8:04 am
let's talk about the gotaways. the 2.1 million does not account for the more than half a million gotaways who crossed the border so far this year. you add that with last year's gotaways cbp sources tell us we're well over 900,000 known gotaways at our southern border. that's a population bigger than the city of san francisco. as you look at the video we've shot in eagle pass within the last week or so of mass illegal crossings you mentioned off the top, the democrat sheriff in bear county has launched a criminal investigation into ron desantis and the flight of migrants from texas to martha's vineyard. he is saying the migrants were lured and this investigation is not political. governor desantis is pushing back saying the migrants boarded the flight voluntarily and signed a consent waiver and put them up in hotels beforehand and gave them showers and meals, accommodations and they were all sleeping on the streets before they got on this flight.
