talking about himself and says, listen, i know that there's a lot of attention on me right now, but let's remember the real victim here. her name is harlina hutchins. she was great at her job. she had a husband and young
11:53 pm
child and there's a scholarship fund in her name that everybody should donate to. she is being completely forgotten in the story and i hate that that's happening. but it is happening in part because he's doing these interviews where he's saying these wild things, making headlines about himself and ultimately playing the victim. you know, tammy, i got to believe that all of this is being watched by helena hutchins family and i would not at all be surprised if a massive lawsuit on him comes his way very soon. what do you think? well, look, there there are criminal issues which we don't know where those will go. again, he certainly denies being responsible at all. but keep in mind also he was a little slow to get off. so i mean, never, ever hold accountable. but when you only conservatives well, that's it. but when you're when you're thinking about the level of responsibility she was trying to fend off, you know, the assertion that he was responsible if ammunition
11:54 pm
is commingled or whatever , he had the ultimate responsibility. so beyond criminal aspects, there will be civil aspects involved here. originally he was trying to be close to miss hutchins' husband and family that apparently, according to reports, has soured. and of course, there's whether there was enough insurance, but there are insurance policies. clearly he's at extreme risk and for some reason he thinks being in the public eye will help him. now it's sometimes it does, right? we have a history of celebrities getting away, liberal celebrities getting away with things. but this is i think so horrific and is so unconscionable and his attitude is so remarkable that i don't think any jury is going to be able to accept just him being famous as being the excuse. do you see a lawsuit coming? yeah, i you know what i , i do. and his explanation about what happened with the gun is really confusing. i think what he's trying to say
11:55 pm
is that he pulled the hammer back but never squeeze the trigger and somehow the gun went off. right. i talked to joey jones about this and he summed it up in a really good way, saying basically what alec baldwin's explanation is , is an admission that he doesn't know how to handle a firearm properly. but even taking the gun out of this, he was the producer on this film set. and when you're the leader, you get outsized praise when things go right and you shoulder the blame when things go wrong. so i think a little bit of humility would go a long way in this situation or remember, even george clooney said that when he has a gun on a set, he checks it himself and use that as his responsibility once that's handed over to him. and obviously alec didn't do that here. all right. we appreciate you both being with us, charlie. thank you. and tammy bruce, thank you. all right. we'll have more "hannity" right after this. by the empire to three hundred
