a furniture warehouse and we know about hillary clinton's emails and that doesn't include the 33,000 deleted emails and devices destroyed with hammers or sim-cards that were removed. this teams like a dual system of justice and weaponization of the doj. am i wrong? >> nobody raided obama's unsecured warehouse where he kept classified documents. with the case with bill clinton the judge said it's up to bill clinton to decide what is presidential material and what is not including classified documents. he can keep them if he wants. the judge said the national archives didn't have the authority to designate materials

as presidential records. the department of justice in that case argued that it's up to an expositive president. -- ex-president. he can keep any records he wants including declassified material. the president has material to declassify materials. there are no regulations. it's up to him. i argued for 7 long weeks this was a lawless action by garland's department of justice and christopher wray's fbi. it is a civil enforcement president under the presidential record's act. it's not a criminal action. where did garland and christopher wray raid trump's mar-a-lago home? because his last name is trump. if were obama or clinton, it it

request more funds in a small county. especially if she may have to try 4 separate cases. what was telling she wanted to high experts in safety protocols on sets. there were numerous complaints about the safety procedures on the set of that movie which he produced and starred in. she wants to hire experts in firearms. alec baldwin said he didn't touch the trigger. it just went off. it's easy to prove if someone pulled a trigger. even if he was playing around and fired it, he could be charged with second degree murder and disregard for human life. the bottom line he could be charged with perjury.
