tv   The Ingraham Angle  FOX News  November 5, 2022 12:00am-1:00am PDT

12:00 am
never, ever, ever miss an episode of hannity for news. any time. all the time, every time it's fox news, .com, hannity, .com. in the meantime, let not your heart be troubled. the ingraham angle is next with laura. and when we come back on monday, it'll be election eve in america. >> have a great weekend. we'll see you monday. everyone. i'm ingram and welcome to a special "ingraham angle". we're here live in new york city in front of a fantastic audience. i've just been teasing them for our final retaking america town hall ahead of the midterms. >> all right. the first polls open 80 hours from now in a midterm election. that will shape the direction of our country for at least the next two years and probably
12:01 am
really for the next decade. so when the twenty twenty election was called for, biden, you might remember democrats got very cocky very quickly and then they got sloppy giving in to the craziest demands of the far left on issues ranging from trans rights to stopping the keystone pipeline. and now, two short years later, look at the mess they've created. they stoked inflation. they've sabotaged our energy independence and they wrecked our foreign policy. in fact, i was thinking about this tonight. i really can't think of a single issue that biden and the democrats have gotten right. and overwhelmingly, americans do not think that democracy is at risk if the democrats lose control of congress, just like they don't think our country is systemically racist. or defined by the events of january six . and it turns out that it's their candidates, the democrat candidates who stink, not ours.
12:02 am
have you seen that? poor katie hobbs and arizona. oh, my god. have you listen to that goofy bato who ever thought he could win? have you been put to sleep by charlie crist or maggie hassan? in new hampshire or that cortez masto character? i'd like to meet the person who really, really thinks that john fetterman is capable of having a coherent conversation about the weather, let alone a complex piece of legislation. >> on the other hand , and contrary to the earlier grousing of mitch mcconnell, the democrats and the republicans excuse me, candid candidates are really formidable, even when they know it all said that they were doomed as recently as august. >> well, our candidates kept fighting. we're fighting for for every single child in the state of ohio. and that's what is on the ballot on november the 8th. >> i'm here to fight for washington state. >> that's what i'm seeing now
12:03 am
is a movement of people who are ready to save our republic and save our state. >> go to the polls on november eight . then we take this state back and we turn michigan red . we're all in. we win. we can do this together. all in. we republicans nominated fresh thinking, populous perspectives that focused on four key points. the economy, crime, the border and our schools. what about the democrats? well, when biden began dropping the polls, they thought they could save themselves with new messaging gimmicks. so it was hashtag putin's gas tax or was ultra mega or democracies on the ballot? well, none of it worked. we knew it wouldn't. in the meantime, republicans campaign really hard in all 50 states. the rnc poured money into races in california and connecticut. and for the first time since ronald reagan, the gop did not
12:04 am
concede any demographic group to the democrats, not even in the heart of american liberalism. right here in new york city. >> but we begin tonight in pennsylvania, where things are so close, the real clear politics average has dr. mehmet oz up zero point one percentage points over john fetterman. now, it wasn't until late last week that oz finally saw some polls that he's leading in and hopes election day turnout will be enough to overcome fairmont's early vote lead. but for his part, letterman's final push doesn't include talking to voters in pennsylvania about the issues they care about, but rather talking to the girls at the view about how fit he is to serve. >> i really feel that we have been leaving the same equivalent kind of medical information that dr. usted and you know, we've been running a campaign and i think we have been very transpac. i feel that we're running a very transparent state about
12:05 am
our health racial issues. >> excuse me. well, i think you look and sound great. it's clear your post stroke struggles are not cognitive and would hinder you as a senator . >> they all have medical degrees as well. i understand. joining me now is pennsylvania senate candidate dr. macmanus. dr. oz, we have a great audience here tonight in new york . >> and they're all very excited about what's going to happen on tuesday. but what does it say about john fetterman that he really refuses to talk about the policies, what's happening to the people of pennsylvania with the savatage of our energy independence as we're going into the cold weather months in the winter? what can we make of this? well, this is this entire campaign. he's avoided talking about the kitchen table issues that are plaguing pennsylvanians. you mentioned energy policy. i'm in the middle of the state. here is a lot of gas right beneath my feet. natural gas is , of course,
12:06 am
a huge opportunity for the people of pennsylvania to local communities. but it also would reduce inflation because energy prices drive . about a third of that is great for national security. if you care about that, it could help our allies overseas. makes us more formidable for enemies. everyone here in pennsylvania knows that if you go to a diner, which i did today, they'll start lecturing you. the person serving you coffee knows a ton about energy policy. and the question becomes, why won't john fetterman own this is because he's stuck in a rigid ideology. he's has this belief that the green new deal is the only way forward. and he has been dismissive of the energy industry here for his entire tenure, called it a stain on pennsylvania, argued that there should be a moratorium on drilling and has said pretty harsh things that are really difficult for the people who are actually working in these industries and manufacturing tolerate. but he's tried to flip flop on that. he's not done a good job with it. and people have called him out for he can't defend himself. that's just an example of his weak positions on crime. on drugs with an open border and his weak positions on the economy in general.
