7:00 pm
sean: that is all the time wehar making the show possible, we hope that you will set your dvr so you never miss an episode. for news anytime, fox news.com, hannity.com, fox business.com, but let not your heart be troubled, we have laura with us next. >> how many websites are you going to promote at the end of your show. [laughter] sean: oh, maybe just 10 seconds. [laughter] >> it so cruel, but you have to go with it because it's politics. sean: you said the perfect nickname for john fetterman should be uncle fester.
7:01 pm
sean: do you call him that? >> yes, of course. [laughter] sean: watch laura every night at 10:00 p.m. laura: hello, this is "the ingraham angle" from washington tonight. once again, some joe biden of administration officials are leaking evidence after business hours. and phrases like a person familiar with the investigation, describing the biden administration back and forth and the trumpet administration. these leaks are drip, drip, drip
7:02 pm
tactics that they used in the russia situation. they insisted that secrecy is the most important thing. but now we have it leaking to the post, "the new york times," and back to backdate. and with democrats and prominent republicans, and you know who you are, meaning that it is outrageous for them to criticize the fbi or the doj. that we should criticize the leadership of both of them just because. in the time for blind references over and first, faking it and not making it. that is our first angle. we had huge reaction last night
7:03 pm
on the obvious efforts to psych out republican voters before the midterms. we urged mitch mcconnell to leave the punditry and leading the party toward victory. but of course, the media has talked about it. >> they said that it could go either way. on the quality of candidates. we are talking about it. and they say senator mark kelly has a chance as well.
7:04 pm
and they nominated the senate candidates in pennsylvania and ohio were both pretending to be populist in an effort to hold off in advance. those who are actual populists. and here is john fetterman today acting like he is the actual one. >> you are still going to have a senator that is going to live across the street. laura: now if they are populists, john fetterman and ryan, they are misleading the voters. those guys aren't looking out for the average american.
7:05 pm
so you know when he says something like this, he is lying. >> i will work with either party to cut costs. laura: the tax cut that he's talking about, he just voted the inflation reduction act, another lie, which according to the cbo, raises taxes on the middle class. is he playing the moderate card? he voted with joe biden and nancy pelosi 100% of the time. and they have cooled themselves. remember john kester? and mark kelly in arizona, and the famous joe manchin in west virginia, always ending of the same. those guys might lie, but the
7:06 pm
numbers do not. and here is more of the moderate democrats voting to the party leadership. and we have the nevada senator as well. and 96% with chuck schumer and now they will have another scam to line up behind. joe biden is expected to announce student loan forgiveness, $10,000, with an income less than $125,000 check. >> the penn wharton budget model adds that $330 billion to the
7:07 pm
deficit, and not to mention it is a bribe to win back well-to-do voters. blue-collar workers, sorry, you are out of luck. and the richest 20% of americans, they carry 60% of the student loan debt. and at the naacp swung immediately on this, saying that we have a problem. this is not how you treat black voters. like this senator and he expects others to quickly follow.
7:08 pm
and they are faking it but not making it and the democrats know the political appeal of populism. but the democrats have no intention of governing on a populist agenda. the moment that it's over, joe biden and his team will be back to lowering the standards of living and guys like john fetterman and ryan will be with him every step of the way. joining me now is chris, our partner and guest.
7:09 pm
so to me, this is madness. it takes an enormous amount of courage and an enormous amount of resolve to get into politics in this day and age as a republican, running as an american first republican. >> we know why mitch mcconnell is so down on them. these are not just the career politicians, people who are just going to be on the line with him. he can't control them, he doesn't really like them, he should be talking about how he is nearly crippled by this. hiding for weeks and weeks, dressing up in a sweatshirt once in his life. and talking about how mark kelly has zero personality, then he says he wants to talk about it, the voters ended up choosing him.
7:10 pm
>> 3 he grudgingly had to go along with that. but he was against rand paul. >> mitch mcconnell has only done what he wants to do. and he would do exactly what mitch mcconnell wanted to do. but one of the ways do that is someone who pushed back. and he should be using the money. >> i 100% agree. we lost that in georgia. >> blisteringly long five minute speech.
