ago during trump administration that began the phaseout of foreign troops from afghanistan was a good agreement. and it was poorly executed by this, you know, last year about a year ago. by the biden administration about what we have now is no real agreement in place because they're not abiding by that agreement as you said harboring terrorists and so the four points of that agreement work to reduce violence withdraw foreign troops and began instraw afghan negotiation and there's really no u.s. vital interest anymore in afghanistan. and right now they've got isis-k fighting the taliban and you know i would say let that play out a little bit. it is bad for the afghan people. but are there, but right now it's not worth our time and effort to engage in afghanistan for my point of view. >> general what should be doing

right now that we know that they're still trying to harm americans. so what should the response from the biden administration? >> well i think it's important that we, they only really opportunity here is the intelligence gathering if the taliban is beginning to worry about isis k. to extend that rks ia and other agencies gather intelligence that can help us find and rescue any americans that are still there. of course, that's a vital interest that we should pursue. but you know, the biden administration set aside three and a half billion dollars for the taliban, and i would say let's that i can three and a half billion and give it to veterans who fought in afghanistan. u.s. army navy air force marine corps. veterans that fought opposed to giving money to taliban. but intelligence sharing i think, lawrence, is a good thing.

to black lives matter. thatthat's an organization that doesn't want black men in the household so you get my drift we may have our differences with some cop but we never said defunctioned them and surely did not say limit our right to bear arms so we can protect our communities you can offer us that or you can insult us like this. you feel ignored and go over to other side oppress feel oppressed so you try align with the oppressor so i'm not putting black men down and sometimes it is like some of you kerch following quoting people please -- look at the truth and see what's happening and get in line with some of the black women. >> so they say they're not putting us down. but the proof is in the pudding. here's the bottom line we know our value. and the candidate that connects the best with us will get our vote. what bryant did was a effective week black people and love to see her do that but if she

complaining about same things that we were when we were saying bill clinton was first black president. you know people are realizing all right it is time to shut up to put up or shut up. and i think especially black americans are going look we deserve better. maybe not all black americans are ready to turn to the republican party now. but i do believe a great majority of us are ready to turn away from the democrats because their communities are not getting what we need and i do believe that there's a new generation of black activist who are going hey we might not be conservatives but -- we're not idiots and we can see that you're promise all of these things but nothing is changing. and so we either have to do the work ourselves or you're not going to be able to count on our votes in the future. i think we're looking at a c change really lawrence in politics. there's a politician in cleveland lee wine guard a white straight male republican everything that culture hates

enough bilingual teachers we were not ready for this influx of new students, and so instead of students here who should be focused on their own learning they are acting as translators and nobody gets. student who is translating is not focus on their own learning and they should know who is being instructed by another child, of course, that's not ideal suggestion budget concerns are growing here in new york city there's now a state of emergency. >> a huge drain on the city finances so we really need federal government to step in and provide support necessary. especially because we know this is -- right there's nobody expects that they'll stop coming to new york city. we have, you know, more students. merging problem for schools is not just impacted nyc this is a cross country crisis. what are you hearing from the mayor's office, department of education, and seems like there's so much crickets and the

and when people come here they're not prepared to meet the -- that they never think that the people were going to come to new york city because definitely not prepared. frankly we can't back it up. that's what we're seeing with modern day democratic party is everything is skin deep. so you say oh we're a sanctuary city that sounds beautiful we are -- you know self-righteous high we have higher moral regard for humanity not when push comes to shove so here we are state of emergency we dongt have the capacity homeless shelters and already maxed out. and now we have this influx. >> how is this impacting thes american kids that are in the classroom today? >> depends on the school. you know, it's starting to overflow from one school to thes other. i've spoken to parents who have students in schools. where it's gotten out of control

recent years in the case of politically sensitive prosecutions is that they will throw a bone on some minor issue by the way this whatted with the o'juan brothers but preface their statement the government statement about the plea with a bunch of statements clearing the accused person of bunch of more serious crimes. and so if we see some minor plea agreement followed by a plea agreement i think that's what you're going see we looked looko these allegations of lobbying on behalf of romania or on behalf of the ukraine on behalf of kazakhstan china, russia, we didn't find anything. but you know he really should have paid these tax. this is making a politicized mockery of our united states department of justice. this is at same time but same fbi and doj on the flimsyist of

immigration still a major problem and inflation is still a problem forked democrats. so how do you see this shaping out? in this midterm election? >> this economy is the story and it's always been -- the story in this election that isn't going change especially when that gas prices conversation talking about lawrence where you have aaa already discussing fact of a little over a week ago that gas price were going to go up 2 million a day being cut by opec, and magnify that or expand that conversation with president biden and that trip that he took he went to saudi arabia. and it was really seen as a level of begging saudi arabia to get opec to continue to pump the oil they're not doing it now you see them in idea call it koas jig or increasing relationship with venezuela. these communists to ensure that we have -- we have oil. but we're not doing anything about our own energy security the biden administration isn't in favor still and works against the idea of offshore drilling.

