tch your job criteria. visit indeed.com/hire and get started today. pete: straight to a fox news alert. another bus of migrants from texas to the nation's capital has arrived at the vice president's residence at the naval observatory. will: let's go to alexandria with the latest. >> reporter: the possibility there might be a second bus arriving here. it was just about 15 minutes ago that we had one bus, came up with 50 migrants on board.
4:01 am
it was emotional in many ways, several children. i counted what appeared to be a recently newborn infant, at what point in the journey, we don't know. these migrants came here today at the naval observatory which has the vice president's residence behind that. vice president has been asked since thursday, what she thought about this, there was no response to that she waved off those questions, and her husband did respond to migrant buses arriving here and called the whole thing shameful but washington dc is a sanctuary city and the mayor talked about this yesterday. because washington dc is not a border community the city lacks
4:02 am
infrastructure to care for the people here, probably 100 thursday, 50 we've seen so far today. this is a large city but the infrastructure and sanctuary city cannot accommodate people being dropped off by governor abbott's office. florida governor ron desantis not going to stop these buses because it is there only mechanism to help overrun border communities and emphasize 2 places elsewhere that this is an american issue, coming into the country as a whole and has to be dealt with in some form. >> the other bus came before, do they loiter, walk on? who is there? what is happening? the vice president's residence has a lot of security.
4:03 am
>> reporter: we saw people get off the bus, curious looking around and they are immediately whisked away. we had 8 workers out here which is different from thursday but aid workers were really, shelter from the cameras as much as they could be, taken down the road here. i was told earlier they are taken to a secure location, we don't know if people were get into cars or buses or elsewhere where those locations are or where they are going after that. pete: new migrants arrive in washington dc, martha's vineyard as washington dc and new york city. and numbers, better peanuts compared to what is happening on the southern border, no drone footage overnight from fox news. 500 people showing 500 people should crossing the rio grande
4:04 am
into texas. texas and california and arizona are flooded with illegal immigrants, there is a trickle headed to the north and what happens when they arrived in washington dc? or in martha's vineyard? you see on the cover of the new york post. so much for sanctuary city, liberals deport illegal immigrants within 48 hours of arriving. rachel: florida is not a sanctuary state. 40% of migrants who come across the border want to go to florida because right now when i was down there, mostly cubans and a lot of venezuelans and huge communities of venezuelans and cubans in florida so they want to come to florida but we are not a sanctuary state, we've got -- will: you are not allowed to be illegal here. rachel: be will take them to places that have bragged for
4:05 am
years about being a sanctuary city or state and that is what he's doing. when they arrive, they immediately deport them to military bases. will: in the case of massachusetts, as alexandria said, whisked away. the problem is not the policy in the eyes of everyone in the left, the video cameras to show it. that is why these images are so important in martha's vineyard, the naval observatory makes sense but as quickly as possible, they put them behind walls and away from cameras so the facilitation going on for a year and 1/2 in the dead of night can continue. just the tip of the iceberg of what happens every day across the country in sanctuary or not sanctuary states and ron desantis -- they say it is a political point, rounded in a policy position. this is not legal in our state. you are not allowed to deport you because we are not federal
4:06 am
immigration service so we -- they are happy to take you. i don't know why texas hasn't declared an invasion. 8000 people a day walking across the border in a federal government that abandons pretext, they are facilitating it. that will trigger a constitutional showdown. these are human beings going through the process. they made the choice to come in illegally and governors are taking a stand. rachel: it is a place of giant mansions. i have been to uvalde, a relatively poor town. the obamas's neighbors, unless
4:07 am
migrants are there, and they could serve drinks and food, end of summerlong parties but never wear masks because at the other thing, they like their servants to wear masks in martha's vineyard so this exposes the most interesting leaders him. >> it is highlighting a policy issue and the only time the border seems to matter is when there is an involvement of state borders, how dare you fly illegal immigrants across state borders, the point is you are not enforcing the policy on the national border. i love the elitist when it comes to martha's vineyard and add the racism, there's obviously a detrimental effect of illegal immigration on the community where it is concentrating.
4:08 am
but these elitists seem okay with that as long as it affects primarily brown cities in jail rio, el paso, brownsville or uvalde, you are fine with them as long as they affect primarily middle-class brown cities, the minute it affects a monolithically white elite city, or island, like martha's vineyard, then it is oh my god and they pat themselves on the back for handing out bowls of soup while they whisk them away to a military facility. rachel: they call in the national guard. they sent an infantry company to martha's vineyard to get 50 illegal immigrants off their island as fast as possible after they had signed on their lawn. rachel: the southern border is the most dangerous border crossing in the world, that is where the national guard is
4:09 am
occupied with making sure martha's vineyard doesn't keep illegal immigrants for 48 hours, amazing. pete: president biden is such to give his first interview and this is to 60 minutes. it will air on sunday at the first clips are coming out to promote it and in it president biden is hailing a victory when it comes to negotiating with the rail workers union to avoid a strike. in this interview with scott kelly talks about vladimir putin and potentially pushing him into a corner and whether or not russia might use nuclear weapons in its war with ukraine. here is an excerpt from 60 minutes. >> mr. president, you have just averted a nationwide railroad strike that would have been crippling to the economy. how did you do that, and what were those last hours like in the negotiations?
4:10 am
>> president biden: look, we brought business and labor together. you have a good deal being made for labor, your income is going to go up 24% over the last five years, they worked out the healthcare piece, they worked out days off, and they sat down in my view in the office today, saying we finally figured out this is fair on both sides. it took that time to focus, and the alternative was just not thinkable. >> what do you mean? >> president biden: if they had gone on strike the supply chains would have come to a screeching halt and we would have seen a real economic crisis. rachel: it could have been a massive crisis. he is right about that but this is what they choose to focus on. i will say our supply chain system is broken. the engine in my car broke and will it take months to find an engine to replace the engine
4:11 am
that is broken. this is like cuba. you can't find parts. and the cars are so expensive. rachel: i don't know. pete: i look forward to the self-important people talking at each other, what the rest of the interview is but if the promo clip is mister biden, tell me how you did such amazing things and how you did it, after all the crushing realities of life in america today, the rhetoric, i wonder if he will ask about that, how he's characterizing his political opponents if he will ask about the border i wonder if he will ask about the inflation reduction act. remains to be seen what the rest of this interview will be but the promo clip is tell me how you save the world. rachel: how you save the supply chain. pete: i will be watching football. rachel: a lot of people.

thousands are waiting up to 24 hours in line to pay their respects to queen elizabeth the second. pete: one moment of chaos was quickly handled by the police. amy kellogg is live with the latest. >> reporter: there is airport style security, and you can't stop people from acting out. and a man rushed elizabeth's coffin and attempted to rip off the royal standard and then tried to grab it, as you said he was tackled to the ground. we don't know his motives. hasn't been released who he is. that situation was diffused, but a 7-year-old girl who was there is traumatized, he pushed her aside and she obviously had her experience completely wrecked by this. the princes to their vigil, the children of queen elizabeth ii stood around her casket,
