to the magic number of 218 for the majority and they are still confident it will get there. but joe biden seems to think that the dems may eke out a win. >> it's still alive, it's still alive. it still alive. >> judge jeanine: and while joe biden hopes for a miracle, the democrats are knifing each other. new york democrat sean patrick maloney is calling out alexandria ocasio-cortez in the wake of his embarrassing loss saying "the last time i ran into aoc, we were beating her endorsed candidate 2-1 and a primary and i did not see her one minute of these midterms helping our house majority. so i'm not sure what kind of advice she has, but i'm sure she will be generous with it." aoc firing back by telling maloney to "take some ownership" democrats lost seats in florida

and they think it's time to give up on the sunshine state. >> we won't lose that bad in mississippi, there's not as many electoral votes, but i think that it might be better off looking harder in mississippi than florida. i don't know that. just going on a riff off the top of my head, but it has been very frustrating. >> judge jeanine: okay, all right, dana, i will start with you, sean patrick maloney and i have been interested in that race from the get-go when he was in paris raising money on that balcony, do you remember that, harold? i was really upset about that. >> harold: you are a question mark >> judge jeanine: we did on "the five," you did not read the package that day. you probably weren't on, but he seems to be blaming aoc, and should she have done more? >> dana: two ways of answering this, so sean patrick maloney, he got redistricted and basically out stated a democrat and come in and loss to a republican head of the democratic committee and that's

really saying something. so he lost and it's embarrassing he also did not do well across the board in new york probably because of how well lee zeldin did because they lost many seats in hudson river valley and long island. now, if i were him and i had just lost instead of plotting my next political move, i would take a few days off, go on vacation, maybe go back to paris, just take a minute before blaming other people, i understand that you are mad, but maybe that something you do behind closed doors, because i thought that aoc's response to him was pretty good. on the other side, she was complaining about raising money, $250,000. if you look at the comparatively how much that is it's a drop in the bucket, nancy pelosi can raise that in 10 minutes, but because aoc is better at the small dollar donations like bernie sanders or even marjorie taylor greene, that's her strong point. i would say that's coming you remember when i kept saying where's the squad? they were very quiet all summer and all fall they were hiding because they knew that they were going to be blamed and now

because they are going to be emboldened if joe biden runs again where even if he doesn't come of the squad people are going to be -- what are we calling them now? the tyrants, they will be mad and very loud. >> judge jeanine: you know, yesterday, harold, we talked about the squad now having ten people in it and so they will be stronger and louder than they were before paired but to go back to sean patrick maloney, he blamed hochel. said that at the top of the ticket she should've been helping, some of the congressional candidates in the hudson valley along with his race as well. i mean, does she have a responsibility? >> she is a governor, she was at the head of the ticket, but the fight is happening everywhere, the fight between maloney and aoc has been going on for a long time, i don't think there's any love lost it just did not occur over the last 22 hours, everybody should take a lesson from the campaign. democrats probably should not

overreact even though it was a good night for the democratic party and they could end up winning outright majority in the senate if the vote counts as it looks like it is going to will lead to that. two, the problems in the country did not go away because republicans did not score the victories that they wanted or the size of the victories they wanted. what the country basically said was with you like, boaters forwarded the women voted for the poison they knew and on any new poison, democrat or republican, look at the governors, it was a great night for ron desantis, and michigan was a great night for democrats. the governor was reelected, the attorney general was reelected, the secretary of state, the house in the senate, michigan flipped. a lot of stories that have come out of this. if i were republicans, what it would be most concerned about is what is it that the country did not fully trust to give us the ability and the capacity and the tools to help fix these problems? and two, they need to set out some of their leadership issues

at the top of the ticket, but the presidency. and democrats need to figure out out, this was not an affirmation for the squad or their politics. the country basically said that those are two par to the left or the right, wherever you may sit, we want you coming back to the middle. and if you don't come back to the middle, we are going to put you out. we can look at some of these governor races or republicans who thought they were favored or having a hard time, we'll see what happens is the votes are counted. but i'm just glad that the country and the voters, i'm not surprised, but i am relieved and happy that everybody seems to have accepted these outcomes. and will now sort through and try to give some commentary. but the democrats did not affirm the squad's message and republicans did not trust you to fix the challenges. so if i were in congress i will roll my sleeves up and figure out how to work with the other side to address these problems. >> judge jeanine: the president said that he was looking forward to working with the other side, but is there anything in when you does -- has done to indicate that he is willing to do that?

