they need all the help they can get. and then you owe somebody something. biden found that out the hard way. after the far left backed his campaign, old joe was in their pocket. and, today, biden paid them back. when i campaigned for president i made a commitment we will forgive $10,000 in outstanding federal student loans. >> jesse: joe just cut a $300 billion check to his base. liberal grad students making six figures just got paid off. but joe lied and said these are working class people. >> both of these targeted actions are for families who need it the most. working and middle class people, hit especially hard during the pandemic. >> jesse: we read the fine print and a family who graduated from harvard law making a quarter million dollars a year gets bailed out by biden. biden's prescribing harvard law grads with joe the plumber's money. because, more than half of the

student loan debts owned with people with graduate degrees. you know, the people that spent their 20's in school, racking up diplomas in gender studies, you know, like these people. >> i'm not saying count cancel the people who missed the payment debt. definitely do but cancel everyone else's, too. because we're all struggling. >> for every millennial out there. grand a year. and these liberal colleges are just going to jack up tuition now. same thing happened with electric cars, remember? the second the white house announced $8,000 rebates? ford raised the price of an electric car $8,000. it's going to cost me half a mill just to send jesse jr. to college. i am going to have to be working three shows to pay for that does anybody even understand what hard work means anymore? >> because of student loan debt there are many people that will move out of their momma's basement who can't save up money to buy a home, who don't start small businesses, who don't start a family. you relieve the debt burden some for those people, and we have more economic activity. in other words, canceling student loan debt is good for the people whose debt is canceled, but it is also good for our economy and the rest of america. >> jesse: it's great. wait a second, warren, i thought

boondoggle fiasco, whatever you want to call it, it's not really forgiven. all debts are paid, right either by the debtor or creditor. if i lend you money, jesse, and you pay me back, you paid the debt. if i lend you money and you don't pay me back i paid the debt. so what is happening here really has me a little annoyed. because there is this thing income repayment program. do you know what it's called? it's called a freakin' job. and here's how this works, a job. there is this thing, let me do a demo for you all at home. there is this thick you have. it's called the ask, right here. and when the ass gets up out of the seat and goes to work and you remove the ass from the seat, you get this thing, it's a four-letter word called a job, some you know joe biden will get the joke. you get the job and then you pay back the loan. you see or else then i have to get another job with my ass and take it out of the seat and go to work to pay off your freakin' loan. so how about you just pay off your own loan and we call it a

deal. i went to college three times. i never tout my education because nobody gives a damn. i got two graduate degrees and a bachelor's degree. do you know how many people give a damn? doughnut, zero. it costs me like $200,000. i did that and paid it back on a secret service salary. now my daughter is in college and i'm paying for that i don't want to pay my next door neighbor bobby's, you know, son sun flower or whatever his name is, his bill to go sit in the quad and smoke a freakin' bowl with his teacher samuel. i'm not interested. get your ass out of the seat. go get a freakin' job and pay your own student loans. how does that -- and republicans i'm not done yet on this. you know, whack messaging here well, let's be cute, yeah, compassion. compassion my rump, okay? i went to school and paid for my own student loans. if you don't get out ahead of this thing right now and attack the front of this, pointing out

first night of this story i would say i told you so if i were humble. we also went through all the dispatch tapes and law enforcement seemed very professional. they all said in the moment on tape that this is bad. and we went throughout all the photos which show pretty much how bad it was. i mean, it was brutal. these people were banged up. so, when they lied to us and said there were no injuries, that was intentional to protect paulie. i don't even know how they could issue a statement like these photos staring them in the face. here is how the paulie p. saga gets down. gets popped tore dui hires a high priced pr firm. gets alley to hide the tape for him. given over $100,000 for california highway patrol. they are on board with him hiding the tape. and his p.r. team leaks a story to the "new york times" to paint him as an angel. basically says this no big deal. everybody drives drunk in napa. and everybody here loves the

pelosis. and paulie just had cataract surgery recently, actually it was a year ago. and once he has got the media on his side, he gets the first judge replaced the night before the hearing. and then he has his lawyer hold a secret meeting with a second judge and the district attorney. and so they choreographed the settlement hearing yesterday because everything was agreed to ahead of time. paulie wasn't getting any jail and he was getting fake probation. and the minute they sign the plea deal, pop, the tapes go out. because, if we see the tapes beforehand, we would know this was no misdemeanor and public pressure probably would have forced the d.a. to lay a felony charge so, case closed, right? they got away with it. wrong. there is still one thing i can't figure out. the victim. put yourself in this guy's shoes. you get hit by one of the richest guys in the country. your car is totaled.

