looming nuclear holocaust. last night during a closed-door fundraiser with other top democrats biden claimed that this is the first time we have, quote, faced the prospect of armageddon since kennedy and the cuban missile crisis. now because according to joe vladimir putin is not joking when he talks about the use of nuclear weapons or biological weapons or chemical weapons. apparently there is nothing joe will do about it, but he did do this. the administration are buying $300 million worth of anti- radiation drugs. that's not reassuring. that is joe's big plan in the event that "tucker carlson tonight" uses nuclear weapons? that's it? no one in the white house has articulated a strategy to deter latimer potent or work on any diplomatic solution on the war in ukraine has no end in sight. it appears that joe biden is

only bracing for the worst. get ready, it is line up and get your radiation bills. tonight we have a serious question. how worried should americans be. obama once reportedly warned americans not to underestimate joe biden's ability to bleeped things up. former obama defense secretary robert gates, remember he wrote that biden had been wrong on every sigel foreign policy decision in the last for decades? now here we are facing a dire national security crisis. but today joe was not interested in answering any questions about armageddon or the forthcoming armageddon as he calls it. take a look. >> do you think armageddon is coming? >> run, joey, run. he did a really good job there.

record inflation, rising gas prices. he promised to restore unity in the country. then he goes out to philadelphia dehumanizing all republicans and calling them a threat to our country. he promised to restore america standing around the world. that's a joke. now according to him we are facing the biggest threat of nuclear armageddon since the height of the cold war and the cuban missile crisis. and still biden is desperately attempting to salvage a deal with iran that would all but arm them with nuclear weapons and give them billions of dollars. there is a decrepit brain dead president in the oval office who is now surrounded by other incompetent idiots. as a result, this country of ours is now on the verge of imploding by every metric one way or another. there is only one way to turn the corner. the administration has got to be checked. in 32 date an opportunity to vote in a republican house and

senate for the next two years. 32 days. it's all in your hands. i am deputizing all of you. take it as something that is of great importance. you want to be safer. if you want more stability in your towns and cities. if you don't want to pay $5 a gallon for gasoline and you don't want record high inflation, you've got to think about all of these issues before you vote. here with the very latest is fox's white house correspondent peter doocy. if it's nuclear armageddon, he would think the president might want to stay back with his national security team and instead of ordering radiation pills, maybe come up with a plan on dealing with the ongoing crisis of one of the biggest threats since the cuban missile crisis. why isn't he staying back? >> that's a good question. look at the arc of this week. just two and a half days ago we were at nobody f's with a biden.

now we are at the possibility of nuclear armageddon. because he made that comment to donors and not reporters, there weren't a lot of cameras around. there was some follow-up aboard air force one with karine jean-pierre asking what exactly what he is referring to. was ed classifying intelligence. was this based on something he has seen and she says no. the u.s. is not planning to update their nuclear posture despite what the president said last night. this is also a big change in the way the president operates. it was all of for months ago that there was some reporting work the president had all the spy chiefs come into the oval office to tell them he did not think leaks about u.s. help and u.s. intel in ukraine was helpful. if it turns out there is anything to this, that putin is inching closer to using a nuclear or chemical weapon, that's the leak of all leaks and that would be a difference in october as compared to earlier

in u.s. involvement in this war. >> you had a great question. you are asking karine jean-pierre if joe biden claimed that he was responsible for gas prices going down, is he than therefore responsible that they are going up again and going up dramatically? did you ever get any satisfactory type of answer from that? >> she said it's because of things the russians have done and it's because of the pandemic. when they are coming down it's because the president is tapping into the strategic reserve. when they go up it's the russian's fault and covid's fall. today for the first time president biden did point to point a finger at the saudi is. he said the prices are taking up because of what they did with the opec production cuts. what we have not heard from the white house is what they can do to alleviate concerns about a massive price hike because based on every projection that is

coming at a terrible time politically right around the week that people are needing to drive their cars to go and vote. they say they are going to find relief, we just don't know where yet. >> maybe they shouldn't have abandoned the energy and independence they inherited from donald trump and maybe we should be producing more domestically. for some reason that never comes up as an option. something also interesting in the briefing room. i have noticed that you are the lone ranger out there asking tough questions. until joe had that moment, where is jackie? did you sense a change in that room based on what happened that day? >> i think there are certain stories where it does break through a little more in the briefing room. there was one day within the last three weeks or so that almost everybody in the front row asked about things happening at the border.

