tv The Ingraham Angle FOX News November 11, 2022 12:00am-1:00am PST
12:00 am
the time we have left this evening. as always, thank you for joining us and making this show possible. >> we hope you'll say dvr. so you never, ever, ever, ever miss an episode of hannity for news any time. all the time. every time, fox news .com, hannity .com. and in the meantime, let not your heart be trouble standing by with these election results. and all the news of the day is why are you shaking your head? >> because i like your blue on blue combo. that's a very you're reaching out to the blue states that had perhaps a little bit better of a night than they would have had had. but that's very nice. it's kind of a cute blue , though. it's not a it's not blue . it's a tone on tone, which i understand is big this season . >> so i just thought, do you know how much thought goes into me because they're my jeans on , how much thought goes into me and what tie in that shirt. i wear their jacket. the ladies, i care for you,
12:01 am
by the way, i loved your interview with carrie lake. and actually i'm using a sound bite from your show. oh, cool. in my show. isn't that exciting? is that funny how we can turn things around? isn't that funny? i've used interviews from your show on my show because i'm going to do family here. i'm going to i'm going to do pelosi's clap to you. okay, nice job. i do. i do the clap. i'm going to do the let me tear up the speech. they're yelling at me and yelling at me. i got to go. all right. see, i'm laura ingram . this is ingram angle with a fox news alert from washington. tonight. as you heard, a federal judge just struck down president biden's student loan forgiveness program. trump appointed judge mark pittman ruled that the program is an unconstitutional exercise of congress's legislative power. oh, yes, it is . but come on , i imagine the line doesn't care. the election's over and the
12:02 am
free money goosed the youth vote enough to make a difference. perhaps it's a complete disgrace. and speaking of abominate the endless vote count, that's the focus of tonight's angle. all right. now. forty five hours or so after the last polls in america closed and there are still thirty six races, thirty three in the house and three in the senate, that still haven't been called, except in the case of automatic recounts, which are triggered by razor thin margins. this is ridiculous. and these obscene delays are having real world implications . now, we still don't know for certain which party controls either chamber. now, the house will almost certainly go to the gop, but the senate hangs in the balance. so whichever party wins two of the three remaining states , georgia, nevada or arizona, will control the senate. and we have no outcome yet in any of those. now, in georgia, they're excused, i guess, because neither herschel walker nor
12:03 am
raphael warnock received over 50% of the vote, triggering an automatic runoff. but what we're seeing in arizona, what we're seeing in nevada is unconscionable. >> there are six hundred sixty five thousand more votes that need to be counted. one hundred and twenty thousand votes still need to be counted in nevada. >> but there were three hundred boxes throughout this county and that's what's being counted right now. >> we just got that update from the clark county registrar that they have more than fifty thousand ballots that need to be counted now somehow we were able to become the most powerful nation on the face of the planet. by voting and calling important races in one day. and in recent history, we elected two democrats to two terms, obama and bill clinton twice. okay, under a system where we knew the winner on election night was fair enough then. correct. but now we're seeing a new normal of elections unfold every few years or in a number
12:04 am
of battleground states . outcomes are simply not determined for days and maybe even weeks after election day. so for the entire election, season, remember, the white house was issuing all these stern warnings about the dire threats to our elections. presumably, of course, just from nefarious mega mega forces. >> think of all we heard before this election about all the people being intimidated, all the people being threatened at the polls, all the people who work the polls. it was the first national election since january 6th. and there were a lot of concerns about whether democracy would meet the test. it did. >> it did. it did. it's amazing how the democrats outperforming in the election stopped all that voter suppression. now, the fact is they never believed any of their election hyperbole. it was just another cynical election ploy to help rally their base. we saw extraordinary results these midterm elections that no one thought possible. >> we got a result and we accepted it. everybody accepted.
