new york martha and i will be tomorrow starting at 6:00 p.m. eastern time. we follow "the five" and it will be fun. who knows what's going to happen. a lot could happen. thanks for inviting us into your home tonight. that's it for this "special report," fair, balanced and still unafraid. "jesse watters primetime" starts right now. >> jesse: hey, bret. see you tomorrow night. >> jesse: for many people riding a horse is a wave life. if you live on the range, the animal can be yours most useful tool against the elements. you might really be on it to plow the field or maybe you need to get home safely at night. but, for some, horses are here for one reason and it's racing. horse racing is the sport of kings. every society loves a good race. and america is no different. the kentucky derby the preakness, belmont stakes all

draw millions of viewers every year. we can't get enough of the sport. the secret to horse racing isn't how you start, it's how you finish. you need to close down the stretch when the race gets tight where every head shake multiplies in intensity. you need to be hungry for the win like this horse flight line did at the breeder's cup over the weekend. >> turn for home and flight line takes off. flight line has gone right by life is good and comes into the panel for the lead. life is good trying to cling to second. down to the 16th it is flight line. it is mind tingling, jaw-dropping, awe inspiring, secrsecretariat like. >> won the race by a country mile. it was an historic beat down. the hollers track won't be the only place we see historic beat down this week we're less than

24 hours first polls closing in the mid term elections and republicans are charging for the finish line. are we looking at bun one of the biggest red waves in american history? well, in 2010, obama lost democrats 63 seats in the house. in 1994, clinton dropped 54. in 2018, trump lost 0. a40.all of them had higher apprl ratings than biden right now. what happens tomorrow? anything over 40 house seats is a big wave. the first polls close at around 7:00. and bill hemmer tells me if republicans pick up at least two of the three house seats in virginia that means we are looking at a massive wave. don't listen to the lies they are spewing that this could take days or days you know, to know who won. this is total b.s. a wave like this we should know that night, basically, who won the senate and the house anything that happens wednesday into thursday is gravy. the polls show democrats sinking and republicans rising.
4:03 pm
democrats blew every lead they had. 17% of blacks say they will vote for republican. that's double what the republicans saw four years ago. democrats lead with latinos has shrunk in half since august. meanwhile, suburban white women, a group i know very well are running away from democrats. they are tired of shelling out $100 to fill up their jeep grand cherokees. democrat are losing because they are not listening to voters. but don't take it from me. >> i'm a loyal democrat but i am not happy, i just think that we are, you know, we did not listen to voters in this election and i think we are going to have a bad night. when voters tell you over and over and over again that they care mostly about the economy, listen to them. stop talking about democracy being at stake. democracy is at stake because people are fighting so much about what elections mean. i mean, voters are told us what they wanted to hear and i don't think democrats have really delivered. >> i felt there was a moment
4:04 pm
where it felt like hey, maybe we can talk about abortion and democracy turns out that was fool's gold. when people are sitting on a white hot stove of economic pain they want to know what you are going to do for them. >> jesse: they are right. when inflation first started ramping up they said it was transitory and russia's fault and big oil and remember big meat? now they are out of people to blame. telling you to suck it up and eat chef boyardee. >> what do you plan to do help solve inflation problem. >> i grew up in a family where if the gas price went up the food budget went down. by this time week we would be eating chef boyardee. that's what families have to do. >> jesse: it's not just the house. smart money say republicans take the senate. winning the majority by 53 seats to 47. that's what real clear has it at right now. now a few months ago democrats were certain they could hold the senate so what happened? well, the candidates they are running are the opposite of what people want.
