i can't imagine any republicans could possibly vote for fetterman and with that they like dr. oz or not, the republicans are motivated to keep fetterman out. at this point, the only undecidable voters are moderate democrats and independents. how can any of them with conscious vote for someone who does not have a cognitive capability to serve as a u.s. senator? >> carley: you are a democrat so what do you think about this race and will you vote for fetterman? >> i am honestly still undecided, however i think obama and joe biden's parents is a day late and a dollar showed. we know fetterman has a tough time explaining himself on many important issues. his plan for the next six years if elected or exempt on the topic of crime which is important to voters like myself. fetterman says when people were killed he has the dates tattooed on his forearm. millions of americans have

tattoos but that is not a plan to make us feel safer protect our family, ourselves and our property. >> carley: that is a great point and leslie, you live in suburban area of pennsylvania and there are recent polling and "the wall street journal" has a poll out that suburban moms are leaning more republican this election cycle. does that reflect your position, and why do you think that is? >> thanks for having me, carley, i think that to what both of the panelists have said, crime is out of control. and it is reaching into little suburban areas like where i live. and where dr. oz actually has been the only candidate that is talking about fentanyl. and this is something that is huge. we need to discuss this. >> carley: we certainly...

go ahead. >> i agree with your panelists. i don't think that obama and biden coming at this hour will make much difference. i think people have decided. >> carley: mark, you are registered and dependent i believe which means both sides want to attract. and one of the after action reports of this election cycle could be the democrats already saying it they missed the mark of a messaging pier they are talking more about abortion and threats to democracy. we are talking about now crime. and also inflation. do you agree with that? >> absolutely i agree with that. this election ultimately is a referendum on the biden administration. you know, they have not done a good job. the real issues that are affecting us, like you are saying high inflation, rising

crime, open borders and the fentanyl coming through. economic policies that hurt small business owners like myself here that list could go on and on. and i don't expect that joe biden and barack obama are going to address the real issues that are affecting everyday pennsylvanians. they are like losing football coaches at this point who can't make halftime adjustments. they are going into the locker room and say, "if we keep doing what we are doing, which it will eventually work and you have to trust us." they are demonizing anyone that disagrees with that. all that does is push away voters like me further and further away from them. >> carley: leslie, you have been on the show before and you lost her daughter to fentanyl pointing, poisoning. when todd interviewed you you talked about victims rights. can you expand upon that and where that put you politically? >> well, victims rights is

something that is incredibly important to me because, because, carley, i got to see through the court system and with the trial for my daughter apprehending and getting this criminal behind bars was a huge task for the police department, the d.a.'s office. everyone that was involved. and these people don't end up in jail for a small crime. they end up in state prison because they have done something really huge. and the reason that i was so triggered by this was because john fetterman was coming in and saying, "okay, we are going to release criminals." no, we can't release criminals. >> carley: if we do, leslie, you're absolutely right, there will be more victims. that is something that can happen across the country and is