asking us to spend tens of billions of dollars on energy, it's just not going to happen. it's not going to happen because with this administration there is no welcoming mat for us to increase production. only to suffer. you talk about biden's speech today and he is hammering republicans. if you look at what has happen, he's gone back to the 1970s playbook. he has gone back to saying republicans are going to get rid of social security. they will get rid of medicare. look at what joe biden has done. look at what he has done in two years. he has infused this economy with government handouts and has made americans poorer. it's like what ronald reagan said years ago. years ago the government declared war on poverty and poverty won. that's what's happening in america. >> steve moore, how long would it take american energy companies to get up and running? i would argue if biden gave them

middle of a month-long 17 state bus tour. we started seven days ago. we started in tomball, texas just north of houston. we went down to the rio grande valley. we did rallies and then we went to new mexico and did a big rally. then we went to arizona and did two rallies in tucson and phoenix. then we went to nevada and did a big rally in las vegas. now we are in utah. from utah we go on to missouri and kansas and iowa and ohio and pennsylvania and virginia and north carolina and tennessee and georgia and florida and then back up to michigan. back up to wisconsin and we close it out back in the great state of texas. all in all we are supporting 35 candidates in 25 stops in 17 states. i've got to tell you we are seeing energy. we are seeing passion. people are ready to throw these lunatics out who have done so much damage to the country.

attorney general garland is apparently taking a hands-off approach to the hunter case, which means the charging decision they say is entirely up to the u.s. attorney in delaware. i'm not so sure i buy all of this. a source close to investigators is telling fox there is a growing frustration that it has taken so long for charges to be filed, the new york times post echoing that sentiment earlier today. leading on the front page you can see the headline right there before you. charge him already. here with the reaction is cohost of the five judge jeanine and ohio congressman jim jordan. judge, i will start with you. what bothers me about this is it is not a new story. it's a rehash. we've all known that for a long time. they don't mention the drugs. they don't mention the. they mention the gun application violation and they mention taxes. the thing they are missing the most is are all the times that joe biden is implicated by

hunter in the laptop from hell complaining to pay half his income and giving half of it to his dad. complaining about paying for his dads home repairs and of course putting aside 10% for the big guy. and we now have evidence that joe lied to the country and met with numerous foreign business partners of hunter biden. we know he lied there. why are they not focusing in on the larger picture of what joan knew and when he knew it? >> i cannot imagine what it is. thanks for having me on, number one. this case started in 2018. it is 2022. the grand jury finished in the summer of 2022, this year. the question is, did they or did they not get an indictment. the leaked information is they got something on taxes and something on him lying on the pistol permit application.

first of all, where is the foreign agent registration act? where's the money laundering? where is the criminal possession of a weapon? he illegally signed that application so he is an illegal possession of a weapon. we see him in various shades of dress and undress with the weapon. we have seen paul manafort go to prison for the same thing. not that i'm a fan of his. the bottom line is there are so many other crimes and i haven't even hit joe biden. here's the answer to your question. the merrick garland department of justice is not interested in the 10% from the big guy. we know hunter biden is holding the 10% for the big guy. they did not call tony bobulinski to the grand jury. he never testified in the grand jury. the fbi agent he spoke to, this guy tim thibault, not the football player, ends up leaving the fbi and they have questionable circumstances. merrick garland can say he is not involved and is leaving it

up to wise. the truth is because he is the president's son this goes up to the deputy attorney general before any decision is made and merrick garland is absolutely involved in this. i don't care what he says. let me tell you one more thing. they are so determined to find out who leaked that they cannot figure out who leaked the dobbs decision. you can rest assured they are worried about this. the fact that hunter biden paid back $2 million in taxes after he said everything was clean and appropriate, he had to borrow money to pay the taxes. that is no defense. people have gone to prison that paid their taxes and end up serving time. >> the question i want to know, jim jordan, is the biden family compromised by countries like china and russia and ukraine and others here? it's not just the 10% for the big guy. that's important. that would implicate joe. but then the issue of him complaining about half his

income going to his father. complaining about paying for all the home repairs of his father. i want to know if the president is compromised and why they are ignoring those key issues which would be central to any investigation, never mind the gun charges. never mind the tax issues. the judge is right on farro. i want to know whether or not these countries basically have the entire family compromised? >> you want to know and i want to know and the american people want to know if their president is involved in all the things you just described to. it looks like he is. i guess i will believe it when i see it if they even charge hunter biden with the tax issue and the false statement on the gun permit. i will believe it when i see it. the writers in the summer of 2020, nothing happened to them. the folks that attacked a crisis pregnancy centers and churches, nothing seemed to happen to those people.