4:05 pm
let's start with fetterman in pennsylvania. democrats wanted a guy who chased an innocent unarmed black man with a shotgun to be their next senator. now, if oz had ever done that they would have made him wear a white hood during the debate. now, he had the lead for most of the race, fetterman, but now the race is dead even. and oz is surging and is now beating fetterman in five out of the last seven polls taken. that debate killed fetterman's hopes. same thing happened in georgia. the race is tied. walker was 6 points down in october. and the democrats threw everything they had at this guy. over $100 million in really dirty attacks. walker is running through the tape and reverend raphael warnock was exposed as a race baghts slum lord who hates crimes and has no answers on crime and inflation. mandela barnes in wisconsin is a lot like warnock expect he has a lot less money and no reverend before his name. ron johnson took the lead at the end of september and never lost
4:06 pm
it. he is up 3 points and has been up six of the last polls taken. that's a senate seat i'm not worried about losing. johnson is running the hunter biden. when he wins it becomes the joe biden investigation. the arizona senate race the closest one. accurate mark kelly has had the lead the entire time. blake masters, who we like a lot, never had the money kelly did, but is he closing hard as heck and is only down one point. with a lot of momentum. is it key senate race and if masters wins, that means this is a red wave situation. polling is tough in arizona for some reason. i can't figure it out. so we're going to have to learn a lot tomorrow. the nevada senate race isn't getting a lot of traction, but this is another opportunity to pick up another seat. adam laxalt is running strong with hispanics and is now ahead of a really lackluster democrat
4:07 pm
cortez masto by about three points. this race has gone back and forth since september with a lot of lead changes but laxalt is finishing strong. gas prices are ridiculously high in nevada and are killing the democrat there. it looks like republicans have momentum in that race. one of the sleepers is new hampshire. right? bet you didn't hear about that one the republican bolduc came from nine points from behind in a month and a half. it's basically statis particularly even. just a point and and a half behind now. if we are talking red tsunami, republicans pick up a senate seat in colorado. that's a long shot but we will know tuesday night what we are looking at. i see republicans holding pennsylvania and wisconsin and picking up georgia, arizona, and nevada. that would make it 53 republican senate seats and if we're talking blood moon type of red
4:08 pm
wave, we could grab new hampshire which would make it 54. big governor's race in arizona, our friend kari lake looks like she has got. this she has been ahead for a month and a half and ho hobbs ia catastrophe. afraid to debate and framed her opponent for burglary committed by illegal and she held a mock slave auction but the media doesn't want to talk about that only what is in brett kavanaugh's yearbook that's what counts. georgia's governor race stacey abrams career is over after tuesday. brian kemp ahead by about 8, has never trailed the entire time. stacey is going to lose and say it's stolen and probably get a job teaching at harvard next to brian stelter and bill de blasio. that's where democrats fail up to. new york is much closer than it appears. governor kathy hochul the accidental governor, you remember cuomo got me tood so she just found her way into that seat, she has been getting a lot of last-minute cpr from crooked and kamala and bill clinton even
4:09 pm
president biden. now, the polls say she is up 7. but this race is a toss-up. and if anybody remembers the governor's race in new jersey last year that republican jack was down 14 points and ended unjust losing by a hair. now, these polls always under estimate republicans so keep that in mind. crime is on the ballot here in new york and we hope the red wave touches the empire state. desantis is cruising to victory in florida. not even close enough to put there on the screen it's a run away. move over to michigan where tudor dixon is making this a race. gretchen whitmer is only up 4. but this, again is, like new york. it's a total toss-up. gretchen is an unlikeable liar with a scary stare and she can't even answer questions about covid. literally she cannot answer questions. watch this. >> i'm sorry, [bleep] did i do
4:10 pm
that when i touched the ear thing? it started to fall out. >> oh no. it's okay. >> jesse: so bad. i can't believe my ear piece did that. let's turn to tudor dixon. she is running for governor in michigan. hey tudor, michigan behind you there. >> yeah we are having a rally here. the energy on the ground is great. [cheers] >> this is really exciting night. i heard what you said michigan 4 points always questionable. we feel it. we really expect michigan to go red. you can see the excitement behind me. and people are sick of gretchen whitmer lying convenient that her ear piece went out. >> jesse: you got a glenn youngkin type of red vest there. did he hand that to you recently? [laughter] >> this is a gift from governor youngkin, yes, it is. so i'm wearing it tonight because i'm hoping that it is also a lucky vest. >> jesse: it's a toss-up there. anyone's race.
