holy smokes, we are out of time. how did that happen? we will be back tomorrow, thursday. here is sean. three weeks from today will be the morning after the night of election day and in 20 days you will decide the direction of this great country of ours. tonight we are in. , pennsylvania. hello york. how are you? we will be joined by senator tim
6:01 pm
scott, senator tom cotton, gubernatorial candidate for the state of pennsylvania doug mastriano and former speaker of the house newt gingrich. and u.s. senate candidate doctor mehmet oz who is now neck and neck against his radical socialist opponent. i have a lot to say about this guy. the trust fund brat in a hoodie. that's what he is, john fetterman. i love it. it's like the broad street bullies all over again. i love this. this guy is not fit to serve the great people in this commonwealth of pennsylvania for a variety of reasons. first of all, john fetterman has never had a real job in his life. he's a giant fraud. take a look at him. he dresses up like he's an industrious blue-collar worker. but for him, it's a costume. he is playing make-believe. every day is hollowing for john fetterman. he's a trust fund brat and never
6:02 pm
had a job most of his life. he never worked. instead, he lived off is very wealthy mommy and daddy and they continue to fund his lifestyle until he was almost 50 including his first job, a part-time gig as the mayor of a small town in pennsylvania called braddock. his sister even chipped in selling fetterman his home for $1. i wish i got that deal. anyway, fetterman was an abject failure by every measure. during his time in office violent crime in that small town went up dramatically. the town's population went down 21%. the median income went down to less than $15000 and fetterman was best known for not showing up at any council meetings because he missed most of them. he also gained notoriety after a cctv footage captured him vandalizing a local african-american owned business. he did this in the middle of the night. even worse, and another bizarre
6:03 pm
incident, fetterman literally chased down an innocent, unarmed african-american jogger and held a shotgun to his chest and kept him captive after mistaking fireworks for a shooting. even he on camera admitted he probably broke the law. naturally, the privileged mayor of braddock was able to escape any charges and has never apologized to this day he is defending these horrific actions. for 12th imagine if a republican did this. fetterman's tough guy champion of the people act, and it is an act, is a great farce. he is not looking out for the people of pennsylvania. he only cares about propping up, thwarted eco. that is even more obvious following fetterman's recent stroke. in all honesty, we wish him a full recovery. i wouldn't wish that on anybody, but he should release real medical records. unfortunately, we do not know exactly how bad it is or why
6:04 pm
fetterman has that giant lump on the back of his neck. because he refuses to release his medical records. dr. oz has and it's now more obvious than ever that the democratic candidate for the senate in pennsylvania is not cognitively competent. take a look, you decide. >> we already new this would be a tight race. how are you feeling and how are you doing? >> i am doing fantastic. it's not about kicking balls in the authority or anything. they are so much better than eagles. >> the chair lays before the senate the auditor general's debt certification which the clerk will read in court. >> this will be noted in the journal will be filed in the library. >> that is anti- american.
6:05 pm
what is wrong with demanding for an easy, safe, kind of income? >> we really, truly, honestly, sincerely wish him a speedy recovery. but he does owe it to the people of pennsylvania to releases real medical records. that should be fair game for any candidate. his first and only sitdown interview since the stroke was not any better. a look so bad that his wife called for the nbc reporter conducting the interview to be punished. she was so mad because the nbc reporter told the truth accurately stated that fetterman seemed unable to make small talk or contribute to a normal conversation. i would normally play that, but we don't have time right now. this is really bad, but fetterman palma's is so much worse. he's a devout socialist. he's a hard-core bernie sanders fan boy. he wants to legalize hard drugs.