12:07 am
that's why we're going to win on tuesday, because while i was talking about issues that are important to pennsylvania taxpayers, john fetterman has been making ad hominem attacks on me. and after a while, it just becomes gossip. it doesn't have the impact because it doesn't make people's lives better. i want to bring balance to washington, get rid of the extremist ideas that john fetterman espouses. >> well, to that point, fetterman recently had the nerve to brag about his disastrous crime record . >> watch. very truth is , is that i'm the only candidate in this race that actually had hands on kinds of experience against fighting against crime is , as i was the four term mayor of a community for almost 14 years. and i made gun violence is really at the center of all of my focus. now, given his background, dr. oz, how how can he credibly claim to have a strong stance on crime given given his views
12:08 am
on bail reform and policing and everything else? >> i mean, how does this add up ? he can't. and violence increased in the small town that he was mayor of. in fact, the population shrunk by about 25%. and the police of that community have supported me. i've been endorsed by the fraternal order of police because they know john fetterman doesn't have their back. it's all concocted image of a man who doesn't actually offer what he's promising. and if you're upset about this american, you should be . the night of our debate, he raised over two million dollars . so please go to dr. oz that support my effort, the democrats, to try to bribe . there's this seat by the seat because they know they don't have a candidate who's been able to express why his extreme views make sense. because they're not views that align with the values of pennsylvanians. we know exactly what we want. we can balance the budget. we know how to deal with crime. let people do their jobs, especially cops, make sure the border secure. that way, you'll shut down the cartels that are bringing fentanyl, that are taking the lives of young pennsylvanians every single
12:09 am
day. we have a question that they'll overdose deaths. michael duke from scottsdale has a question michael. >> good evening, dr. oz. my question for you is , with the prospect of republicans regaining majorities in both chambers of congress, what are you prepared to do to combat these issues? the president biden has presented to the nation such as a record high cpi, record high gas prices, and just an overall high cost of living? well, the number one and easiest move is to free us to be able to drill on federal lands. those federal lands are mine and yours and yours and everyone else is watching. and there's no reason that within a week of being inaugurated, biden was able to ban and continue to ban drilling in those areas. we also have to send the message to the energy industry that we actually believe that they're important for the success of our nation. these folks are living in fear right now. john fetterman, my opponent, said he was going to prosecute energy leaders, job creators in pennsylvania because he didn't like what they were doing. energy is a commodity if you
12:10 am
want to make more of it. so it's less expensive. free people unleash people ought to be able to do just that here in pennsylvania. we have a wonderful opportunity to do that. there's no reason why any democratic leaders should be against this. they do it because it's a way of signaling to folks in the democratic party that they they care about the environment. but i'll tell you, the best way to protect our environment is to get natural gas out of the ground beneath my feet here. it preserves our environment, oil is a lot dirtier than natural gas, as everyone knows. so they're they're they're actually working against their own interests with attacking fracking. dr. oz, great to see you. thank you for joining us . and good luck on tuesday. we'll have you back on wednesday or thursday after you win. >> thanks so much. and now to ohio, where republican katie vance has seen a number of favorable polls today, including one poll showing him up nine when leaners are included. so what's in tim ryan's closing message? well, despite voting with nancy and joe, nearly 100% of
12:11 am
the time, he wants you to think that he's kind of mega. >> the national democratic party has never been really good strategic political decisions. i have enough experience that i've built this campaign not needing them, and we really don't want them at this point. so he's the anti democrat democrat, okay. >> joining me now is ohio senate candidate j.d. vance. j.d., great to see you tonight. should ohio voters consider that maybe, maybe tim ryan's like a new type of democrat? he's populist, he's independent ,he's moderate because that's his last act. no, not at all. or in fact, he votes with nancy pelosi 100% of the time, not even 98% of the time. but 100% of time. and it's so crazy that he tries to parade around and pretend to be a moderate. that clip you just played, laura , is so ridiculous, what tim ryan says, because he's gotten over 60 million dollars from national democrats
12:12 am
to pour into this race to try to define himself as a moderate ,which, of course, he's not. folks can help us fight back on vdnskd. but the idea that he's not part of the democratic establishment ,that he hasn't benefited from their money is just preposterous. he's received more money from national democrats than almost any candidate in any state. in the union. >> i have to get to a remarkable comment from joe biden today. >> what no one building new coal plants because they can't rely on it, even if they have all the coal guaranteed for the rest of the world. the existence of the plan. we're going to be shutting these plants down all across america and having wind, solar. >> i want to start laughing right now. there are over 400 operational coal fired power stations right now in the united states . they've generated 22% of us electricity in 20 , 20 one. they're all over the world. we know china's building them a new on every week. how is this message again?