12:05 am
first of all, the results are obviously not lingo like he's not all there. and instead, we have random announcement throughout the day which few americans can even follow or understand what we're seeing out of maricopa county, where they still have a staggering four hundred thousand votes to count when do you anticipate the votes will be counted? in total, those four hundred thousand plus votes? >> well, we have we will be going into next week. there's some one side to these. again, pursuant to arizona law. but i think that we'll see the lion's share here wrap up by early next week, early next week. >> can you give me a day? we're talking monday or we may maybe as long as you won't hold it to hold me to it. but i think that's what we're looking at this point. >> oh, why should we hold anyone to anything rash? nothing important about this. and the defenders of democracy, you really have to worry about
12:06 am
them because they're working very long hours to those people who are demanding that we work that that we move faster with the count. they are already working 14 to 18 hours a day. >> we can't go any further than that. we can't go any faster. now, if democracy is really on the line, like biden said before, they thought they outperformed, why didn't they have the infrastructure in place to handle this? >> hmm? and they were getting very snippy today. i noticed at their press conference. >> why is it taking the amount of time is taking that? i'm here to tell you, the goalposts have changed. all right. and the reason that the goalposts have changed is because wonderful news that we had two hundred and ninety thousand mail in ballots dropped off at our vote centers on election day. that broke the previous record by 70%. >> why didn't you have
12:07 am
the staff in place and you think republican governor do say would have fix this mess same day mail in drop off voting sounds nifty, but not if you can't count the votes again. not rocket science. now, i realize that they have to follow these idiotic rules at arizona has in place. but this screwed up system is so corrosive it just chips away at the public's confidence in inaccurate outcomes. right. they want accurate outcomes, but i don't think they're getting them. but of course, pretty much everyone in the press will brand any objection raised by any republican about almost any aspect of voting as wacky election denier conspiracy theory stuff. well, i say too bad there are legitimate reasons for americans of both parties to be concerned about how states that allow ballot harvesting, automatic mail in ballots protracted early voting drop boxes, flimsy voter verification or weak election
12:08 am
monitors, how they all operate it is legitimate to question it . can you imagine, by the way, if this script was flipped in arizona and the secretary of state was a conservative republican in charge of the elections and also just happened to be running for the senate like hobbs's? yeah, like governor katie hobbs's, obviously in nevada, where republican adam laxalt hopes to pick off democrat incumbent cortez masto. well, things aren't much better . >> we still have over fifty thousand ballots that need to be counted. those are in various stages in the process of validation before they go to the county board. and finally, ultimately, get to tabulation where we're able to read them into the system. we will continue to work through the weekend. >> oh, working through the weekend. well, that doesn't address the thousands of mail in ballots still uncounted. >> the majority of the mail should be counted in clark
12:09 am
county by saturday, barring any issues with equipment, with the exception of the cure, ballots with deadline will be monday. i'm right now las vegas in clark county. right. that's where it is . i don't know why anyone would ever be concerned with the possibility of anything unusual happening with votes collected from vegas. right. look, none of this should be happening just as we've conditioned generations of employees to work from home. we've conditioned our citizens to want to vote without any effort. and democrats saw openings to make mail universal. we mail in ballots permanent during covid. and of course, the press loves this prolonged post-election uncertainty. it's good for ratings and it's usually good for democrats. their ultimate masters. so right now we're left with a choice. we can either have a voting system with more transparency and clarity or one that erodes
12:10 am
trust in the process. now, in the latter scenario, like florida, half of the country will vote and have a winner on election day while the other half of the country will have to deal with things like what we've just talked about. beware what is already unfolding in the georgia runoff as well. democrats have announced that they plan to spend seven million dollars on get out the vote efforts, their translation ballot harvesting that will be funded. by the way, why does georgia still allow ballot harvesting? it's a good question. thirty one states allow the ridiculous process as well. but when we think about you just have to hand it to the democrats, they'll do almost anything, go to almost any lengths to maximize their chances of winning the man behind the bogus concerns over voter suppression has been at this for years. that movement helped propel the adoption of some of the obscene rules we see today. >> if the republicans want
12:11 am
less, more class litigation engaged in less voter suppression, i'll make them a deal. if they stop suppressing the vote, i will stop suing them for suppressing. >> i think we are one , maybe two election cycles away from a real constitutional crisis because you now have one of the two major parties in this country that is no longer committed to free and fair elections. >> now, so worried about preserving public trust in our elections. marc elias is firm work to suppress the hand counting of ballots by one rural arizona county. that county had proposed doing so due to concerns over the operation of the voting machines and elias one , a judge blocked the hand count there, and candidate and secretary of state katy hobbs. her name was on the brief. republicans, though, come on , they need their own version of marc elias. it can complain about him, but he's pretty successful. maybe we want someone is not quite as slimy, but
12:12 am
nevertheless, we need someone like him. for years now, we've been told that we have to trust any election process that is run by democrats, no matter how long it takes, no matter how many lawsuits are filed, no matter how unfair it seems. and the democrats rule is simple. you can criticize an umpire, a baseball game, you can criticize the supreme court, you can criticize any republican in public office. but you must never, ever criticize the vote count. the democrats are playing with fire here because no amount of propaganda will convince populous voters that the process in states like california, arizona and nevada gives their candidates a fair chance at success. and if the democrats really wanted to build trust in our institutions, they'd agree to more transparent voting systems that give us results on election night, just like we used to have. but they'd rather undermine the system and so they can improve their chances of winning.