6:06 pm
he wants the taxpayers to fund safe injection sites in pennsylvania for heroin addicts. he wants to raise taxes on small businesses. by the way, he didn't even pay his own taxes. he wants no limits at all on abortion. meaning you can have an abortion before you have birth. he also wants to prosecute grocery store ceos with energy companies. energy is an $80 billion industry in the state of pennsylvania. at the same time he wants to release violent criminals from prison. this includes, by the way, first-degree murderers. as lieutenant governor fetterman voted to release a gang member who admitted to killing a teenager for heroin money. he also voted to release a deranged murderer who hacked someone to death with garden shears. and another man who referred to himself as the sun of the devil and frequently bragged about all the people he killed. ultimately, at least 10 convicted first-degree murderers are now back out on the street
6:07 pm
thanks to john fetterman and we are just getting started. fetterman once promised to empty the prison population by a full third in the state of pennsylvania. he seems to idealize violent offenders and even proudly displaying gang memorabilia in his home. during fetterman's term as lieutenant governor the murder rate in pennsylvania's biggest city, philadelphia, went up a whopping 40%. the murder rate has reached an all-time high in 2020 and it's even hire in 2021. well armed robbers went up by about 30%, general staff has gone up a whopping 50%. now in the midst of a close election he is pretending that he wants murderers and other violent criminals behind bars. he also is walking back on his promise to free all of them. that's right. all convicted second degree murder is. fetterman is once again lying. mark my words in pennsylvania if
6:08 pm
he gets elected this country will be less safe and secure as a result. it's not just his desire to empty prisons. he is also a lifelong opponent of the fossil fuel industry, especially fracking literally $80 billion industry for this date. that's what he said a few days ago. >> i support fracking. i support the energy security that we should have in the united states. >> fracking? i don't support fracking at all. i never have. >> i don't support fracking. i think it's something that has to eventually go away. >> there is fetterman on tape lying through his teeth and there is nothing genuine that this trust fund brat in a hoodie , there is nothing genuine or sincere about the guy. he claims to be a man of the people and then you will release violent criminals into the people's neighborhoods? you pretend to be an ally of the
6:09 pm
african-american community and then vandalize their businesses or hold an innocent person at gunpoint? if you purport to be a big tough guy and then you whine and complain and cry when anyone says something that you don't like? john, take off the costume, quit playing dress up. you are not tough. you are not a working man. you are spoiled, lazy, self-absorbed, narcissistic, socialist and totally unfit for office. now in sharp contrast, his opponent, the sun of immigrants, a heart surgeon, an author, a businessman who is new to politics but not new to hard work. he has progrowth, pro- energy, pro- law and order agenda and is grounded on sound principles. this is a critical election and the choice could not be any more clear. let's give a warm pennsylvania welcome to a republican senate candidate doctor mehmet oz.
6:10 pm
>> thank you. god bless you. thank you very much. great to see you. how are you. >> i am doing wonderful. you can see the enthusiasm in pennsylvania. the shocking reality, the stark contrast between me and john fetterman for 6 months since i have been on campaign amazed most people when they finally get it. it takes a while for people to understand because there are so many being played by the democratic party treating a caricature of what he is. a lot of people didn't realize it. all of a sudden over the last few weeks more and more pennsylvanians are doing their homework. smart people. i trust them to make the right choice. they are reads landing who he is and what we stand for. i made the comment to a lot of folks.
6:11 pm
i grew up on a dirt floor. we didn't have a lot. my dad did well and he believed in the land of opportunity, which is what we are. for him and our family the embodiment of the american dream came true. we believed in the ingenuity of americans. we believed in the grit of americans. we believe in america. that's the fundamental difference between me and the far left radical elements of the democratic party. it's not the general democratic party. they serve in the democratic party and will vote for me. i didn't realize i would be running against the poster child of that movement, john fetterman. when they don't actually believe in our ability to get things done, they start to adopt policies that don't make any sense. we've touched on a couple of them. they start getting it wrong on crime. strand three, pennsylvania is halfway between baltimore and philadelphia. there is crime here. they worked out some problems in the community got involved and they got some solutions. there is a pretty good results compared to philadelphia which has the highest murder rate ever
6:12 pm
in our lifetime. you touched on it. you try to walk through philadelphia. families don't let their kids go outside. store chains are leaving. the economic impact is massive and it's not safe. those scars calls all kinds of problems for kids that will last for generations. they have the same degree of posttraumatic stress disorder. i will speak as a doctor as some of the g.i.'s in war zones and refugee camps. that's the big city, philadelphia. pittsburgh when i was at the steelers game tailgating just a few blocks from where three people were murdered. all the cities are experiencing this. john fetterman says the things that you recounted which are absolutely accurate is the most pro- murder candidate in america. that causes problems and it seems to get people riled up for good reason. that's why the police when they endorsed me wasn't just a nice planned endorsement. it was unanimous. getting 500 cops together in a room, they don't do anything unanimously.
