7:00 pm
us and thank you for making the show possible. hope you have a great weekend. when we get back on monday, only 29 days until the midterms. we'll see you monday, have a great wee weekend. ♪ i am rachel campo, in for laura ingraham. this is a special edition of "the ingraham angle" live from new york city tonight. remember when they told us about joe biden. >> joe biden is the most experienced foreign policy expert since george h.w. bush. >> biden is doing everything he can to reassure american global world leadership is coming back. >> he's thinking about how to keep everybody safe. >> not so much.
7:01 pm
>> there was the afghanistan pull-out. caving to china and of course the dangerous, never ending war in ukraine. biden has turned our country into a dormant for china and now it is all escalating. biden warns under his watch, we are heading to an armageddon. we have not faced the prospect of armageddon since the kennedy. he's not joking when he talks about potential use of tactical nuclear weapons or biological or chemical weapons. what breaking new intel did the administration received that would lead us to believe armageddon was imminent? >> you have new intel? >> no, the president was speaking about concerns of putin's threat to use nuclear weapons just as he did at the un general assembly. you heard
7:02 pm
it over and over from the national security and you heard from jake sullivan, we are taking this and that's what the president was speaking to. >> joining me now is wisconsin's congressman.. the blank check we have been giving to ukraine, now, he's demanding this of nato. watch. >> the use of nuclear weapon -- prevent so russia would knew what would happen. >> his spokesperson was forced to clean this up saying zelenskyy wanted sanctions and not a strike. hard for me to believe he got those two words confused. he's calling a preemptive strike on russia. is he insane? where is all the
7:03 pm
level-headed statesman pushing something back on this? i don't see them. >> they're not, it is a shame. those words of zelenskyy are the words of a madman. but, we got to this point because, you know, even though there is no intel supporting biden's comment of armageddon. his action of continue unlimited resources to zelenskyy and talk of regime change of russia, the further this goes, the more we do advance towards potential serious conflict in europe. at some point you would think statesman and adults would show up and say we have to talk about deescalation and find an off ramp. i would remind people, rachel, we are not talking about bombing goat hurdles in the middle east, who by the way the way we could not beat. we are talking about
7:04 pm
escalating with major nuclear powers and involving ourselves in a serious way between two corrupt nations over a territorial dispute over ukraine. it is insanity and madness and we have to stop. >> yeah, not really in the u.s.'s interests. >> not at all. congressman, i want to play this from the young pineda. >> do you think biden went too far in his comment or not? >> well, you know -- i don't think there is any question here that we are in a dangerous war. it is also a pivotal war. >> what do you make of that? is there any limit to what they're willing to do, they're admitting, leon is admitting it is a dangerous war. he knows it is getting really bad really fast. yet, i can't understand what is the limit? how much further are they willing to give and risk to obtain the objective that they want which is obviously decomposing and getting rid of vladimir putin.
