becomes embarrassing and this is the representation of america around the world and joe biden and now it's really honestly, jackie, it's frightening. the implications of something like this are very reel and terrifying and to a lot of people. joe biden to me is an example of whatnot to do almost in every single way when it relates to vladamir putin and the fact that putin was able to go in on biden's watch is because he had the funding thanks to joe biden and his terrible policies to invade ukraine to begin with and now at every turn, it feels like the wrong thing was happening and he's either got these wildly provactive comments he makes -- provactive comments -- provocative comments he makes about putin or taking a stance that makes us look really weak. every turn is is wrong and he's trying to walk it back and nobody has any confidence in what our leaders and you have to put that in air quotes at this

former paypal execs. former paypal president david marcus tweeting in part "a private company now gets to decide to take your money if you say something they disagree with? inssanity". and elon musk that cofounded pay pail agreed and paypal say it was posted in error and arizona senate candidate said they've received large donations from paypal cofounder peter teal sounded off. >> we need to ban companies at that level, of that size, especially if they're touching banking or in social media, we're going to ban these companies from discriminating against users because of political content of their speech. that's how we treat the phone company; right? verizon can't go and listen to you and i have a telephone conversation and say that's too conservative. you can't let a non--bank lender as the size of paypal discriminate and decide what's

and i'm thinking of a individual that was banned from paypal and he's an evolutionary biologist writer and said there's two sexes, male and woman, man and woman, from that point he was banned and held his money for 180 days and there's been other people who have been de-platformed from paypal so this is a trend. we're seeing this in twitter, i'll, and facebook and now over to paypal, which is a real nasty consideration for a lot of americans who have money there and they don't know what they may do next. lara: i mean, jacki, when they tie up your money, it's a big concern for people but to john that's point, but they are doing this. jacki: millions spent to help the canadian truckers to help with vaccine mandates and happens with big tech and social media and one thing if you want

to suspend your twitter account. okay action we have have a free speech discussion and now putting money in the mix and it's outrageous and all the companies are saying the chalaning and violate the policies and policies aren't really clear. they're ambiguous and people don't know what they mean and they can twist them and bend them to fit their narrative. the thing i say about this all the time, the only way to hit back at these companies is for users to see this in a case like paypal and say, i'm not using your platform. i don't believe that you made a mistake. i'm not going to give you my business. lara: yeah, because it doesn't feel, sean, like they made a mistake. feels like they got caught and saying wait a minute. this was an error, we didn't mean to do this. but this is -- we continue to see this happen and the question is who is the a arbiter of trut. i think about the disinformation czar that's a really real prospect not too long ago.

where does this go because it feels very scary where we're heading? sean: there was no mistake and deep conversation about drafting that policy they put out. backlash is what caused them to call it an error but mentioned go fund me. they froze accounts, suspended accounts, but they didn't seize other people's money at go fund me. this is the first time they're saying if you use -- gianno: that's because in the u.s., the states got involved and government got involved and that's the only reason why they released that money. sean: but misinformation can cost you $2500. you can be kicked off a platform but didn't cost you $2500. this is a whole new realm that it's costing you. whether it was two sexes or hunter biden laptop. they'll hold all that disinformation, which we know is true and i'm a big fan of crypto and it's de-centralized and there was no head company that decides who gets in and gets out when it's open to everyone who wants to use it and i think this is a greater push to those ends

and peter teale, elon musk and paypal, many is also owning venmo. they remember speech, they're conservatives and want to hear the debate and believe in crypto. this is just paypal and venmo are a little steppingstone as we get to free system of crypto. gianno: interesting part, elon says he's not a conservative but now we think about people involved in free speech who believe in free speech is all of a sudden, man, these folks are conservative because it seems like everything has moved so far to the left that if you say something that's a fact, it's like, wow, that person must be a conservative and so much misinformation that these companies should be fined. sean: i'm not a marxist. everyone is being a republican. lara: this is the first time of fine or elmore. jacki: it's also tracking, tracking all the transactions and knowing what every individual in the country is doing and keeping tabs on them. that's a lot of reason crypto is

gaining moten tentum as well and people don't want to give that information out. lara: to me, the moral here if there is anything to take from this is that when people call it out, then they change course. you know, i think about the disinformation czar, people went crazy over that because it's insane. this is totally un-american to have, you know, some random person deciding what is true and not true. no different here. i think the pushback actually calls attention and maybe that's a good thing we need to keep that in mind. i always feel like as an american. that's what we should do. sean: this is the effort. they'll come back again with another proposal to seize your money if they disagree with what you say. they got caught today but they'll be new systems in place to try and confine what you can say publicly because they want to control your speech. lara: well, let's take that to us when we go vote for the mid terms. all right, what is the white house doing paying staff to keep the hunter biden story under wraps? the political play ahead of the