be taking paul pelosi to court? does he have standing? is that the reason why he is not suing paul pelosi for a million dollars? >> well, one of the things they said today is that the victim in this case -- and he is now officially a victim because there has been a plea, has been compensated by the insurance company for his car. worded very carefully, i suppose. normally, i would tell you an 82-year-old at a .082 blood alcohol, which is just barely over the legal limit, two hours after a crash, i would tell you five days, which is not really five days because you get to count from 10:00 to 2:00 as two days. you get good time, work time and then they got 8 hours of community service. i tell you this was not a sweetheart deal except for one

fact, which you did not mention, he does have a horrible history many, many years ago being in a crash and driver and reportedly his brother being killed in that crash. >> in my experience, and i have done hundreds, if not thousands of these much earlier in my career, those are the kinds of facts that will set off a prosecutor. but, here, they did arrange it. the reason they went in yesterday they didn't want him to have to appear today or yesterday. so they did what's called a 9-7-7 waiver of presence for sentencing which you can do if the judge is on board. and so the five days he's not going to do five days. he will do eight hours of community supervisors. he will be put on probation. he will, however, and i know you have watched the body cams, one of the other things that i think somebody would argue, his lawyer, would say look, you can't have him do field sobriety tests.

he has just been in a major accident. he is 82 years old and he has totaled his porsche. and then the last thing i will say to you, jesse, to your point about cash being exchanged, it is a misdemeanor and you can -- there is nothing illegal in a misdemeanor case with you paying off somebody who has been injured. and depends on what the amount is, i suppose. but, the insurance company can pay for the car and that doesn't stop you from writing a check. >> jesse: all right. well, mark geragos, there is a poor guy that works at a vineyard who has just had his car totaled and who has been injured by a man worth $300 million, would you be interested in maybe taking up this man's case, to see if he could be made whole? records as far back as may. and when biden's lawyer asked him to revoke trump's executive privilege over the documents, biden says eh, do whatever you want. so he was aware of the records. he was aware of how contentious this was getting. he was aware that trump was exercising privilege and he was aware that the justice department and the fbi were involved. okay? so maybe he didn't know that they were going to do the raid on tuesday at 9:30 in the morning. but this is just another lie from the big guy. it doesn't matter. he is the president. and, for once, i mean, we're not believing him that he was being completely out of the loop on something. mike davis is the president of the article iii project who joins me now. this is pretty big, right? you got now smoking gun evidence, you got a document, a letter from the archives saying that white house lawyer was involved, talk to joe about the whole issue back in may. so can the president say he had

no clue? >> it's just not believable. this is the same attorney general merrick garland who said that he did not personally approve this raid. he leaked that to "newsweek." that's not true. they said that president trump had nuclear documents, which we know is completely bogus. they have been leaking grand jury material illegally leaking grand jury material, they are selectively leaning, improperly leaking from this affidavit. they also said that merrick garland said that the biden white house didn't have advance notice. that's just not true. we know that white house deputy council to the president jonathan sue like you said has been working with the archives for three months and the biden -- president biden had to make the determination himself as the president whether he was going to waive executive privilege for the former president. that is unprecedented waiver of executive privilege that led to this criminal investigation in this raid, this unprecedented,

>> jesse, it certainly seems unusual for the fbi to be investigating the sort of encounter cbp agents frankly routinely involved in along the length of our southern border. but it appears to be aimed at deciding what action may now be taken against the migrants involved. the fbi confirmed to us today that the agency is, quote: investigating the assault on federal officers and adding we will review all available facts of the incident to determine what federal response is warranted. the video of the incident starts with one man face down in the sand. his hands zip tied, pinned to the ground by a border patrol agent whose knee appears to be on the man's back. then the video rapidly pans to ongoing standoff another agent and another man wearing a wet suit who appears to be challenging the border patrol agent. at one point lunging at him as the agent swings a baton. a large crowd behind the fence on the mexican side of the

border shouts and cheers arrests the standoff continues. two more agents then arrive, one of them tackling the man from behind bringing him to the ground. the three agents then detain him. in a statement, customs and border protection said the two men, mexican citizens, age 17 and 20, had, quote: entered the united states illegally by swimming around the international boundary maritime primary fencing, near imperial beach, california. as agents attempted to take both migrants into custody, the migrants actively resisted and assaulted the agents. now, jesse, as so often with these types of videos, we don't see everything that happened on that beach. the fbi will presumably access a lot more information and possibly more video, all of which will be used to help determine what, if any charges the two migrants might now face. jesse? >> jesse: thanks so much,
