tv   Jesse Watters Primetime  FOX News  August 26, 2022 4:00pm-5:00pm PDT

4:00 pm
that will be part of the campaign. join jennifer griffin this weekend "fox news sunday" her guests include democratic national committee senior adviser cedric richmond and u.s. central command chief general mckenzie. thanks for inviting us in your home. fair, balanced and unafraid. make it a great weekend. go "special report" car. "jesse watters primetime" starts right now. >> jesse: have a great weekend. you too, bret. >> jesse: we begin tonight with a fox news alert. we finally got our hands on that affidavit used to raise president trump's house and, as expected, the media is freaking out. >> i can tell you that the hair on the back of my neck stood up when i saw those classification markings referenced here. >> here is a redacted portion back in the back. buff the front several pages have been unsealed. >> jessica, let's start with the biggest revelations from this redacted affidavit. >> yeah. so a lot of really intricate and quite frankly startling details. >> was was a search needed?
4:01 pm
this is so unprecedented. so unusual. why did the fbi need to go and get boxes and this affidavit does lay that out exactly. >> jesse: i'm not sure what affidavit she was looking at because this affidavit doesn't lay out anything. half of it is blacked out. here is what the affidavit doesn't say. we're pretty sure trump has the nuclear football in melania's shoe closet. but here is what it does say. we are likely to find evidence of obstruction. what does that mean? the last time you were there, trump let you in. you had lunch by the pool, and he threw a lock on the storage closet because you told him to. now you are going to go back in because you are like live to find evidence of obstruction? again, what does that even mean? that you will likely find the lock you told him to put on the storage closet? and, by the way, the fbi agent, this guy name bratt.
4:02 pm
obama donor. got a warrant from a judge who also donated to obama. but the biden guys had to go in there, why? because some liberal librarian at the national archives said trump checked out some papers and they were long overdue. >> you think because our celebrity that somehow the law doesn't apply to you, that you are above the law. >> certainly not. >> let me tell you something, funny boy. [laughter] you know that little stamp, the one that says new york public library? well that may not mean anything to you but that means a lot to me. one whole hell of a lot. >> this whole archives thing. the presidential. it's just an excuse for them to go in there. none of this classification stuff even matters. trump said he declassified everything, that was still there in the boxes. they may have had classification markings on them and the media is using that to scare you. but if trump declassifies something and a lawyer doesn't change the little marking on it,
4:03 pm
doesn't matter. plus, he is the president. he has legal access to whatever trump administration document he wants when he leaves office. that's the deal all presidents have. he can see whatever he wants. they save every piece of physical paper and the archives keep it for the legacy, are but it's also for the presidential library or if the president wants to write a book. is the archivist not going to let trump look at his own documents? it doesn't make sense. so what's the problem here? well, according to the affidavit, there appears to be two major concerns. where the documents were stored and how they were stored. the affidavit states i believe that the storage room and other spaces within the premises are not currently authorized locations for the storage of classified information or ndi. ndi is national defense information. so let me get this straight.
4:04 pm
trump has some trump administration documents locked up in the storage room of a basement of a private club guarded by secret service agents? that's the reason for the raid? these are 10 times more secure than hillary clinton's materials left on a server in chappaqua begging for our enemies to penetrate. but they also didn't like how the documents were stored. are you ready for this? it says of most significant concern was that highly classified records were unfolderred. intermixed with other records and otherwise unproperly identified wait a minute. you are telling me trump's biggest crime is his filing system? call staples right away. we need a paralegal in here immediately to organize these files.
4:05 pm
this is why the didn't release the affidavit. whatever happened to the nuclear secrets he was selling to the saudis. now this is about a file cabinet? what's in the file cabinet again? don't know. they won't tell us because it's classified. they will just leak it but trump basically almost got us killed. >> that's what they're saying. not like trump left these documents at a computer repair shop run by a blind guy or anything or forgot them at a halfway house filled with drug addicts. what does biden think about all of this? >> specialized area declassified documents is, it ever appropriate for a president to bring classified documents home with them? >> it depends on the document and it depends on how secure. >> jesse: biden says it depends. he just raided his rival's house and now it depends. i think what he is really saying is bill clinton can lose the nuclear football.