12:13 am
sabotaging our energy independence? >> how is this going to play in old ohio? it's not going to play very well at all. and it's not looking very well at all. in fact, tim ryan called for a ban tinashe fracking. so the obsession that the democrats have with eliminating fossil fuels is crazy. the idea that you can run an industrial manufacturing economy where you know this on wind and solar is preposterous. it's why the chinese and the indians are building new fossil fuel facilities. and if we don't rely on our own energy, we are not going to be able to manufacture any thing. any inflation crisis is going to get worse and worse. i think it's so pathetic. you have the united states begging tinpot dictators for oil and gas that we have right here in the state of ohio. if you just let us get it out of the ground with ohio workers in american hands, all right. we have a question from samantha willhelm from norwalk, ohio. >> hi, chad. thank you so much. we're wishing the best for
12:14 am
tuesday. i do have a question about how will you be encouraging economic growth when we have this monstrous beast of a government that's trying to have total control over both supply and demand and a government who deems many of us non-essential when face it, we're all essential to make this economy grow. what are your plans to combat this? we're overregulated and we're just hoping that you may be fresh enough to really help us through an ohio and i'm hoping you have some great ideas for us . >> well, thanks, timothy . i appreciate that a great deal . i think a couple more number one . samantha, what we have to do is open up our energy markets. you can't manufacture anything. you can't build anything. unless you have our energy up and running. and the biden administration has destroyed that by shutting down pipelines, shutting down the oil and gas permitting.
12:15 am
we have to open that stuff up. the other thing, samantha, is that the entire way that the democrats have used the government to make it impossible to invest in new energy companies, and make it make it impossible to invest in the real economy, shipping, logistics, manufacturing, the things that people in ohio actually rely on and the industries that we work in, in ohio that we've got to get the biden administration and the s.e.c. out of the business of banning the real economy when it comes to energy and manufacturing. that's exactly what they're trying to do. and if we just get the boot off the neck of the american worker and american industry, i think we can do a whole lot to create better jobs and bring down this inflation crisis. >> thanks, samantha. thank you. looking forward to tuesday. all right. well, i think we all have to remember that congress has the power of the purse. they have oversight power and they have the power of the purse. and republicans are always reluctant to cut spending.
12:16 am
and this new crop of republicans, if anyone doesn't think i'm going to hold them accountable when they get into office, i am going to hold them accountable. it's time for real reform. no talk action. okay, so i'm serious about that. katie, we appreciate it. thank you. and now to nevada, where fox digital recently caught up in nevada voters about the race there. >> if feel like would be more concerned about the economy. i don't like her agenda. i don't like anything that she stands for. >> i'm not voting for either one again because there's been so many false promises. >> well, i always go red because i believe that less government, more private industry. >> take the sunglasses. all right. well, and though the most recent poll shows an exact tile , a tie, it doesn't tell the whole story. more than half of the voters surveyed in that poll indicate that economic issues are the most important in
12:17 am
determining their votes. donlevy, the head of siena college, poll, added that if i were cortez masto, the incumbent, i'd be concerned. being tied with laxalt definitely favors the republicans. joining me now is that nevada senate candidate adam laxalt. adam, great to see you tonight. we have a fantastic audience here in new york city. was really excited about tuesday. so let's get right at it. cortez masto is is taking her entire candidacy on the issue of abortion with energy prices, with food prices in in all the rest skyrocketing in your state, does that resonate with nevadans? >> she has spent one hundred million dollars in my three million person state attacking me and leading with that message. you can see it all day long still today. and the bottom line is emerson
12:18 am
just came out with its final poll. we're up 51 to 46 . the voters are rejecting it and they understand, despite all that money, trying to distort her record , that her votes have given us 16 percent inflation. her votes have given us five dollar 50 cent gas. her votes have helped open the border, have made our streets less safe . you know, just last week, we had six deaths. in twenty four hours. you saw nationally news. you had the crazy guy stab two people in the street. we had an officer shot in the line of duty. that's in one week in las vegas. we simply cannot afford any more days of the biden cortez masto regime in this state. >> oh, isn't that just a fact at this point that americans see that every month they're getting poorer and the country is getting weaker? the border is more porous. we have thousands of people coming into our country
12:19 am
illegally every week gaming the system, enriching the cartels. i can't imagine that nevadans or really anyone in this country because it affects all of us , think that that's fair play or common sense. >> you know? i mean, and if they did not have 100 million dollars to distort their records and , you know, lie about the records ,this thing would be eight to 10 points because the bottom line and i have nothing to run on , everything's going miserably. and , you know, we're in the middle of closing this thing out on a bust in every single county in this state. and i had the border patrol for the first time in nevada's history. come here. endorsed me in this race because they know we've got to get change. we've got to give a majority in the senate. we've got to hold biden's feet to the fire . i think it's one of the first things you may be able to get out of him, force him to come to the table and give us a secure border. >> this is a this is a new coalition. and adam, you're part of it. and the people you're putting together, pragmatism, common sense and pro america. >> adam, we wish you the best
12:20 am
