in the house is up for grabs. >> brian: that means you have got to vote. going to hear from candidates in key races. marco rubio, yeah we are name dropping. lee zeldin who wants to be the next governor of new york. sarah huckabee sanders seems well on her way of being of governor of arkansas. j.d. vance also on the docket. don bolduc making history in new hampshire shocking the world is he going to go the rest of the way and then there is tudor dixon who seems to be rising in the polls with each passing day. >> steve: that's right. you have heard from so many analysts and pundits, we want to hear from you today on election day. so we are having breakfast with friends in four different crucial states where we will directly hear from the folks at those diners about the things that matter to them. >> ainsley: let's start with will cain is he live at the morning glory eatery that's in satellite beach, florida. brian, who is next? >> brian: you want to start with will. i like rachel campos-duffy.

[cheers and applause] >> rachel: really important races. the governor's race between tony easter and tim michaels really tight showing neck in neck. some polls even showing the republican tim michaels up by 2 points. of course there is senator johnson's race against mandela. an important race not just for wisconsin. if you care about uncovering so many of the things that happen during covid, the hunter biden investigation i would argue it's a race that is important for america. so, right back to you guys. [cheers and applause] the reason why he are here. second week in a row end our tour going to all these swing states the diners, the pundits, people on the left said this was jim crow 2.0 here in georgia. but the people in georgia have set records whether it comes to voting. totally dispelling that myth. and there's a lot of people that are fired up about this race. when you look at the polling data right now, it is no doubt that brian kemp is going to defeat stacey abrams for a second time. [cheers and applause] but one race that everybody is looking at is between raphael warnock, the senator from georgia against herschel walker. and it is a dead heat. and it's all going to come down to these people showing up today

[cheers and applause] i will send it back to you guys in new york. >> brian: all right. thanks so much, lawrence. there is a lot going on today in all these different cities. a lot of drama. i think you just wonder how long we are going to be covering georgia because without the 50% it goes to december 6th. senate race. >> steve: right, exactly. i think the governor is going to be pretty easy. i think we will know by the end of business today. but it could be a little while for the senate. >> brian: got that libertarian there got about 2% of the vote. >> steve: splitting the vote. >> ainsley: kevin corke is joining us live in washington with a more detailed breakdown of today's top races. hey, kevin. >> good morning, steve, ainsley and b.k. it is all over but the voting and the counting. and if the polls are any indication of what's yet to come, soon it will be time to pass the gavel on capitol hill. as all eyes now fall upon the battleground states with

republicans campaigning on improving the economy and, of course, fighting crime. but, in new york, democrat governor kathy hochul, who is trailing in many of the polls, is accusing her opponent, republican congressman lee zeldin of ginning up fears over crime. >> he has been hyper ventilating trying to scare people for months. and new yorkers are on to it. all these legitimate organizations have called him out for what he is doing. fear-mongering. >> zeldin's camp, of course rejects that alexandria ocasio-cortez. that characterization. john fetterman's senate campaign is suing to have undated and misdated ballots counted. even if his campaign release as memo warning of election result delays saying, quote: this race is close. and we should all be prepared for a process that takes several days before all eligible votes

are properly counted and the results are clear which, of course, halls many people worried about a 2020 reduck when joe biden was down close to million dollars but somehow found hundreds of thousands of votes to rally for the victory there. the buckeye state of ohio shades up elizabeth warren, the old beer and ballots trick where a politician looks to relate to joe's six pack by brandish aring a beer during the campaign in this case it was tim ryan of ohio, bringing out a can of suds during msnbc interview. >> ryan with his closing arguments on tonight's last word thank you very much. >> bring it home, lawrence. >> got charges we are going to bring it home. will. >> drinking a little light beer there apparently. in case you are wondering where in the world is joe biden, well he spent election eve night in the old line state of maryland where he stumped for, well,

comfortably a head candidate in a very deep blue state. at one point he appeared as if he almost forgot the name of the guy that he was supposed to be stumping for. listen. >> and, of course, you got that next governor, what's his name wes -- wes moore. [cheers] >> yeah, yeah, that's the ticket. wes moore. no events by the way planned today for the president or the white house. like a whole bunch of us he will be watching the results as they all come in tonight. back to you. steve: kevin, thank you very much. it's interesting that fetterman has now taken essentially the state to court because ultimately it -- see you, he is clear for now. he will be back in a little while. because state law requires a handwritten date on the outer envelope and the pennsylvania supreme court last week said you are going to have to set those aside and don't count them. here's the thing fetterman wants them counted because it's likely

