problem when i gain weight. there's all kinds of things associated with being slightly overweight even, let alone obese. we learn that with covid. there's a healthy weight to be, you'll live longer, you sleep better, the blood pressure goes down. diabetes becomes less of a problem or an issue. all of those things matter. so there is food. there is sugar addiction. there is alcohol addiction. alcohol is a consumeable. there are things that in fact as human beings, as organic creatures, we should care about ourselves enough to care about this. not a zero sum game. you had michelle obama and healthy food things with her lunches. it was awful and then this was on the other spectrum of things where we can find a happy medium, which is like what you're saying, we can give ourselves permission to do things we need to but be aware that these are repercussions and we deserve to be healthy. we deserve it. >> harris: the whole time you were talking, i'm so hungry.

i enjoyed every second of this. this is such a joke. here's why, these people are saying that you have to be woke now. in the la unified school district, the biggest food desert in the country, those kids have the least access to good and healthy foods and for a long time usc and conjunction with the mayor trying to remedy that and because of capitollism and certain other factors, there's a lot of chains that will not move in, grocery stores that will not move in when enticed or attempted to be enticed by zero aren'ts and they won't do it. who is impacted? the underserved minority communities. for me, i see this as we're against fat shaming, we want to be woke above all. we're talking about health here and it's those kids that are the ones that are suffering the most out of it because they're being told now, yeah, get the doughnut from your corner store, that's okay. because these choices don't exist for you anyway. now they're being given no choice at all because of that woke movement rather than seeing reality, which is let's help everyone out.