7:05 pm
>> rachel, you recapped some of the biden administration's actions very well. i think it is very important to go back to the very first day joe biden was in office. his first action was to shutdown keystone excel, he announced to the world america's no longer going to be energy independent. he said north stream two, we are going to drop sanctions that benefits vladimir putin. then, we had the disaster withdraw from afghanistan. $85 billion of raw materials left behind and 13 of our troops left behind and killed at the gate of the kabul airport. american weakness. look at this week how bad our foreign policy is. the saudis told us to pile on sand. kim jong-un firing missiles over south korea and japan and now we have zelenskyy dictating or attempting to dictate our foreign policy. this is what you have when we get american weakness and this is what you
7:06 pm
have with the biden administration and those so-called smart people you alluded to don't know what the heck you are doing. >> i remember long ago everyone telling us how dangerous the world is going to be under donald trump. the world is demanding more for ukraine. the "time" submitted a piece, putin is not forced to stop. the security package is an important step but such support will need to continue until the job is done. ned, we committed more than $16.8 billion since february, how much more are we expected to give or risk of our children's lives? i can't believe we are talking about nuclear war right now. >> yeah, i know this is absolutely insanity that we are having this conversation as we continue to send tens of billions of our taxpayers' dollars over to ukraine with no
7:07 pm
end in sight. if the goal is to have regime change in russia, we are going to escalate to something very violent. i have never heard anybody make a compelling comment, what on earth does this have to do with u.s. interests especially with the american taxpayers interest. it had nothing to do with it at all. this is something europe has helped bring about with their weakness and their dependant on russian oil. at some point, i hope states is going to show up and say we are going to solve this peacefully because right now it feels like they're trying to compel us to go to a place that we do not want to go as a country but even i would argue as the world. >> congressman, the weaker the poorer we get with these green policies and the less leverage we'll have. on day one, joe biden got rid o f the pipeline and he declared a war on
7:08 pm
american energy. it is ironic and he did all this for the environment. what could be worse for the environment than a nuclear war? >> it is no doubt. what concerns me, rachel, is are we taking the eye off the ball of what are really the greatest concerns. communist china, they want taiwan. teheran, they are threatening death to israel -- almost on a daily basis. here you have the israelis and the taiwanese, they are willing to pay for their armament and we are supposed to give it to ukraine? things are upside down at this point. >> that's an under statement. so great to have both of you here tonight. thank you. now, to what's happening on u.s. soil, the biden administration was happy to take credit when gas prices went down a few penny but it is back to use the word ukraine
7:09 pm
and fear in congress as an excuse that gas is spiking back up. >> every kitchen table cost is going to go up and not down. i realize costs going up concluded. i was able to bring gasoline down but it is inching up because of what the russians did and the saudis just did. i am not finished with that yet. joining me now is fox news contributor and author of the "weissmann who found christmas" and with me is lisa boothe. >> hi rachel. >> nice to have both of you tonight. i think he was trying to blame putin but i don't think he knows how to do that right anymore. >> the russians and the saudis should be very worried, rachel, he said i am not finished with that yet. maybe he's going to
7:10 pm
tank their economy, too. so, stay tuned for that. look, the reason that we are in this pickle and we are seeing the gas prices going through the roof, it is not the russians or the saudis. those prices were going up long before they did anything. this is joe biden's policies. i spoke to an oil executive here in louisiana today and he was telling me the last time they had exploration leases, an auction was under the trump administration. when biden came in, he lured all those leases even though these companies paid for them. remember donald trump wanted to buy 77 million barrels for our strategic reserve. it was the democrats who stopped that. that was only $15 a barrel. today we are in a real pickle because joe biden decided to not once but twice but four times, he's zapped that strategic reserve were down a
7:11 pm
third of what it was and he want to go back to the well again. americans should say no. >> you made such a great point. that at the heart of all of these are these green policies. they are cruel. they are making people poor on purpose. is it time to call out as conservatives. they want to sacrifice our children and our ability to pass on wealth to them or just feed so many americans on the alter of these green policies. what is it about? is it about control or socialism? what is it? >> i think it is about control. the pain is the point. that's the most important thing to realize about the left policies. the pain is the point. the point of the left policies, what they're trying to do is gut the middle class and create a larger portion of the population that are dependant on the federal
7:12 pm
government. that's what these policies ultimately do is gut the middle class. all these problems, all these issues that we face as a country are solvable, so much so that eye den could get it. you have to sit him down and give him ice cream and speak slowly and he could get it. you don't want your city to be overrun. put criminals behind bars. you don't want people to pay so much for gas prices, unleash american energy production. you go down the list, the solutions are so simple but that takes it back to my point that the pain of the point, it is intentional. they don't want to solve these problems. they don't want to solve these problems, they are creating them. >> it is just two years ago, we were just energy independent. we were net exporters of energy and now we are begging the saudis, getting dirty oil again. more of the hypocrisy
7:13 pm