of luck on tuesday. thank you for joining american democracy, which is now two hundred thirty three years old. and my be in its final year of life. >> because in next week's election, democracy, as we know it may not survive. >> democracy is at stake in this election. democracy as we know it may not survive. >> it's not an exaggeration. that is a fact. pitch from democrats is basically if you care about democracy, you've got no choice but to vote for us . >> and that, on its face, sounds almost anti-democratic itself to say you don't have a choice. but it also happens to be true. >> our democracy is at risk. that democracy is under threat . extreme maga element of the republican party, which is trying to succeed where they failed in 2020 to suppress the right of voters and subvert the electoral system itself. >> okay, well, republicans are
12:21 am
surging. we all know that. but we see some really hilarious coping mechanisms going on right now. the media, greg sargent, a dim bulb at "the washington post" lamented today that why isn't trump ism hurting the gop? why the threat to democracy extracted a heavy price from republicans. joining now is sean duffy, former wisconsin congressman fox news contributor monica crowley, former trump assistant secretary of the treasury, host of the monica cranleigh podcast, and raymond arroyo, fox news contributor and author of the huge bestseller the wise men who found christmas. >> monica for monica, it turns out that the voters do not believe that if the democrats lose en masse on tuesday, that our country will crumble at its very foundations. they actually don't seem to believe that's exactly right. and i think most americans, having gone through this historic catastrophe of the biden presidency, and unified democratic control
12:22 am
for the last two years, we've all seen and experienced the fallout of that. i think most voters understand that this election can't simply be a message election or even just a red wave or red tsunami. this for the democrats needs to be an extinction level event. we need to wipe them out. you know, they've got a lot of time, laura , trying to take the republican party and crush it and crush the populist america first movement to try to make us into the permanent minority. well, now it's our turn. we need to crush them so that they will not achieve power again for a very long time. >> sean. >> what i'm worried about here is that the language that the democrats are using is actually risking inciting violence because what they're saying is it's over there. they're going to be dictators are going to put your children in jail. i mean, the hyperventilation on the part of the left, it's almost like they are inviting
12:23 am
their antifa type folks to go violent. >> if the republicans sweep in on tuesday, which i believe they will, or a little old ladies who are out walking doors for republicans, passing out literature, they get shot. but i remember republicans, you know, some of them used to say that once donald trump is gone, the energy is going to come down. the democrats are back to normal. but donald trump always said they're not coming for me. they're coming for all of you. and you can see with this language, they're coming after republicans candidates. they're coming after republican voters and this is about the complete transformation of america. they need a one party rule to do that. so that the demise of all of us to make sure that you're not allowed in civilize society. now, raymond, it always stuns me when the democrats believe a big turnout of hollywood elites is going to help them or in this case, montecito elite. yes, oprah in pennsylvania. so she and i were like this. yeah, we were like, if you ran for governor of louisiana and i said, i'm going endorse the other guy. i have said i would i would
12:24 am
issue a press release as did that said, i love oprah. we're very close. yeah, i mean, look, oprah endorsing fetterman at this point is like sally jessy raphael endorsing fetterman. i mean, she's kind of a throwback. i mean, now, if tyler perry came out and endorsed. yeah, that would be different. that would be a game changer. look, they're worried about hispanic and black voters in pennsylvania. the democrats need those voters . >> they'll do anything to rally them. but john fetterman, for him to fall on oprah, if oprah is all that stands between him and the senate position, he's lost. i mean, it's just not going to work, particularly on a day when biden said, i want to shut down all coal mining in the united states , all coal plants. >> i do think he really does. anyone on this panel, do you think he understands how much coal still actually fuels and powers? and do you think he understands this? i don't think he wrote the stuff. someone else is writing it from the little green nut jobs in the white house. they write it up.
12:25 am
now, does he understand that? 22% of our energy costs are just standard and he rejects it? really, you think is that suspension of santa has lots of coal and he can always bring it out. he runs. all right. i don't know. hang out, hang out with to see you a little bit later on in the hour. and ahead, new york democrats are now telling cnn they're bracing for what could be a stunning loss in the governor's race. >> lee zeldin is here, right here to tell us why. that's david daniel everywheres can go wild with wildly adhesive seabourne densher seale's get 75% stronger all day hold thanks to gradual release technology. go wild s. bond wildly adhesive. >> you think the kids are having this much fun?
12:26 am
yeah, i think they're having a blast. >> hi, i'm mike huckabee, former governor of arkansas. and i'm here today to tell you about a hidden health crisis currently affecting nearly every american sleep deprivation. and that's why you need to know about relaxium sleep. you see, getting a good night's sleep helps support a healthy immune system, helps maintain a healthy blood pressure, healthy cardiovascular system. thankfully, relaxium sleeps formula is clinically proven to help you fall asleep faster ,stay asleep longer and wake up feeling refreshed. >> when i take relaxium sleep, i sleep better than i have in years. i wake up feeling alert like i've had the best night's sleep call today and get your very own risk free bottle of relaxium sleep. >> take control of your health . stop struggling with restless nights, sleep like you were meant to with relaxium call eight under three two two zero
12:27 am
four zero four eight under three two two zero four zero four call eight under three two two zero four zero four eight hundred three two two zero four zero for the final midterm's countdown. the candidates break well, we fell in love through gaming. but now the internet lags and it throws the whole thing off. when did you first discover this lag? i signed us up for t-mobile home internet. ugh! but, we found other interests. i guess we have. [both] finch! let's go! oh yeah! it's not the same. what could you do to solve the problem? we could get xfinity? that's actually super adult of you to suggest. i can't wait to squad up. i love it when you talk nerdy to me. guy, guys, guys, we're still in session. and i don't know what the heck you're talking about.
