6:00 pm
bobulinski came to them 11 days before the 2020 election that you could not get a witness more credible than he is. they knew that what he was saying was correct about the influence peddling scheme. >> thank you for saying that about his bravery. his courage gives the rest of us heart. i am grateful for that and for you. miranda divine, thank you. we are out of time. here is sean. i agree with both of you. very courageous on tony's part. great interview. tonight the biden administration is obsessed with racial inequality. , kamala harris remains locked into her belief that people of cover should receive florida hurricane relief funding first. kanye west meanwhile is calling black lives matter a scam. one prominent democrat is now re-upping her calls to defund and dismantle the police. but first tonight, we only have
6:01 pm
a whopping 35 days until the all important midterms and vial personal attacks from the left are reaching a fever pitch. they cannot run on their record with absolutely nothing positive to run on. democrats are now attempting to dehumanize republicans all across the country and set a gubernatorial races. they do so from a glass house. tonight we will expose two democratic candidates for senate who do not deserve the vote in their respective states. we began in the great state of georgia tonight. while the media mob is obsessing over anonymous sources and the new york times regurgitated by other media and fixated on family drama surrounding republican herschel walker. they have been more than happy to ignore very serious allegations against the democrat senator rafael warnock. warnock was ordered by a superior court judge to attend mediation after he was accused of neglecting his own children,
6:02 pm
failing to pay child care expenses despite amassing a net worth of nearly a million dollars. in 2020 warnock was also accused of hitting his ex-wife with a car during an altercation. here is his ex-wife talking to police after the incident. take a look. >> this man is running for the united states senate and all he cares about is his reputation. i work at the mayor's office and this is a big problem. i've been trying to be very quiet about the way he is for the sake of my kids and his reputation. i've tried to keep the way he acts under wraps for a long time. today, he crossed the line. that is what is going on here. he's a great actor. he is phenomenal at putting on a really good show. >> in 2016 the media mob goes russia, russia, with a phony dossier. and 2020 they go all in hunter biden's laptop is all russian misinformation. they have no information reporting or investigating the
6:03 pm
story about raphael warnock because he's a democrat. naturally they are protecting him no matter what and use anything they've got against herschel walker. it should be fair both ways, shouldn't it? it's not just warnock's personal life. many of his policies and beliefs are extreme and reprehensible and out of touch with the person of georgia. warnock supports defund the police movement. he referred to police as thugs and gangsters. he once compared the 2016 election to the 9/11 terror attacks. he wants to end the production of fossil fuels, eliminate the filibuster. he went for the trifecta praising louis farrakhan, jeremiah wright and fidel castro. he wants critical race theory taught in public schools and senator warnock also demanded that america repent for its whiteness. he claims that soldiers cannot serve god and the military. for the past two years warnock has been a rubberstamp for biden's radical agenda. if reelected, that will
6:04 pm
undoubtedly continue. meanwhile we move to the great commonwealth of pennsylvania. there you have the trust fund brat in a hoodie with tattoos. john fetterman is probably the most radical of all democratic candidates. unlike warnock, federman is never held down a real job outside of being a mayor of a town when he started that had about a population a little under 2200. he left a little over 1700. people didn't do well under his mayor ship if you will. he lived off mommy and daddy his entire adult life. he bought his first home for $1 from his sister. somehow not working he got money to purchase six other properties. i guess we can only assume with family money. one has to first wonder if he paid taxes on the income. he failed to pay over $18000 in property taxes. get this. he wants to raise taxes on the people of pennsylvania and ruin the economy of that great state with a moratorium on fracking an $81 billion industry. during his first job as a
6:05 pm
part-time mayor of a tiny burrell called braddock, population under 2200 and it went down to 1700 by the time he left. he made a name for himself by not showing up to work. reportedly skipping dozens and dozens of city council meetings. while he wasn't at work he did manage to get into a lot of legal trouble. the deadbeat mayor was arrested in 2010 for trespassing at an office building in pittsburgh. look at your screen. that same year it was federman who was caught on camera literally vandalizing a local black owned business in the middle of the night. he later admitted to the act of vandalism but claimed it was justified. okay, justified? >> i know they have cameras out front. it was my way of putting him on notice. it was a public way that i chose to put him on notice. we are going to shut you down. >> forget about the law. that business never closed.