>> will: no, absolutely nothing to suggest that there will be bipartisan progress going forward, i appreciate what harold said that this is not an affirmation on the squad or the left agenda, i do think there is a bit this week to hear from democrats and president biden in particular where there is an attempt to claim some victory. it's true that republicans performed below expectations, but that's a bit like the losing football team bragging about recovery, democrat saying they had some victory, we still lost power but we covered the spread. it's a bit of a loser's message, the bottom line is they no longer have eun unilateral power in the federal government. >> we now know that for a fact. >> will: that's a fair caveat. but i don't know what he expected. aoc is and into graham influencer, eight tiktok star, has no influence on policy or a nun on the politics and happens to be one of the big stars of

the democratic party along with two time loser stacey abrams and three-time beto o'rourke. >> dana: don't forget charlie crist. >> judge jeanine: you know it is interesting, greg, there she is, the star of the democrat party, aoc, and yet someone, may have been in maloney referring to her as a ghost in washington, not fighting for the majority, and iran's state law and lost to andrew cuomo, i did not say a word, just kind of licked my wounds and just moved on. you should not be moaning about that stuff, but you expect the party to help you. >> greg: what is interesting is she is completely ignored her constituents and new yorkers in general when it comes to them saying they don't feel safe. she just did an interview, what did she say? she did not feel safe. it was an interview with chris wallace and she feels that she can't walk her dog at night. and that's terrible for anybody, but it is terrible for everybody. so now she understands how her

constituents and how people feel in the subway and maybe that will give her a little bit more compassion for the people that are worried about crime. everybody is blaming everyone, which means it's pretty good outcome, right? republicans are blaming trump, trump is blaming fox, maloney is blaming aoc, aoc is blaming capitalism, msnbc is blaming white people. i blame brian kilmeade, dane is climate change, it's the will of a rich relative, everybody is a little disappointed in a little bit pleased, but you left, life goes on, the bright side is nobody is really happy and the only reason why joe seems happy as his expectations are lower than hunter's morals, so it's easy for him to roll along. rather than writing off florida, why not ask what can be learned from florida, we have -- states are basically their own independent experiments, right? you can see rather than national, that's what -- of course, so with covid and

hurricanes, what state did better in dealing with emergencies? you can see it is florida. so what can you learn about estate that doesn't have the layers slow-moving bureaucracy versus being a freedom leaning state as opposed to one that is relying on the type of control of government? that is something you could look at florida and go, how did they do this? rather than just saying -- that's their california! what he is basically saying, they are going to write off florida or new york, but you know what's coming you know, we are coming back. i would say that the right is coming back in new york and we have a lot to think to zelda and for that and that's all i have to say, judge. >> judge jeanine: that's enough. coming up next, president biden overseas and warming up global warming hysteria by warning the world of climate hell.

♪ ♪ >> dana: while democrats are bigger at home over losing key house seats, president biden got out of dodge and is switching gears post midterm with a trip overseas to tout his record on climate change and spend a lot more of your money, something only 8% of voters think is the most important issue in the country, here is the president at the climate conference in egypt. >> we rejoin the paris agreement, i apologize we ever pulled out of the agreement, and send the law of the proposal for the biggest most important climate bill in the history of our country. the inflation reduction act. we are proving a good climate policy is good economic policy. racing forward to do our part to revert the climate hell that the general warned about so passionately earlier this week. >> dana: he did not complain

