sleep on the streets of downtown el paso. you don't see that same outrage, jesse from the people i spoke to. sleeping on the streets with a 10-month-old baby. venezuelans down in el paso sleeping on the streets waiting for bus to get to new york. here the sector is so overwhelmed this morning i was in mexico following the migrants in. jesse, as they look into the country look back at cameras give thumbs up and wave. some live streaming on facebook. once again this is the relates of the border crisis and border patrol overwhelmed in this sector. >> jesse: texas is spending $4 billion on migrants, shelters are at capacity, women and children are literally sleeping on the streets but the vineyard couldn't find 50 beds on an island with multi million dollars homes and a budget flush with cash. brent, tell me a little bit about the impact the migrants are having on local communities where you are. >> hey, jesse.
