will look more like the average american. second, border security is not everything, the only thing that matters in immigration policy. democrats failed to deliver on immigration are. hispanic voters have to choose between democratic party that has not delivered on the economy or immigration and the republican party, you know, maybe you don't agree with everything issue but the economy is well, you will vote republican. that is what we're seeing now and even democrats who are not party leaders should be happy about this, think about it for a minute. it is better to have a country where people are not ruled by race than to have -- better to have where people is not defined by their skin color. >> carley: historically, the democratic play book has been to

try and attract hispanic voters by giving out handouts, welfare and saying they are the compassionate party. how much influence do you think that has on hispanic voters now? no group is a monolith, we think in terms of voting blocks, what do you think of that? >> what we saw from 2016 to the 2 2020 election, we saw in new york city, the bronx shifted to president trump and it was specifically because of dot min can american population in the bronx, just like the south american population shifted to trump, the mexican population shifted to trump. this is happening across the country issue not just related in the rio grand valley, not just about venezuelas and cubans who care about socialism, this
