tax cuts spurred a bunch of economic growth at the lower tax rates leading to more productivity that led to 600 billion more in tax revenue. so he wants to cut them. he wants to go back to the higher tax rates. think about the irony of this. he wanted the deficit spending to continue. it was manchin and the republicans who stopped him, and the trump tax cuts spurred growth in the economy that led to higher tax rates. he wants to enboth of those things, and he's taking crept for it. do you realize, a i'm not joking. you have to be, like, a level 10 imbecile to believe anything in the guy says. if you are an educated voter, i don't mean like a ph.d., i mean like you just read basic stuff, you have to understand this guy is always lying to you. it is almost like a sociopathic level of lying. not just about his corn pop with the razor and i got the chain and the rub my legs. not just his life story that he's full of crap, he's full of

putting a temporary halt to the biden administration's federal student loan handout. the court ruling in favor of six republican-led statements. the ruling orders the administration not to act as the appeals process plays out. 22 million borrowers have applied for debt relief so far. the congressional budget office estimates the plan will cost taxpayers roughly $400 billion over 10 years. the zac brown band canceling last night's show in vancouver when some of the members weren't allowed across the canadian border. some were denied entry because they had charges on their criminal records from a decade ago. they put out this statement saying: each time we come to canada, we've been at the mercy of a single border agent who decides who is allowed in. we are a family, a tribe, we never leave anyone behind. some democrat lawmakers staying up late to try to capitalize on tailor swift's trending -- taylor swift's

being exonerated for a 2012 murder conviction just days after candidate john fetterman praised the or that-left d.a.'s conviction integrity unit which let harris back out on the streets in the first place. the victim was killed last month. here's charles' sister linda. >> we're really horrify pd at the fact that he's even on the streets. we're fed up, and we're not going to take it anymore. the system and everything that's going on, it's broken, and we're here to fix it. and larry crass her and -- larry crasser in and his program that he thinks is working, it's not working, and we don't want it mihm. todd: dr. mehmet oz has made the crime crisis a hallmark in his campaign, and he joins us now. dr. oz, putting policy aside for a moment, how can anybody who wants to live in the city of philadelphia or the state of pennsylvania watch that sister pleading for somebody to do something and still vote for

john fetterman? >> i don't think they can, and that's why he's going to lose the election. but i've got to say, you walk i through the the streets of philadelphia, most of the large cities in pennsylvania, it's the same story. people feel like the folks in charge value the criminals more than the innocent. the families are in pain, no one seems to care. the fact that harris could have been released from prison by this conviction integrity unit which sounds orwellian is shocking to me. and it is to everybody else. but only days ago john fetterman praised it, talked about how it was ground breaking, it was a beacon of light. he actually said we should have similar mandatory programs in all the counties of pennsylvania. the parole board that he serves, he wanted to do exactly what this conviction integrity unit was doing which is go back, find people who are guilty and get them out in the streets. in fact, even worse than that, he voted 25 times against all the other parole board members to free convicted murderers which makes him the most

pro-murderer candidate in america, but it doesn't make any sense. he even goes out and hires the people that he releases. when you side with the criminals, people get upset, is and the folks in philadelphia have been saying they feel like they're part of a social experiment where -- and this is thei white woke people make rules but aren't there to deal with the consequences of them. and i'm saying as a senator, i will insure dangerous criminals do not go free and that police officers have our support and the resources needed to do their job because right now they are leaving in record numbers. todd: all this happening as former president obama cuts a last minute campaign ad for your opponent, john fetterman. look. obama has been relatively quiet this entire midterm cycle. heath not jumping in a lot of -- he's not jumping in a lot of races. is the fact that he has jumped into this race is an explicit acknowledgment that john fetterman's internal polling says, uh-oh, we're losing bigtime? >> of course. you're seeing it in a lot of

public polls as well. this is an acknowledgment that democrats do not want to lose pennsylvania because there's no path to them having a majority if they do. please go to dr. oz.com, support us, let me tell the truth about john fetterman more than he lies about me. you're going to see more democratic leaders and more money flowing into pennsylvania, even more than has already come here, to try to get the seat back. it's not going to happen. todd: you're going to debate on tuesday. of course policy is going to be front and center, but but remisses if we didn't focus on john fetterman's health. based upon what you've seen since you've last spoken out about that, are you going to treat him any differently especially in light of the restrictions that will be in place for this debate to allow john fetterman to debate, quote-unquote, fairly? >> i have tremendous compassion for what john fetterman is going lu. i've conceded on everything possible to make sure he's able to participate in debate. he's got closed captioning. whatever he needs.