tens of thousands of votes are undated or wrongly dated. and generally, mail-in ballots are used more by democrats than republicans, that means a lot of fetterman votes would not be counted. so owe wants them counted. this could be litigated over the next week or two. >> ainsley: a lot of people vote straight ticket. this time it's a little different because you look at your 401(k). you look at how much everything costs in the grocery store. you look at what is happening in our schools and there are a lot of people that aren't happy. they might normally vote democratically there might be a lot of independents they are voting republican in this election. that's why some of these are neck in neck. glenn youngkin is a prime example of that we saw what happened in virginia. he has been out stumping for many of these candidates all across the country. he was in new york. stumping for kari lake in arizona. he says that he believes the g.o.p. will regain full control of the house and the senate. he said voters are not happy and we need a different direction and that democrats had their

chance. listen. >> i hope joe biden hears this loud wake-up call that's coming tomorrow. >> amen. >> listen, we have not seen any democrat candidates profess anything close to common sense. [cheers and applause] and you hit it right on the nose. we have got inflation stealing everybodiens hard-earned money. they undermine our schools. they demean law enforcement. we have a wide open border. these are straightforward to go at and fix. that's why there is going to be a sea change tomorrow. >> brian: if that does indeed happen, people might point to the fact that the closing argument for many states including so-called stars has been democracy is in the balance. we might not -- according to some candidates, we might not have an election again if you elect a republican. even van jones came out, a noted democrat used to be an obama adviser i'm not too sure that's a strong move. and also there is a few issues that rotate here in new york. it's about crime. they say tudor dixon is making progress talking about education

conceal how extreme his record is, eliminating social security, privatizing medicare and cutting it by over a trillion dollars. >> brian: do you want to take on that cartoonish characterization of you. >> sure. i would love to. first, i have said that, you know, the abortion issue is a state rights issue. new hampshire has a law. the governor, the legislation the people of new hampshire decided that. senator hassan doesn't realize this is no longer a federal issue. it's a state issue. and i support that. i will not cut social security. i will invest in social security. i will protect it and the same thing with medicare. she continues to spend $40 million on lies. and the granite staters are aware of that now. that's why there has been such a huge shift in the polls. 11 points down to now 1 or 2 points a&e head. so, granite staters understand that she is not working for them and that wants indicative of her

vote and the way she doubled down on not even defending her record. >> brian: general, you have done about 80 plus town halls since you decided to go on this. it was a distance race. now it's 1 point undecideds seemed to be breaking your election. what did you learn after doing those town halls and listening from the guy that started to the guy that finished, what did you learn after talking to all those people for all those months? >> well, what i learned was two years -- two years ago, you know, we didn't have these economic issues. we didn't have the high inflation and the high interest rates, the highest crime. the open borders, to the extent that we have them. it's really unbelievable. and i have -- i have witnessed that on the ground with granite staters and i have seen my life and their life change as a result of these bad decisions. and i have held the hands of moms and dads wondering how they are going to put food on the table. how they are going to be able to

school. >> ainsley: i watched your debate with governor whitmer she said she only closed the school for three months. listen to. this ms. dixon said i kept schools closed longer than any other state that's not true three months. >> ainsley: she explained that's the months she closed the school or the rest was up to the department of education who happens to work under her. what do you say to her statement. >> well, we traveled across this whole state. we did a 10-day bus tour at every single rally that we h it was the kids that were yelling out that wasn't true. i was out for a year and a half. i was out for nine months. i was out for almost two years. so, it was the kids who were saying mom, how could the governor go out there and lie like that. it was one of those moments where people went we remember this person coming out what they could and couldn't do during covid. we don't want to go through that again. the fact that she would smile while she said it was really, i believe, a crucial mistake in her campaign. >> ainsley: both of you said you

are problem-solvers we will see what happens today. thanks for waking up early for us. >> thanks for having me. >> ainsley: you are welcome. check in with janice dean for fox weather election day forecast. >> janice: yes, the country is quiet. most of the country across the east coerce. a little bit cooler than it was yesterday. set some records for new york over the past couple of days. 49 what a difference a day makes. right? we are watching the west though. i am concerned with california and nevada, portions of the rockies could get feet of snow in the next couple of days. so this is the area of concern as people turn out in nevada. that's the area we could see some heavy rainfall and some mountain snow. we are also watching subtropical storm nicole won't impact florida today but wednesday into thursday it could be a hurricane as it makes its final approach towards the east coast and then rise up the southeast up towards the mid-atlantic and the northeast. we have storm surge warnings for some of these vulnerable areas across the east coast and even
