run as a democrat. you heard him there say on certain particular issues, but at the same time he is like oh, he's against the establishment. he will be an independent voice. well, if you want that you better vote for the republican because this is about the power of the center right? if you are there is a democrat you are not controlling the senate. you are there and you give power to the biden agenda, to nancy pelosi, to kamala harris. is not there is an independent individual. so, if you really want change, that's where this stands. i think that the people that are not just there but nationally understand when he misleads people that rights are being taken away, that of course is not true. the supreme court is not establishing rights, it does not make law. it allows people to be closer to the position of their local legislatures to make those rights. he moved down this path of fear, and he reinforced the notion of extremism and fascism. he is the one who said the maga

you made some points, he was very tough on immigration. i think you made very strong points and immigration. i think the question remains and the reason the race is still closed and will be close, has he done enough to reassure people that he actually isn't going to be out of the mainstream of american politics? in his remarks for example on the ukraine i think a lot of americans most americans with the worn ukraine the idea that we care about it is what he said i think it causes some concerns, but i think on the issues he is basically from most of the domestic issues he is basically right, i think you were his people because they just don't know where he stands. >> if you look at his record, he was in congress since 2003, he ran for president withdrew in october of 2019. 5:38 reporting with joe biden, he says blank the filibuster we need to get rid of it. and then abortion he cosponsored the women's health protection act. he supports late-term abortions.

when it comes to criminal justice he said at a town hall paine college in 2019 criminal justice system is racist. when you look at his record, how can he be doing so well in a state that has now gone read? >> i think like tammy said he's teeter-tottering going back-and-forth with the reality is he has been known for talking about antiabortion. he is trying to get in the seat in the reality this is about the power. that's all this is about. since j.d. vance obviously talked about where we are in crime, he has talked about being tough and literally a war on crime right now. thank you. if people want a candidate who is just about teeter-tottering where we are uncertain and not sure, ohio is not about that. they want someone who they know can get the job done when you have j.d. vance talking about qualified, we literally have officers who are scared right now. scared to do their job. and qualified immunity protects