12:28 am
of patients need a donor like you. >> learn how you can help and be the match drug. all right. we're going to speak to republican gubernatorial
12:29 am
candidate lee zeldin in just a moment. but first, our very own raymond arroyo took to the streets of new york city. oh, i don't know about this. to get the pulse of the people from all across the nation. >> what is the number one issue driving your vote this midterm season? i would say the economy, the terrible inflation in phoenix is one of the highest in the country. i'm an economist. the border crime is out of control. definitely the economy and crime. everybody has to look over their shoulder and you have to have your head on a swivel. >> prices, everything is going up. my credit card bill is going up. i have to charge everything. >> my full time job is now grocery shopping. wow. i have to go to all the sites, pick out what's on sale because i if i don't sell abortion, abortion, why? because it's a right and it's being severely threatened. why abortion? because i do believe that it's
12:30 am
a it's a life. it's no matter what at conception, it's alive. your reaction when you heard the president say this ultra mega movement could destroy democracy me off. >> i can't say it on air. but it starts with bull. i mean, does it end? yeah. yes, it absolutely does. but no, it's not an end to democracy. democracy is what we had, and it's going to be taken away from us that our votes don't count. and by colonists names, especially in the south, all you doing in my people make me mad . i'll get out and knock on doors and tell people we got to vote just for out guys. you don't want to mess with this now. >> they're hilarious. and that's so funny. i love it. all right. making new york city yesterday we told you about the brutal early morning of a jogger. now, the perpetrator had
12:31 am
twenty five priors and was arraigned this afternoon last month, caravan and failed. thirty years old, was fatally shot in front of her three children, less than twenty four hours after her estranged husband was released from custody without bail for allegedly beating her. now, despite refusing to touch the bail reform laws, democrat new york governor kathy hochul refuses to confront reality. >> why are republicans winning on this whole crime issue? that has been the thing that has fueled these elden's campaign because they're being dishonest about it. they're not having a conversation about real solutions. lee zeldin, republican candidate for governor of new york , joins us now. all right. congressman, we see this strategy here. hillary used it yesterday
12:32 am
and hochul is using it now. that crime and the threat of crime is a tactic being used by you and others. it's an exaggeration. >> it's a perception problem more than a reality. okay, so here's the best part of that clip you just showed is that she's saying that right next to them showing all the different major crime categories that are way up year over year. so she, she says, is data denial to be saying that we have a crime issue? she says it's a conspiracy and even cnn this morning, when she's doing that side by side, it's showing how major crime category one after another. so this morning on that pier 40 where there was that terrible attack that you just referenced and in new york city, is up 15% year over year. so what people want is for their candidates, whether it's the governor or the person running for that position, to be talking about how we understand why you're upset about this. here are my solutions to fix it. and we'll have a zero tolerance for crime. we're going to support our men and women in law enforcement. we're going to fire district attorneys who refuse to enforce the law.
12:33 am
we're going to roll back these pro criminal laws that they have passed. but you're not getting that leadership instead, they just want the deflection, the distraction to talk about something else. they want to focused on these issues like crime and the economy. they don't want to see us trying to come up with some excuse for why there's no responsibility to deal with any of this. >> if you don't want to deal with it, then don't run for the position. now, we have a question from gabriel arteaga and nyu student gabriel . >> good evening, congressman. my name is gabe ortega. i'm from brooklyn, new york , and i'm also a first year college student here in new york city. in recent years, i have seen the city that i love deteriorate and become a shell of itself. because our elected leaders do not want to enforce the laws that keep us safe. what would you do as governor to address my concerns about public safety? >> the first the first thing that i would do the first day that i'm in office is tell them and had district attorney albert brag that he's being removed for his refusal to enforce the law. >> listen to what plan a is for
12:34 am
the state legislature to come to the table and work with me. they're saying that they're not going to work together with the need to roll back these criminal laws like castle bell. so what we're going to do on day one to force them to the table is that we are going to declare a crime emergency here in the state of new york . and we are going to suspend castle spell less is more rasiah the hault act of discovery law changes. we have to force them to come to the table. you deserve your governor to be doing absolutely everything in their power to make your life here. >> in new york city safer. >> on the streets, in the subways. you're not getting that now. and i also am relieved to think about the law enforcement officer who's going to be able to go to sleep on january 1st, knowing that once again, we have a governor who has their back now. congressman, people always say,
12:35 am
i've heard me say so many times because i work for president reagan, that reagan campaign in the bronx in 1980, he ended his campaign. it was right in the last week to end it in the bronx, made several stops in new york . he took this campaign to all 50 states. he went to the belly of the beast of liberalism to sell conservatism. now, you did that today, which i love in greenwich village. okay, talk about the belly of the beast. i love greenwich village, but it's really left wing. >> well, you were met with a little bit of protest. watch yourself go back to the highwood. how do you get all your photos? >> okay, so that was like for people. but go back to long island. this is this idea again that if you're if you're not a dyed in the wool democrat, you're not a real new yorker . member. kathy hochul said that not so long ago. yes. what about she declared that
