[laughter] >> brian: unfortunately, for us, the media has gone full castanza and refused to acknowledge that a midterm election red wave has been growing since joe biden entered office. americans have felt what it's like when republicans deliver and they are tired of the disappointments under the biden administration. frustration with the failure and direction of the country we have been heading. in even democrats began turning on each other. but, after a series of small victories for the white house, the left has a new talking point the red wave is dying because of all the liberal momentum. >> some of us have been trying to tell y'all the supreme court nuking abortion rights has shifted the midterm momentum to the democrats. >> politics and the midterms there are some signs that democrats are getting some momentum back. >> red wave you have been hearing so much about.

well it doesn't look like that's going to happen. >> brian: really? democrats have done a lot. for their own party. not for us. the american people. no one is buying the narrative that joe biden and the dems are here to save the day, including the most listened to podcaster in america, the $100 million man joe rogan. >> but joe biden is the most popular president in history. >> yeah, he's the best. there is no one better. best at talking. best at walking upstairs. good handshaker. good at riding bikes. he shakes hands with ghosts. he was never a bright guy. he is very well-known as a liar. like there is all these videos of him lying about his education record, lying about so many different accomplishments that he has achieved in his life. >> what do you tell those people? >> vote republicans. lawsuit. >> brian: we will hear from him a little bit later, too. americans won't forget how the left has kept us in a permanent pandemic. how they locked down our cities

forced small businesses to close. shut down our schools. kept our kids six feet apart. leaving our kids struggling to catch up. that's impossible to forget. the whole world will always remember the national embarrassment we faced one year ago when the president abruptly pulled out our troops from afghanistan defying all military commanders. it was the worst military disaster. we abandoned thousands of americans, even more of our afghan allies behind american lines. billions in military equipment seven in all and just left there for the taliban. arch enemy. ever since then life in afghanistan is a living nightmare. tear rules the country. women lost all rights beaten daily. end of july we killed zawahiri the evil doctor in kabul. the administration said this is great. a big success but think for a second, it only made it fightingly clear that al-qaeda is growing and totally comfortable in kabul. the taliban let them back in like they told us they wouldn't.

now, our problem here at home are growing as well. inflation still hurting americans' walls every day. consumer prices are about 8.5% in july. don't expect biden's inflation reduction act to help. poorer americans will be the ones to feel the pain. they always have. while gas prices may be down from their peak in june. dollar of dallas still $2 higher than it was two years ago. feeling the crunch of high prices the president is trying to buy off voters by forgiving as you know on friday $500 billion worth of student loan debt. those billions may be coming from the taxpayers' pocket. joe won't talk about that. i guess dems would call that joementum. even members of his own party know this plan is a failure. >> bad policy as well as bad politics. i'm a progressive, i want to help folks. but i think this is terrible policy. what is my party doing with this? they are disadvantage, i think they are not helping the people that we are here to help, which is poor people and under

privileged communities and they are not helping their politicians who are running. >> brian: yeah, what about those people that actually paid off their loans, or the 18-year-olds who think they don't have. to say the handout going to hurt the people had was supposed to help. how bad the ideas when elizabeth warren thinks it's great. >> i am so happy to see what has happened. this is about america investing in people who work hard, who play by the rules and who just need a government on their side and joe biden has done what joe biden does best. he has delivered for working families. >> brian: she is scary. and while progressives are in the white house are so laserred in on student loan debt completely ignoring very real problems that you and i are grappling with. for example our border. still seeing record high illegal encounters in july 160,000 apprehensions than the same time two years ago.