6:06 pm
three years later fetterman was at it again. he tased an innocent african-american jogger with a shotgun and held him until the police arrive. a falsely blame the jogger for a shooting that never even happen. while fetterman was never charged he likely committed a series of serious crimes including false imprisonment. he even admitted on tape in a news interview that he likely committed a crime. take a look. >> i believe i did the right thing but i may have broken the law during the course of it. i am certainly not above the law if i did. >> obviously he is above the law. imagine for a second if it was a republican that chased an innocent minority down the streets and stuffed a shotgun in their face and held them prisoner until the cops came? what do you think the media would do in terms of the coverage of that? of course fetterman doesn't seem to believe in prison. he wants to reduce the prison population in pennsylvania by a whopping one third.
6:07 pm
he supports ending life sentences for hard-core murderers. if successful, fetterman will put violent first and second degree murderers back on the street. as lieutenant governor he voted to freeze multiple violent felons including one gang member who viciously murdered a high school student by beating him with a baseball bat and then shooting him in the back. fetterman wanted to put that murderer back on the streets because he believed the convicted killer had rehabilitated himself in prison. that's not the only murderer fetterman has voted to set free. take a look for yourself. >> news report so he shot and killed a teenager in cold blood for money to buy heroin. against the concerns of the victims family, john fetterman voted to set him free. as crime rages, john fetterman wants to take his radical voting record to the senate. pennsylvania cannot afford fetterman. >> if elected to the u.s. senate fetterman will do anything and everything in his power to make
6:08 pm
you and your neighborhood less safe. not only does he want to free violent felons and murderers, but he supports legalization of hard drugs like heroin and others. he wants taxpayer-funded for all of you in pennsylvania. he want you to pay for save shooting zones for hard drugs. fetterman believes in open borders. he wants pennsylvania to be a sanctuary state. he wants to phase out all fossil fuels. he will ban fracking that will destroy pennsylvania's economy. like most of the democrats he wants to eliminate the filibuster. while fetterman wants violent felons running free he is bowing to lockup business owners and energy company ceos that he doesn't like. that's a pretty twisted way of thinking about criminal justice. the trust fund brat in a hoodie with tattoos also stated that he doesn't want any support from anyone who voted for trump or holds opposing beliefs. make no mistake, pennsylvania. spread the word.
6:09 pm
make sure every pennsylvanian knows this guys record. if you want to vote for them, have at it. you get the government you deserve. john is a run-of-the-mill radical socialist. he is to the left of bernie sanders. he endorsed bernie sanders. following a serious stroke he will not release his medical records. fetterman is unable to communicate or campaign effectively. so far he has been unable to attend a debate with doctor oz or answer one single question from the media. it was he himself in the primary that told voters that they deserve to see at least three debates. he said, like i have always said, debates are an important part of the primary and we believe voters deserve no fewer than three network televised debates including all candidates who make the ballot before major media markets all across pennsylvania. now he wants not only a debate the week before the last week in october. that's the only one he agreed
6:10 pm
to. he wants closed captioning and a teleprompter. ask yourself, even if you agree with fetterman's extreme dangerous policies do you believe he is mentally fit to debate? it doesn't look like it. how is he going to fight for you in the u.s. senate? here with the reaction is fox news contributor and former house speaker newt gingrich. thanks for being with us. let's talk about a phenomena in that i see in this election. it is simple. it seems every democratic gubernatorial senatorial candidate are following the biden basement bunker strategy. they are hiding. the media is complicit. they are not demanding answers to questions. there is tens of millions of dollars in negative adds. i don't know where the money is coming from. they is being dumped on republican candidates. if they agree to a debate it's in late october after early voting has gone on for weeks. is that anyway for a party to run a campaign? >> if it works, it will be
6:11 pm
great. it worked for joe biden. politics isn't about theory. politics is about results. they are desperate. they are losing on the cost of living. they are losing on the price of gasoline. they are losing on the cost of food. they are losing on crime. they are losing on open borders. you are losing on the left wing radical ideas on schools. they look around and they cannot win on any of these issues. the reason warnock is running the most vicious personal and dishonest campaign in georgia, i think anywhere in america, is warnock understands that if he does not smear and destroy herschel walker he is gone. people will not vote for warnock if they have any reasonable alternative. he is too radical left. he is too pro tax paid a motion. he is too anti- police. he is too anti-communist. people will not vote for him. they are not desperate.
