journalists owed their salaries and reputations to perpetuating the lie that american foreign policy was succeeding. no one believed that but everyone had to say it. here was donald trump refusing to play along and giving away the game in public in tv. the reaction in d.c. was donald trump must be stopped. god knows what else he might say. the never trump movement that resulted from that year's south carolina debate went on to do all kinds of things like subverting the rule of law. the first effort was a spoiler campaign designed to siphon votes from trump in the general election. a group of liberals in washington recruited

a bureaucrat mcmullen and convinced him to run for president. he was 40 years old and never married and very odd. liberals were happy to write him checks. the voters were not impressed by mcmullen. he won half of 1% of the total and zero electoral votes. yet, here's the point, 6 years later, evan mcmullen is running for senate in utah against the incumbent mike lee and he could win. if mcmullen wins, his vote could give democrats control of the u.s. senate. how is this possible? it doesn't make sense. utah is a conservative and republican state. mcmullen has the same world view as pete buttigieg, a liberal

democrat. but he is not running as a liberal democrat and that's the key to his success. he is running as an independent. many voters appear to be under the impression he is independent. but he is not. that's a lie. mcmullen is as independent as kamala harris is. he is less independent than omar il ilhan. ilhan omar. he uses the democratic fund-raising program act blue -- co founded by a biden advisor. there are blueprint public affairs, all democratic party firms. in politics you pick a side in the consultants you hire. mcmullen picked his side, the democratic side.

swing states failed to preserve voter data from the 20election. -- 2020 election. that's a violation of federal law. there were discrepancy between the number of voters and the number of ballots cast. there was a difference of 15,000 votes in one county. how bad the record keeping is. one of our producers just received a voter card to vote in miami dade county in the mid-terms even though he hasn't lived there for 15 years. he joins us now. hogan, what did you find? >> in the law they are violating is the civil rights act of 1960

which requires states to preserve and maintain these lists and voter data for 22 months after a federal election. we did go into these 14 states. we looked at the topmost populated country, 100 of them. only 6 managed to keep any data whatsoever. it was egregious when he looked at the numbers. it gets worse because we looked at the number of voters who voted and compared that to the number of baltlots cast. they didn't match and the officials had no answers. rick scott won his last election by 10,000 votes. cobb county, georgia, we found 34 thousands discrepency.