12:36 am
i'm no longer a new yorker because i'm challenging her. >> she demanded that i get on a bus and move to florida. if you want to be the governor, you have to be willing to and want to be the governor. for all new yorkers. >> but she's not willing to do that. i want to be the governor. so why would you go ? why was it important? >> why was it important for you to go to greenwich village? because the people there want to see their leaders showing up yesterday. a woman is jogging and she gets choked and assaulted and . >> and the people who live in that community are shocked by what happened. we all should be there. we should all be there talking about our ideas. to make sure that this doesn't happen again. so what we're just talking about that last question. when you mentioned that on day one , i'll do a crime emergency, those people who are shouting, one of the woman shouts out, there is no crime emergency. >> no, actually , there is . and people want to see that leadership from us . and they're not getting it from kathy hochul. they're not getting it. when hillary clinton, kamala

12:38 am
,yes or no? >> yes, we do. good bye. he says there's nothing wrong in our southern border, but there is the mexican cartels have the majority of operational control. now, if our leaders care about the united states protecting american citizens, they would do everything in their power to take the border back for mexican drug cartels. sentinel is the biggest drug that we are concerned about. border agents seized nearly 100 thousand pounds of drugs every single month. the mexican cartels are also working with criminal gang members in the united states as well to manufacture, distribute this drug. there's nothing humane about handing our nation's sovereignty to a violent criminal organization. someone will control the border. it will be the u.s. government or mexican drug dealers. tucker carlson. originals battle for the border streaming now exclusively on fox nation diamonds. >> the jewelry exchange has thousands of diamonds at the insane prices. one karat white has.

12:42 am
and we're happy to be joined by the man she just introduced earlier today. and i believe i believe the first time he's ever been on the ingrams desk. herschel walker, it's so great to have you on . >> herschelle, thanks so much for joining us . thank you. now, herschelle, i have i have a confession to make. i'm a big alabama fan. okay, sorry, but i'm a big alabama fan. >> that's my first comment. no, no, no, don't worry about it. okay, make mistakes. >> you're going to overcome the worry. i knew you were going to say that. all right, herschel, let me start with you, though, because you've been campaigning at this unbelievable pace. now, what are you hearing from the folks that you've been encountering ahead of tuesday? is it the personal scandals? >> is that the economy? is it crime? what is it? well, people are talking about this is inflation. they are talking about the crime. they're talking about this border wide open.
12:43 am
and that's what senator one do not want to talk about. what now you want to mislead people. you want to lie to the people. and i want people to know, put me in office. i'm going to have to reduce your taxes. i'm going to have to get this border under control. and i'm also going to try to get men out of women's sports where reverend warner voted to put men and women boards in. i hope that they saw the debate and they saw then who can be a senator today, and that's herschel walker. >> all right. >> and healthy. now, not only have you been campaigning for hershel in georgia, you were in new hampshire for baldock. you've and crisscrossing the nation again. the democrats are running on january six abortion. and i don't really greenback policies, i guess, saving the planet. what i mean, i don't understand what their their strategy is at this point. it really confounds me. whatever it is , it's out of touch with what everyday americans are looking for in their leaders right now all across the country.
12:44 am
both in these statewide races and these these federal races. and that's what i've been hearing from a lot of people, is they're just hearing a lot of smears and lies and attacks coming from the democrats, but not really. what do they stand for? what record can they stand on ? because they can't there's nothing but these these radical so-called woke policies that they're trying to push on the people and the people are saying, no, we're not going to let you take over raising our kids for us . >> parents are really, really concerned about this across the country. we're not going to let you to continue to make our communities less safe . the borders real issue. i was with mara flores down in mcallen, on the border, went with her and her husband, and we saw the gaps in the wall where they stopped building and heard heard from those agents what they're dealing with on a daily basis that actually poses a threat to our country's security. so these are the issues that are that are so important. these are the issues that candidates like herschel walker are addressing and talking about what they will do on day one in the u.s. senate. now, herschel, we've had a huge shift of women voters to the
12:45 am
gop in the last several weeks. crime is one of the major issues, but the cost of living is also the other one . how important is it for republicans to really try to appeal to other demographic groups? obviously, suburban women, so important what african-americans have traditionally been thought of as as as wedded to the democrat party? pretty much no matter what. >> how important has been that to your appeal? is very important. is important because we're all people here. and i think one thing that we've done is we've let people on the left get in office and try to separate people. they try to separate you because of the color of your skin. the guy i'm running against, rafiah, one in his church, he speaks about separation. he talks about america, need to apologize for whiteness. he talks about the problem america has is racism. well, i think we're good people. we have our problems. what we can get no problem taking care in the bible. i read god doesn't talk about the color of your skin.