play little league baseball, every single parent would say this is totally unacceptable, what are you talking about? we divide schools based on the size of the school, right? the 5a school, the 1a school, because we know that the number of kids in a school can dictate how good a team will be. in boxing or ufc, there are weight classes to dictate so mike tyson didn't get to fight against a flyweight. we have age distinction, as i just said, for purpose of little league. this is a seismic difference, and might be out there that has not realized it is patently absurd that one day somebody can be a biological man and the next day decide to be a girl and they then get to compete against women's athletics and, oh, by the way, use the locker rooms and everything else, just flat-out wrong. and the vast majority of the american public, will, it's 80-90%, thinks this is ridiculous, it has to stop.

to make that case. but this is a trend that predates biden. we saw this with donald trump, we did much better in 2020 among both blacks and hispanic, andst it's no secret why. record low unemployment, record low poverty rates. all that's been reversed under biden, so it's no surprise to me that you see more minorities reaching out to republicans. rachel: yeah. and it's the numbers, because you look at hispanics, for example, lisa, no group is more dissatisfied with the biden administration than hispanics. so what do you attribute that to, and what do you make of the number of female candidates now, hispanic women, who are running for office? >> we're not just facing a regular election. this is a history-defining election. even look at what's going on in deer born, michigan, right now. you have muslims and christians uniting to protect their children, right in so there's so much more at stake this election cycle than there has been in the past. it's not medicare, it's not

taxes. we're talking about who we are as a society, protecting children from from, you know, sexual yule indoctrination, critical race theory, things like that. there's so much more at stake which is why i think we're seeing so many diverse candidates from different backgrounds, races, ethnicities running on the republican table. but to jace with. en's point, this is not new. look at the 2016 presidential primary for republicans. bobby jindal, dr. ben carson, ted cruz, marco rubio, carly fiorina. will question go, got it. and ted cruz was the first hispanic to win a caucus or primary ever that election cycle. rachel: something definitely has shifted in the party hoe, sean. i think when you go back to that time period that lisa's talking about, that was the republican party of taxes and, you know, it was all about what does corporate america need and sort of the republican party was in service of that. something shifted with donald trump. this is now the are republican party is the working class party. i look at my own family, i think

that's why a lot of them are voting republican this year. >> but to jason's point, it's not just about donald trump, it's about what democrats have done -- rachel: right. >> their ideas don't match up with african-americans or with hispanics. there's a lot of talk about recruiting minority candidates or women candidates. that's bogus. you have people who say i want to make my country and community better, i want to run for office, and what party matches my slams? -- my values? african-americans running as republicans because they say this party is about the economy, it's about faith and family, and i think that's why you're seeing the shift. and i've been in the republican conference. a lot of white men. people think differently on issues when they come from different backgrounds. it's really powerful to have, you know, minority women and men in the conference voicing the concerns of their community. it'll change the party, and i think in a really positive way.

rachel: that's interesting. even within the republican conference. >> on bills and policies and issues. rachel: fascinating. all right. senator rick scott predicts that republicans are going to win by 55 seats. listen. >> starts right here. we're going to get 52 republican senators. we have to win here. i think we can get 53, 54, 55. the energy is on our side. people are fed up with the biden agenda. but the way we win is we vote. if we don't get all of our votes out there, we will not win. rachel: jason, do you think he's right? >> well, things seem to be breaking in the republican direction in some key races. wisconsin, pennsylvania, georgia is still close. so things, i think things are trending the right way at the right time, and i think it's because inflation remains an issue, pocketbook issues remain an issue. the democrats thought they could talk about abortion and nothing else. that's not the case. rachel: yeah. lisa? >> the red wave's always been

will. we have pollsters and the media not i trying to see it and suppressing donations going to republican candidates, but all the fundamentals are there. with history, republicans doing the best on all of the issues that matter to americans, we're going to see a massive redaway on november 8th. rachel: sean, if there is a massive red wave as lisa, senator rick scott and even jason predict, will that cause the democrats to have a change of heart, to change directions? >> no, the money and the voices are on the far left of the democrat part. i don't think they change course. but if you look at 1994, 2010, big republican wave years, these waves break late. you see them in the last two or three weeks of a campaign. you're seeing the same thing right now. i think, you know, rick scott -- this is a clean sweep, 55 seats, but i think republicans are going to have at least a 52-seat majority. we're going to wake up on wednesday morning and recognize that people won congressional seats and senate seats that we

had no idea we had an opportunity to win -- rachel: you think it will happen? >> that's how big, it's a tsunami. rachel: 2010? really fast. >> we're not going to have as many seats because our deficit was much greater as republicans, but it's going to be a massive year like 2010. >> we'll wake up feeling happy.