do we know anything about that? >> certainly could be i know governor received some information he was thinking that could potentially come from another country. but, obviously, with technology these days and how numbers can be spoofed and sent through different ip address all across the world, it is just, you know, i guess io ron that i can it was all south carolina schools that were hit. with these hoax threats, so right now still too early in the investigation to say. but you know i kind of have my feel flag it is someone local or at least within the state. >> sheriff forgive me that i have to ask this question but you know we were deeply impacted by this and my home state of texas. so i got to ask the question were you guys ready? this is -- unfortunate incident where it was a hoax. but did all of the law enforcement agencies respond in time? >> absolutely. we had probably four or five

deputies on scene in under two minutes. rolling through the front door there was no hesitation. two days after uvalde happened i met with my staff, my folks, and we basically said here's our plan. whether you're one solo officer responding to the scene or 50, nobody hesitates. everybody rushes in, you take out threat by any means necessary. and if anybody is trying to harm our children they're not going to survive it. >> yeah. sheriff i have to ask you how worried are you that this was maybe a dry run for something to potentially happen because that's one of the realities that we live in right now. >> sure. oh, yeah, no you know at the same time this is beginning on, you know, we have no idea whether this was a diversion for another scoot. school. we've been through this before, we had an active shooter situation that was here in anderson county south carolina, back in september of 2016.

adequate job they say they care about it but i mean -- you see this situation that we have going across the country with immigration. we've had decades now to do something about it and no one has done anything. so as we heard from some of our swing state voters in ohio last week, immigration is one of their top issues ahead of the midterm elections. so i went down to tucson, arizona another key state spoke to few ranchers who live right along the border. to hear how their lives have been impacted by the growing migrant crisis. watch. >> you guys are ranchers -- you're rights on the border. so what's life like there? >> well they don't come by the house so much anymore. they try to stay away from the house because they don't want to be seen and ones that do come by they're wearing full camo carpet shoes, there's small groups like one, two or three they're not big groups that we used it was. you know used to be able to sit in the kitchen and see groups of

ten, 10, 30 traipse by the house and now they're men mostly dressed in cam mean they don't want to be caught. >> fred who do you hold responsible for this issue? >> it's the federal government. i mean article 4 section 4 of the constitution says the federal government will protect us against invasion whether foreign or domestic. this is a foreign invasion. that ithey've apprehended peoplm 169 countries this year. >> peg y your detractorrers would say you're anti-immigrant that you're afraid of these people coming across border. qhald you tell? >> i've lived here for 50 years and fear has not been main issue i've dealt with. i've been afraid from time to time but it's -- it's fear of the unknown. it's fear of now the cartels

that are coming across, the danger involved with that. it is fear of fentanyl and things that are happening with the drug invasion and it really has not much to do with race. i don't see it as an immigration problem i see it as illegal problem. >> talk about drugs that are coming across border, obviously, fentanyl is a huge problem but you have other stuff they're mixing. comes from china that makes its way to mexico and then it comes straight across that border. >> you bet apparently our federal government doesn't understand connection between china and mexico. but -- the fentanyl issue that typically we have marijuana that comes through. our local sheriff mark dannels he's got a team of five deputies that have shut down the smuggling of drugs through our ranch so most of the fentanyl is coming through port of entries.

but you know, the border isn't about immigration anymore it's about smuggling and whether it's ugh doctors, people, the sex slaves -- you name it. anything that can make money that is going to jeopardize the future of america is at stake now. and border patrol is outmanned, and we've all of our check points and county are shut down since biden took office. we've had them in place for 20 years. as soon as he took office he shut them down. >> what do you mean when you say the check points are shut down? >> it's an actual border patrol facility that is -- 12, 15 miles north of the border on major highways and we had them in place for the last 20 years you drive through when you're going north out of county you look in window if suspicious they pop your trurng and really suspicious they x-ray your car

loose this is man law enforcement think could be responsible for at least five deaths. and stockton over the last few months, the victims were ambushed, in the dark and shot singly without any explanation. the suspect has also been linked to killing in oakland hundreds of tips have been pouring in, and 125,000 dollar reward is being offered. joining me now stork stockton praying you guys what can you tell me about this serial killer? >> yeah thank you lawrence. well we established a task force made up of federal, state and local partners to find this individual these individuals responsible for these murders and to bring them to justice. as the public could see we released video of last week that provides some description of the individual. some of his or her some of their behavior their mannerism approximate height 5 ten to 6

feet tall, as you stated earlier, this individual these murders have happened late in the evening. early in the morning, so we're encouraging the public just to be on height and alert listen we're doing everything that we can within our power and utilizing every resource that we have at our dispose toll bring this person to justice there's not a word that i can say that can return those lost loved ones but least that we can do as a community as a city is we can do everything twoak bring this individual to justice and to provide some sort of resolution for the families in the communities that have been impacted. smg most definite mayor toapght make sure spbl safe forgive me for this question is there a potential motive a potential -- victim that he goes after of because we want people to be on alert or is he just doing it to anyone? >> this person or -- this person or these persons are on a mission to kill.

that's what they're doing. 80% of the homicides in stockton are hispanic. we have one sixth individual in stockton victim who was a surviver from back in april of 2021. so listen, there's no motive that is established at this point but we're just telling public, if you have any information that can lead to the arrest of this individual of these individuals responsible, now is the time to speak up. there's $125,000 reward this community has come together public nonprofit partnerships have come together to make this award what it is that reward today and i expect that will go up because one thing that the residents of stockton do when we experience a time and moment of crisis, we come together. and we go stronger and we will get to the bottom of this.