4:06 pm
hillary can get hacked by the russians and my family can leave computers and diaries all over the place, but trump has to keep the letter obama left him at the white house at fort knox and if he doesn't is he a spy. trump should have just bleached the documents and said they were personal. they were about yoga with barron, john jr.'s wedding planner. then would they have called off the dogs? here is what obama had to say about hillary's excuses, remember? >> what i also know because i handle a lot of classified information, is that there are -- there is classified and then there is classified. there is stuff that is really top secret, top secret and there is stuff that is being presented to the president or the secretary of state that you might not want on the transom or going out over the wire but is basically that i could get in open source. >> jesse: so, since it's trump, the stuff is classified
4:07 pm
classified. you know, the golf balls, the men use. kanye in the oval. clumsy fishing expedition. listen to this there is probable cause to believe that additional documents that contain classified ndi or that are presidential record subject to record retention requirements currently remain on the premises. notice the word on or about. they had no idea what were looking for. that's why they asked the epstein judge why did they take his passports and presidential rain jacket? everybody knows what's going on here. trump declassified a bunch of russia gate documents and the fbi wants them back. there is also probably other stuff in there the democrats don't want to get out. so this was a clean up job. plus, a fishing expedition
4:08 pm
because they took anything that wasn't nailed down. and they have to be sniffing around for january 6th goodies and they will probably find something to frame them with, you know, say they found the pee tape. they can't verify anything because you know it's classified. no won door biden doesn't want his fingers on this. this raid wreaks, but we have proof that biden signed off on this investigation. the archivist spoke to biden's white house counsel about and it the white house counsel spoke to biden about it and he said do whatever you need to do. biden knew exactly what was going on here and what his boys were up to. you don't revoke your predecessor's privilege and say ah, i don't know what's going on. listen to the white house press secretary play dumb. not a stretch. >> who in the white house knew about this investigation because the president has been adamant that he knew nothing, he got no warning about it. >> so, those are two different
4:09 pm
things. the president was not briefed. >> are you saying that he didn't know about the actual-that there would be a search warrant carried out? because he did have to know about it, about the documents being there because -- >> -- again, two different things, right? we did not no, no, no. we did not know. >> but he had to know that it was there or that they were missing because he signed off on giving the archives the authority. >> no, but, don, just to be -- i want to make sure we separate the two, right? >> jesse: isn't it funny how the media makes a living off classified documents? people are leaking classified documents to the media all the time. they get awards for writing about classified documents. freedom of the press, transparency they are suing the feds every single day to declassify stuff. because the truth is, the media needs classified information to break news. enough to the media is saying the president of the united states can't have classified information. they are saying it's illegal for the president to have classified
4:10 pm
information. but not for them. it's their job to have classified information not the president of the united states. if he has it, it's illegal. you he see what's going on here? they can report classified information to the entire world and put our national security at risk. buff the president can't lock up the same document in a ghox a basement. that's putting national security at risk? this is nuts, guys. and the criminal statute that they stated in the affidavit doesn't even apply to the president. he is excluded. this affidavit is an air ball. biden just raided his opponent's house, bribed his voters with your money, called half half the country fascist and then went back on vacation. and we are supposed to think trump is the bad guy? must be good to be king. let's turn to alina who are ba, attorney for president trump. look at this thing. half of the affidavit is like that. did you learn anything from this
4:11 pm
document alina? >> yeah. i learned that we were right this is again another political witch-hunt that they are ignoring the fact that the presidential records act protects the president and allows him to have the ultimate authority to declassify things and they blacked out anything that would be relevant -- frankly there is nothing that is relevant. do you know what i learned from this, jesse, this is about documents. narrow are a and our attorneys on the ground have been cooperating and working with the doj to get to narrow raft. the presidential records act doesn't even have a fine or penalty in place because it's a cooperative working together scenario for any president, except you are allowed to put it in your sock drawer who smash emails or put it in your crotch if you are a democrat.
4:12 pm
offsite facilities where they keep documents and some of them are also housed at the archives. any president, democrat, republican, can just waltz into any of these locations they want. the archives or the off sight facility and look at records from their own administration. but trump can't have that set up at mar-a-lago? he didn't get proper authorization? is this really what this is about? because i feel like this is more than that. i feel like this is a fishing expedition. >> 100 percent, join the witch-hunt club. we have gotten toes of them going on right now. this is what it is about, jesse. they came n june. let's just think timeline wise. they come n june, they tell us oh, it's fine. we see it we are good. add another lock. but then two months later there is this grave urgency? i'm lost on. that was they were sealed. the attorneys were handling it. they were in coordination with anything that they wanted. but somehow there is an urgency before midterm election.
