economy. it is typically not a good sign where moderate congresswoman thinks what her what reporting needs is a complete overhaul and break away from biden's deeply unpopular presidency. >> we need a new generation of. we need new blood period across the democratic party and the white house. i think the country has been saying that. but if the sitting president of the united states decides to run, we will support it. >> judge jeanine: no wonder dems itching to tom biden. the poles have biden under the water by 15 points on average in battleground states. the liberal is warning the president is dragging down the parties candidates. >> i just think the economic headwinds are so tough. and biden doesn't have it as a canada anymore. and you really can't make his case. i don't think the democrats are in any better place.

abortion issue referendum even though that was badly worded and seems like it gave him momentum. they had some money behind them and republicans beaten up in the primaries. it has taken them a while to crawl back. what has really helped them as the democrats and it is mostly president biden and people looking at this and saving my 401(k) sucks right now. and that is something that will matter to them when they think about overall economic picture appear they are paying more for gas, groceries and then you have the opec decision. that will increase prices even more. so i don't see an economic miracle happening for the biden administration. and the republicans have been very effective for a long time sating the spending proposals that the biden team were putting forward will exacerbate inflation. they have stuck to that message one, it is true and also because it was effective. and now people are being able to draw those direct lines between one policy to the next.

i don't think people if they decide to vote for republicans believe all of a sudden things will turn around. but they do think the excessive spending will hopefully come to a stop. >> judge jeanine: you know, jesse, i think a lot of people think instinctively law and order, republicans are stronger. what you see now that the coming out and saving "whether or not they have law enforcement agencies supporting them is another question." but terry moran says, "people don't want biden around. he can't make his case." who helps these people that is front and center right now? >> jesse: try selling a house that someone died in. you can't do it. it's books the customers. that is what the democrats are going through right now. these approval ratings are abysmal. biden is down 18 underwater in arizona. minus 20 in georgia!

closest races. >> jesse: labor day rally. the speed checked. >> jesse: did he hold up his hand like this que? >> jessica: i think so, actually. >> jesse: that was labor day. was that a month ago? >> jessica: okay, so i think congresswoman was talking about more than joe biden is the leadership and what is going on with nancy pelosi. because in 2018, there was this direction by tim ryan where they didn't want her to have speakership and marsha was going to run against her. they broke with this deal where she terminated herself. and didn't sign on it and steny hoyer, nancy pelosi said she was a bridge to the next generation of leadership. i understand the frustration not just because of the numbers but there are a lot of good people that have won highly competitive swing districts with incredible backgrounds. in 2018, we have the camo wave where people have served like --

they got into office. and when is it going to be -- in terms of biden approval rating when you go back in history 2014, obama was underwater. they picked up eight in total, and five in 2014. the numbers were not as big as 17 points, et cetera but it does not mean the democrats are dumb because of joe biden. >> jesse: because obama had a base clinic trump had a base but he has no base. he goes to a rally and no one is showing up. >> jessica: first of all, bernie sanders had the biggest rallies in the world, bigger than trump in a lot of cases in the did not win. >> jesse: joe biden close to a swing state and does a rally and no one is showing up, jessica. you know that. >> judge jeanine: dana and i would talk about bernie sanders, but you know what, greg, i love when adam schiff and his buddy

trump was around. this is the ultimate selfishness that i'm seeing. you see prominence in politics in the media will admit biden is objectively a terrible president. but they will still take him over trump because they are no longer stressed out, right? so they would rather have everybody in america suffering with crime and inflation just so they could maybe 20 minutes more of sleep. that is their suffering. the only way they can be near to that is if they are far away with the american public, and they usually are, the media is faraway and elitist. i want to go back to the point about blood, new blood, maybe she meant it literally actual transfusion of pure plasma and blood might help him. but it does matter. because robert wright and the rider went said the number of times you say "screw it" increases exponentially every decade. you have a guy in his ninth decade and every day is a "screw