12:13 am
it's completely shameful, but they won't change until it backfires on them. republicans need to find a way to make that happen. and that's the angle. joining me now is harmeet dhillon, civil rights attorney and chairwoman of the republican national lawyers association. harmeet, we just learned that there's going to be another dump of votes from maricopa county this hour. what are you hearing? well, the latest i heard is that i'm just reading from my notes at seventy eight thousand ballots that were just posted in maricopa. again, they're not really clear about what batch they come from, but we know that they don't include the seventeen thousand or three votes and they do increase. katie hobbs lead. what this does not include is the what you mentioned there, the two hundred ninety thousand ballots that were dropped off record breaking number of ballots dropped off in person on election day, the early ballots. now, that wasn't enthusiasm, enthusiasm for katie hobbs. that was those were catholic voters. and so we're really looking
12:14 am
forward to them finally telling the whole story in maricopa county. they still have over three hundred and twenty five thousand or so to go. and the numbers are only going to get better from there. and so even if they had dropped those seventeen thousand alone, that would have destroyed the lead that the maricopa county is artificially propagating out there. so we do feel pretty good about the top of the ticket in arizona. so, again, this is the gubernatorial race. and even though katie hobbs is now up, i think one point three , four percent with what we know right at this moment, you're saying that ballots that were brought to the polling centers on election day because they were the mail in ballots that were actually physically dropped off by voters, those you have reason to believe are going to skew pretty favorably to late, correct? very favorably. so. and the seventeen thousand that were not able to be tabulated of the voters who voted in person again, huge karslake
12:15 am
advantage over there. those have not been released as yet either. and i think that what's happening here is some petty little game playing by some arizona county officials. but eventually they have to release all the ballots. and when that happens, we are really very comfortable that our that our projections are going to hold. >> so no worries here. carry lake on . sean, in the last hour, she actually made a promise watch. >> but i will tell you this, when we win on day one , we are going to call a special session, get our lawmakers busy and say, let's solve this election situation so we never have another election where the voters of arizona are forced to wait and wait and wait to find out who won. we're forcing them to wait. and the people in this country, we want to know where the balance of power lies. >> harmeet, do you agree? is this unfair to the american people the way this thing drags out? well, of course it is . we've seen it time and again,
12:16 am
laura , and it all lays in the hands of the legislature of a respective state and having a governor who agrees. so, for example, in pennsylvania, the legislature, which is more republican , tried to pass election reforms to avoid the disgraceful situation you see in pennsylvania election cycle after election cycle. the democrat governor vetoed it in florida. you have a really great election laws. they include the right to absentee ballots. no excuse, but you have to request it in each instance. and they very transparently continue to post on a rolling basis every day when they get the ballot. so we all know exactly how how many ballots to expect in arizona. by contrast, you don't have that. we don't know how many ballots there are. it's chaos. they're bumping into each other. and it's like you said earlier in your open, laura , they're like as if they weren't expecting an election, like you knew there was an election. you're the most populous county. you were not prepared. laura , the thing that people don't know is that these election officials, they have a lot of latitude as to what they do with the funds. and so a lot of these guys are seeing themselves as like many ,nancy pelosi is trying
12:17 am
to boost registration and do all this pr. their job is to maintain clean voter rolls. and when there's an election to promptly count and announce the results, that's their job. they have one job. they're not doing that job. this is disgraceful. and i don't care if they're republican or democrat. it's disgraceful. regardless, because it undermines confidence in our elections. nevada people are holding on to their ballots for three weeks before the election and they can continue to receive them in nevada until tomorrow, like they have four days after the election to continue to receive them. that's where they hanky-panky workers and or the lack of confidence by voters in the outcome. so, you know, laura , one more thing i want to tell you. you mentioned that mark elias wins a lot. he actually loses more than he wins by law firm, defeated him very soundly in virginia. good weeks ago. yeah. family loses a lot. so does that mean you're his heart mate? does that mean you're our mark elias, that god forbid that anybody ever compares me to him and a good quality losing
