fetterman debate. insider advantage did a poll after the debate. they talked to 750 likely voters with a margin of error of 3.5 points. in this, dr. oz, for the first time, is actually up 3%, which is in the margin of error. so, take that with grain of salt. nonetheless, y you have got to figure that it was an eye opener when you saw just exactly how john fetterman's state of his health is regarding the stroke recovery. >> ainsley: after that debate, it was yesterday, thursday the debate was tuesday. chuck schumer was caught on a hot mic talking to the president. giving him a run down of what he thought about certain states. when he talked about pennsylvania with that hot mic, he basically said that the debate was going to hurt him. it didn't hurt him that much. buff the debate, fetterman debate is not good, listen.

that means nevada, if nevada goes through republicans and they flip that. that could be the one seat. the other thing to keep in mind is blake masters. this guy is on a roll and it seems -- he surging and mark kelly seems to be a deer in the headlights. is he a terrible campaigner. he has been invisible for the last few years in congress. the people of arizona seem to be taking to blake masters has a lot more energy. if you look at the georgia race it's walker ticking up slightly despite the controversy. >> brian: the controversy comes out and walker keeps moving up. i think people are looking to the policies of the people and the party as opposed to because they seem to be canceling each other out with issues. >> ainsley: i agree. >> steve: i do, too. we have been talking about this. is it the politician or the policy? look, people don't like to spend $8 for catch up as i saw last week or $16 rotisserie chick than used to be $4.

coat it. things have gotten worse since joe biden was president. the inflation is at a 40 year high. he has waged war on american energy. he bungled the southern border like we have never seen before. issue after issue they are failing. drafts still in lock step with him. they will not break with their extreme policies and our candidates are offering a better vision. so i think we need to work hard over these next less than two weeks. everybody needs to be going out to vote. if we do our part and we get all like-minded people and not just republicans. we get independents and democrats. if we all do that i think this will be one of the best midterm elections of our lifetime. >> brian: it's all earned. it's not as if this person has more charisma. earning on the issues. zeldin got the endorsement of the "new york post" today. the governor's race in new york. this is what he is talking about crime and hochul keeps talking about abortion and not showing up at all no. ground game. same thing in oregon. that state has been torn apart.

chicago. the murdering and hijackings not one person deserves a raise. >> steve: why not if you get a job. if you are elected to a job and you do a really good job at your job, there is a merit increase like, okay, let's say the crime rate goes down 20%, give them some sort of proportional increase based on job performance. but you know, pastor. in the public sector, that's just something -- that dog don't hunt. >> absolutely. you know, it's sad because that's what they do in the business sector. when you have a job performance that you're doing well and they give you your ratings, they normally give you some type of increase or some type of bonus. that's the same thing that we should be doing in the city of chicago. not just the city of chicago but across our country as these elected officials are giving themselves a raise and enriching themselves off the backs of citizens and taxpayers. we need to make sure that they are doing their job and we need to hold them accountable. when they don't do it themselves and we need to make sure that when we go to the voting booth that we make sure that they are

held accountable. >> ainsley: yeah, you know, pastor, if you don't do your job, if you are not hitting your marks, if you are not hitting your goals, and you are a salesman or sales woman, you get fired eventually. how do these elected officials continue to be elected over and over? when does chicago wake up and say we need change? >> well, chicago needs to wake up and say that we need change immediately. it's something that we need to do as citizens. we need to take the power back from our elected officials. we have yielded ourselves and given it over to them and allowed them to control the narrative. we need to make sure in our communities that we're getting everyone out to the polls, getting everyone out to vote to hold every elected official that's responsible for the situations that we find ourselves in we hold them responsible. and make them aopportunitiable let them know we are not going to stand for it and the power is with the citizens. >> steve: pastor, we have checked in with you so many mornings where it's been snowing and raining and freezing like it is today out in chicago.

we saw elon musk yesterday carrying in the sink, what's the first thing he has got to do? >> is he going to talk to the employees today. and probably reiterate about how this is going to be an open platform. he has also got to reassure advertisers that he is not going to destroy the site, that it is truly going to be neutral in terms of opinions on it and not have the blatant censorship that he had with the previous executives. and no need to feel sorry for those previous executives. unceremoniously escorted out of the building. the ceo gets a $42 million payout. the cfo gets 25 million. jack dorsey, who founded it gets a billion dollars in cash. so, no tears need to be wept over this one. >> steve: yeah, no kidding. he has even said that he overpaid. is he ever going to make his money back on this? >> it's going to be tough to make this rocket ship work. get it really off the new twitter off the launch pad. because it was twice as much.

twitter was never a great money maker even though it was founded years ago. never enjoyed the kind of stock market rise that other companies that were founded about the same time. so it's always been trouble. but if anyone can do it, he can. but it's going to be slimmed down. and he has got to make -- he is going to make sure that he has an audience that's real to reassure advertisers. >> steve: right. and let's see if conservatives return to twitter. in the meantime let's talk a little bit about joe biden up in syracuse yesterday taking credit with the democrat governor of new york state for the $100 billion brand new micron chip factory that's going to be online, i don't know, five, ten years from now. something like that. he said the president said that republicans will boost inflation if they win the midterms. don't the democrats already have that corner -- market cornered? >> yes. and they are the ones who brought on the inflation. and the republicans are going to try to fight the inflation.
