her police budget by $50 million two years ago has seen a nearly 40% jump in crime in the last 12 months. things are so bad even the bears are bailing on chicago and running to the suburbs. you want to go shopping in the windy city. you might be risking your life. check out this video from last week where one man was sucker punched while just standing there at the store counter. they didn't take long for things to escalate as he pulled out a gun and opened fire killing the 19-year-old man who started the fight. boom. so, what is chicago's answer to this chaos? more cops? for funding? no. it's getting rid of cash bail because that makes sense. and these problems might start in the city but it doesn't take long until it spreads to the suburbs. listen to the mayor of this chicago suburb tell us what is coming. >> as of january 1st, 2023, the following things will go into effect and people need to be aware of this. it abolishes cash bail for

almost every offense. this includes but isn't limited to kidnapping, armed robbery, second degree murder, drug induced homicide. aggravated dui. threatening a public official and aggravated fleeing and alluding. offenders released on electronic monitoring have to be in violation for 48 hours before law enforcement can act. they can almost drive to alaska before we can even look for them. it denies victims their constitutional rights and keep this in mind, businesses and homeowners, officers will no longer remove trespassers from your residence or your businesses. someone could decide to live in your shed and all we can do is give them a ticket. you have to decide what level of force is required to remove them. and whether or not it's legal. this is a massive threat to the residents of park, cook county and illinois. >> jesse: let me get this straight can you kidnap my kid before lunch and be home by

dinner? what the hell is that? and what's the point of ankle bracelets if police can't catch you until you are in alaska? why even have a government if it takes the side of the bad guys? because this isn't just a windy city problem. this is going to be in your backyard soon. we are already seeing this play out in tennessee on wednesday, a maniac live streamed a shooting spree across the whole city killing four and injuring three. but this lunatic shouldn't have even been on the streets. he was charged with attempted first degree murder just two years ago. yet, the district attorney at the time, amy wire rich, the judge, glen wright signed off soft plea deal. what message do you think that sends other criminals across the city? they look at that and say i can get rid of anything. only took one day. >> white people hate black people. >> [bleep]

for getting cats out of the tree. now look at this. and suspects aren't just running from the police, they are running at police. this guy in arizona just robbed a gas station and then ran at an officer with a screwdriver. >> drop the screwdriver. >> no. >> drop it. >> no. >> stop. we cannot rely on the government anymore for anything. so i'm not going to waste my time telling these officials what they need to do anymore. we have to address the other half of the problem. so tonight, i'm going to talk directly to the homeless drug addicts and ex-cons. you are better than. this pick yourself up and pay attention. here's the plan of action. get a motel room for an hour and take a shower. then shave your face. walk to the thrift shop, buy clean clothes. get some new shoes. then you go to the barbershop and you get your hair cut. you stare in that mirror curing the hair cut. your face is clean. you smell clean. you got a new shirt. look under your own eyes in the mirror. see of the real you and say to yourself this is who i am. then you hop on a bus and get as far as away from your sleazy crew as far as possible. go back to your family or if you can't, get outside of that city where there is not a dealer on every block and get yourself a job, any job. because a job gives you purpose. take a broom, an apron, a lawn

and, you know, the most revolutionary thing we can do right now, jesse, is tell the truth about what is happening. what you are doing by showing these videos in your monologue but also showing, telling who is doing these things. the democrat party gets more powerful when families are broken down and people become more dependent on them. the pot industry, which i believe is doing great damage by normalizing drug use because it is a gateway drug. so there are weed lobbyists there are democrats and way too many parents who are celebrating the legalization of drugs. and i think we need to talk about george soros. george soros has spent millions and millions of dollars through a dark web of money. nonprofits and political action committees that he uses to have an outsized influence on local elections of district attorneys who he elects these woke

district attorneys. he is spending millions of dollars. he spent 2.5 million alone to elect gascon. he spent millions of dollars on chesa boudin in san francisco, which you showed right there. he was kicked out. but, remember, chesa boudin was hugo chavez's translator. he was the son of domestic terrorists here in the united states of america. but he is using even tinier amounts of money to make a difference in elections in smaller communities all across the country because he wants to fund -- he wants to destabilized america. and fundamentally transform it. i think you are right about personal responsibility. it starts in the home. and the most local races are the most important. but, jesse, the most local place is your family. save your family. take care of your kids, your grandkids, your nieces, your nephews. we will do it one child at a time. i'm not giving up but, boy, we need to tell the truth about what is happening if we want to see change. >> jesse: i could not agree

destruction that their navy boarded vessels from other countries freeing all the slaves on board. and for decades african-americans, arabs, germans and others resisted abolition. even to this day, slavery exists in places like africa. the middle east and in china. so when the queen assumed the throne in 1952, great britain had abolished slavery over a century ago. you don't think the british hun narky was rich before slavery? come on. they were rich before, during, and after. what these people don't realize is that when we rebelled against the british, we weren't rebelling against their way of life. all we wanted was our own government. and throughout the world, the former british colonies that continued to embrace the british system have done far better than the former colonies that rejected it. all i have to say, be careful what you wish for. i would take the british empire over the russian, or chinese empire any day.

and watch the planet slowly die let's start having babies resist that primal age to breed. give it 10 or more years or so they won't be able to breathe. >> jesse: born joins us titled false alarm. how are things improving in the environment that people don't ever learn about. >> hey, jesse. so we don't really hear anything but one catastrophe after another. but if you actually look at the data, what has happened over the last 100 years, if you look at all the things that climate change can impact on humans, floods, droughts, storms, wildfires and extreme temperatures. the international data shows that 100 years ago about half a million people died every year. last year just 7,000 people died. we have seen a decline of more than 99%. we are much safer, why? because we are richer and richer means you are much better able to deal with the problems that

nature throw at you. >> jesse: what about massive heat waves that the governor keeps talking about and moving your air conditioning thermostat down a notch? what's he talking about there. >> so, jesse, global warming is a real problem but it's just one of many things and really we know how to deal with heat. so, we're going to see more heat waves. but we have actually seen dramatic declining impacts of heat waves in the u.s. why? because of air conditioning. it's not hard. you need to have enough energy to run your air conditioner. and they don't in california. that's the real tragedy. and, at the same time, of course, you need to remember there are many more people dying from cold than from heat. both in the u.s. and around the world. and so for the u.s. it's about 20,000 people die from heat. but 170,000 people die from cold. and how do you avoid dying from cold? it's also access to energy.

so, again, we have to be careful to not use the climate policies to make our energy so expensive people can't afford to turn on their air conditioner when it's really hot. and keep warm in the winter. that's what kills people. that's how we solve these problems as well. with cheap energy. >> jesse: nuke plants wouldn't hurt. last question what is this doing to children psychologically when you say they are all going to die in 10 years. >> obviously it's hardened them makes them uncomfortable and traumatized. why would i go to school? dbut it also means we don't focs on how do we actually fix all of these problems? remember, the world got better because we actually have lots of innovation and people thinking i can do this better. we want our kids to do the same thing so that the world will become much better in the future. not scare them witless but actually tell them we have got this. but let's do it smarter. >> jesse: yeah. let's get some more air conditioning units. that would help us all.
