talking about the dangers of water. it's dangerous after the storm too. for communities watching, you have to be careful going outside to. >> florida governor ron desantis and the rescue response is a huge effort, cruise up and going door-to-door. >> sean: tonight more senseless and violent crime all across new york city as we are now learning that a female fdny emt working on 9/11 2001 the fatally stabbed in an unprovoked attack in queens, new york, yesterday. police said the 34-year-old male suspect followed the victim, began stabbing her repeatedly. the victim identified as allison russo elling a 25 year vet and 9/11 first responder and months away from retirement. sadly, only one of many despicable acts of violence all across the city of new york.

september 20th, surveillance footage, we showed you this once before from the howard beach subway station in new york showing a homeless man attacking and beating an innocent woman. pounding on this woman. blows to her head, upper body, the suspect 41-year-old is a career criminal. with at least seven prior arrests including beating his own grandmother to death back in 1995. why is this guy still out on the street as new york is now continuing their practice to coddle violent criminals. why are they doing that? victims are the ones that suffer. that video in the subway, joining me now is that victim. elizabeth combs is with us along with her husband and i hear -- i watched this, my heart goes out to you.

people inside? >> sean: let me ask you this: you may lose your eye over this, this guy had seven prior arrests, still out loose killed his grandmother, it wasn't that long ago -- what do you say to your governor? what do you say to your mayor eric adams about this? what do you want them to know and what do you want them to do? >> i want to know because of their negligence in keeping us safe, making sure we have the proper security that we need in our city that something like this had to happen. an innocent person doesn't have to lose their eyesight, have to have a change of life come have to think about where they are going to go from here on forward if i don't have a way to get my eyesight back. >> sean: is there a chance you could lose sight in both eyes?