12:18 am
lawsuits as he does? i got it. thank you, mate. you're the one person i really enjoy correcting me. >> we have different laws in the state of arizona than in florida. florida does not allow for mail ballots to be dropped off at voting locations on election florida. early voting closes the sunday before election. florida has a shorter period for voters to take care signatures. >> what is it with people with the name bill gates? all that's the maricopa county supervisor chairman bill gates. and advertently revealed the solution. joining me now, florida senator marco rubio, vice chair of the senate select committee on intel, who knew pretty early on election night that he crushed his opponent, val demings to victory. double digit, huge, huge win. senator , congratulations. were you surprised that that election official kind of dismissed florida like saying what? you want us to be great, but you compare us to florida. he was really annoyed by that.
12:19 am
he's annoyed about being compared to a state that counted seven point seven million votes within five hours. and throughout the day. i mean, a voter in florida, when you vote , you know, your votes been counted, you can go online and check to make sure your ballots and received and it's been counted. i mean, there's almost a month period for mail ballots that have to be in by a certain date, depending on the size of the county. most counties have almost two weeks of early voting. and then we have an election day process. but we knew the night of the before they had even announced the vote, the amount who got what we already knew by seven or five because of the transparency, how many votes have been cast in the state in florida? you know, we still have some overseas ballots. they have seven days to get here. but beyond that, at this point, there's no mystery. you're going to know pretty quickly what happened. and the key is the transparency. so you may fight about why someone lost an election or why someone won an election, but no one has to be worried about three hundred thousand ballots saying, oh, 48 hours later, well, we still have three hundred thousand ballots
12:20 am
that just came in yesterday. and another fifty thousand may come tomorrow. i mean, in the state of nevada, they're still holding on to some ballots. they've actually created like two class of voters, the people that vote under certain rules and then people who decide, well, i'm going to vote after i kind of have a sense of what the outcome is and inject chaos into the system. it's sad, but our laws in florida, we're not always this way. it was a product of trial and error. we had mistakes. we had problems in florida's elections. we had fiasco's in 2018 in broward and palm beach. county. but our laws have improved every year. and there are lessons that i hope the rest of the country is going to learn or we're going to have more nights like what we're having now in places like arizona that looks like a third world country counting down. >> it's just it's embarrassing . finally, senator , what is the rest of the country get to learn from what's happened over the last few years in florida? >> that the old republican party can probably win some elections from time to time in a few places. the conditions are right. a new republican party can compete among anyone, anywhere. it is a party that's grounded. the new republican party is a
12:21 am
party that should be grounded in common sense. wisdom should be fighting for working class values, should be putting the interests of americans first. the best thing i said this election, the best thing we can do for the world is make america as strong as possible. that's that's the best thing we can do for the world. and unfortunately, we have many people in both parties, but particular democratic party, they're constantly telling us that before we care about americans, we have to care about people that want to come here illegally. we have to care about what deal they're going to cut at the climate un climate scam and the time and again and working americans are being told we have to put someone else somewhere ahead of you and a republican party that fights for working people is a party that has a chance to compete anywhere among any group in this country. your your victory, senator , was just stunning and we congratulate you. you fought hard for that and you defeated a future democrat star. at least that is what miss demings is billed as . so congratulations and we'll have you on . thank you so much. now, could kevin mccarthy's path to the speakership be tougher than he realizes?
