"hannity," unfortunately that's all the time we have left for the evening and thank you for tuning in. i want to thank you for keeping my book on the number one "new york times" best seller list for ten weeks number one trend for four. remember, catch me saturdays and sunday mornings on fox & friends weekends and thank you sean for letting me sit in the big anchor chair. "the ingraham angle" is up next. laura, good evening. >> laura: congrats on the book and we will pick it up where you left off. i'm laura ingraham and this is the ingraham angle from a busy washington tonight. we will start right off with the laws of the left, that's the focus of tonight's "angle." here's an angle rule of thumb. whenever a democrat and election-year claims to be a sensible moderate or claims that he's going to challenge his party's orthodoxy, lying. the headline today made me howl.

moderate democrats come out against biden's out of touch school loan forgiveness according ohio democrats tim ryan. quoted del micah said that the debt cancellation since the wrong message to ohioans working without a degree to make ends meet. he voted with pelosi and biden 100% of the time this congress. yeah. now because he's running against a real populace and j.d. vance, he's trying to morph into being one himself. it is all lies. the truth is if he is elected, just like all the other pretend moderates out there, another sure vote for the biden agenda. if biden stuttering demeanor is so bad these days that democrats who are up for reelection are saying thanks, but no thanks to any personal appearances by the leader of their own party. mark kelly in arizona could not bring himself to tell the truth when asked about biden joining
7:02 pm
him on the campaign trail. >> i welcome anybody to come to arizona and travel around the state at any time. as long as i'm here, if i'm not up in washington. talk about what arizona needs. >> laura: of course, that's a lie. he and most every other democrat running in a competitive race one biden and his 41.5% of approval rating k nowhere nearb. somehow biden has turned the corner and joe momentum? he's got renewed focus and has the wind at his back. really? >> they want a national ban and pass the legislative national ban on congress spherical the maga wins control of the congress, doesn't matter where you live. woman will not have the choice to rule anywhere. we will codify roe v. wade. >> laura: this is all biden
7:03 pm
and the democrats to run on. they have no plan to tackle the fentanyl surge at the border or raise the standard of living. but they have a plan to raise the abortions in the state. saving you from there inflation or the cartels, but from republicans in places like mississippi and oklahoma who want to protect the unborn. they can't run on their real agenda, banning gas powered cars, banning beef, open borders and of course the indoctrination of kids. they're running on the abortion law. it's all poor beto has in texas. >> to make decisions about her own body, no longer free to choose if a pregnancy is right for us. >> or our families. >> women will die because of it. >> all because of greg at its abortion law. >> laura: i wouldn't have used the heartbeat backgrounds.
7:04 pm
i think that i didn't work. they need something, anything to grab onto to avoid being swept away. no surprise they were attributing their win and one special election to abortion as well. suddenly, the results of new york's 19th district where pat ryan beat mark molinaro have overwhelming significance. he made abortion rights a central focus of his campaign. this is a big test for democrats who are hoping this becomes a driving issue and mobilizes voters in november. >> they are saying abortion is a good and effective for them argument against the attacks on the economy. >> supreme court nuking abortion rights shifted the momentum to the democrats. >> laura: either a liar wishful thinking because the truth is, the outcome here turned on a single county. guess who was executive for that county? yeah, the county executive was pat ryan. in fact, democrats have been pointing to the four special
7:05 pm
elections that swung their way since the dobbs decision as proof positive that abortion will lead them to the outlook twirl promised land. but of quick political notes, the four districts have something in common. the succ successes have been hed by engagements in college heavy locations. pockets not all that representative of the larger fall electorate. not to mention in poll after poll, voters signaled their number one concern is the economy and -- wait, where does abortion fall? at the eighth most important priority about time things like education, safety, and supreme court appointments. you've got to hand it to the democrats because as republicans in leadership, they grabbed about the quality of our candidates, democrats no matter how bad things look and dismal they are politically, they put on a happy face. >> we are happy.
7:06 pm
it feels good. it feels good to let the season of shame where democrats are so disappointed and frustrated with what's going on in d.c. and made the by the republicans. we went from disappointed to determine because biden is winning. >> laura: if he's not lying, he's delusional. for biden to be winning, he would have to be improving the lives of the people he is supposed to be serving. the american people. but how are the american people feeling about things under biden? a majority is saying america's best days are behind her. 74% say the countries on the wrong track. if that level of pessimism qualifies as winning, i would hate to see what losing looks like under biden. but when polls begin to tighten as is already happening in pennsylvania, i'm telling you, democrats prepare for this. they're going to look even more desperate and become even more desperate. beyond abortion and the professed belief that biden's agenda is popular, there are
7:07 pm
other go to lying is the smear of millions of their fellow americans. the radical governor of new york a kathy hochul doesn't want to debate republicans on the issues. she only wants to demonize them. >> we are fighting to bring government back to the people and out of the hands of dictators! and we are here to say that the era of trump and zelda in an molinaro, jump on a bus and head on the floor though. you don't represent our values and you are not new yorkers. >> laura: not new yorkers. think about that for a moment. this from a woman who treats illegals as full-fledged citizens, but now taxpaying residents who disagree with her politically, they actually don't have the right to live in the state. she actually believes that by the way. but luckily, for the g.o.p. there's a governor who knows how to flip the script on the tree