again, getting oil from venezuela. i understand what lisa is saying about making us more independent. i absolutely agree with that. the control part is moving forms of energy that they can turn on and off on us, they can control and that we'll eventually be on some sort of chinese-style social credit system, or unless we agree with what these big globalists want. we don't get to drive our cars or trains. that's what's happening in china right now. >> it is about freedom. our ability to move and create, i mean we are talking about manufacturing base in the united states, biden was talking about, he could not say made in america. the reason for that is the only thing that's made in america is inflation and national security. because of these policies and when you are begging hat and hand these
7:14 pm
regimes in saudi arabia and venezuela to give you a cup of oil because you can't and won't drill your own, that's a huge problem. it locks the people down. somehow we have to get pass this colt of green new deal that biden decided to i am embodied and embraced. it destroyed our industry and made us very insecure. >> absolutely. they give him the finger. >> we can do it here and be independent. your point of control, look at california, rachel, they're saying hey you can't go out and buy a gas powered car by 2035. but, by the way, we are going to tell you when you can charge your electric vehicle. the reality is getting rid of fossil fuels is a death mission. it is going to lead to death and human suffering. it is not a better way of life, it leads to a worse way of life. they don't
7:15 pm
care about any of this stuff. that's the kicker. they been able to get so many americans to buy into their climate hopes, they don't care about it. look at how many of them fight private, it is a joke to them. it is about control to them. the reality is they're all going to be flying private when you can't pay for your gas. when they're driving up gas prices by getting rid of things like the keystone and not allowing american energy production to do their thing. they're going to be flying private, you can't use electricity because you can't afford or it is no longer abu abundant. >> that's the reality. >> lisa makes a great point. that's a great point that lisa is making. >> thank you. >> between the keystone pipeline and our own population, we could make up the oils that the saudis and russia are taking off the map easily, we are not doing it. why? that's the question that every american and congressperson should be demanding of this
7:16 pm
administration. it is within our reach to do this. >> ramon and lisa, two of my favorite fighters. >> we are taking america 31 days. one of the fastest growing blocks in our country. latinos are leaving the democratic party in. it is so bad that the msnbc are talking about it. >> we have forgotten our country and hard work. >> now, he's also a republican and most concerned of immigration and beefing up border security. >> what are the concerns that you have about immigration? >> we don't feel safe anymore. >> joining me now is republican congresswoman maya flores who's running for reelection in texas. congresswoman, welcome.
7:17 pm
there is a new poll that shows 40% of independent latino voters are still undecided ahead of midterms. is it enough to keep pounding the pavement on the economy and crime, the border or is there something else you could be doing to sway them? our family and culture values, the last component needs to be driven home. maya, i followed you on twitter and i saw a tweet that you put up, you said, people, stop taking your children to drag shows, take them to church. well, that's authentically spanish thing to say. is that the missing component? is that the big disconnect that democrats are missing and the cultural and religious and values of hispanics. >> that's right, the democrat party walk away from the hispanic community to cater to the far-left that's antigod and antifamily and that's who we
7:18 pm
are in south texas. we are all about god and hard work. they walked away from that. we care about border security. we care about the economy and inflation and the kitchen table issues that matter to everyday americans. they need to stop seeing us just as hispanics, we are proud americans and we are important here in south texas. we didn't have a voice before my election but it is enough and we find finally do have a voice in washington. >> yes, we are not breakfast tacos. >> the dems are fredding over these polls. i hear them talk about we need to show up or we need to stop saying latin-ex. are the policies is what repelling hispanic voters at this point in time? >> absolutely. they want to
7:19 pm
talk about anything other than their record. do you blame them? i don't. i certainly don't want talk about my failers as an elect elect activity with this administration. we are talking about the issues that matter to the voters. you know the democratic party thought we are single issue voters. we are not. we care about inflation and the economy. we care about crime and we care about what's happening with the educating of our children and we had enough. we put our foot down, we are not going to sit in the sidelines, we are in the fight and we are ready to take our country back and get to work on november 8th. we are going to win big and we are excited. >> mayra, our last guest talked about what's at the heart of this economy and the problems we are facing and so many of it is the green new deal which they injected into all these
7:20 pm
different bills whether it is the transportation bill or the fake inflation reduction bill. these energy policies depriving us to be energy independent is killing americans in so many ways. it is killing this economy. what is your response to that? why do you think democrats care more about, you know, the ocean being 1% cooler than they care about whether kids eat or parents put gas in their car to go to work or seniors heat their homes. >> they only care about themselves and their political party. the people here in texas are struggling right now to pay their utilities. i get calls everyday because their utility bills have tripled and doubled. people are paying $900. many people are paying $3,000 as well for their bill. this is all because of the biden administration and their
7:21 pm
policies. gonzalez supported those same policies. >> both of you, impressive women who are moms and fighting for our community and real issues. thank you for joining us. kathy hochul had the say pretending it never happened. her challenger, to the unbelievable sound, next.

