same breath, he tried to be mr. unity. >> is in your american president, not a president of red america or blue america, but of all america, that is why tonight i'm asking our nation to come together. you night and still believe in america that is decent and have respect for others. i know policies can be fierce and mean and nasty in america. i get it. democracy begins and will be preserved. we the people's habits of the heart. empathy that fuels democracy, the willingness to see each other not as enemies but as fellow americans. >> kayleigh: i could not believe what i watched last night, tomi. the best description that came to mind with split personality disorder because on one hand you had biden saying that the country as a threat to democracy and a clear threat to society.

let's not demonize our fellow man. which biden one or two, i don't know. before i heard let's unite against those and probably many more after last night. certainly dusting off the maga happened. i want to explain to those who aren't familiar what a maga republican is because i don't think the democrats, i don't think joe biden has it strict. a maga republican is somebody who loves their country, loves her family, wants their country to come first and loves law enforcement, military and those forgotten americans in the heartland of the country that work hard every single day, don't mess much from anybody and do their thing and wants the government to be as small as possible. they united behind donald trump because he brought that message. that is what a maga republican is peer the fact that the sitting president used eric tax dollars to stand there and say what he said fledged by marines

getting personal threats of violence against them. but he was silence when the justices were having murder accusations against them. so we was silence there and democracy is under threat. is absolutely right. good opportunity to talk about the fact that it is becoming obvious his administration and doj in cahoots to silence those who have not been in line with them. so what he did was he made donald trump and his supporters public enemy number one. i will say that yes, donald trump is a threat to president biden but not the way he wanted to portray it. he's a threat to a second term whether donald trump wants to run himself or support another republican to. that is the biggest threat donald trump is to president biden because his policies have failed. >> kayleigh: cheryl, dana perino made a good point this morning the fascist republican such a threat, why do democrats plan them to the tune of $43 million in primary to

difference between gender orientation and gender identity. don't you think, i don't know, maybe they should be focused on reading and math? >> cheryl: i think we should get $200 billion back is what i think. how they spent the money, it is offensive. they brought up things about look, this is a union. the teachers union is a very powerful, political entity. and they were trying to lobby medicare for all and tax terms and weighing into all of this with our officials and that money as well as buying a seven-figure add by to say how great they were as teachers. a great job they were doing with our students. and so it is unfortunate because the minute the country began to open up and now we know from the cdc schools were say probably in the fall of 2,020 and they were not opened up because of this union. and they have become too political and of course the politicians know and we have seen it play out in new york city, they know they've got to get the teacher vote. until that changes, i'm not sure

however, it goes deeper than that pure of the world professional association for transgender health has lessenede age saying hormones for transgender should start even younger at the age of 14. you have the biden administration pushing for insurers to cover these transgender surgeries including that for kids. so, when you actually look at this and the people that transition, about 8% in the united states regret it at some point. you have these conversations and these things being had with these kids who had hormones going high. frontal lobe is not completely formed and is this the right time and is this dangerous? >> it is dangerous and sexualization of children and adults should be ashamed of themselves. it will tell you this though this is a bright spot. a lot gets blamed on the lgbqt and there are many within the lgbqt community and i had went on my show that said this is not representing us. we are consenting adults and we choose what we want to do but do not push this on children. i also have to give credit to public figures like britney and

jason aldean. who have stood up and taken a lot of flack for it. standing up saying, "don't do this to her kids. don't touch our kids." it will take public figures like that and parents at school board meetings to change this round because it is more than talking about it. there needs to be action. it is up to us to get a little louder. >> to that point parents are getting loud and you will hear from them in the midterms. more "outnumbered" coming up next. ♪ ♪

we can see her for the entire show but i can tell you this, that airlines need to be held accountable. they are the only industry outside of the government able to have you pay for something and then give you no surface. [laughter] they can pass it off as something. and the pilots, they are being overworked. they are stressed. they have to deal with the vaccination mandate, covid and alto spirits because they are picketing to be clear. nicole, one op-ed, jc stephen wrote this, "here's the simple fact if you want to travel in a group book your seats together before hand. your incompetency and failing to do so is no one else's responsibility." she says she is the single traveler that gets asked to move and she is sick of it and fighting back. she's had enough. >> i find this funny and i tell you, i am that person. i book months in advance and i am fat responsible person. but to tomi's point, they are lying is in complete shambles.

and six kids with me. i left wausau, wisconsin, and went to minneapolis. 7:00 i got there and 8:00 was supposed to be at florida. my flight was delayed until 8:00 and 12 hours in the airport with all of my kids. all of my kids in the airport and it was the most -- by the way, i hate when someone wants to change seats with me if it is a couple and they want to put me in the middle seat or aisle seat. but families with a 2-year-old that can't sit by their mom, give up your seat. don't be rude. make some accommodations. you know what i will do, my 2-year-old, i will pinch a man and you can sit by my crying kit for two hours and i will sit back and have a glass of wine. >> tomi i know you've had some bad situations periods before the passenger thing and the gassy passengers and those don't shower. when someone feels the need to put their feet up in the bullpen like their personal rest and they don't wear shoes. so you have to sit there or