6:12 pm
in the last five weeks of the campaign they will be among the most desperate on the part of the democrats that you and i have ever seen in our lifetime. it makes sense because they have no issues. they have no results. every time people go to the grocery store they know the democrats are losing. every time they fill up their car or truck, they know the democrats are losing. in new hampshire where don bolduc is within three points of the democratic senator, as people by heating oil and as they look at their 401(k) in october, i think she is gone. they will say this ain't working. this is not complicated. i think warnock faces that problem. in fetterman's case, by any reasonable standard fetterman is not. only the modern democratic party could have carried him all the way to the senatorial nomination. when you look at his record of 25 times voting to release murderers who nobody else on the
6:13 pm
parole board would vote for. you look at philadelphia, which just passed its all-time record for carjackings. over 1000 carjackings. we still have three months to go. people have to stop and take a deep breath. my brother lives in pennsylvania said to me, we are a lot more scared of fetterman then we are of new jersey. he thinks doctor oz will win just because despite every attack on doctor oz in the end he's the candidate of lower prices. he's the candidate of affordable gasoline. he's the candidate of energy jobs in western pennsylvania. he's the candidate of locking up criminals and protecting the innocent. these issues are crushing the democrats and they are being to pivot as joe biden did in philadelphia in an astonishingly negative vicious speech. he has nothing to say that is positive. >> let's go back to georgia a second. you know the state well. you know the news that came out
6:14 pm
yesterday. there is a family conflict with herschel walker that has been very public. i think it's sad for any family. there is the same thing for rafael warnock. as you look at georgia, they will look at both of these candidates. how will they react to all of this news? do you think at the end of the day it will come down to issues? >> i think if it comes down to issues, warnock is just gone. he is wrong on virtually everything georgians believe in. he knows that. which is why he is trying to drag this campaign down into the mud in the hopes that he can drown herschel walker in mud. i talked to herschel about this this morning. i have known herschel well. i think he's a remarkable person. i think he's the most important senate candidate in the country. he will do more to change this and it just by the sheer presence by his confidence and deep commitment to christ. by to the degree of which he has been through a long, tough period.
6:15 pm
he had a lot of concussions coming out of football. he suffered ptsd. he's given over for hundred 80 speeches on military bases around the world teaching young soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines that you can recover and have a better future. he and his ex-wife have admitted they had difficult times. i think the most vicious thing that warnock has done, the most inexcusable thing, is he took a quote from herschel's ex-wife where she said it's true that we were out of control and herschel pulled a gun on me. then he cuts off the whole next section where she says that was the bottom point and we found jesus christ and our lives began to improve. by the way, walker is sitting next to her during this interview and the warnock team deliberately edited this thing. totally used her in a despicable way. i think she has a lawsuit if she wants it. it just tells you the total lack of morality for a preacher to
6:16 pm
deliberately cut up an interview which is in praise of christ. it tells you a lot about how shallow, critical and dishonest warnock is. people in georgia will look up and say you have seen this happen with stacy. stacey abrams is gone. she is toast. she may even be melba toast, she is so dry. she is gone. you may one morning find georgians look up and say i've got a guy over here who is flawed, but he has recovered. he is committed and a decent human being. that is herschel walker. i have a guy over here deliberately manipulative, dishonest and vicious. that is warnock. i ain't going to vote for that guy. when that happens warnock will lose by an amazing margin. >> the two most important senate races from my point of view. speaker gingrich, thanks. we appreciate you being with us. with the issues before us in
6:17 pm
the economy in the gutter and gas prices once again on the rise, look at this. the average of $6.41 in california. in nevada it's $5.51. $5.53 and washington is the average. $5.46 and oregon to name a few. now might be a good time for someone in the biden administration to show humility and admit their obvious mistakes and adopt trump's energy and independence policies. but that will never happen. listen to this exchange between peter doocy and karine jean-pierre from earlier today. >> you said the president was responsible for gas prices coming down. is the president responsible for gas prices going up? >> so, it's a lot more nuance than that. right, peter? you know this. there have been global challenges that we all have dealt with. >> of course the biden administration will not take responsibility for the gas crisis. they themselves caused it
6:18 pm
because of their adherence to the climate alarmist cult. karine jean-pierre won't admit that biden made a mistake when he thought that a dead congresswoman was with him at an event. where is jackie? >> what happened at the hunger event that the president appeared to look around the room for an audience member of congress who passed away last month. what happened there? >> the president as you all know because you are watching today's event. it was an important event on food insecurity. the president was naming the congressional champions on this issue. >> he said where is jackie? she must not be here? >> i totally understand. she was on the top of his mind. >> i am tying to get my head around the response. if she was top of mind for the president and her family is expected to be here, what was he looking for? i am not trying to be snarky.