7:11 pm
>> an easy and safe with a safe place for them to win. and an advocate for this sacred way of life. >> we cannot let our compassion for him get in the way with what is at stake here in this race. they are playing all the games and that man should not be running for the senate, and he cannot be elected to the senate because he does not represent
7:12 pm
pennsylvania. and and the odds need to step up. >> we have to deal with the soldiers on the field that we have and that includes the republican sewing shade on the candidates.
7:13 pm
>> we need not only mcconnell to step up but the president to step up as well. in all of these people deserve an enormous amount of respect for being in the ring. >> i think it would be fantastic. >> funding new irs agents, instead of making a change to the aggressive posture, the joe biden a administration is taking action against the critics. so they launched what is called a security review of the facilities nationwide.
7:14 pm
with "the washington post" talking about congressional republicans and far right extremists lashing out at the agency. in all threats should be investigated and this is now being used as a way to target those who do not agree with the agenda. and we could be heading down here. and they somehow fear you. they want to stop you they named the silence to the most effective critics and that is what china does we have more
7:15 pm
from our guest. they voted to greenlight these extra irs agents, but somehow he claims to be a voice for the people of arizona. >> this is crazy, this is what we expected from his sidekick, mark kelly. the democrats campaigned as moderate. and they go pedal to the metal they cancel pipelines on day number one, declaring war on fossil fuels. and we see that failure, but that was not enough for them. and they threw us into this recession, that was not enough for them. they printed the savings, 87,000 new irs agents, mark kelly hears
7:16 pm
about that, never mind that he rejected and voted against new border patrol agents that we desperately need and he did that because they were the democrats of open borders. and it is installed. that is not what we are voting on here in arizona. that is the question and most americans don't support, but the
7:17 pm
unequivocal answer is yes. he supports the joe biden policies which are failing altogether and they say two thirds of the independents think that as well, people are sick and tired of this. and they said you know, you know who has done more than anyone in the country to help joe biden drag us through it in the wrong direction is senator mark kelly. we just have to tell the truth. and that he votes for it, turning out the independents that we need when they learn that. >> including irs agents, you know, that's what we are talking
7:18 pm
about. and talking about broad support, featuring the republican mayor of maple, arizona. we will be right back after this. >> the voting record would suggest otherwise meant to say the least. >> well, that is right, that is propaganda. mark kelly has a lot of money. they lied about the record, and i don't think voters will be fooled, we have had two years to see what he and the democrats have delivered and it's nothing but unchecked illegal immigration, skyrocketing crisis
7:19 pm
is an gender ideology. it's not what normal people want, that is what mark kelly is standing for in november. >> another big primary night and we have more results for us in moments.
7:20 pm
7:21 pm
7:22 pm
if you have age-related macular degeneration, there's only so much time before it can lead to blindness. but the areds2 clinical study showed that a specific nutrient formula can help reduce the risk of dry amd progression. ask your doctor now about an areds2 supplement.
7:23 pm
7:24 pm
laura: let's get over to bret baier with the big board, all of the details, we know that you have them. we met good evening. you know, it all came back to redistricting, which is an amazing thing. because the districts have changed. so we have a clash of the titans with jerry nadler versus carolyn maloney. here is the district in the light blue and then we have the dark blue purple. this is the new district that they were fighting over and it's not even close tonight.