this? that is a bunch of nonsense! his two girls are in the house, two teenage daughters. they were at a columbus day parade and two kids get shot by the way known to the police department, and they are only 17. so we are talking juveniles at this point. it is a dangerous place. we have crimes in front of your home on the interstate in chicago on the subway. and then we have an ex-governor saving "i've never felt less safe in my life, stephen patterson." you know what, patterson lived through the '80s, '90s. this is random provoked assaults. the '80s, '90s it was about drugs but now you have kids with guns and they don't take firing. they don't go to the range to fire guns. so everybody is a sitting duck. >> jesse: i need someone to

jump on stage and stick lee zeldin earlier in the year too? >> jessica: can you make fun of me for a week solid? yes. they did. and this has been the top issue for lee zeldin in this county. kathy hochul hasn't had a good responses for it. she hasn't turned around and said "i will get rid of all of the people and reformed these policies as best as i can." it is obviously damaging her and that two recent polls. one a couple of points and siena 17 points. but look how blue new york has drifted in and you would expect more, obviously, at this point. i do think though in terms of lee zeldin to win this race that it does hurt him that donald trump ended up endorsing him and did a fund-raiser with him in september. he raised a lot of money $1.2 million, but if you are trying to get moderates and democrats to swing over, especially on the law and order issue, the trump i think

that ends up hurting him. the ads that tie him to trump, lee zeldin is a trump candidate instead of xyz issues. >> jesse: that is very political. >> jessica: what is politics. >> jesse: people are dying which is more important and the person who has governor now, kathy hochul or however you say her name, she was not even elected and she got the job and won't even debate lee z lee zeldin. >> dana: i find it amazing democrats are attacking republicans for talking about crime. they should talk about crime. one, you should talk about crime because it is an issue, not just in the cities. mid side's disease no mics it is all across the country. it is a homeless problem, mental health problems and prosecutors like [in new york all across the country. so is now another issue overall info polls and even higher, but

brochure? who had the brochure? i can't remember the name of the person. biden can't talk about anything because everything is bad. if you bring up an issue, you just named all of them. you can't talk about it! you talk about crime, like the tree falling in the woods and if a republican, you don't hear it. it still doesn't matter because it happened at him and he's a republican and not a democrat. you brought up his affiliation to trump, can you jokingly said that his political, but you are right. we have been talking how do we get beyond this political chasm that keeps interfering with us. because if crime is not a political thing, it is a human thing. so it is like you have to be able to say "okay, there is no question lee zeldin is a better candidate than kathy hochul." even though i hate donald trump and he did a fund-raiser with them, maybe i should put that aside because i don't want my kids to be mugged. i don't want my parents to be shot. we are too busy -- we've been brainwashed to think law and

order is nothing but -- if it has to be seen with a lens of social justice. the way people look at criminal justice is different. we don't look at them like criminals anymore and that is why there is no floor to this crime. it keeps getting worse because we lost the ability to say, "that is a criminal and we need to punish them harshly." he is a victim too, he is a victim too and that is destroying the country. there is no bottom appearance before i think people will make that decision. if you are truly undecided at this point and you plan to vote, i think it will evolve that way because making the decision on crime. >> judge jeanine: because they are hate and interferes with the objective assessment whether or not their family will be saved, then they get what they pay for. >> jessica: or they care about other issues. >> greg: other issues brought him public safety? people believe their safety is a right. you can't take that away from them. >> judge jeanine: a first order of government. snowing all right, you lost that

of a trusted teacher or advisor to make sure that parents are involved in their children's lives. this is not controversial. >> dana: meanwhile biden's education secretary coming under fire for parent groups and education handing out millions of dollars on wellness and equity instead of actual academics. it is because secretary cardona wants to reimagine our schools with more equitable lens and raise the bar for how we serve students who often get left behind. greg, no one is against helping students get left behind. >> greg: i am. [laughter] >> dana: equitable lens is the reason. >> greg: it is no surprise decline in literacy is coinciding with this equity crusade. because equity is not about giving everybody a leg up but making from above as kamala harris said, everybody will end up in the same place. that is what she says so if jack can't read, it is better to make sure jill does not read much better than he does.

