showing a private plane that was full of migrants they are friday 819 migrants on that private plane in mcallen, texas coming in from central america. sources tell me staying here for several weeks and read a stash house but they got on that plane pretty best to get a say three cars pulled up that day to the airport and drop the migrants off. that's when a concerned citizen called 911. this is a third bus at a private airport in texas just this month alone. humans are smuggled in, so her drugs were just of the day officers at the port of entry seized approximate 72000 fentanyl pills. those were hidden inside of a gas tank of a carpet also about 50 pounds of meth was also incited that tank. it is not to present to our viewers we've been talking about this for months. it is just one example of the massive amount of deadly drugs coming in from mexico. the medical examiner's office is at her the borders tell us they see these impacts every day, pointing to a spike in overdose

up. they just have to know these people are or were the final destination is. arthel: but still questionable there has to be a manifest to get audited private jet you have to crosscheck an id that doesn't add up. i'm sure you will dig more into that angle of that particular story. under the details are sketchy at this moment. alexis mcadams alive in eagle pass, texas thanks alexis, eric. eric: more and then it just a second five more buses the migrants arrived in new york city today per the latest from border strays to northern sanctuary cities. new york city mayor eric adam says he is committed to helping the migrants who arrive in the big apple. saying quote, since may this administration on its own has safely and effectively provided shelter, healthcare, and a host of other services to more than 11000 people. from central and south america were seeking a better life. natural border patrol council

now. we want to be humane. where the most compassionate country in the world. we want to care for those individuals who have a legitimate asylum claim. the problem is the vast majorities are individuals. in using hand requires statistics only 14% of these people qualify for asylum. my research shows it's about seven. the vast majority of individuals do not qualify under our laws for asylum. that is the loophole that's being used that's the magnet drawing so many people across our borders illegally. they're able to gain the system to make it into the united states pretty songs that continues to happen we are going to continue to hear about stories like this charter plane had were going to have to do more investigations into weirs this coming from? what is the root of it? why has it been allowed? eric: as we have been reporting for months and years now, people are in your view told what they are to say when they show up at the border and ask for asylum. and then what happens after that? this is basically the way they
1:07 pm
get in. >> that is, that is. the cartels understand our laws. they understand the political ebbs and flows of the united states as well. they note to generate the profits they want to generate, they have to operate within those laws. they have to operate within what's currently going on with the political schemes, imaginations happening here in the united states. eric: senator john cornyn texas has a bill called the bipartisan border solutions act. one thing senator cornyn as you know once to restrict or deal with is what he calls unrealistic asylum claims. what do you want to see toughened up? how do you stay within the law on asylum and make sure people who are really legitimately being persecuted or not turn back, what needs to be done in order to weed through some of those who are legitimately here for asylum versus those using it
1:08 pm
as an excuse. >> if there weren't solutions i would forgive this administration paired but there are solutions i personally discuss solutions with secretary mayorkas'. at the highest levels of government. but they could potentially be. but we have to do is we have to do much better job of betting people we have to search immigration. we have to hire immigration judge. we are taught but hiring 87000 new irs agents. but we are not talking about hiring new immigration judges to address the crisis that exists on our border. if we hire more immigration judges. if we would adjudicate these cases immediately rather than years down the road we could get a handle on this issue. the vast majority of these people are not going to give thousands of dollars to criminal cartels just to have their cases adjudicated. what happens is when they come into the united states may release them into the united states that they do not show up to the court cases.
1:09 pm
all of these people have been released into the united states they don't have to show up at the court cases and this ministration is not letting eyes go back to those individuals issues and work for the rest handcuffs are being put on the good guys the bad guys like the cartels are generating billions of profits off of our policies big quick center and that bipartisan bill the biggest ranges in migrant processing help streamline the system by establishing at least four regional processing centers there it is up on your screen in high traffic areas. this will ease the strain on immigration courts which are already battling a backlog of more than 1.9 million cases deep. you just said that. do you think this legislation could be enough to address the issue? >> this legislation goes a long