7:25 pm
and it was expected to be close. but as you look at the numbers, a big win tonight, the neutron congressional district number 12 over carolyn maloney, and this is a big change, a changing point for new york. they have been in congress since 1993. now he will be the one to go on, jerry nadler, obviously this is the democratic district and likely to need me to do so. if you look at a couple of other races here in the 10th district this is a real situation. on the impeachment trial for president trump, this man is leaving here, slightly over the assemblywoman. current congressman jones from the 17th district, he is in third, he is going to be out of
7:26 pm
this, this is going to be a nailbiter. people are watching very closely. this could be a nailbiter, the early vote led to the democrats, who have been running a lot on abortion and what it means for new york, talking a lot more about inflation in the economy and kind of a bellwether for november, we are going to see this 61% in with some of the early voting that is already in. let's bounce around a bit here, going down to florida, we do now have a contender against ron desantis and that is charlie crist, the congressman, the democrat, the former governor who was a republican when he was
7:27 pm
governor, now the democratic nominee and as you look at the senate race, winning that primary she will go head-to-head with marco rubio in november and that is one to watch. and that is a special election, and likely to stay in the red column. >> i love when you say the clash of the titans. you know, those two, decades in
7:28 pm
washington. they are fixtures of the town. >> as we just mentioned, the latest darling of the liberal media complex, truncating liberals, don't underestimate, she's got marco rubio pegged. i'm not sure what that means, but we have seen this before, a big-name republican is challenged and then the money starts rolling in. great expectations, and she is outspending him more than 2-1. and in 2018 they broke the fundraising record leading up to the election. the kentucky state senator and
7:29 pm
navy fighter pilot bringing in 90 million, she lost by the close margin of 20 points. despite breaking just about every record with nearly $110 million coming in at 2020, jamie harrison, a democrat, beaten by lindsey graham, a healthy 10 points, and i mean, newt gingrich, who knows more about this, he joins me now. mr. speaker, senate candidate turned into democratic senate candidate, as mentioned, charlie crist won his primary in november. should he be worried here? >> i have known him since he was a republican state senator in
7:30 pm
1984 at the reagan convention in dallas. i think that he would be a great model and he was a democrat, republican, huge staying power and he needs to beat somebody by a big margin and he will come out, coming out of the general election, the biggest margin in modern times and charlie crist, he says he doesn't exist. he has no political stance, he has no platform that matters, he has no values that matter, but he is a very energetic guy.
7:31 pm
and so he has been part of it for a while. >> kicking out marco rubio in the senate as well, right now the media is certainly rooting for this candidate. >> he may have the best chance. >> marco rubio is in real trouble. i don't think anybody expected him to be in trouble. >> we have seen the enthusiasm and what looks familiar to me. she was first lady when her husband was mayor of a florida town, well known in the state and pretty well liked.
7:32 pm
>> she seems to be a responsible and nice person. part of the campaign team and i am sure that they are equally as good enough and remember we are talking about the magic person. more than i would've thought possible, collapsing totally. how is she going to explain that she was an washington voting for these things and she is a joe biden democrat. everybody running this year is a joe biden democrat. including a great u.s. senator,
7:33 pm
probably by one of the biggest margins, i think that this means that they have big margins in florida. >> i believe it was a big event this week. it is great to see you tonight. and a complete scam? a shocking series of murders, raising questions about refugee resettlement, the stories that you only see here coming up after this.

the former president until friday to outline the exact relief as well as whether or not they are seeking an injunction. it comes as a predicate for the raid that has been called a part of it. the former doj lawyer said that the documents are covered by a specific statute. the presidential records act of 1978. talking about any of it from the site. washington through carter treated the papers as their personal property, neither congress nor the court ever disputed that. joining us now is david shown in the chairwoman of the national republican lawyers association. we thank you both for joining us. the latest leaks from the biden
7:40 pm
doj. all of this is feeling familiar to me. >> yes, of course. a complete weaponization of the process, it's a very scary thing. in which the courts for decades have said you have to have a neutral and detached magistrate. if we cannot trust this process, we are in a lot of trouble. that includes all of us that are in danger if we cannot trust the integrity of the process. when it is politicized, we are in a heap of trouble. >> the legal basis underlying this search warrant. what are your thoughts on that. >> well, it was a very interesting piece. they eventually said that no matter what it said at the presidential record said it was a very broad protection that
7:41 pm
goes to the papers on how there are five to 12 years with a president working in conjunction with the archives, so what is important is that the statute does not specify the handover of the documents to the archives and so here are the archives and are using the doj as their goons and they are not entitled to these papers and they are keeping these documents from the public and they are taking their sweet time. i think we all know why and also about this process that is fairly political in nature. >> we are supposed to believe that the fbi and the doj are
7:42 pm
acting in good faith without retribution for anyone in the united states. and why doesn't merrick garland get up, these leaks have got to stop, we have to find out who did this and they are subject to punishment were legal ramifications that are possible here. >> you are 100% right and i have to say that at least half the country would not believe it if they said it saying that this reflects equal application of the law nobody really believes the equal application of the law. it makes this filter team
7:43 pm
process problematic. the reports are fixed as this process is a segregated team reviewing documents and at the end of the day the same doj colleagues and it's the improper allocations with the executive branch and that was the obvious move in this case. we saw it with this and other cases. in the old days they may have asked for this, but you cannot have that. >> it could have been better,