this is alvin charles, last year he was charged in a stabbing attack and he was freed. he's behind bars accused in another subway stabbing that happened a week ago tonight. this time the victim, father of three, tommy bailey, died. new york city is becoming un unbearable for the good people that live here. there are the unprovoked beatings, but new york governor, kathy hochul says not to worry. >> this city is still the safest in america. look at chicago and san francisco and los angeles and
7:27 pm
atlanta and washington. people leaving new york, i am not sure if they're going to go because we the safest and biggest city in america. >> hey kathy, cut the bs, actually, keep it going because voters are seeing who you truly are. my next guest is trailing hochul byless than two-points in the race for new york. congressman zeldin, thank you for joining me. >> you talk about the person who gets murdered on the l train and that's why we were all mourning in the emt who got stabbed before her lunch break. we saw what happened at howard beach trying to get off a subway, gets attacked by a guy who had once killed his own
7:28 pm
grandmother, out on parole, violates tparole in august. no the victim is battling for her eye sight. i just came from buffalo yesterday where there was a woman in that area who on tuesday got attacked by her own husband, keir hudson, having three kids. he got charged with all sorts of crimes on tuesday. he gets released. keir was telling people he's going to kill me. on wednesday, sure enough her husband killed her in front of her three kids. if we didn't have the bell law, he would have stayed detained on tuesday. you could not be looking at all these crimes and saying everything is all fine here and there is nothing to see here. >> congressman, i was so hit hard by the father who went to marriott courtyard got shot by some guy. he's out on bail, too. it is never ending. listen, it has been 15 years
7:29 pm
since your state has waited for a republican governor. i never seen the polls this tight since i remember traveling to new york for my job. i don't know, it has been eight or nine years. what's happening? is this possible? could you win this thing based on how bad hochul is doing? >> we are going to win this. >> yeah. >> new york leads the entire nation of population loss. i don't think kathy hochul can finish the sentence, new york leads the entire nation of population loss because -- >> new yorkers are hitting their breaking point, they feel like their safety are under astack, their wallets and their kids' education. they're looking at other states where they feel like their money will go further. that's why new york leads the entire nation in population loss. even if you are a lifelong democrat, you can't ride the subway because you are afraid of being pushed from an oncoming subway car.