6:19 pm
i think people can understand. >> back to the question about the congresswoman. >> i am not sure why one more time? >> the confusing part is if the family is top of mind, why does the president think she is living and in the room? >> i don't find that confusing. that looks pretty awful. even the mob and media were asking questions. does anyone in the biden administration that their boss is a cognitive wreck? his policies are destroying the country. here with the reaction is larry kudlow. i saw biden's band-aid solution to artificially increase supply of energy oil by releasing the strategic petroleum reserve is. i said at the time it was a band-aid. i think it was a national security risk as well. now that i don't have much more that they can release. now opec is vowing to cut back on production. we will be paying $150 per barrel over the next few weeks or months?
6:20 pm
>> it may not get to $150, but it's really a bad story here. we are now, the u.s., under biden who turned the fossil fuel spigots off and drove up prices. we are dependent once again on opec. by the way, it is opec+. it's the saturdays plus the russians who are now going to cut back production. that's what everybody expects in their meeting tomorrow. oil prices have gone up about $10 in the lasuple days. if they cut back on 2 million barrels per day, sean, which is what is being discussed by insiders, that will raise the price of oil by probably $15 or $20. and now it will jack up gasoline prices across the country. not just on the west coast where they are already too high. it's really an incredible miscalculation for us to be put back into the stone age where we depend again on the middle east,
6:21 pm
opec countries and russia. that is only possible because biden has turned off the spigot. we are producing almost 3 million barrels a day, sean. less than we were pre-covid, pre-pandemic. 3 million barrels a day last. that is a bad story. >> and then he wants to do a deal with iran and is sending emissaries to venezuela. all of this would be easily fixable. people in western europe now that foolishly gave into their climate alarmists over there and allowed themselves to become dependent on vladimir putin, if we became energy dominant of would be good for national security, high paying career jobs in the energy sector. it would lower the price at the pump and help lower inflation significantly. and we could get really rich the way the opec countries are by providing all of the energy
6:22 pm
needs of our partners in western europe. but that's never going to happen. they will probably be freezing to death all winter. >> we had a chance to have a massive increase in exports, but that was stopped by the biden administration. they won't give any permits. the story is coming out in the west, the interior department won't give out permits to the various native american indian tribes who want the permits and want to frack and want to drill. their livelihoods depend on it. if you look at the global story, it is so annoying to me. we have put our security back in the hands of the saudi arabians and now the russians and now opec. we should never have been there in the first place. donald trump had given us independence. joe biden has given us back to dependence and it's a bad story. >> he has embarrassed us on the world stage begging opec. they rejected it.
6:23 pm
they have now decreased production. kissing their ass did not pay off either. larry kudlow, thanks for being with us. the biden administration is going all in on their push for equity. what is driving the sudden effort? is it discriminatory to say people of color should get hurricane relief before other floridians? we will check in with larry elder and kellyanne conway next. golo's changed my life in so many ways. before, i was over 300 pounds. now, i literally have the ability to take a shirt off and go out in the sun where i would have never done that before. try golo. it works.