12:22 am
up next, we speak to freedom caucus member bob good, who says he still hasn't earned the vote. plus, why does the destruction of the nuclear family play such an outsized role in the future? success of the democrats party? some new data has the answers. stay with do we have operational control, yes or no? yes, we do. good bye, he says. there's nothing wrong in our southern border, but there is . the mexican cartels have the majority of operation bertolino. if our leaders care about the united states protecting american citizens, they would do everything in their power to take the border back for mexican drug cartels. fentanyl is the biggest drug that we are concerned about. >> border agency's nearly one hundred thousand pounds of drugs every single month. the mexican cartels also working with criminal gang members in the united states as
12:23 am
well to manufacture distribute this drug. there's nothing humane about handing our nation's sovereignty to a violent criminal organization. someone will control the border. it will be a us government or mexican drug dealers. tucker carlson, originals battle for the border streaming now exclusively on fox nation. >> if you lived or worked at camp lejeune, between 1953 and 1987, i never experienced any of these serious health issues, including cancers, neurological diseases, birth defects, reproductive issues or any other health concerns called the marine justice lawyers now or go to marine justice .com, the toxic water on the base may be to blame for your health issues and you and your family may be entitled to compensation for what you've been through. congress has passed the completion justice act, which makes billions of dollars available to victims of the tainted water. if you or your family were exposed to this toxic water, the marine justice lawyers may be able to help you recover a significant settlement with the right lawyer to help you through the process.

12:27 am
putting out an all points bulletin wanted leaders who are actually like the base voters they purportedly represent. okay, but too often we've had leaders who not only ignore their own voters, but basically despise them. you have republicans who want to turn back the clock on civil rights, women's rights, human rights. and i think that should be the focus. >> michael steele was the former chairman of the rnc during obama, but he's not alone. >> i think that you saw in really important races around the country people coming together to say we believe in democracy and a real rejection of the toxicity and the hate and the vitriol. >> and if donald trump until may of last year, liz cheney was the number three republican in the house, republicans now
12:28 am
have to fill every position in leadership from the house to the senate with people who have a proven track record of accomplishment and whose views are aligned with the republican base now. republicans always say they believe in merit and that people should earn what they get. so let's apply these principles here. you want to be in leadership, then get on tv and convince americans to vote for the republican party. don't be afraid to stand up to the president or your colleagues. don't cower on any bills if americans are getting the shaft. but you're getting some ridiculous promise from democrats that they never intend to keep and know that if you agree with someone like liz cheney, on policy, then you probably shouldn't be in leadership and you'll get voted out the next time around. so it's incredibly important that the right leader, someone who is america first, who believes in the conservative movement, is picked when republicans officially take the house.
12:29 am
now, kevin mccarthy is already trying to get the speaker's gavel, but he's running into the same challenges that derailed him back in 2015, the house freedom caucus. >> i'm concerned. think about this. since i've been leader for the last four years, we've only gained seats. it's the goal of winning the majority. we won the majority. i think i accomplished the goal that we wanted to . people can have input. we want to have a very open input process. we're going to have a smaller majority. so we're going to find that we work together. >> house freedom caucus member in virginia, congressman bob good joins me now. congressman, should kevin mccarthy be concerned tonight? is there rumblings afoot in the freedom caucus that you need to go in another direction? >> he absolutely should be concerned. >> his only priority the last two years has seemed to be able to get the majority and become speaker just for the sake of having the majority
12:30 am
and becoming speaker. he's essentially had a two year audition where he had the exclusive opportunity to earn the vote of the conference to demonstrate that he was willing to fight against the biden pelosi, schumer agenda. and he failed to do that. and all across the country, republican voters continue to tell me and other members of congress and candidates that they don't support kevin mccarthy because he's not a true conservative and they want someone who will fight. >> there's many examples in the past two years where he's failed to do that. when i came in as a new freshman two years ago, he told our freshman class, hey, we're going to control the floor that the majority number is so small with only five or six majority for the democrats. so we're going to control the floor because we're going to lead the fight. we're going to be united in our fight and over and over, he's failed to respond. our efforts to fight as a minority when there's no real pressure like there will be the majority. he didn't support our efforts to vacate the chair. and nancy pelosi was at our weakest moment. he didn't support our efforts to request recorded votes. he didn't support our efforts. to fight suspension bills. he has not support our efforts
12:31 am
to fight against the ndaa. >> when we had the leverage to block it as republicans because democrats couldn't pass it, that ndaa bill without republican vote on issue after issue and time after time, he has failed to support our efforts to fight, truly fight against the oppressive democrat majority. >> now, congressman, your caucus is pushing mccarthy to restore the motion to vacate . that's the house rule recently ditched by the democrats. it allows a single member to force a vote on the speakership at any given time. now, how big of a sticking point is that for your caucus? well, we yeah, we gave them a rules package. we asked him two months to go to change the rules of congress to empower women. we get the majority to change the republican rules, the rules of our conference, and to change the rules of congress to empower regular members. one of those being able to vacate the chair, a secure, confident leader, understands that he or she has the trust and the support of those they purport to lead. and they're not threatened by that. but that that was a rule that was in place in one hundred fifteen congress.
