what chief eddie garcia had to say and that this is a tragedy an important failure of our criminal justice system so that tells me law-enforcement no more about this guy nestor hernandez who is 30 years of age he was out on parole when an ankle bracelet. now he has been, from what i understand charged with capital murder. the investigation is continuing but just think about it lawrence, this was the maternity ward where mothers go to give life and here it was that to healthcare workers life was taken by allegedly this guy nestor hernandez. >> ted, it's important for people to understand, obviously this is my home, dallas, this police chief has now been elected to the major president