6:27 pm
6:28 pm
the case of kamala harris and in her case it means equity distribution of hurricane relief money to communities of color first. here's the treasury secretary janet yellen and vice president harris earlier today. take a look. >> we know we need to do all weekend to build a fairer economy. that is why we have put racial equity at the forefront of our agenda at the treasury and across the biden administration. >> when we talk about the work we are doing together, it is recognizing that. and being guided by this principle of what we must do in the spirit and in the interest of the equity. >> equity in the passage of time as time passages, equity. those remarks, as the biden administration continue to count themselves as the diversity model for the rest of the nation. the buzzwords is an agenda that is failing our most vulnerable
6:29 pm
communities now more than ever. the poor, the middle class, people on fixed incomes. they are being hurt the wolves to. they are failing every american on the issue of law and order, safety and security and the issue of crime. they are failing on inflation at a 41 year high. gas prices going higher yet again. till you're on our border at a level this country has never seen. the biden team may claim to care about those struggling the most, but their policies tell a completely different story. here with the reaction is radio talkshow host larry elder along with former counsel to president trump fox news contributor kellyanne conway. can you in any way, kelly and, explain what it means that people of color ought to be receiving aid before other floridians and it's not being based on needs. i would say you give money to the people that need it most. give help to the people that need it most. we have become a colorblind
6:30 pm
society and not bring race into it at all. >> that's right, sean. national disasters like hurricane ian are indiscriminate. the aid delivery must be indiscriminate and frankly noncontroversial and nonpartisan. you have a vice president who injected both politics and a conversation about equity that the press secretary also a woman of color who was forced to go and clean up those comments and say yesterday full stop that people will get the aid from hurricane ian based on need. equality means that we have equality of opportunity. equity means that we have equality of outcomes. i think that the sesame street word of the week for kamala harris has gone badly for this administration. think of the last big thing the democrats all passed. the inflation reduction act. it doesn't reduce inflation. but every single democrat support it. kamala harris was the tie-breaking vote. joe biden is crowing about spending trillions of dollars in money that we don't have on
6:31 pm
things we don't need. but it's a big stop to the policy priorities of these climate alarmists, the rich white guys like john kerry, joe biden and pete buttigieg. i would ask kamala harris this in all sincerity. where exactly is the equity with drugs pouring into every corner of the country? single moms who have a job is the fastest group of new homeless. where is the equity when you are hurting the most vulnerable among us by punishing them through taxes and regulation and small-business sorting. and all of these different energy dependence. to heat your home this fall and winter will hurt those lower income folks the most. there is nothing equitable about that. it is mean and cruel. >> larry, you have 70% of the country saying they are living paycheck to paycheck. many people are going into debt for just being able to sustain basic necessities and bring them
6:32 pm
into their home. that is an awful lot of financial trauma to many americans. the latest calculation is that the average household is paying $7200 a year because of biden's inflation. with that burden, especially on the poor and the middle class and people on fixed income, and many people that are minorities, is this their way to make of for it to say we will give hurricane relief to minorities first? >> sean, this is exactly why i did a sequel to my documentary uncle tom. it's called uncle tom 2. i am urging everyone to watch it on uncle tom.com especially if you are a democrat or republican. this is by design. it is how the left has hijacked the rights of the civil rights movement, of movement demanding equal rights into one demanding equal results. the civil rights movement was based on belief in god and in american values. even as america was not
6:33 pm
realizing those values. a belief in entrepreneurship and strong families. you have an organization like black lives matter that attacked the nuclear family. the founders are self-described trained marxist. they oppose god and do not believe in religion and oppose private property. this has all been done by design decade after decade as marxist, collectivist. those who want to redistribute income has seized the civil rights income to attack their own agenda. whether it's climate change or critical race theory. you name it. it's appalling. we have 13 public high schools in baltimore where 0% of kids can do math at grade level. where are they? you have 70% and black kids entering the world without a father married to the mother. a much higher percentage than any other racial group in america. >> let me ask you this. >> where are they? they could not care less. it's about equity.
6:34 pm
and inclusion and critical race theory. >> everything you are saying we keep reading in poll after pole. i will ask kelly and the same question after you. showing that hispanic americans and african-americans are leaving the democratic party. we'll be see that in 35 days? >> i think we are. this is why they are doubling down on all this nonsense. they want people of color, especially black people, we where the white hat on the issue of social justice. that is why i am urging people to see uncle tom 2. it will blow you away on uncle tom.com. >> kelly on. we have been at this for 30 years. do you see a dramatic demographic shift this election? >> yes. you asked about hispanics especially. let me focus there. the pole yesterday showed that 42% advantage on the generic ballot pro- democrat from 2012 when obama and biden were running for reelection. that 42% has been cut in half.
6:35 pm
it is now 21% democratic advantage. obviously economic upward mobility. obviously the education voters believe in homeownership. they are very religious. they see a democratic party that is openly hostile to religion most days. they can't even give you thoughts and prayers when it's a tragedy. it's only thoughts now. hispanic americans are aligning more with republicans. you see maria salazar and florez and others who are running as republicans. it's also because of charter schools. they are on the right side of the issue. the wealth redistribution from student loan forgiveness plus the lack of choice by democrats will cost them hispanic votes. >> ldn and larry, thank you. 35 days to go. kanye west came out with a strong rebuke against black lives matter calling the group a scam. is he write? we will explain as joe and leo weigh in straight ahead.
