transported throughout the entire united states, like catholic charities receiving funding from the united states government and their transporting people throughout the united states, now and governor does it know, the white house is up in arms they don't talk about what they originally did and why this began in the first place, there are solutions, they want solutions then this white house might have an excuse, there are solutions to what can be done to stop this crisis of the border but they are not doing anything, now we see millions of people into the country illegally, were seen drugs at records that we'd never seen before, just on the border that we'd never seen before, there are records being set by this white house every single day, they refused to look at the problem until the governors do what they're doing and becomes an issue because the mainstream media has to cover its hypocrisy in it's important we get this from the white house. neil: you were ahead of this for

migrants, there is a pattern to that, if you don't see the two plus million whoever the entry to our border as anything less than illegal you don't then see a problem. and you don't see a reason to address it. >> that is the issue when you look at the very first act that these people make their crossing the border illegally that is a criminal act, they're not being prosecuted because of this administration again has made a conscious decision. if you are not willing to define the issue you are never going to come up with the solutions, they are not calling this what it is it is illegal immigration it is not legal we are all for legal immigration we are against illegal immigration into the rule of law that made this country so great if we don't continue to enforce the rule of law then we have chaos, that's what were seen on the border today it is chaos when mayor lightfoot talks about 500 people

coming to chicago, look eagle past texas thousands of people everything will day yet mayor lightfoot is complaining about 500 people in chicago, that is crazy and again, it goes right back to hypocrisy that we constantly see from this administration and if you don't define the problem and not willing to talk about you will not come up with solutions. neil: thank you very much. did you put into perspective we want to be very fair, if you look at one and a half million who enter this country illegally is pretty much consistent through any administration that's how many we taken illegally year in and year out and you want to claim the 2 million plus getting into this country illegally should not be so characterized and then you're talking about taking in three and half, four and a half, where does it end, you have to look at the numbers and the cost and the reality, the fact of the matter is if you're not going to call it what it is how can you address the problem that is now out of control we will keep

inflation reduction act celebration that we sought the white house this week, the white house and democrats want the whole conversation about the midterms to be focused on abortion it's only issue in which voters tend to trust democrats even more, i think republicans are doing a better job at controlling the conversation right now, were talking about the crisis at the board because of the moves from desantis, abbott and ducey were talking more about the economy because the facts are two glaring and obvious most americans lives for americans to ignore in republican candidates especially those senate candidates running in uphill battles like nevada and arizona are spending more time avoiding the conversation the democrats want to have not talking about abortion in talking about these issues that put democrats on the defensive, that's why you are starting to see that narrative disappear the democrats are optimistic heading into november. neil: i wonder about republicans along comes lindsey graham with a counter plan to ban abortions

point. >> the process will start this week and involves sending the tenant agreement from the principal officers of our bargaining units on each railroad that will create a question-and-answer period where they see clarifications we will return to meetings with the railroads to finalize the final document that will be what we put out to the membership we are a few weeks from putting this thing out to the field and we will make sure our membership fully explains everything that isn't it and everything that is not in it and didn't go to the boat for a membership ratification. neil: the one union, the day before the 5000 member union that had rejected was at essentially the same deal or had it been sweetened enough this go around they would approve it? >> that was one of the unions that was part of the bargaining coalition throughout the process, the operating costs as we call them the engineers in the smart transportation had different recommendations come

agreement that we do not find those options available sometimes in december. again the process that we have requires us to let the membership decide this and i will tell you during the pandemic these guys went to work every day they were the essential workers that kept the supply chain moving. the railroads are understaffed right now the having a hard time hiring and that led to overworking were more shifts on these existing employees, labor relations are in all-time low and were trying to improve that by providing for the first time ever more time off, predictable time off for these guys by their contract. neil: have any of them wanted to become truckers, they are still wanting workers. >> again the short staff is really frustrated folks we are hoping that the contract makes the jobs more attractive and easier to hire and we get the workforce stuff properly to where we need to go back to running the supply chain like it
