of children, approximately 80% of children have had covid and yes, there are no guidelines coming from you or anybody from the government to take into their account their natural acquired immunity. you seem quite certain of yourself in 2004, but in 2022 there's a lot less certainty. >> a vaccination following an infection gives an added extra boost. and that film that you showed is taking out of context. i believe that was when somebody called in who had had a reaction to a vaccine. >> sean: now, remember, it is not a coincidence that fauci announced his departure from the federal government at the exact same time that failed cdc director announced a massive agency shake-up. they have literally lost the confidence of you, the american people. remember, it was fauci who said that vaccines will stop transmission and told congress that the u.s. never funded research at the wuhan lab.

despite government documents showing otherwise, this man has made one failing decision after another and has taken zero responsibility for all of it. here to explain more, senator rand paul. senator, talking for hold this guy accountable. the cdc, sorry, we were wrong on the vaccines. that's the biggest announcement this week. and we have the evidence that he's not been honest to the american people, don't we? >> we did have a little fun reintroducing dr. fauci to his 2004 self when he seemed to quite understand basic immunology that when you have a disease you develop immunity. so being his arrogant self, he decided to say, well, you know i wrote the book. i wrote the chapter on immunology and i'm like, make you should reread the chapter. but the thing is, is that we did get him to admit to things. he's not denying immunity, but he never would quite tell us why it no longer counsel.

my point is this, parents have to make a tough decision and so do elderly people in our country. should you take one, two, three vaccines or take ten vaccines? but the only way we know this is if you did studies on either taking another vaccine or not, but you have to include the variable of whether or not you have the natural infection because that also provides immunity. if you leave that variable out of the equation, people can't make intelligent decision. we actually -- they're not lettinged us know the information -- letting us know the information to help us decide do i need to take a third or fourth or fifth vaccine. and the current testing that they're doing for the new covid variant vaccine was doesn't on mice. no humans. no safety trials, no efficacy trials. eight mice were given the new vaccine and they want to you give it to your kid. >> sean: so your a medical doctor, just to remind people that may not remember. you got an infection early.