6:40 pm
and now kanye west is enraging the left yet again. tonight after debuting a white lives matter t-shirt during a fashion show in paris this week, the wrapper then followed that up with a post on instagrammed that read, everyone knows that black lives matter was a scam. now it's over. you are welcome. remember a major blm group has found themselves in the center of scandal after a nefarious spending habits prompted questions about the millions of dollars raised and where that money was actually going and why weren't they going to people in need? the black lives global network foundation purchased a lavish la mansion with donated funds that
6:41 pm
was in edition to other properties in la and toronto. earlier this year or even a california attorney general issued a warning to the group over their delinquent finances. let's not forget the group black lives matter, the group, chanting what do we want, dead cops. when do we want them, now. here to explain more is author of the bestseller come on, man. are you a junkie? joe and leo. great title. let's start with the group. not the people that after the death of george floyd said black lives matter. i never thought in america at that time it became, quote, controversial to say all lives matter. every life matters. we have been chronicling the death and destruction in chicago on this program and scrolling names nobody ever heard of. people shot and killed including kids since 2009. they haven't lifted a finger to change the policies they are.
6:42 pm
2 thank you for that question. let me be clear. i'm not a member of black lives matter. i have nothing in common with them. black lives matter does nothing for the black community. they have weaponize did that phrase black lives matter to exploit the black community and corporation. let's be clear, sean. the only thing that black lives matter care about is the scenario of a black suspect and a white police officer. that's it. nothing else. i challenge them right now on this program, what have they done with the 90000000 for education for the black community or for housing? the only housing they have done is warehousing themselves. they need to be investigated not today, yesterday, by every attorney general for each state. they have used the term black lives matter and they weaponize it. if you are against them you are somehow races. i am proud not to be a member of black lives matter. black lives matter has wrecked the black community because they cannot speak out. black lives matter is a left
6:43 pm
wing basically extreme socialist organization that is only out to profit and exploit the black community. if you show me a school they have built, find it. if you show me a community they have built, find it. one last point. they are fighting among themselves over the $90 million. they are suing each other. they have nothing in it but for themselves. >> joe, how is it that the rest of the media ignores all of this? you do a great job following the media. i think you should have your own media show on fox. i stand by that. you stand apart from the blue checkmarked twitter media mob cult. you are independent. i asked you how is it that they ignore that aspect like they ignored the 570 for riots in the summer of 2020. they said they were mostly peaceful. >> i think, sean, black lives matter is seen as the third rail
6:44 pm
of journalism. there is a commandment that says thou shalt not criticize black lives matter because as a reporter or journalist you will be accused of being racist for doing your job and scrutinizing a powerful group. i share this story to talk about what leo talked about before in my book. it's a story about grant napier. who is that? he was the play-by-play announcer for the nba's sacramento kings for decades. he had been there forever. when one player asked him on twitter what he thought of the black lives matter movement two years ago he responded, quote, all lives matter. every single one. unquote. in other words it's bad to murder anybody regardless of skin color. we embrace the words of martin luther king junior when he preached to judge a person not on the color of their skin but the content of their character. instead this guy ends up getting fired, literally a day after he says this, for saying the most logical thing anybody can say as a human being.
6:45 pm
all lives as human beings matter. this guy lost his job and hasn't worked since. that's where we are at this point. no journalist or media members came to his defense to say what is wrong with the argument to say that all lives matter? >> what would happen, leo, if a person that was a white american wore the t-shirt that kanye west war? i will tell you right now. you would see nonstop cnn, 20 for/7 coverage. you would see all the civil rights advocates out there. everything would just be an annihilation of that individual if he wore that shirt. you are a sellout. >> the shirt to where would be all lives matter. if you believe in that. if you believe in god and every man, woman and child created by god than you believe have reached life is precious and every single one of us, our are children of god.