12:32 am
nancy pelosi changed it. but we want other changes. amendments from the floor of 10% of republicans support a majority of the majority rule where he can't pass legislation that a majority republicans don't support, that we get to elect our own our own chairman of our respective committees, that we have the holeman rule, which would allow us to defund certain agencies or departments or even salaries of individuals that are that are violating the oath of their office. there's rules that we want to change to empower regular members instead of having control with a few elites, the top, like we currently have in the democrat majority, we shouldn't have that under a republican majority either. congressman, is there anyone else whose name is floating out there who would want to be speaker? well, i can tell you that there absolutely will be a challenge to kevin mccarthy's leadership bid when we have our organizational meetings next week and the intent on november 15 , when that shadow to be will be to demonstrate that he doesn't have near 218 votes. and then and then that opens it up for anyone to be considered on january 3rd. and i think there's a whole lot of members of congress who will
12:33 am
be interested in being speaker once it's clear to kevin mccarthy does not have the required 218 votes. >> all right. well, we're going to invite kevin mccarthy to respond to some of your criticism. i look forward to hearing what he has to say. but, congressman, thank we're up to date on that now. well, up next, i reveal why the democrats are pushing so hard for the destruction of the american family. plus, a shocking revelation about the role the fbi played in january six details in moments, but that was and that was josh with grace. this is all you can eat buffet . >> a smorgasbord of all you want. all you need. did i sit at the wrong table? >> do you struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep? and i'll sleep? support has a unique blend of five key ingredients that can help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer so you can wake up refreshed. qnol, the brand i trust sunday

12:39 am
married women broke four republicans by 14 points. and while unmarried men still broke for four republicans, it was only republicans as only by seven points. but unmarried women, they went democrat by a mind blowing thirty seven points. joining me now is karen davis, editor at large of red state, host of the just listen to yourself podcast. kera by twenty ten . for the first time in our country's history, most households did not include a married couple in marriage, only continue to decline since then. so is this the democrats new , i don't know, soccer moms? >> what what is this? well, it's always been this way, hasn't it? right. with this in the black community, this was the democrats strategy in the black community that has effectively destroyed the american black community. and there are many people who are warning about those issues. bubbling up and spreading out into general america. and they have. but we've seen what
12:40 am
the destruction of the nuclear family does. in black america. and we also it's also not coincidental that black america does vote very heavily towards democrats. you need a strong nuclear family to have strong principles, to have strong character. and if you don't have a family that's providing for you, then you're going to go seek out someone to provide for you. and in the case of a lot of single women, that's a government. >> and former kamala harris adviser simon sanders had something to say today about the abortion issue. we heard for weeks at post, kansas democrats over calculated on roe abortion is not a kitchen table issue. and if you are a woman, a person with a daughter, a family, a man in this country, is a kitchen table issue for you. abortion is an economic issue and we are seeing that borne out in the data and the votes here. >> what do you make of this push to make abortion just an economic issue like a child
12:41 am
is just a no. >> it's morbid. it really is . it's very it's very disturbing. and as a black woman, to hear a black woman saying that basically she's advocating for fewer black women in the world. yeah, i have a big problem with that. and for since the dawn of humanity, families have been the key to economic success. at one time, you needed a big family to help work and support the family. but now families are the keys to making us mature, making us into the type of people who want to care for communities, who want to care for our schools and our government entities. so the family isn't just about a mom or dad, kids and people holding hands and maybe trying to do their best imitation of leave it to . the family is literally the basis of a stable and thriving society. so it's no wonder that america is in a lot of chaos right now because you look around in the nuclear family is in a ton of chaos. >> and no wonder it's a threat to the democrat party. kyra, thank you.