4:11 pm
it's going to be close. what's your closing message up in michigan? >> our message is parents want to have someone that is going to stand with them. i mean, this is why i'm wearing this vest, because it is very similar to governor youngkin's message. we have heard this from democrats. we have heard this from republicans. they believe that they have been abandoned by the democrat party. they want parents involved in education. but it's gone even a little bit further than what we saw with governor youngkin because now parents are so upset about this sex and gender theory in schools. these important graphic books. and the democrats have made fun of them. you have seen this the elitist democrats are making fun of republicans and they are making fun of even democrat parents who are saying we want a voice in education. that's our biggest message. michigan just needs to come back overall. we need to make sure that we reduce crime. we support our police. we bring back the american dream. make it easier to do business. all of those things resonate right now in michigan. >> jesse: how big are food prices, gas prices, is there still a diaper and formula
4:12 pm
shortage situation in michigan? >> yeah, we are still struggling with formula but gas prices are some of the highest in the nation so that's a big deal and gretchen whitmer had opportunity after opportunity to reduce taxes, personal income tax, give a child tax credit, retirement tax but also give a gas tax holiday. all of those things vetoed with no excuse. the people of michigan are saying we want a governor that is going to put money back in our pockets and take it seriously when we see inflation. they completely connected her to joe biden. she is also very anti-american energy. so the biden-whitmer policies are hitting michigan hard. she wants to shut down our pipeline and the people of michigan are saying no. >> jesse: maybe you can give her a holiday after tomorrow. tudor dixon, everybody, running for governor in michigan. good luck. >> thank you. we tell her she is nonessential. [cheers] >> jesse: say hi to everybody behind you. now, the media is saying that tomorrow's election is being stolen six different ways.
4:18 pm
>> jesse: well, america i have very bad news to report in less than 24 hours democracy will be dead. when we wake up on wednesday, everything we know and love about america will be gone. you should vote and be for the one party who still stands tore democracy preservation. this is how it hans. hitler was elected so was mussolini, putin, erdogan, victor -- this is the it can't happen to us moment. >> i'm telling you what i see here are parallels to what the
4:19 pm
hitler was. >> okay. >> this world back in the 1930s. east germany, in italy. democracy will be ending. >> they're only interested in power. and they are only interested and they will do anything to get the power. they are willing to kill, literally kill to get the power. this might be the last election we have in a democratic democracy -- in a democracy. >> america, it was nice knowing you. whatever comes next, absolute monarchy, tyranny, military dictatorship. we had a good run. it seems like the media already knows the democrats are going to lose because, remember, when the democrats lose, it's never their fault. here is today's headline by the "new york times." russia reactivates its trolls and bots ahead of tuesday's midterms. the trolls and bots are back just when it looks like republicans are about to win. isn't that coincidence? it's like russians only interfere in elections that democrats are going to lose. i read the "new york times" article to find out more about
4:20 pm
these trolls and bots because they sound scary and the entire thing is based off one account not on twitter or facebook on gab. i don't even know what that is. the account is saying mean things about democrats and it has 8,000 followers. one russian bot with 8,000 followers is going to steal this election. that's what the "new york times" is saying. but if that's not enough. "the washington post" has an even better excuse for democrats. voter suppression. early voting for the midterms is already at record high but republican voter suppression might cost the democrats the house. not record high inflation or record crime. someone, somewhere, can't get to a polling station. most dangerous assassin of democracy is elon musk. this is bloomberg today. will twitter be able to monitor the u.s. midterms with half the staff? i don't know maybe the same way we have been monitoring elections for years before
4:21 pm
twitter came around. misinformation is everywhere. the people most easily misinformed, according to stacey abrams are black men. >> we know that black voters are often discounted and unfortunately this year black men have been a very targeted top labotop for misinformation. not what they want but what they deserve. >> jesse: stacey abrams is saying black men aren't smart enough to know when they're being lied. to say that's not very nice. elections could be hacked now. elections couldn't be hacked in 2020. was that the safest most secure election ever. now politico is saying our election security is at risk. wait a minute, doesn't that sound familiar? >> in 2016, we know that russian actors targeted state election systems. >> when people say no votes were changed, it misses the point. >> imagine you go in and flip digits of everybody's address. >> when you prevent people from casting a ballot you have hacked
4:22 pm