6:46 pm
>> you are talking logical. the black lives matter is an exploitation organization designed to profit off the backs of black people and shake down corporations. they have no logic or rationale. they want to collect money and exploit people. as joe said correctly, you are racist if you call them out. i'm a sellout because i called them out. i am calling them out tonight. black lives organization is a shakedown organization. >> thank you. congratulations on the book come on man, are you a junkie? best-selling book. congratulations. coming up, despite skyrocketing crime they are doubling down on the anti- police agenda. no defund dismantle. you won't believe what one squad member had to say. we will tell you about that straight ahead. [school bells] when pain says, “i'm here,”
6:50 pm
prop 27 sends 90% of profits to out-of-state corporations in places like new york and boston. no wonder it's so popular... out there. yeah! i can't believe those idiots are going to fall for this. 90%! hey mark, did you know california is sending us all their money? suckers. -those idiots! >> all right. now despite what we're all talking about all the time, crime is surging all across the country, congressmen corey bush is still defending the face defund the police. the comments come as crimes continue to plague major cities from coast to coast and small towns. look at your screen. that is a new york city early sunday. a gang of women in neon green body suits seen attacking two riders, robbing them of several items. still, no arrests have been made. and the sickening story in upstate new york where an long island father was gunned down while visiting his son over the weekend. pointing to authorities, the father was in the lobby of a courtyard marriott grabbing his coffee when he was gunned down. cops saysed suspect opened fire after getting into an argument with hotel staff and johnson's friend, devin taylor was already

arrested in connection with the shooting in is just the act of senseless violence to plague the empire state. both suspects apparently homeless, living out of the hotel, smoking pcp. here with reaction, fox news laura trump, along with mark meadows. laura, i look at this. this is preventible. you fund the police, you get richard of the insane defund movement and you bring back bail laws and you keep criminal behind bars. >> that's pretty simple, sean. you laid it out there. it's amazing, though, to hear corey bush still calling two plus years later to defund the police because, just like the sunrises in the east, of course the democrats always operate in hypocrisy. corey bush is no difference, because she has spent this year alone upwards of $4,000 on her own private security while continuing to say that we need to get rid of police and defund

them all across america. so she's fine to be taking care of herself, but good luck to the rest of us. obviously, we all know the outcome of defund the police. you don't have to look too far. those examples you just played are horrific. but it's happening in all of our major democratic run cities all across america. new york, chicago, l.a. we see these horrific situations playing out every single day, sean. you can't ride the subways in new york anymore. if you can help it, nobody's riding the subways. it's taking people two or three hours to commute to work now in manhattan because people are terrified of mass transit. but just like you can't have a country without border, you cannot operate a civilized society without law and order. and i don't know what the democrats think is going to happen here. do they expect he's criminals to run vote for them on november 8th? i don't think so. but everybody that cares about safety and security, small business owners, people that want some relative assurance that they can walk down the

street, you better run out and you better vote for republicans on november 8th because we can't stand this democrat mess anymore. they have completely ruined our cities. >> mark, we know inflation will be a big issue on voters' minds, the price of gas, open borders. how big will law and order and crime and education play in this midterm election in 35 days? >> well, listen, in 35 days, the safety of our community is a big deal. corey bush, what she did in that interview was very illuminating. she didn't talk about her comments about defunding the police, she said that all the other democrats are using different words. so defund, by any other name, is still defunding the police. it makes our cities less safe. it's going to be a critical issue. we're seeing it. as laura was mentioning, not just in new york and chicago and other areas like that, but in every metropolitan run city,

largely by democrats, we're seeing an outbreak of crime because we've gone weak on supporting our law enforcement and those that are there. here's the interesting thing. when donald trump was in office, he had a deal that could have been made with senator tim scott, had a deal that could be made. and because it increased funding for our law enforcement, police personnel, actually what happened was the democrats in the house objected to it. so we're just seeing more of the same. >> it's sad. you know what, americans are getting hurt every single day. this poor woman on our show, friday night, she got beaten senselessly on the subway. she may never see again. i hope people are paying attention in 35 days. laura, thank you for being with us. mark meadows, thank you. we'll take a quick break. we'll come back. more hannity right after this.

having fun been by the way, aaron judge hits 62. congratulations to him and the yankees. as always, thank you for joining us and thank you for making the show possible. plea safe your dvr so you never miss an episode of hannity. in the meantime, let not your heart be troubled. the ingraham angle, laura is standing by. all right. hit me with whatever it is. >> well, we have some -- last night you claimed you never had a mustache. >> no. >> well, we did soleuthing. so later on the in the week we will reveal our evidentiary basis for claiming otherwise. so we will tell everyone as the days go on, we will review. >> let me say this. >> yeah. >> being friends with laura ingraham comes at a very high price. you got to be able to take her ridicule.
