>> welcome back just yesterday we discovered the devastating data with the worst drop in math and reading scores and years for fourth-grade students. as we pointed out, instead of focusing on core curriculum schools seem to be focused on will ideologies and the latest example my state new jersey. the public town school's new health curriculum forcing children as young as ten years old to learn about gender identity. cheryl, i will start with you on this one. we are talking a lot about the devastating test scores that have come out this week showing fourth-graders, the scores are the lowest they have been since 1990 and largely due to some of the covid policies and the power wielded by the teachers unions. $200 billion given to schools and we have lost two decades worth of learning. but now they are saying the fourth-graders are not doing so well as i go into fifth grade. what they really need to focus on is being able to tell the

difference between gender orientation and gender identity. don't you think, i don't know, maybe they should be focused on reading and math? >> cheryl: i think we should get $200 billion back is what i think. how they spent the money, it is offensive. they brought up things about look, this is a union. the teachers union is a very powerful, political entity. and they were trying to lobby medicare for all and tax terms and weighing into all of this with our officials and that money as well as buying a seven-figure add by to say how great they were as teachers. a great job they were doing with our students. and so it is unfortunate because the minute the country began to open up and now we know from the cdc schools were say probably in the fall of 2,020 and they were not opened up because of this union. and they have become too political and of course the politicians know and we have seen it play out in new york city, they know they've got to get the teacher vote. until that changes, i'm not sure

we can see her for the entire show but i can tell you this, that airlines need to be held accountable. they are the only industry outside of the government able to have you pay for something and then give you no surface. my family and i a family of five booked responsibly and attire trip for us. and the airline decided to change the plane we were taking an apparently fewer rows. they threw it up and said all five of you get middle seats sporadically throughout the entire plane. at that time, i had a 1-year-old and 3-year-old so my 3-year-old back in a seat. we, as a family, asked people to switch with us. they didn't want to because nobody likes a middle seat. okay, here is my 1-year-old. have fun. >> enjoy your flight with a 1-year-old. >> i have to say, k lee, i know you are applying a lot for sure as we all are on this couch. what is your worst experience? i will give an example of what i would think is horrible and i have seen this myself feet poking under the seat. okay, let's look at this picture. somebody who decided that their feet needed to be part of your space. >> kayleigh: once a man fell

asleep in college and started to fall this way and his hair was dangerously close to the side of my mouth and i think this is totally unacceptable reflecting on the harris story. i will save july 4th weekend was horrible for flights. i was supposed to take off to film something in d.c. and waited two hours on the tarmac and drive for hours but go to d.c. and missed the filming and had a great dinner reagan airport and some red random airport and another hour and a half to lay on runway. cleared for takeoff and pulled 21 planes are in front of me. welcome to july 4th weekend and labor day weekend, guys. not a relief. >> other examples we have seen, sean, i'm curious what your worst flight nightmare is, people shaving legs on the subway train is one. i watched a woman clipping her nails on a plate. that was fun. >> sean: gassy. come on was gassy next to me. but i travel with kids as well and i was traveling with rachel

and six kids with me. i left wausau, wisconsin, and went to minneapolis. 7:00 i got there and 8:00 was supposed to be at florida. my flight was delayed until 8:00 and 12 hours in the airport with all of my kids. all of my kids in the airport and it was the most -- by the way, i hate when someone wants to change seats with me if it is a couple and they want to put me in the middle seat or aisle seat. but families with a 2-year-old that can't sit by their mom, give up your seat. don't be rude. make some accommodations. you know what i will do, my 2-year-old, i will pinch a man and you can sit by my crying kit for two hours and i will sit back and have a glass of wine. >> tomi i know you've had some bad situations periods before the passenger thing and the gassy passengers and those don't shower. when someone feels the need to put their feet up in the bullpen like their personal rest and they don't wear shoes. so you have to sit there or