nothing happened to the people that protested in front of supreme court justices homes in direct violation of the law. but they can raid the home of a former president and take the phone of a sitting member of congress and go after a pro-life leader, arrest and with guns drawn and kick in his door in front of his wife and seven kids. this double standard is so true. the idea that the attorney general is not involved in this. he was involved in the decision to raid president trump's home. he had a press conference to tell us all. that doesn't make sense. there are two standards. that's what frustrates the american people so much. if we get the majority we had better do the investigations in an aggressive way and a way consistent with the constitution to get the facts and truth for the american people. >> charles grassley says over 20 fbi whistleblowers. ron johnson says a lot of whistleblowers. you have spoken to

whistleblowers. merrick garland reminds everybody that works at the biden doj you are not allowed to talk to elected officials. don't we have whistleblower laws that allow people like yourself or senator grassley or johnson and say this is happening. this shouldn't be happening. this is against the law. why would garland be intimidating people into silence like that? >> because they don't want the truth coming out. there is a political narrative at the justice department. they are going outside the justice department. kind of makes sense they do the same thing inside. we have talked about this. the first time i mention this issue about 14 whistleblowers and agents coming to us was on your show. the very next day is when attorney general garland issued that memorandum saying don't be talking to the congress trying to chill their speech. that's how political this place has become. we know about the double standard. one set of rules if your name is clinton or comey or page.

schumer in arizona. there is not a dime's worth of difference between them. great job last night, blake masters. thank you. another crucial senate race. this in the live free or die state of new hampshire were vulnerable democratic incumbent maggie hassan is facing off against republican challenger don bolduc. a recent poll from trafalgar shows that in fact the republican now is within the margin of error. this is now a three-point race. you have a very popular republican governor in governor sununu. here with the latest on his surging campaign, republican candidate don bolduc is with us. you are within three points in the race. i don't think a lot of people know about your background. i think it's important they know that you had two purple hearts, five bronze stars, two awards for valor over 30 years of military service. thank you, number one.

that is pretty impressive, sir. >> well, thank you very much, sean, i appreciate it. i started serving at 19 years old as a private sergeant lieutenant and worked my way up to general officer. i am honored to have had that opportunity to serve my country. now i am looking to serve my country in a much different way. but nonetheless public service. something that senator hassan is not doing. she cannot defend her record. she has killed the economy and hurt granite stators. she's a big spender. she is an out-of-control spender. in august she voted to hurt the economy and hurt energy and hurt crime, to hurt doing anything about the opioid crisis. just a series of votes in august. she cannot defend that so she results to adds that are lying about me on various social issues, which just aren't true. this is the playbook.

i am out on the ground doing town halls. i have done more in 36 hours that she has done in 36 weeks in terms of campaigning. she will not debate me. she was supposed to debate me on the 12th of october. she has now dictated terms that she will speak for 5 minutes and answer three questions while i sit in the green room and then we will swap positions. she made that a contingent on her showing up. i have signed up for 7 debates. >> that is so fundamentally unfair to the people of new hampshire. i think every voter needs to take note of that. a lot of candidates, democrats taking the page out of joe biden hiding in the basement bunker. they dump tens of millions of dollars in negative adds, a lot of which are not true and then they hide and don't want to debate. she has been, like so many other democratic candidates, a

rubberstamp for schumer and biden. wait until new hampshire gets their heating bills this year. they will be higher than they have ever been. >> you are absolutely right. right now they are way too high and people are being forced between heating and eating. kids are not going to get the calories they need in order to be able to have the energy they need for school and many other things. parents are skipping meals so their kids can have larger portions or they are reducing their portions so everybody can eat. this does not need to happen. it does because of the way she looks at it. to get to your previous point, she has the support of over 90% of democrats in the state of new hampshire who she is not even willing to stand of for. she is not willing to debate or stand up and say this is why you need to vote for me. democrats, independents, republicans, libertarians and free stators. you need to take a hard look at

what senator hassan has done over the last five and a half years. it has been absolutely nothing and it has hurt us. she needs to be held accountable for it. she is not willing to stand and deliver. that is really unfortunate for us all. i will debate her anywhere. come to my town hall and meet me on the street corner. meet me anywhere and we can have a discussion on what us granite stators are going through because of you. >> new hampshire, the live free or die state, known for being fiercely independent. senator hassan is anything but. she is a radical climate alarmist cult member leader who is a rubberstamp for schumer and biden. not good for the people of new hampshire. we will be watching this race closely. thank you for your service and thanks for being with us. unlike some others, neuriva plus is a multitasker supporting 6 key indicators of brain health.
