make a difference in this state. take a look at the newest "new york times" poll out just this morning. you can see senator warnock has a slight three-point edge over republican underdog herschel walker sitting at 46% right now. senator warnock got a big boost this weekend with a splashy visit from former president barack obama who really went after walker's character. at one point called him a celebrity that wants to be a politician. walker wasting no time hitting back and hitting hard. >> president obama was here last night. we all saw him saying i was a celebrity. he got that wrong, didn't he? i'm not a celebrity. remember two years ago he told us to vote for joe biden, didn't he? he got that wrong, did he not? he got that wrong.

crisis and defund police. let's show you the average there. 53.4, 48.6. this has been pretty consistent now for a couple of months actually. if he wins at this rate he wouldn't have a runoff. that means that all eyes will be on the senate race and all eyes on georgia? >> absolutely. georgia was such a critical state in the last presidential election. giving biden really the opportunity to get his agenda through over the last two years because democrats won both of those seats. it doesn't look good for abrams based on the polls. she is saying what some other democrats are saying. you shouldn't trust the polls. that's a pretty big gap between the two candidates. >> bill: in pennsylvania it's a good race right now. let's put this poll up here. fetterman at 49, oz at 42. so this is "new york times" came out late last night and earlier today. then they asked this question, is fetterman healthy enough to perform duties of the job?

48 yes, 35 no, 16 don't know. >> the way i understood that poll 2/3 of that poll were asked before the debate. 1/3 were asked afterwards. that's a pretty critical time. everyone who watched that debate saw the fact his stroke is still really impacting his ability to communicate. so that may have had some impact on voters. chuck schumer and his hot mic moment the other day on the tarmac said it did not look like the polling had been hurt by that. who knows? >> dana: you covered obama/biden and now you are covering biden/harris. but now you have obama on the trail. biden not on the trail as much. maybe to be expected because of the way his approval numbers are. what do you hear inside the white house about their feeling about the predicament they're in? >> approval ratings really matter and one reason he hasn't been out as much with soft candidates where he isn't as

popular. what i'm hearing is what i said, they're trying to dismiss the polls a little bit. they have hope. i think in particular about the -- senate. i don't think they have a lot of hope about the house despite what speaker pelosi has said and despite what president biden has said. but they want to work all the way into the homestretch, which is their job. >> bill: take us behind the curtain. if you lose both chambers, it will be considered a blow-out. if you just lose the house, maybe not so bad. what is the talk if it is a blow-out for the president to make changes in policy, staff or both and what is the degree on pressure on him to say whether he is in or out for 2024 >> you are spot on. after president obama had the shell acting there was pressure to change the staff and chief of staff. it will probably happen with

biden. as we were talking briefly he is surrounded by a group of advisors with him his whole life and he doesn't always respond to that kind of pressure. i think your second question is more interesting. if there is a real route in terms of republican kicking out democrats will it impact his decision whether or not to run? i'm told it won't have a big impact on him but also heard from advisors they will sit down and talk about it after the election. so i think it's hard to imagine that it won't have at least -- be at least part of the conversation. >> dana: can you imagine having to go and talk to the president about that? >> indeed. everyone, that is a very personal decision. age is playing a role. he is just about to turn 80, it's a family decision but an important decision for democrats. >> bill: you could easily make the argument that bill clinton changed significantly and that barack obama changed as well. >> he did. that's a political reality and

saturday night. it happened during a halloween celebration in the capital city of soule. awful story. crowd pushing into an alley near a popular party spot. 133 others were injured. south korea's president declares a period of national mourning that might last a week. two american college students among those dead. international business major and a nursing student from the university of kentucky studying abroad and were only 20 years young. really tragic there. >> dana: a shortage of diesel fuel on the east coast. that could become a crisis. diesel prices for november deliveries are up 33% and expected to go higher. fox business correspondent madison all worth is live and has the story for us. >> good morning, dana. we're seeing a diesel shortage across the u.s. and in

particular here on the east coast. we're currently at a 26-day supply of diesel. we typically have a 35 to 40-day supply. because of this mansfield, one of the largest distribute ores of diesel are going into code red. emergency protocol. they are requiring a 72-hour notice for the southeast where the code red is so they can insure there is actually diesel for those delivery requests that come in. the company tells us it did not have to come to this. >> when you beat up the industry they'll close facilities that aren't profitable and we're reaping some of that right now. >> over the last two years these are all refineries closed down. now with the ukraine war, the east coast needs to export diesel at a time when domestic demands cannot be met. it's driving the prices way up. diesel today is $5.30. mansfield warns the high prices

through and publishes the algorithms. i think everybody watching now that it's designed, while it might be partly certainly designed inside the larger computer infrastructure and internet infrastructure, a person looks at the results and decides what results they want to favor in an algorithm. if it was public it would be massively important and i think it's one of the big deals not only about elon musk finally buying twitter but being able to see how the algorithms are rigged across the entire internet and hopefully have one we can review and i believe vast majority. if we came in tomorrow to the federal government and said half of all people are fired, i don't think the overall efficiency of the federal government would change very much. i certainly think if you took half of -- 7500 twitter employees. if you did away with half of

about 100 yards to my right is the rio grande. migrants cross illegally, make their way through this. they crawl underneath this fence and change out of their wet clothes into dry ones before they are processed by border patrol leaving this mess behind. first before we get to the staggering video of 400 migrants arriving here on sunday. i want to show you the most recent group that crossed illegally this morning in eagle pass. take a look at this between 150 and 180 migrants arrived just before sun rise this morning. a lot of cubans and columbians that we've been seeing but venezuelans this morning. under the new dhs policy they will be deported to mexico. back to the drone video from sunday morning. take a look at this. nearly 400 migrants in a single file line crossing the rio grande coming onto this private ranch where i am now. you can see them in a single file coming up to the fence.