12:46 am
he talks about your heart. that's what i want people to get back to , worrying about their heart, worrying about this country. and as they always say, as not what your country can do for you, but ask what you can do for your country. >> yeah, we've forgotten how expensive there are. so many of your former colleagues in the house of representatives, like seth moulton and others who are saying will , you're selling out your principles, you're going to campaign for these republicans. i see a democrat party that i don't recognize. i mean, it was a party of jfk and fdr. but you're the sellout. >> yeah, it's sad to hear people like him say that, because really what the democrat party leaders have sold out is the promise that they made to uphold and defend the constitution, the promise that they made to protect and stand up for the freedom of every every one of us as americans. and that's that is the main reason why i left the democrat party, because this party is not only not defending
12:47 am
our freedom, they are taking every opportunity to attack it, to silence and censor those of us who challenge or different views that they are pushing. they are hostile towards people of faith and spirituality. attacking every bit of our god given rights enshrined in the constitution. and for them to choose partisan politics over standing up for the foundation of this country when it is under threat by those in power. every american, i hope, takes notice of that as they are looking at who they're going to go and vote for. it's not about party. we're talking about the future of this country and our ability to continue to live our freedom in a free country, our freedom and pragmatism, our sovereignty . we're not a country, have a border. it's right, as hershel was saying. and herschel, an opinion contributor, from usa today, called you the black puppet of the gop and an article today. okay, i work for clarence thomas, one of my one of my favorite people on the face of the planet is justice thomas. they said similar things about
12:48 am
him. the elites still don't believe that if you're african-american, you can be conservative. they'll call you an uncle or an uncle tom . >> they'll do all the usual stuff. is this racist, what they're saying about you? do you consider it racist? >> well. well, it is racist. but it doesn't bother me because this is much more important than name calling. and they're not going to hurt my feelings because i see so much crime out on the streets. they're not going to hurt my feelings because they've ruined us economy. they're not going to hurt my feelings because this borders wide open. they're men and women. sports were hurt. my feeling with the biggest threat to this democracy is have joe biden in the white house the biggest threat to democracy is to have one out. and senator for not voting to put me in women's sports . that's the biggest threat to democracy because we get a chance to vote and because we get that chance to vote, we can get them out of office. and that's what we got to do right now, because if we don't get them out of office, we will not recognize this country
12:49 am
after november. >> kalsi, i great to see both of you and her. so maybe we'll see you in the national championship. okay, just maybe. all right. herschel walker, thanks so much. and ahead, chris bedford is back at the ingram big board . and we're doing something a little bit different tonight instead of the individual races. we're going to go revealing the three most likely scenarios for the gop on thursday. you don't want to miss that. >> a heart attack. do they have life insurance? no, but we have life insurance, john . >> i'm trying to find something we can afford. >> fortunately, in only a few minutes, i quote, found john a five hundred thousand dollar policy for only twenty dollars a month and his wife and a five hundred thousand dollar policy for only twenty one dollars a month. go to select .com now and get

12:53 am
>> we're back at the big board with chris bedford, who's executive editor for the common sense society. all right. first up, what we'll see on tuesday that will signal a good night for republicans if the swing districts start to go back to red. now, a key race to watch is , yes, lily vega and ava versus abigail spann burger. now, spam burger has been listed among the politico's future democratic stars at the risk of getting wiped out and has spent eight point three dollars million this year, according to open seat open secrets. so democrats star will or may be more of a democrat dud. chris bedford, what do we think about this? this is a bad day. this is going to be a bad week to be one of the rising democratic stars. like a lot of their young candidates, a lot of their bench are going to get wiped out in a year. that may have even been a little bit beyond our control. now, she came in in 2018, she took the seat from dave brad and people remember him as the guy who knocked off eric cantor, the house republican leader, in a primary. so she came in, but it's still a swing district. it could still go back
12:54 am
and forth either way. >> and she's if she loses, which it looks likely, she probably will . then if you're a republican, pollster, republican consultant ,you can breathe, breathe easy and say, all right, this is going at least the way i planned it. >> she's another fake moderate democrat. i mean, these people like ryan in ohio and she said, oh, i'm a moderate, not a moderate. i was nothing moderate about her. and i think the voters know that now another race to watch that would signal a good night for the gop would be michelle vallejo. monica de la cruz. now, the ingram angle's last town hall with was down in houston highlighting some of these races on the border. so what's your prediction? >> so this is a biden plus two district, which is not a if if you're a democrat who's in trouble, this is one the democrats are basically expecting to lose. de la cruz has run a very solid campaign. and also they reporters now going down to texas and the border region saying what's going on with hispanics? it turns out they don't like any of the work politics, the immigration, illegal immigration affects them directly. there are bodies found in their ranches and their farms. they're turning some not money . they now worry that de la cruz is going to win. but there are some districts
12:55 am
heavily hispanic there. they're idn plus 16 that they are now putting money. boy, are worried about. all right. next up are the races that would mean the gop is having a great night. now, the first race would be if michael lawler can beat the desk chair. pat cipollone, what can you tell us about that race? >> so did some of the first east coast races are going to be watching whether it's biden plus nine , ten , eleven. and if republicans start to win in those races, well, it's going to be a really rough night for the democratic party. they haven't knocked off a triple c chairman in about 40 years since ronald reagan was president . and right now, it's not looking great for them. it's looking good for the republican party. and if you see people like this start to fall, then the democrats are not going to have a good night. >> all right. next up, race. if the republicans you see the republicans ahead of tuesday night, it will signal a midterm bloodbath for the republicans. now, the first one is that new hampshire senate race between don bolduc and maggie hassan. >> this would be a bloodbath. this is when the republicans are putting the pool cue across the bar door and saying no one can leave.