4:13 pm
russian hoax number 757 for donald trump. you know, it's one thing after another. >> jesse: i think it's now laughable and people are tired of it. >> it is. >> jesse: i know i am. i have to keep reporting on it because they keep stuffing it down our throats. alina, have a nice weekend. >> you too. >> jesse: former speech writer to president trump and america first legal. about a filing cabinet that was not authorized? is that really the line they are going to use on this? >> well a he i understand there was both unfolderring and intermixing perhaps only unforderring and intermixing but the madison and jefferson wrote about it. washington gave a whole speech on the subject of unfolderring and intermixing. a long history goes back to the roman empire if you study it something julius caesar talked about too. when you read that affidavit, what's so offensive and outrageous and shocking to
4:14 pm
summarize it in a sentence it's an i didn't unfulfilled partisan bureaucrats at the national archives sick the fbi on trump. with a major assist, of course from white house counsel's office which of course reports to president biden. the idea that the national archives has the authority to tell a president what records he can keep or not keep is next level insane. this would be like the national weather service raiding mar-a-lago because they think the president is using the sprinkler was too much this is one of those moments where we have to wake up and say my god we are living in a banana republic now. some loser bureaucrats at the archives sent men with guns to president trump's home because they wanted to. how is this real, jesse? >> jesse: funny you mention the
4:15 pm
weather service. apparently he had that map of the southeastern united states whereby he drew that projected path of the hurricane. they seized that, too. the fbi really needed that now the president. >> we are all safer now, jesse. they got their hands on the map. we are all safer now. [laughter] >> jesse: now, the president released a statement just moments ago and it says good luck trying to read it. read closely the part says make america great again. it looks like the president final kind of has a sense of humor about this. >> yes. well, there is a people going around online with a lot of people tweeting we didn't deserve him about president trump. which is a way of saying that how lucky we were to have a president who even if these dark times is able to have a sense of humor about the preposterous, about the tyrannical behavior that's going on in this administration. so i credit him i salute him for
4:16 pm
being able to lift our spirits. but, underneath this all still is the terrifying fact that the administration of joe biden under the pretense of, again, i repeat unfoldering and intermixing has decided to raid president trump's house. let's be very clear, the president, not the archives, not the fbi decides what is or isn't in the national defense or what is or isn't classified period full stop. whether you leave the white house you can't have archivist second guessing the decision you second. ruled by bureaucrats and not presidents. >> jesse: apparently the archivist more powerful than joe biden. is it stephen miller have great weekend and do not get involved in any unfoldering or any intermixing. >> i just may. no promises. >> jesse: up next, how far the

4:23 pm
we never gave in. >> jesse: everybody in washington knows it's true. they just won't admit it because they were all in on it the democrats, the fbi, the cia, big tech, big pharma, they all conspired to rig the election and every day it comes out. already a dozen whistleblower saying the bureau buried the laptop for a whole year before we voted and yesterday mark zuckerberg admitted the fbi lied to facebook about the laptop so they would censor it before the election. stories about hunter's laptop. >> there was a lot of attention on twitter during the election because of the hunter biden laptop story. >> we too. >> you guys censored that as well. >> so we took a different path than twitter, basically the background here is the fbi, i think, basically came to us, some folks on our team and was like, hey, just so you know, like you should be on high alert there was -- we thought that there was a lot of russian
4:24 pm
propaganda in the 2016 election. we have on notice that basically there is about to be some kind of dump of similar to that so just be vigilant. >> jesse: the fbi knew the thing was real they had for a year before it was leaked to the post. the justice department was investigating hunter for the very crimes they said was russian disinformation. at the same time the fbi was frantically trying to neutralize ashley biden's missing diary. yesterday they sent two drug addicts to prison for finding the president's daughter's diary and trying to cash in on it. i thought the democrats wanted to keep nonviolent offenders out of jail. and the diary was never even stolen. ashley biden just abandoned it she left it under a mattress in a hallway house where she was recovering from sex and drug addiction. they even raided project veritas over it. [pounding] >> i'm sorry, sir, what is this
4:25 pm
regarding? >> this is a search warrant [bleep] open up. open the door. >> i am. >> jesse: have you ever seen so much federal man powered unleashed over a diary? maybe because it has dirt on the first family. not fake dirt like golden showers and russian collusion though. real, first person accounts from ashley biden about her hyper sexualized youth like, quote: i remember having sex with friends at a young age and showers with my dad, probably not appropriate. in thaif that would have come oi don't think biden would have won georgia. >> you two, take the body, stick it in the trunk, i need you two to take those cleaning products and clean the inside of the car. i'm talking fast, fast, fast.