a lot of cubans and columbians. men, women, children. 59 single adult men had a tough go of it yesterday. here is why. look at this picture. 59 migrants arrested for criminal trespassing. the ranch owner cleared the way to arrest and charge migrants who come onto their property. this ranch has been a hot spot. they aren't trying to hide and many are. look at this. we had a ride along over the weekend with dps chasing runners and the migrants on ranchs trying to evade border patrol checkpoints. arrested 4, 3 from honduras, one from mexico. the mexican gentleman told us once he goes through the legal process and gets deported back to mexico he plans to cross illegally again. it poses a problem for troopers. listen. >> they'll try to make the

zeldin. zeldin is closing the polling gap on kathy hochul. latest real clear average shows her lead is down to seven points. it was double digits not long ago. congressman lee zeldin is our guest. 14 events on sunday. very impressive. it might be 24 today but here is the question. population for new york state's 20 million. new york city metro area is 10 million. new york city is 7-1 democrats. you can't win the state unless you win a good chunk of the city. how do you do that? >> we're definitely going to do it. we can't get less than 30% of the vote in new york city. when the results are coming in if you see us under 30% in new york city we won't win this race. at the same time if we get 35% or more inside of new york city, then it starts to become difficult to lose this race.

we're doing great on long island and the rest of the state. the registration inside the city we have to hit that number. we have been polling in the 30s, the last poll has us 37%. if you get 37% of the vote in new york city we aren't going to lose. yesterday we were in brooklyn and posted some of the video and pictures from our stops there. we had 1,000 people show up in a park yesterday. that area is predominantly democrat and we have a rally on the street and 1,000 people show up. the clip of our rally from saturday night you played. it was put together in one day. over 7,000 rsvp. we have a rally with virginia governor glenn youngkin. we have the energy and momentum and issues on our side. we feel very good as long as we work hard that we'll shock the political world not just here in new york but around the country. we'll win this race. we have eight days left to do everything every where taking nothing for granted.

>> today is not a day to celebrate. but the arrest of richard allen of delphi on two counts of murder is a major step is leading to the conclusion of this long term and complex investigation. >> bill: major update in the murders of to teenage girls in delphi, indiana five years ago in 2017. police confirmed the arrest of the suspected killer. we a live in indiana with the breaking details on this story. what have we learned? >> a huge development here in the case that so many people watched locally but across the country now learning that after a nationwide manhunt for more than five years, they made an arrest in this case charging a guy who lived pretty much up the street from this crime scene with two counts of murder. take a look on your screen, the photo of the suspect in the

delphi murders, something people have been waiting for years to see. investigators arrested richard allen in connection to the murders of the two girls. he lived nearby the crime scene and charged with two counts for both of these girls's deaths. the superintendent talking emotionally. >> peace came over me. i didn't expect that to happen. i hope all of you with all the different responsibilities you have from around the planet today, have felt some of that as well. but remember we're not done. together there is nothing we cannot do. >> abby williams and libby german murdered back in february of 2017. their bodies found the next day near a trail in delphi, indiana, a small tight-knit community. before being killed they left behind major clues key in the

case snapping this picture of the guy police identified as the killer. you can see him walking toward the teens as they took the selfie on the high bridge. libby recorded the suspected killer's voice on her cell phone. i covered this case extensively and worked in indianapolis since day one and took a tour of where the bodies were found. a large and complicated crime scene. the killer may have staged the bodies and even taken an item from the scene that brings us to this. police and also people who live nearby say they were at the home just the other day digging in the suspect's backyard. what they found that's in court documents that are sealed. as for the families, they are relieved they now have some closure in the case. as you heard the superintendent say, not a day to celebrate but a day to remember abby and libby and move forward. the suspect will be in court and is still behind bars in this case. >> dana: let's bring in nancy

grace the host of crime stories. you followed this story for a long time. it doesn't always turn out that somebody is found. the suspect who if we have the sound here, this is one of the recordings from the girls if you have that call for number one. now you have the suspect who is being charged. nancy. >> that's right. remember, there were 43 seconds of that audio. we've only heard a snippet. now, law enforcement did that for a reason. they have their reasons for keeping this still as of right now under seal. probable cause was taken to a magistrate on friday. the judge afreed for an arrest warrant. very probative a few days before that they were richard allen's home searching. suddenly they're digging in the backyard. we know that not one, but two

items were taken from the scene where the girls were killed. i'm wondering what we'll learn from the full audio, what -- i do believe the bodies were staged and that was a copious amount of blood. do i like it? no. what does it mean? very likely the killer had their blood on him. i noticed in the presser today that the sheriff thanked many divisions of the scientific labs. that tells me fingerprints, fiber, dna, possibly genetic genealogy. we'll learn a lot when that affidavit is finally unsealed. >> dana: nancy grace, thank you so much and alexis thank you for following that case so long and hopefully we have a conclusion. talk to you soon. >> bill: tough stuff there. meanwhile on the tom brady, gisele front. they have finalized their