politico and the president should after shaking off natural parental gloom allow himself a moment to celebrate the political gain he stands to reap in the wake of a hunter biden criminal justice misfortune. hunter biden indictment and prosecution would demonstrate the integrity of the justice department. that is such an interesting question. or i guess a statement, jacki, this would normally be a bomb shell report with hunter biden and not much light with the media and they're ramping up and pay staff to defend the president and hunter bide and a lot of subpoenas will be around hunter bide and is it normal for the press to ignore such bomb shell allegations that we're seeing with a potential indictment? jackie: we've seen this time and time again where left media

turns the other way and ignores it's happening. we've known about the hunter biden laptop for so long and they didn't want to acknowledge it till a grand jury investigation and finally some reporters walked it back and said, we'lling acknowledge this is actually real. but there's so many here to dig into. the fact they're paying staffers to do damage control essentially on this. that's our taxpayer dollars going to that. when it comes to the jack schafer comment, a hunter biden indictment and prosecution indictment would demonstrate the integrity of the justice department. if the washington post article is true and charges are brought, they'd they'd declare income from foreign business dealings and he was a drug addict on a gun application. what about the business deals and what transactions took place in china and ukraine and what about the president's involvement. this is not a win for the justice department if it goes forward like this. lara: but that's the -- the whole thing here i find so alarming is that so many people have said this, this is what they think the tactic is, it is these minimal charges relative

to these bigger issues obviously and these huge questions with national security implications, jacki, like you just said. people are supposed to take this as a big win. oh, we've got the hunter biden situation all wrapped up because likely if this is all he's faces is tax crimes and illegal gun, there'll be a plea deal and we can just say well this matter is over and let's not worry about hunter biden anymore. lara: to that point, can we play that trump song. >> we don't want bad stuff to happen but they're lee leeking a couple -- leaking a couple of minor charging compared to the major charges they could be and that's up to them. but are they actually going to do the right thing and hold the bidens accountable or is this just a charade and excuse to continue targeting me and our movement of make america great

again and america first? i don't know. lara: now, sean, i think he made a really great point there because i think there's a lot of people questioning that it's taken so long in this investigation, charges hasn't been brought yet and now you got some on the left saying, yeah, maybe this would be a good thing. could it be a hidden language they're using? maybe this would be a good thing if they'd indict hunter bide and go after president trump so then they can say, this isn't political. we went after the president's son and got integrity in the justice system. sean: the problem is they're going to guardrail these charges and tax crimes or gun crime, they'll keep it away from joe biden himself. that would be the intent of the department of justice when they charge hunter biden if they do charge him. but going back to republicans, you don't want to dance on a powerful politician's son who is a drug addict, he's an amateur porn star, he's committed crimes. it's embarrassing but that's bad

politics. the reason this is a big story is that hunter biden is tied to joe biden and we could not have in the house republicans investigating this issue unless it tied into the president and your point that joe biden was making money off hunter biden's foreign dealings, which means he's sprue mused and republicans have to -- compromised and the white house will push back hard and republicans have to subpoena documents and witnesses, they have to hold the administration in con at the present time if they don't -- contempt if they don't comply with the subpoenas and if that happens, we have to prosecute. we'll see how pure the justice department is to see if they'll prosecute democrats that don't comply with the house like they did with republicans who didn't comply with the january 6 investigation. jackie: that's right. gianno: lara, has the doj made anymore movement since they raided your father-in-law's home? lara: it's been elevated to the level of the supreme court at this point by my father-in-law's

team because he wants transparency and people to have confidence in exactly what's going on. i think that's what all americans should want and on all accounts, no matter who the individual is, but, sean, i'm glad you said that that nobody wants -- i can say this as a member of a former first family, i think it's terrible when the family of a president or someone in a major position is targeted. i think that's always a bad thing and it's terrible to see the difference here as you point out is that hunter biden is tied directly to joe biden as the big guy and there's china and there's russia and there's ukraine and there are major concerns that we have as american citizens is our president compromised and no one has been able to answer those questions. that's a problem. lara: to that point, lest -- gianno: to that point, let's play jim jordan. >> in 2016 they spied on president trump's campaign. in 2018 it was the mueller investigation, in 2020 they suppressed information about the hunter biden laptop and now in

2020 they've raided the home of the former president, taken the phone of sitting member of congress, 91 days before an election so when it the fbi not going to involve themselves in one of our elections? that's probably key question. we're going to do everything we can to hold these folks accountable and if we have the majority bring them in front of congress and do the depositions that need to be done to get the facts. gianno: now, sean, they can do all the hearings they want but the fbi has to still cooperate the irs, any of these other agencies they have to cooperate and now under the leadership of joe biden so do you think we're going to really get something done if republicans take the majority of the house. sean: republicans will hold the money back if they don't comply with the subpoenas and request the power of the purse belongs in congress and hold purse back and congress and money speaks in washington and get compliance at some point and they'll drag her feet and this is going 234 and joe biden is afraid himself. they're afraid for political career and fun and money she