that is equity, the opposite of opportunity and you see this everywhere. getting rid of grading scales, honors classes, extra credit and some people not looking at s.a.t.s anymore. it is because those things reveal any quality and outcomes, right, that which is the essence of freedom. people are free enough to exercise their individual differences. there was going to be different outcomes, right? any time you try to flatten that thing down, which is equity, that is an attack on freedom. it is in human. so you will see people get worse and worse scores because -- >> dana: glenn youngkin running his biggest applause line and i will make sure advanced math is offered at every school. a huge applause. jessica, education doesn't always show up in the polls as a top issue, especially when crime and inflation are top of mind. but from your research or knowledge, do you think the democrats are vulnerable on this

issue? >> jessica: we are down to a six-point advantage and well into the double digits. so obviously, there has been movement there. i think glenn youn youngkin, obviously, a pretty good playbook about republicans on how to talk about this. i talked on the show before, crt or woke policies was the issue, he was talking about the brass tacks of getting kids in school mask lists to be able to work with teachers and to learn. he wasn't talking about all the other periphery you'll stuff that would persuade a moderate or maybe conservative democrat to come out and supported republican. i think the implications of terry mcauliffe's comment during the race where he said the kids don't belong and they are part of the system is going to ripple potentially for decades. right? this is so fundamental to help parents feel about their education, no matter who you vote for. i think the democrats should be running aggressively on it to

talk about how public education because republicans consistently fall back on "we want to give you options. take it $7,000 and go to an private school." >> dana: judge, what do you think of that? >> judge jeanine: i don't know. it is not just what terry mcauliffe said, but it was really an insight into what the teachers union our thinking. there is something called in loco parentis and that means obviously the parent is not around, the teacher can be there to educate the children. but that is in no way superior to or equal to a parent. so the concept that we have to literally fight for a parental rights policy is absurd. it is part of this whole movement that we are experiencing with wokeness and social justice and with the pandemic. you know, the kids are not learning. crime is going up.

we don't have as much money. everything is going to in a handbasket. we have to pull back at some point. whether or not it is going to charter school, or taking your money and the money to follow the child, t the school does not own the kids but they think they do. they get more money the more kids they have. let's not kid each other. let's not kid each other that the billions that they god, they have not spent yet. they should have to give that money back. and what did you do with it and we want it back if you didn't need it. the schools are open. >> dana: do you think the schools -- maybe it's not a complete advantage but certainly gaining momentum on this issue. >> jesse: glenn youngkin is an desantis is. and she is warming up to me or i'm warming up to her. >> greg: it could be both. >> jessica: she definitely is. >> jesse: the schools have lost their mission. peerless hse jr. tries out for the

most important issue for my people is to ask biden to make this move that does not matter. it wasn't about inflation. it wasn't about crime. i don't think there is a lot of people locked up for possession of pot, but i do think there are discrepancies. the federal state has passed it but president biden hasn't been willing to go all the way. there were issues regarding if you have the secret clearance, for example, working on big, important cia jets and equipment like that, should you be able to smoke marijuana? i think what happened last week was if john fetterman was ten points ahead, joe biden would not have made that announcement. and also, it happened to be a nice change of subject from the opec plants last week and these are two flawed messaging. marijuana and 80 year old and to put them in jail. i do think however, i feel strongly anyone can smoke pot, whatever you want to do.

>> jesse: it will then she is a hypocrite. >> judge jeanine: so i will take her side and it pains me to do this but in 2010, she was a handful of lawmakers who wanted to legalize recreational pot. that was 12 years ago. 2015, she wanted to end the federal ban on medical marijuana. and then 2018-2019, she wrote a book. and it was called for the legalization -- look, i'm not a fan first. here is the bottom line. my friend bill fitzpatrick and 2,019th he is a d.a. and he said a simple matter of justice to toss marijuana. we are not talking about kids. most of these are accompanied by significant amounts that indicates you are trafficking in this spirit okay? whenever you are trafficking a drug clinic you have a gang member with you. you have a weapon on you. so let's not be so man be pam v primrose path on this.