understand can as -- we are going to keep nancy pelosi as speaker 3,000 and some odd more people vote in the democratic primary in a rapidly growing state. another one, "new york times," for the first time in 20 years, there are now more registered republicans than democrats in florida. wait a minute, wait a minute. 1845 is when florida became a state. that's 177 years ago. this is the first time in the history of florida there are more registered republicans than democrats. look at this: 41.5. what is that? that was the job approval just before labor day in 2018 foredonald j. trump, joe biden in the midst of a gigantic burst of enthusiasm is 42.4. remember the she lacking the republicans had when our president, republican president was thine tenths of a percent lower than joe biden is today? come on, people. really? you know,. >> brian: you have one more line i see that. >> these are going to be -- the election is going to be fought over these numbers. the consumer price index in july

disinformation. so you better believe there is going to be serious oversight here. one of the questions that we want to ask zuckerberg is what exactly did the fbi tell you under oath let's ask them. what did they tell you? did they say hide this particular story? because it seems like they did. another part of this story is that recently an fbi whistleblower went to senator ron johnson's office and said that their superiors to the delaware field office sewed stop investigating do not open that laptop three weeks before the election. they don't want to change the outcome of an election the way it did in 2016. of course they do open an investigation which is good into the laptop after the election. what does this tell us? this tells us that their primary consideration is not law and order and enforcing the law, even as inconvenient politically as it might be, but, helping democrats not lose another election. and that's what infuriates. that is what pisses people off right now. have you this extremely important institution and all we are asking is that you maintain

transparency and consistency. you need to consistently enforce the law. something comes to you and worthy of investigation then you investigate it but don't just delay it because you think it might hurt an election. this is a hunter biden laptop where there is plenty of crimes being filmed. hunter biden has never met a crime that he doesn't want to film himself doing for some reason and it's worth an investigation. and look, people are rightfully upset about this. >> brian: this is real. it's not the big lie. this is a fact. and even hbo has bill maher saying it on friday nights. so, real quick. there is a war between the states because joe biden won't put his hand and push up and build a wall and actually enforce our border. we have got a war on daily basis on "fox & friends" we're watching buses pull up with illegals from texas. texas taxpayers with using illegals to new york so blue can feel the pain of these red states. how does this end?

be enforced you can't cut in front of everybody else. this is also highlighting a bigger problem that i think we need to come together as a country and focus on which is the politics south of our border and threat south of our border namely the drug cartels the mexican drug cartels completely control the border who goes across and make money off of that putting tens of millions of pounds of deadly fentanyl into our system every single day. 100,000 people are dying every year from this fentanyl. this is something we need to be on a war footing about. we need to accept the fact that we're at war with the mexican drug cartels, they are a terrorist organization or a transnational criminal organization, whatever we want to call it, we need to legally identify it as such. and start using every tool we have to stop them and destroy them because they are probably our biggest national security threat at the moment. >> brian: between afghanistan and what is hang on our border, it should disqualify president biden even thinking about running for re-election in any of his cabinet from keeping their jobs. it's an absolute disaster they

hali is pointing fingers at attorney general letitia james who she believes is responsible for the leak. nikki haley is here now with more. ambassador, what's your radicalization to this and what's the significance of the leak of those names? >> well, just to give you some background, brian, so we started this organization a couple -- a few years ago, and basically we call out every wrong we see. so, we call out, you know, basically the irresponsibility of what is happening on the border. we call out the fact that there is lunacy that you would go and have people who didn't go to college pay for those who did go to college. the indoctrination that's happening to our children behind our parent's backs. we call out everything that's wrong. we call out joe biden. we call out nancy pelosi. we call out gavin newsom, all of them. solo and behold what we see is suddenly politico decides to leak a tax document which we fill out by law which automatically is supposed to not

reveal any donors, just like your personal tax return, not supposed to reveal any donors. and they suddenly leak it and when we asked for the copy, the last page of the copy that politico had has is stamped by the new york state attorney general's office. what we have seen so far the new york state attorney general they have gone after the nra pro-life groups and gone after president trump. you know what? they went after our organization stand for america the buck stops here. i am telling you right now, we are in the process of filing a lawsuit against the new york state attorney general because it's a violation of state law. then we are turning around and we are sending out a message to attorney general merrick garland asking him to investigate the new york state attorney general because it's a violation of federal tax law. conservatives basically what they are saying is they are not going after -- you never hear of democrat groups leaked. you haven't heard of the aclu leaked or planned parenthood but