4:26 pm
i'm here to help. if my help is not appreciated, lots of luck, gentlemen. >> no, no, no. it's not like that. your help is definitely appreciated. >> mr. wolf. the fbi has been solving democrats' problems for three straight elections now remember the tarmac meeting between bill clinton and loretta lynch. hillary was under investigation and her husband secretly met with the woman investigating her for a half an hour. and claimed the whole time they just talked about their grandkids. what was the fbi doing during that meeting? well, the fbi formed a barrier around them and tried to make sure that the press couldn't get too close and hear what they were saying. so after letting hillary skate they spied on trump and rigid the next election for joe. and then they are rigging this one with the raid. we were never supposed to know about 10% for the big guy or that biden was taking closed door meetings with ukrainian gas executives. the fbi knew all about biden family corruption in ukraine. but they still let trump get impeached over it.
4:27 pm
the feds basically impeached trump for calling 911 on joe. the intelligence community even covered up the lab leak and cia helped cover up the laptop leak. see how big this whole thing gets? but it gets even bigger. listen to this. the liberal election wizard nate silver reported today that democrat public health officials pressured pfizer to delay their vaccine announcement until after the 2020 election if that is true, that is a massive scandal. they sabotaged warp speed. people probably died but, hell, joe won. this election was decided by 44,000 votes in georgia, arizona, and wisconsin. if we, the people, hadn't been lied to, trump would have won. this was not a free and fair election. the fbi rigged the 2020 election. the diary, the laptop, facebook, and now the pfizer deal, this is the biggest conspiracy i have ever seen.
4:28 pm
and the media won't touch it because they are complicit, too. so, tonight, we're calling on all the honest fbi agents to come forward and tell the truth about what happened in 2020. 12 whistleblowers isn't enough. i remember when one whistleblower got a president impeached. we have 12 and counting. the very institutions that are supposed to stay out of politics stole an election. so have the courage to come out and serve your country in the right way. buck sexton is a former cia analyst and the co-host of the clay travis and buck sexton show. this is huge. >> it is, jesse. and which one do we start with? we could do covid and the vaccine approval process as we have seen since the first vaccine approval, they're approving shot 5, shot 6, shot 7 without anyone really believing they have the if you feel data certainly not the long-term studies to know about efficacy or safety measures but they just keep pumping it out and keep
4:29 pm
going. but the timing of it was rather convenient for biden and rather inconvenient for the trump administration. at the time, i think that is asking people to thirsts instead of conspiracy theorists. on the fbi wouldn't it be nice if the fbi could manage to stay out of a million election. >> jesse: just once. >> it shouldn't really be that hard. you know, they could have, the doj could have said there is absolutely no way that we are based on the angry letters from a librarian going to raid the home of a former president but we understand that they tell us actually what they think which is that president trump is a unique threat to our democracy. that he must be treated differently in the press, that he must be treated differently by the federal bureaucracy on the deep state. extreme measures are not only warranted they are necessary. they are something that can be justified under any circumstances. this is what they have been saying now for, what, going on six years. it's not surprising that the rubicons are being crossed over and over again. that they are doing things that
4:30 pm
they have never done before. the fbi and cia and other officials who signed the laptop letter, i have been telling everybody i work for some of them. they are not that dumb. they knew it was real. but they did their part for the biden administration, there are deep state elements agencies who look at the possibility of a trump administration once again as literally being capable of ending the country, so, if you think that something could end the country lying about it in an article and signing your name to it look a buffoon that's pretty low stakes. >> that's how they justify it trump was renegade. didn't go along with the establishment. tried to cut deals with the russians in the beginning. he tried to do a deal with the saudis. he was tough on china. tried to close the border. the donors didn't like that. so for the good of the country they rigged an election, didn't they? >> there is so many ways that they rigged the election. never mind the facebook, fbi, and twitter -- facebook suppression on behalf of the fbi. why does the fbi think that it should be policing

disinformation or misinformation in the first place. we have a marketplace of idea, the fbi shouldn't be running around saying someone said something mean about joe biden, just let joe biden speak, people say lots of mean things, he can't speak that's why they had to speak for him and act for them. all right, buck, thank you so much. >> jesse, good to see you. >> jesse: have a good weekend. turns out windmills around the only thing joe biden's windmills are killing. >> talk about 2100 wind combines carpet bombing 2,000 square miles of our ocean. re p♪ ♪things are getting clearer♪ ♪i feel free to bare my skin♪ ♪yeah, that's all me♪ ♪nothing and me go hand in hand♪ ♪nothing on my skin♪ ♪that's my new plan♪ ♪nothing is everything♪ achieve clearer skin with skyrizi. 3 out of 4 people achieved 90% clearer skin