line? 15 weeks viability, 13 weeks? what's the limit? >> the arbitrary standards of time lines ignore the medical reality that it is a fallacy we know exactly when a regularity starts. jackie: okay, first she said there was no heart beat at 6 weeks. now she's talking about the time lines here. what's interesting is the democrats always follow the science when it's convenient for them and works with their narrative, but they're not doing it on abortion. she's actually advocating for late-term abortion and that's because georgia -- in georgia we may see a rule where the limit would be six weeks. so she's kind of taking the extreme point of view here and some people are going for it. gianno: well, democrats followed science many, many years ago and i think those days are pretty much over. when you listen to her answer, i don't know if it's 8 months is her limit. it was a politician's answer nonanswer. lara: very kamala harris answer. gianno: no answer. but i got to tell you, this is really disgusting.

i'm a pro life guy and i'll be honest about it. when you're talking about women's health and talking about abortions, just be honest about your stance. the supreme court decision gave it back to the states. this is now for the first time really in a long time that states with really decide their policies on this particular issue, and she should just tell people, look, i think they can be up to 8 months or 7 months or 6 months, whatever it is. be honest about it and don't give us that spaghetti answer. jackie: yeah and you've had two kids and they're --. having said that -- adorable. stacey abrams said when they show you the ultrasound at 6 would he bees, they're making up the heart beat sound. lara: any parent that's gone and seen the ultrasound will tell you that's not true. it's very early on you can physically see the heart beat on the monitor there and it's because i think of the progress we've made in technology that a lot of that is quite frankly the lies that we've heard from the democrats aren't holding up now whenever you look at the

abortion debate. i find it really frustrating i think to hear people like stacey abrams talk about well, taxpayers medical decision. well, this -- it's a medical decision and only 4% of abortions are performed due to the health of the mother. and so for them to defer to that as their rational for anything, i mean, it's ridiculous, and we all know why she can't answer that question honestly. it's because she would have to say gianno is that she's for abortion up till the day they're born. jackie: some are passionate about this and the majority of voters seeing these polls, they do not favor late term abortion. they think 6 weeks is probably too soon because there's cases where somebody wouldn't necessarily know they're pregnant, but should republicans, you know, adopt a 1

12 week, 13 week, whatever it is and somewhere around the first trimester and take this issue off the table and stacey abrams can't make outrageous statements like this and actually be taken seriously by some democrats. sean: no, first off, those of us pro-life says i think life begins at conception and i don't think it can be taken off the table pearly. personally and look at this and democrats are run ago whole campaign on abortion and republicans are extreme because of their position on abortion and flip the script and go who's extreme? stacey abrams and democrats want to allow abortion up to the point of birth if you look at the governor of virginia who said, you can kill a baby after birth. that's how radical democrats are. to expose their radical positions is important in politics and again, to say we're going to -- this is a great point. they're antiscience and haven't been pro science for a long time. the democrats ask we don't know when heart beats begin or when conception begins. i look at female vote, it's a important swing vote in america

jackie: two people shot outside -- sean: two people shot outside lee zeldin's home in shirley, new york. his 16-year-old daughters were home doing homework and congressman zeldin releasing a statement reading after my daughters heard the gunshots and screaming, they ran upstairs and locked themselves in the bathroom and immediately called 911. my daughters are shaken by okay. like so many new yorkers, crime has literally made its way to our front door. listen, gianno, you've experienced this crime firsthand

and what political impact is crime going to have on the next election? gianno: i think a huge impact looking at hispanic vote for example. this is a number two issue. just look at americans across the country, 77% of americans view this as a major issue. going back to my hometown of chicago, on january 1, they're going to enact a safety act, which is going to make illinois the first state in the nation to go with no bail. so people who have had committed crimes like second degree murder, arson, burglary, these folks won't be held. you got other policies in chicago like the no chase policy implemented by mayor lori lightfoot and it's endangered the lives of so many people and we see across the country democrats have used crime as their platform to get votes. i don't know if they're running for criminals or what the deal is but it's really impacting all of us, and we see we got someone who's running for governor on this very issue and is impacted

in his very own doorstep while his twin daughters are at home. this is a horrific issue and i hope people are waking up. sean: jacki, gianno makes a good morning. see zeldin i served with in congress and i'm a friend of his and saying you need a governor or politician that will address this problem on our doorstep, his little doorstep, and i'm the guy that will do it. it's not just new york city. we're seeing crime across the country. i think sometimes on shows like this, we focus a lot on new york because people live here, but crime is the number one issue in the campaign in wisconsin that ron johnson is running. jackie: yeah, it's not just new york city but big cities 234 the country and spread throughout the state. new york stays is having a problem and it's been a campaigning, for him and zeldin knows how to tackle it and you have to acknowledge it and he's doing that. second of all, remove the liberal das allowing these repeat offenders to keep coming back on the streets and keep committing the same kinds of