an election. >> jesse: almost like democrats are laying want the groundwork to say the election was rigged. they are premature election denying. i think there is a pill you can take for that dana loesch nationally syndicated radio host. dana, if it's not the russians, it's the voter suppression and if it's not that it's disinformation and it's also according to stacey the gullible back voters who watch too much fox news. >> yeah. that wasn't really -- it was shocking and it wasn't. stacey abrams has been blaming everyone else for her losses ever since she started losing races which i think is pretty much all of her career. if you go back and you look at some of the gallup polling, she is actually -- it's not just democrats, you know, as a party that are hemorrhaging minority voters, stacey abrams from initial reads is also apparently losing the blake male vote. i mean, if it stays on trend, it looks like a smaller turnout for her than it has been previously. it's never her responsibility. it's never her fault. it's always everyone else's
4:23 pm
fault. here's the thing, jesse. they always say and we had meat head rob reiner saying people -- they could actually kill people democracy is on the ballot. james clyburn going to the hitlerwell, democracy is on the ballot. oh my gosh. democracy isn't on the ballot. number one democracy is the ballot. number two, democrats are on the ballot. that is what is at stake tomorrow. >> jesse: i can't believe clyburn is wearing an hawaiian shirt telling us we are going to be in a military dictatorship on wednesday. you think he would be tacticalled geared out if that was the case. he looks like he is on vacation. i can't take him that seriously. do you think any of this stuff is getting any traction with any voter at all? no i really honestly don't. why some independents are starting to break away for republicans including independent women apoplectic over the last "wall street journal" survey showing that wasn't just a fluke that's actually a trend. nobody is buying. this we can talk about and i was also jessly greatly entertained
4:24 pm
why the russian troll and bot account 8,000 followers account. it's not like these people have jedi mind powers. you don't need to see their papers you just need vote for democrats. nobody is buying this people are freaking out about how much it costs to fill up their tank and freaking out how much more they are going to pay thanksgiving dinner. there could be a shortage on potatoes and a shortage on a number of other things. nobody wants to deal with that before the holidays. and they definitely don't want to be lectured to about bots and trolls. bots and trolls aren't going to convince people of anything but what their price tags on the front of them. bottom line for this. democrats are afraid. they need to be able to somehow spin a way out of this. it always has to be something else other than their inability, jesse, to offer solutions to offer policy. people did not buy the pronouns. they didn't buy the arguing over race. they didn't buy any of this. democrats are failed to meet the
4:25 pm
basic needs of not just their base but the american voter at large and voters are going to make them pay for it tomorrow. because democrats are on the ballot. democracy is the ballot. >> jesse: yeah, i can just imagine you telling your husband, sorry, you know, i forgot to pick up the dry cleaning. it was the russian bots. see if that works. >> yeah, it was the russian bots that did it, exactly. nobody -- people aren't the good, the bad, and the ugliable. they need to stop. it insults the intelligence of the american voter it. really does. i hope voters remember that too. >> jesse: thank you so much. >> thank you so much i may join you. >> jesse: trick or treat we will clean up. up next, joe biden having some trouble closing. ♪ dry skin is sensitive skin, too. and it's natural. treat it that way with aveeno® daily moisture. formulated with nourishing, prebiotic oat. it's clinically proven to moisturize dry skin
4:26 pm
for 24 hours. aveeno® moderate to severe eczema still disrupts my skin. despite treatment it disrupts my skin with itch. it disrupts my skin with rash. but now, i can disrupt eczema with rinvoq. rinvoq is not a steroid, topical, or injection. it's one pill, once a day, that's effective without topical steroids. many taking rinvoq saw clear or almost-clear skin while some saw up to 100% clear skin. plus, they felt fast itch relief some as early as 2 days. that's rinvoq relief. rinvoq can lower your ability to fight infections, including tb. serious infections and blood clots, some fatal, cancers including lymphoma and skin cancer, death, heart attack, stroke, and tears in the stomach or intestines occurred. people 50 and older with at least one heart disease risk factor have higher risks. don't take if allergic to rinvoq, as serious reactions can occur. tell your doctor if you are or may become pregnant. disrupt the itch and rash of eczema.

4:31 pm
interview since a lunatic drug addict who talks to fairy and lives in a school bus attacked her husband with a hammer. take a look. >> i hear the doorbell ring and think it's 5 something. it must be the wrong apartment. no it rings again and then bang, bang, bang, bang, bang on the door. so i run to the door and i'm -- i see this capitol police and they say we have to come in to talk to you. and i'm thinking my children, my grandchildren. i never thought it would be paul because, you know, i knew he one be out and about. we didn't even know where he was or what his condition was. we just knew there was an assault on him in our home. >> jesse: we hope he gets better soon. but there are still a lot of questions that we have about what happened that night. like why didn't the most secure house in san francisco have alarm on. why did paul open the door and lung hammer man.