12:56 am
>> he's raised about two million dollars. she's raised about forty million dollars. >> oh, my god. the incumbent. wow. she's got all the money he's barely been able to get on television. literally, the democrats spent more money than the republicans did on his primary because they thought that he was too extreme to beat. and he's come out with some populist ideas. retired military. he has not backed down from anything in general, obviously have exactly the new hampshire is the most independent state in the union as far as voters go , or nonaffiliated. democrats might be wishing that they hadn't spent so much money to put him in the senate on tuesday. >> well, what does that what is maggie hasn't done? i mean, literally, i wouldn't even know if she had bumped into her on the street. what does she does? >> she supported joe biden. and that is a very unpopular thing to do. all right. our panel is back with us. sean, which of these scenarios do you see happening here? so i'm a house guy. so i think in the house, republicans of a 30 plus seat majority, which is a banner and i put in the seat, i'm not so sure. i mean, i think it's a fifty one seat majority for republicans in the senate. i'm not sure we at the fifty four. >> oh, monica, what do you think? i'm hoping for that extinction
12:57 am
level event because i think, you know, the american people will put up with a lot. they'll be pushed and pushed and they'll take it until the moment they don't. and i think this election cycle is one of those moments with the american people have had enough. i agree with sean in the house . i think maybe thirty five . forty five seats. and in the senate, i'm going to put my money on about fifty three , fifty four seats ,greyman reagan people remember that reagan won handily in 1980, but the democrats kept offering up really liberal candidates who really had republicans had to win like three times for there to be a real transformation of the country. so one election, people think it's one election. to me, this is going to be beating them and beating again and beating them again, including in 2012. >> and we have to look closely at what's driving the electorate, what's driving the hispanic vote , what's driving suburban women. it's inflation and it's crime. the republicans may win this largely by default with with apologies to many of the great candidates out there.
12:58 am
they have to now make coherent policy arguments and create a movement winning those people definitively over to their ideas. and not just because the alternative to this disaster before them. >> yes. and sean, that's what a lot of people who are skeptical of washington and you were there. i've been there for way too long. wait too long. but the republicans get in power and think think they're better in the minority than they are in the majority. that's the risk they run if it's rhetoric not backed up by what's your legislation? what are you going to do? can't do it must be a balance because you got to do oversight on a joe biden in the administration. but you also have to legislate. >> you have to make people's lives better. and listen, i think kevin mccarthy has laid out a smart plan. he's talking about a transition team and i think they're right on where you're at. we have to legislate and fix people's lives. monica, the commitment to america to me is what a headline, a kind of general headlines. we're going to do this. how are you going to do this? like biden is still the president. and so you always hear that, well, we can't do anything
12:59 am
until we have the presidency. well, i don't know if that's true. now you have the power of the purse start defunding. that is exactly right. so they need to when they come in, in the majority in both houses, they need to stop biden's destructive legislative agenda. that's number one , including all of the insane spending, feeding this inflationary spiral. that's number one . do not care about being called obstructionists. stop everything and biden can still do a lot of damage through executive order. but congress can put a stop to a lot of this and then they have to offer voters a positive, compelling reason, happy to vote for them with a positive legislator, happy warrior. so we can't be talking about 20 , 20 every day. we got it. we got to be going forward and taking this country in a new direction. and breman three words. you have three words to describe what's going to happen on tuesday. what are they ? ex-communist nation shock maga ,i can't have any words with the republican majority. >> we can pull back these bad policies of joe biden
1:00 am
congressional viagra. >> three words for extinction level event. >> all right. that's it for us tonight. thank you to this amazing new york city crowd. you've all been tremendous. i wish we had another hour. could easily do another hour. don't forget, get out there and vote either now or on tuesday. thank you for watching. remember, it's america now and forever. greg gutfeld , the gang it off that is . oh, laura . hello, everybody. happy friday and welcome to the number one show in