7:30 pm
you see other people being attacked where you used to be able to walk 15 blocks on a summer night. now, you have to call uber just to go two blocks. people's safety and attacks on their wallets. now, they want to hit everybody with the new congestion pricing fee where you can get charged more everyday. you want more people ride in the subway, make the experience safe. meanwhile, listen, there is a whole lot of people who have other members in their family who are gone and they realize this is it. we have to save our state. kathy hochul is in over her head. she's referring to new yorkers as -- she's referring to herself as the mother of new york, she raises tens of millions of dollars on corrupt scandal. we have to remove her from office. i am not in this race to come in second. >> it is the most exciting race in the country right now. you
7:31 pm
truly are new york's last hope. good luck. the left wants you to think this crime surge is our imagination like people are not being killed. "the washington post" pointed to a conversation my next guest gianna caldwell tried to have with nadler. nadler's hometown, shooters and instances are down. the city saw lower crimes across the board than two or three decades ago. though, it is now up relative to 2020. is that is what caldwell meant or did he mean something broader? i would be interested to know what numbers he's looking at. joining me now is gianna caldwell. what's your
7:32 pm
respond and members of congress that you know ignored you and walked away and considering what you know about the crime wave in america. >> that's right, i think about what kathy hochul, oh it is not a big deal. it is the safest city in america and i think of what lori lightfoot said. oh, crime is not that bad. fox news is making it all up. i don't know if these people have been around open cans of paint but these are delusional statements. people are being murdered on a daily basis. almost 300 kids, shot, 16 and under. just this past weekend, a three-year-old shot and the weekend before, three-year-olds shot. this is insanity on steroids. we should not be living in a society like this. this is no society at all. there is no rule of law. folks
7:33 pm
like kathy hochul and lightfoot and a lot of democrats i met on capitol hill, they created this epidemic of violence by saying we need to defund the police and create an environment where we have a cash and bell society. we need to let the people roam free. they don't care. they care to win elections and that's about it, rachel. >> so much, they are talking on both sides of their mouths. on the other hand, i heard some of them say oh defund police is actually a republican thing. it is so laughable. do they not know we have video tapes of all of them, whether the squad or whoever saying defund, defund. how can they think this is a winnable way to run this country? >> i mean it is gaslighting is what this is. >> oh. >> it would be laughable if it was not so dangerous. the you look at the numbers in new
7:34 pm
york, 2021, murders up 4%, rape 4% up. robberies and 11% burglaries and 17% car theft, is that the safest city in the nation? i want justice for christian, he was murdered on june 24th and families across the country. if anybody knows solutions to violence, please reach out to me on social media @giannocaldwell. if someone you know who needs help, reach out to me on social media. we want to help families all across the country because they need it and because the people who have been elected to help them are not helping. >> you spent the whole day on capitol hill. was there any
7:35 pm
moment you saw hope? >> if i were directing or advising kevin mccarthy, i would tell him get ready. after the election to beef up your staff because you need to see preservation notices to every da in the country. they are getting our dollars. philadelphia, you are on notice and california, and los angeles, you are on notice. these folks need to know there is going to be oversight and there is going to be punishment, you should not be getting federal dollars to fight crimes. this is a major problem and people are paying the price on a daily basis. >> amen, gianno, i feel your passion. >> thank you for having me. >> of course. pro-life protests, do you think abortion activists receiving the same treatment?
7:36 pm
mike hucklebee is joining me next. stay there. it's good medicine.

7:38 pm
7:39 pm
7:40 pm
7:41 pm
we are hearing more and more of pro-life activists who's been targeted by the fbi. now pro-life leaders chet gallagher receiving the same treatment. this is becoming more of the same for biden's doj, where do we stand on all the attacks on crisis pregnancy centers and there is over 70 of them? joining me now is mike hucklebee, former arkansas governor and jack brewer, ceo of the brewer group. governor, why does this only seem to go one way? >> it is real simple, rachel. this is an attempt to intimidate and not just the people whose homes are raided with guns drawn and an over kill of any necessary kind of
7:42 pm
force, this is intended to shut down people like you and me and tens of thousands of other pro-life christian people across the country and tell us that if we dare raise our voice to stop this horrible slaughter of unborn children, it could be our home. we are going to be singled out as threats of democracy. there is been no arrests made and no raids and there is been 107 direct attacks at pregnancy crisis centers. no one is being arrested for these. the department of justice could careless that these places are being fire bombed or vandalized and people being threatened with assassination. >> it is worse on that, they're sitting on video tapes they got from the pregnancy center and they refused to do anything about it. it is full-out and political persecution. jack, i want to get to you because this
7:43 pm
week there is a lot of news being made with former kanye w west, ye, he talked about the racist roots of planned parenthood and he talked about the kkk involvement. what i found interesting were all the things he had to say about marriage and family. i want to talk to you about it because i know those are issues that are important to you. >> the media ridiculed me for getting the house next door to kim to see my children. and, they said i was stalking her and her new boyfriend because i bought the house next door to see my children. >> what do you think about his overall message about marriage and kids and being a father and being a black father? >> it is so important these days, kanye, delivers that message that creates a stir.