4:32 pm
why did step in fought over depape they knew it was a v.i.p. residence. why can't we see the body camera. why can't we see his rap sheet and why can't we see the mugshot in the "new york times" says you can't ask these questions. saying the disinformation surrounding the attack on mr. pelosi presented many of the standard elements of alt right conspiracy theories which relish a culture of do your own research casting skepticism on official accounts. you see only the "new york times" can do its own research. if you want to see depape's criminal history you are a tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorist. don't worry the "times" talked to a disinformation expert to explain why and, yes, it is who you think it is. >> information laundering is quite ferocious. when a huckster takes some lies and quite pro-cocious saying them in congress or mainstream outlet. >> jesse: that's right, neon that the totally unbiased mary poppins of disinformation. she says no amount of evidence
4:33 pm
be it police body camera footage or anything else could get in the way of such false hoods in the highs of those who do not want to believe facts. that's rich, speaking of not wanting to believe the facts, didn't the "times" run with the russia hoax without evidence for years? and if we were talking about withholding body camera footage you know from maybe the george floyd death, they would be calling everybody racist for not releasing it. when we want to see the body cam, we are no better than al-qaeda. yeah. that's what nbc is saying. one of the 51 intel officers who lied about hunter's laptop says republicans need to be treated like terrorists. he is saying propagandists might not supply weapons. they can effectively radicalize individuals and give them a cause to justify the need for acting out violently which goads foot soldiers to take steps towards action. this guy is calling a code red. time to treat republicans like the way the cia treats islamic
4:34 pm
radicals. blake masters are s. running for u.s. senate? arizona. he joins us now that seems kind of scary. are you worried about this now, blake? >> it's just so crazy, jesse. i'm not surprised that the democrats they have to lie. right? they lie, they blame the paul pelosi attack on republicans. obama came to campaign in arizona to try to reinvigorate mark kelly and katie hobbs' sad campaign. when obama came here he blamed this attack on me. he said it's republicans violent rhetoric causing. this i'm sorry, all i'm calling for is a secure border and can we fund police instead of defund them. schools that actually work. the democrats in charge they failed so badly for the last 20 months, people are mad as hell. we are not going to take it anymore. this can stop tomorrow as long as we get out and vote. if you are watching, you are in arizona. get out and vote for me tomorrow blake masters for u.s. senate. if you have friends or family in arizona. call them up and tell them to vote for blake and lake. that's how we save arizona and
4:35 pm
america. >> jesse: they are saying you are trying to destroy democracy, blake. what are you going to replace democracy with on wednesday? >> well, democracy is on the ballot. that's what they are saying, right? you have got to remind these people we live in a constitutional republic. we do have an important election tomorrow. arizonans have a choits. if they want a senator that's going to vote for wide open borders and illegal immigration and fentanyl. if you like paying too much for absolutely everything he you need to live. if you want your kid to be taught to be transgender. yikes, i don't know what's wrong with you but mark kelly is your guy. if you think you and your family deserve better, vote me in for u.s. senate, i will look after you and your family and we are going to put arizona and america first. >> jesse: does mark kelly love joe biden or does he hate joe biden? i can't really figure out what his position is on joe biden. >> i think he told joe biden to stay away. please stay away, mr. president he knows how unpopular joe biden is it's remarkable because mark kelly has spent the last 20 months in d.c. just rubber
4:36 pm
stamping chuck schumer and joe biden's crazy agenda. that's why we have an open border. two years ago the border was secure. two years ago inflation was so low you didn't have to worry about it. after 20 months of joe biden and mark kelly, wide open southern border, double dignity inflation. this is a disaster. we have got to send mark kelly home. >> jesse: what's going on with the border there right now and it seems like every day they are shattering new records. is there going to be a state of emergency declared? what else can we do that we haven't done yet so far? as soon as we get governor kari lake in yes she will honor her promise to declare an emergency at the southern border. i will do whatever can i at the federal level. i will grind joe biden's agenda to a halt unless and until we get border security. we will play hard ball in d.c. and i will support kari lake's efforts at the state level toe secure our border. number one priority when we take office. >> jesse: you can use the border security issue big leverage when it comes to big spending items.