7:10 pm
fighting to kill the unborn and the demonization of your fellow americans is one heck of a national strategy. i say keep it up, democrats. keep telling yourself those lies. and that's "the angle." joining me now, stephen miller, former senior advisor to president trump and mollie hemingway, senior editor of "the federalist." if they thought their policies were so popular, would they be running to the abortion issue so enthusiastically? >> first off, i don't think abortion as good of an issue for them as they think. their view is incredibly ext extreme. every single democrat across the country believes that abortion should be allowed through all nine months of pregnancy for any reason. if you want to kill an unborn child because she's a girl, they think it should be fine. republican position is simply that states should be able to make those decisions themselves. i'm not sure if people think about the issues whether the argument will work, but obviously the real issues are the ones that people really care
7:11 pm
about in their day-to-day that says the economy, inflation, the border, which is completely open in the south. a crime which is rampant in so many cities and what's happening in our schools. democrats don't have anything to say about it. b1 can you believe the d.c. story? the kids will not be able to go virtual. these peoples are frauds, these people are frauds. they don't care about your children or you will, it's about the real dictatorship of ideas. i'm sorry, i'm so upset about the school issue. here's what biden said in a fund-raiser that occurred before his 30 minute rant tonight and screwed up traffic over d.c. we are seeing now the beginning or the death knell of an extreme maga agenda. not just trump, it's almost semifascism. in stephen. >> for that i would call that projection. if you want to know with a fascist party is, it's joe biden's democratic party.
7:12 pm
what is fascism? rating the home of the political opponent? purely political reasons? shutting down people's lives and businesses, kicking people out of the schools because they will not get your vaccine? leaving people at the mercy of criminals while weaponizing justice against your political opposition? those are fascist actions. you know what else is fascist? for giving student loan debt going around congress with no constitutional authority instead of asking for a law. all activities are fascist and republican should point out that we are now the freedom party and they are now the party of tyranny and oppression. >> laura: and control, from air-conditioning to gas powered vehicles. here's another stellar moment from biden's rent fest this evening. >> it's not hyperbole, the very survival of our planet. it's not hyperbole, now you need to vote to literally save democracy again. >> laura: kids, get off my lawn. >> that's the definition of hyperbole, but this type of
7:13 pm
rhetoric really is frustrating because of anything about the definition of fashion and some the joining of corporations with the party. just tonight, we saw mark zuckerberg says the fbi had facebook censor the hunter biden laptop information. that's what so many technology companies are doing in congress with the party. it that's fascism and something everyone should hate whether they're republican or democrat and it's happening and affecting our freedom. >> laura: speaking of molly's point, google announced it was going to undertake a disinformation scrub in europe. everything that's happening in europe, they want to bring here. it's ultimately happening. a disinformation scrub. >> the chinese system here in america and that's what they admire especially -- >> laura: what's your social credit score tonight? i don't even think you're right on this one. >> can you imagine getting democracy lectures from the lockdown party?
7:14 pm
democracy lectures from the people that stole the childhood of millions of students and wouldn't let them go to school and still not letting them go to school? democracy lectures from the president who is illegally violating the law every day by keeping the border open despite decades of loss passed by congress and the border has to be secure in the legal immigrants deported? this is a man who has contempt for democracy and contempt for congress and contempt for the american people. >> laura: 41.5% is the approval for biden. they're actually breaking about that. that's a break for them. >> i heard people say that things are going better for biden. >> laura: like the momentum. to speak of the numbers are lower and the policies are so deeply unpopular that the fundamentals of the election will remain the same and the out party which is a rebel gun party should stand to gain. they need to articulate what they want to do. >> laura: i have to ask you because you read a great column about this. at the leadership of the republican party and great thing
7:15 pm
about the candidates. i'm done with that and they got to stop that. at least people are courageous to be in the spring right now. first-time candidates, blake masters, herschel walker. >> you have a point where they don't like the direction of the a country. if the leadership can't support the candidates. and speak of their life of the republic is at stake >> laura: the life of the planet. it's not hyperbole, if you don't vote democrats we are burning up in three months. great to see you both. if we spoke of the past few days about i just mentioned the courage it takes to even step into the arena and run for office in a time where you will be trashed 24/7 especially if you've never done it before. most people aren't used to it. most of the new republican candidates are political neophytes, but they are itching to debate their views in front of the voters. the democrats on the other hand.
7:16 pm
agree to a real debate, and he debate? >> no. i have accepted from five major media companies, five debates and he's not responded. he owes it to america, pennsylvania. >> laura: one of the handful of democrats who have shown zero interest in debating. including the opponent of her next guest, washington republican senate candidate tiffany smiley joins me now. we reached out to patty murray's office, pouring money into the race and they're worried about you. they would not commit to debate only an announcement they say is forthcoming. they committed to the announcement. your response tonight? >> i am ready to debate my opponent and talk about our visions for washington. i'm excited because i launched my agenda for recovery and reform. it's time we turn prices into hope in washington state. look, patty murray, is she afraid to debate a farm girl
7:17 pm
from paschal washington or is she afraid to defend her 30-year record in the senate? she's actually chairwoman of the senate health committee. chosen to do nothing about the fentanyl crisis that's tearing up our state. she refuses to address the issues that families are facing every single day. i'm ready to bait her and a "yes" is a "yes." >> laura: you recently put out an ad that had cnn all in a tether tonight about the abortion issue because -- do we have the ad guys? yeah, we have it. i'm going to play it because i'm a big critic of political ads and i think they make a ton of money and they do lousy ads. this is a great ad. watch. >> patty murray spent millions to paint me as an extremist. i'm pro-life, but i oppose a federal abortion ban.

decision, so i was making it clear in my ad. also ensuring that i will fight for women to have access to contraception and health care, child care. unlike patty murray, i will get it done. patty wants to use fear to win. i'm using hope to win. there's one extreme, if she could stick don't like change washington state law, it would be taxpayer abortion on demand up to the point of burst. >> laura: i'm sorry to interrupt. that's not not going to happen. i did not know and i confessed until tonight. washington state is following california -- almost word for word -- what the gas powered vehicle all out man 2035, phased-in very aggressively four years from now. eight years from now. but this is going to devastate
