the legislature, which part of it are you not going to enforce? >> well, we are going to use our discretion to not go on complaints that say, "oh, my neighbor, he's got a gun and he sent the store." we are more concerned with the criminals killing people and injuring people everyday on the streets. we have limited resources, and we are going to use that in the best capacity. so it's not refusal to enforce but expression much like speed and somebody goes 57 but we won't take it over 55. it is a new law and unfairly targets law-abiding citizens who previously had carrie conceal and can go into a store and restaurant and september 1st all of a sudden you are charged with a felony. >> steve: absolutely and i would imagine unless people are hanging on the news, they might not know about the law change. i know that is one of your
