this policy by sending illegal immigrants to sanctuary cities, to places that claim they want illegal immigration and then once these governors, desantis, abbott, et cetera, did this, these people actually, these states actually said, guess what? this is really hard. we don't want them. pete: state of emergency. joey: they lost their mind what they did. the border all of sudden is not an emergency but illegal crossers in their city and irony is steep. rachel: governor desantis said i will keep doing this. i will send them to delaware and illinois. here is the "miami herald" reported, that the state contractor for the responsible told the florida department of transportation it wanted to continue its humanitarian services proposal through december 1st. the contract for's proposal sending 100 or more migrants to delaware, illinois, other states at a cost of $950,000 in state funds. pete: they're doing this openly.

joey: ashley strohmier is here to tell us more. pete: police are confident yesterday's arrest saved the life of another potential victim. take a listen. >> our surveillance team followed this person while he was driving. we watched his patterns and determined early this morning he was on a mission to kill. as officers made contact with him, he was wearing dark clothing, and had a mask around his neck. he was also armed with a firearm when he was taken into custody. we are sure we stopped another killing. rachel: wesley brownlee was taken into custody overnight yesterday thanks to combination of investigators hard work and tips submitted by members of the community this is the pistol he was found with as he allegedly stalked out an apartment complex. authorities are working to identify if the weapon is linked to seven murders brownlee is allegedly connected with.

♪. joey: welcome back. as tensions rise between the u.s. and china, chinese president xi xinping says china will never give up the right to use force over taiwan. pete: now it looks like president for life. president xi is also expected to award himself a third term as china's leader during the communist party's so-called congress today. rachel: alexandria hoff joins us live from washington to tell us more. good morning, alexandria.