6:13 pm
but they were so upset as how he was dismissive with the efforts to do their jobs. >> i have a hard time understanding. i have been doing this. since 1987 when i started my radio journey. i have never met a guy that was more pro- convicted murderer than john fetterman. i never met a guy that wanted to open up and unleash the prison population on their state the way he does. it is mindnumbing to me. >> it goes beyond that. the attitude is one of disdain. it doesn't matter what you guys do. i've got better ideas. if a jury of your peers think that you murdered somebody and adjudge sentences you to life in prison, they are probably right. who are you to walk in and say i don't care what you think. he seems to care more about the criminals than the innocent. that is what i am hearing especially in some of the urban populations. people say we are part of a
6:14 pm
social experiment. they literally are doing things never done before to see if it works out. we don't want any part of the growing pains that are working it through. that is just on true crime. then there is fentanyl. pennsylvania has become ground . where number three in the nation. we have the largest open-air drug market. you can go for blocks and blocks and see addicts with needles sticking out of their bodies. we are farming homelessness. that is something that is shameful. they won't go there. i go there because i want to show republicans care about everybody. our party has a big enough tent and we love people wherever they are in their journey that we can help people with addiction. that's why we are going to win. >> if i were to pick the top issues in the election this year, and this is for every state, every race. it is number one, 41 year high of inflation, record high gas
6:15 pm
prices, wide open borders, law and order, safety and security. how do you pursue happiness if you don't have basic safety and security reinforced by law and order? you can't. and then of course woke education. i think parents want to take back their schools and they don't want their kids going to school and getting indoctrinated. they want reading, writing, math, science, history and computers. get rid of all the values and let the parents instilled those values at home. >> that is absolutely right. we have an obligation to make sure that kids who are at risk get educated. it is better for their families, their communities and makes the entire country home like a well oiled machine. yet we haven't been doing that. states are doing it in different ways, but it's not working. in philadelphia, 30% of kids in third grade read at grade level. a third of the kids in third grade are reading at the right level. the other two thirds cannot
6:16 pm
read. they will not catch up. we should take taxpayer money that you decide to give to this process, make it fund at the federal level and give it back to the state's and give it back to parents who want their kids to go to parochial schools. >> and the issues i mentioned, we are hearing about the most. i would say in the commonwealth of pennsylvania you have to add energy to that list. >> there is no question why this race is neck and neck. i focused on the issues you mention, especially the economy, crime and the border with drugs. gas is part of the economy. if you want to drop inflation and it's a much less painful way than raising interest rates, allowing natural gas to be unleashed in pennsylvania. tom cotton and i were on just to look at this. when you say that fracking is a disdain on pennsylvania and you showed john fetterman saying what he believes, that is
6:17 pm
insulting to people making their living in that area. it destroys communities. and we drive up inflation because energy drives a third of the total inflation we see. may be for most of us, the most important reality is it makes us subservient to our enemies. if you want energy independence and dominance, get the actual gas out of pennsylvania. this is a big story. if you truly love the environment, if you really love the environment, you should root for natural gas. that's how we drop our carbon footprint the last 15 years. >> they are predicting gas prices, natural gas prices will go up dramatically and they may actually lose the electric grid in new england as a result of the shortage of natural gas. we will take a break and come back. things are just getting started. dr. oz will stay with us. when we return, newt gingrich and senator scott and tom cotton will join us as we continue our town hall from york, pennsylvania.

i have known mehmet oz for many years. i knew him back when he was already an eagles fan, which i have to say, anyway. one can only go so far. >> he may have lost some boats and pittsburgh. >> i think any pennsylvania team is acceptable at this point. i know that he went to medical school in pennsylvania. he went to business school in pennsylvania. he grew up in the philadelphia suburbs. like everything else about fetterman's campaign, the attack on oz was a lie. fetterman cannot tell the truth because if he tells the truth he might as well get off the ballot. >> let me highlight one thing. i touched on it earlier, but it's rare that i am in a group. we do a lot of gatherings like this. put your hands up if your life has been touched by fentanyl. you see how many hands go up. here's the part that hurts me.
6:31 pm
i'm a doctor and have dealt in addiction for many years. i understand how challenging it is to come back from that abyss of darkness. john fetterman says he wants to legalize all drugs and decriminalize all drugs. he wants to create heroin injection sites. no one wants that in their neighborhood because it brings crime. it's devastating to communities. he wants the open border because he wants more borders and sanctuaries so the governments cannot work together. you build what we have now in pennsylvania, a rabid illness that is taking over all of our youth. we haven't done anything about it because we are following john fetterman and people like his lead. addiction is big in south carolina, right? >> 107,000 americans lost their lives, plus, because our borders are open. we need to build a wall to stop that fentanyl from walking across our border. we have an opportunity to