great to see you tonight. now, there's evidence that the fbi tonight knew about january six months before it happened and did nothing while everyone was focused on the midterms tuesday, the new york times conveniently dropped this piece saying an informant likely to testify as defense witness in oath keepers sedition trial. a man who served as the group's number two is said to have secretly reported to the fbi in the months leading up to january six . joining me now is julie kelly , senior writer for american greatness and author of january six how democrats use the capitol protests to launch a war of terror against the political right. julie, this certainly is a stunning little detail, lending credence to a lot of the work in your book. it certainly is quite a bombshell. the idea that the number two, who they called the vice president of the oath keepers, this alleged militia group that participated in the events of january six , the idea that he was working with the fbi as an

informant for months before january six is pretty explosive. and laura, as you know, because you and i have talked about this, this mirrors the gretchen whitmer said knapping hoax, where the top fbi informant, who is paid roughly sixty thousand for his work, also was the number two, the commanding officer of an alleged militia group involved in that case. >> and he used his position to lure people into this entrapment scheme. so once again, we have a comparison between the wittmer said knapping hoax, which involved dozens of fbi supervising agents, informants and undercover agents. another comparison between that and the events of january 6th, july. we're going to continue to follow this. and i know there's a pretrial detention finally lifted for 20 months when a former marine was in pretrial detention for 20 months after january six . that also happened this week.

the race. now, they're also talking about democrat governors or total disasters for their states. but, of course, they got reelected some wittmer and a new one. illinois governor j.b. pritzker. some in party circles have viewed him as a viable national candidate due to his strong stances on progressive issues and essentially bottomless financial well of resources. bottomless also could describe his favorite type buffet. wait a second. who wrote that? joining me now is charlie kirk, founder and president of turning point usa and author of the college scam, and hogan gidley, former white house deputy press secretary. charley, now, many of these people are the embodiment of big government. okay, speaking of pritzker, but it doesn't seem like biden's pals are so sure of his status as the front runner. >> you know, laura , when you said pritzker, that he's never run for anything in his life. no, i'm being mean. i'll stop. so look, i mean, when it comes to when it comes to joe biden,

i think he's going to misread the results earlier this week. first of all, it's great the republicans are going to take the house. that's great news. but look, joe biden, i think, is going to say, look, i mean, we could could have done a lot worse and therefore i'm going to run his approval ratings are very, very low. and i see this as someone who wants to take the white house back in twenty , twenty four . i hope he runs again. he has no enthusiasm, no energy. and not to mention republicans are leading in the national congressional house popular vote . this is the buried lead from tuesday. it's not manifesting itself in as many seats as we would have thought. but republicans in the national popular vote actually did very, very well. and because of weird maps and gerrymandering rules and a lot of other things happening in states , it just didn't play out. the way that some people thought and the projections. but look, joe biden running in twenty , twenty four , i think would be a gift for republicans who whoever is on the top of the ticket again. >> yeah, he's absolutely right. i mean, look, all these candidates you just mentioned are exactly the same. they all want big government top down control over you. they all want to raise taxes.

they all want to defund the police. they put the american people and the american priorities last. >> talk about kamala harris. she's less popular now. vice president than she was as a candidate. and she ranked eighth among african-american voters behind the fake indian, elizabeth warren and bernie sanders. she once called joe biden a criminal and a segregationist on a debate stage. and who's next? pothole, pete? he took two months off for paternity leave. while he was the head of the transportation department during a supply chain crisis. these people are in serious trouble. they know they don't have a vision for the future. and i hope every single one of them tries to run against joe biden. ultimately, in 2020 four, pete won't ride in the beast, the presidential limousine. he'll ride the bike. so that's right. all right, charlie, speaking of camilla, she made a mistake today. >> she spoke. you did it, joe . your work sent a message to the entire world.