7:44 pm
after the dust settles, you realize the spirit that he's coming from and the biblical context which he's standing on and i think it is beautiful for a black man to be in a situation like that when we have so many fatherless kids throughout our community to stand up for his children, front and center and be unbash full about that and making the investment of time and money and resources to move next door to his children, especially given the fact that his mother had not done necessary things with her daughters. right now with the crisis we have in our country, the pro-life message, the christian message, we are all being persecuted right now in the name of jesus. we all as christians know this day is coming and so i think it is time for us to continue to lock arms and be even stronger and make sure that the people that we are voting for and the folks
7:45 pm
we are putting into office are folks of god. men of women who are going to stand up for scriptures and biblical context, that's the only way we'll push forward in this nation right now and get this country back on track. >> yeah, governor, ye, also talked about being a christian in this moment of persecution, saying i was born for a time like this. you are a pastor, what is your message to people who are less powerful than kanye west and other christians feeling that pressure in our culture right now. >> the message don't curl up in a fetal position, god does not give us a spirit of fear. we need to stand up and lock arms as jack said so brilliantly with other christian believers. there are catholic belie believbelieverers
7:46 pm
we need to say things horizontally. this is a fight between good and evil. if you believe it is okay to shred a baby in the mother's womb right up to the moment of birth, that's not a you political situation. we are talking about the salvation of our culture and civiluation. >> ye shows that and you two godly men do that everyday as well. a terrifying new fashion trend, is hunter biden going to jail? stay right there. emily compagno is coming up next. stay right there.

7:52 pm
gigi hadid. are we expecting you to rock this trend? >> no one should look like skel stal or dead. >> i call it foul. it is the platinum eye brows. no, it is bleached death. >> do our producer want the see what we would look like if we bleached our eye brows? >> madonna was the original. >> there she is. >> it was still a fine line. that's more like i can't get over what we looked like. >> it is scary. >> and this is not scary, this is uplifting. we'll turn to something called the hot girl walk that swept tiktok, listen. >> it is what i call the hot girl walk. you are only allowed
7:53 pm
to think about three things on the hot girl walk. one, things you are grateful for and two, your goals and how you are going to achieve them and three, and three, how hot you are. >> you are going on a walk and you think about how hot you are and you think about being grateful. well, it is trendy, people are loving this. >> this is why it caught on because she called it the hot girl walk. the first two things are amazing. they're fundamental. your expression of gratitude and your goals of how you are going to achieve them and throw in the hotness. i am all for people feeling good about themselves especially young women. the trend part of it is calling it the hot girl walk and be like, do your hot girl walk. that's me in central park everyday, setting my goals and expressing gratitude and not number three. >> i used to go on walks everyday when i was back in wisconsin, i think it does a lot for your soul and it works.
7:54 pm
it is actually working. everyone is crazy for a charcuterie board. now, you can do anything with them. there is a new trend called the butter board. >> this is one. people spreading a ton of butter and a ton of lemon zests and serve with more bread and it feels really new. i love it. >> it looks delicious, who does not love salted butter? you can keep loving it until you gain the 15 and the butter 50. to me it looks like butter in moderation, being italian, ill all about the board because the antipasto. if it does not have meat -- >> i love butter, too. my final thoughts are next. thank you, emily.