4:37 pm
blake masters decked out in very fashionable attire. i guess that's playing well in arizona. thank you so much and good luck tomorrow. >> thank you, jesse. >> jesse: democrats don't care if the economy is terrible they just want to dance. >> it's monday night and here is what's happened. >> what are you doing under my desk. >> under the desk is kind of my thing. >> here's the thing, you can stay for now but when it comes time to voting you have to get up.
4:42 pm
>> jesse: big red asteroid is hurdling toward washington and poised to blow up the balance of power in the house and the senate. as i said at the top the democrats need a miracle to avoid this type of armageddon. they need a hero, someone who is strong and charismatic. someone who can rally the base and build a coalition and blow up this asteroid in the nick of time. >> press it.
4:43 pm
[explosion] bruce willis isn't coming to save the democrats. all they have got is joe. >> we put a cap of $2,000 a year on prescription drugs for seniors for seniors no matter what their cost. 2, 12, 15, people stepping on -- it's black, anyway. >> jesse: blame the black guy, unbelievable. en in the past month when they needed them most biden went where. oregon, illinois clearly deep purple battle ground states. real last chance to get the message out to safe democracy, is he going to be in maryland where the democratic candidate for governor has almost a 99% chance of winning, seriously. so, even big named democrats haven't won in a campaign with biden and pretty obviously why. even as protractors in the media
4:44 pm
aren't covering for him anymore. "the washington post" gave him a bottomless pinocchio all the misinformation he has been spreading. here the big guy's closing arguments are fracking. watch this we are going to be shutting these plants down all across america and having window and solar, we are also providing tax credits so families buy efficient appliances. >> no drilling. there is no more drilling. i haven't formed any new drilling. >> jesse: well, okay. that pissed manchin off who immediately slammed the president saying biden's detached from reality and those comments are disgusting maybe that's why fetterman wanted obama not biden to head the rally in philadelphiay over the weekend. by the way, how did that go? >> sedition free.
4:45 pm
[window bring on the asteroid ma battleground state and that's where the president is right now. >> yeah, it would take that asteroid hitting maryland to keep the democrat from running the governorship there. incidentally you should see that moe because what is the occupation of bruce willis. >> jesse: astronaut? >> no. >> jesse: what? >> roustabout from an oil patch. he drills oil wells for a living. >> jesse: we are not doing that anymore. >> hydrocarbon save us, the ability to drill a hole and put the atom bomb in it and blow up an asteroid. >> jesse: symbolic. what do you think of joe biden closing with a whimper because this doesn't look good. >> no it doesn't look good. i do want to temper expectations. i hear all this stuff we are going to win 40, 50 seats. remember this though, there is a ceiling to where we can get. in 1994 the republicans picked
4:46 pm
up 54 seats that brought us to 230. 2010 brought up 63 and brought us to 242. if we win 28 seats. which is the average for the last 80 years, that brings us to 241. the issue is we already have starting off at a very high level. 2020 something weird happened. we picked up 14 seats while losing the white house. >> jesse: i need to temper my. >> temper your expectations. >> jesse: when i said at the top that anything above 40 is a wave in rove's opinion what does a waive constitute. >> anything above 20. >> jesse: can i edit my monologue? is it too late? is this a live show? >> no. no. admit. think about it. win 20 seats. we got 223. that's two more seats than we had when newt came speaker. >> jesse: what's the margin.
4:47 pm
how many seats do the republicans have to spare? >> at that point. >> jesse: i can't do the math. >> 218 is what you have to be majority. let's say we get 20. we got a 15 seat majority. but it's going to be bigger than that. >> jesse: it's going to be bigger. bigger than 20? >> i have been saying 20 to 25. i was leaning to 20. >> jesse: talk to me about the senate right now. i'm saying 53, maybe 54. am i getting ahead of myself. >> you are getting ahead of yourself. >> jesse: come on, carl. >> this is the toughest class for us to run against 14 democrats. none of them in a state that trump won. 21 republicans. two of those seats are in states that biden won. >> jesse: make you predict right now pennsylvania does oz win. >> oz wins. >> jesse: georgia does walk erwin. >> walker goes into a run off ahead. >> jesse: run off. in arizona, does masters win? >> depends on how. >> jesse: don't give me depends, rove i need an answer. >> you are getting my answer. and kari lake she wins by four
4:48 pm