on the inflation reduction act, because they thought it fueled inflation. >> harold: before i answer that question, the pulling industry needs to be held accountable as well, and i want to make clear, i will never hire poster, let everybody else run them and try to react, but they are the ones that tell us what the issues were and most important to voters and must be some misalignment. there has to be some misalignment, to his point, based on the outcome of the election, i'm not surprised at all that he chose to go to the conference in egypt and make the statements he has made. i probably would have talked as i have for a long time that we need in all of the above interview strategy and need to talk about ukraine and how we help lead the europeans off of that energy source, but i'm not surprised by what he did and i think for those that are opposed to what he was talking about it would behoove them and help the country, the democratic republican elect to offer a set of proposals and not counter

what he is saying, but say i can imagine anybody once the environment to be dirty, everybody wants -- we all have different approaches to how you do it, so author a different approach if you don't like his approach, but right now he is the only game in town, because it reveals just as he is wrong, it's not an important issue, i don't ever want to hear a person quote oh pole again about what is important. >> dana: we will keep that in mind because i know you will run for president. i was going to ask you something about some numbers, but they are not a pole. so they have 40,000 registered participants, that includes 22,000 delegates, 14,000 observers and 4,000 people from the media to get together every year to talk about something they all agree on. >> greg: exactly, no one opposes the environment, what we oppose is this. this is phony. these people love these trips. it's free meals, its free beds to breakfast and hookers and god

knows what else, judge, i know, it's disgusting. it discussed me. it would be great if he shows at a fraction of concern about the stuff we care about rather than a ferry in scotland, but he goes where the virtue signal gets the most payoff, that's with environment, gender, you can't be the bad guy if you go there. so it's very easy. you can smile because you just pledge american taxpayer money, this is a great issue for somebody like joe biden because it is a no-brainer. >> dana: i see what you did. >> greg: in your face, harold. it >> dana: they announced that there will be a climate gender equity fund. the world needs that. >> will: we have been seeking that justice. you guys have an interesting conversation that i want to grab onto, so first of all, i like how you said this, everybody wants a clean environment, and you agreed with that concept as do i.

>> greg: i was lying. >> will: everybody agrees that there is some interest in conservation, but that is not the same thing as a global climate change initiative which is a catch-all buckets that has been the use i think very successfully to control all manner of our lives. and that's where the fight, harold, begins, but i'm very fascinated by you saying you distrust polling in the wake of these midterm elections. i'm just asking out of genuine curiosity, are you saying therefore because of the way the midterm hasbrouck come you don't believe for example inflation, and crime were actually as important to voters as and that's why we got the results we got? >> i think that people have concerns about all of those things, would not have picked republicans, the four seats here in new york but for crime, but voters in michigan where crime is happening decided to elect the house in the senate to democrats, they had an abortion built legislation on the ballot as well, all i'm saying, take

the poll for what it is worth, that when people rely on them solely i think that's wrong. in advance the answer against. if you don't like it, i get that. but republicans i don't believe did that on the issues, which is why at the end of the day voters do not reward them with the margins that they wanted. >> dana: gridlock in washington is coming, but that will mean that there is not a lot that can be done to reverse the biden policy is in today they announced another regulation that they want to put on for the methane. and so that's not going to stop and those policies will continue. >> judge jeanine: i think that joe biden goes where ever he thinks he will be well received. and so within 48 hours of an election come over 75% of the american people think the country is going in the wrong direction, where the house is not settled yet, the senate is not settled yet, the guy runs to egypt. i get it. it's a beautiful place in egypt,

it is fabulous over there, i love egypt, okay, but the issue of going over there and saying we are going to give another hundred million to developing nations, another hundred 50 million financial support for other african nations, $11 billion to fight climate change in nations that admit fewer greenhouse gases when he gave $700 billion of his inflation reduction act that does not reduce inflation is to me and outrage in a country where we are suffering double-digit inflation in the economy is terrible. okay, and to let me just say one thing. if he thinks he is going to get any of this money passed through the house he is out of his mind. because the republicans are going to control the house. and there is something that jesse said several months ago that during the pandemic, and i have to quote him again, that carbon dioxide in the atmosphere hit record highs during the pandemic when nobody was

conservatives flipping school boards in nearly 40 candidates backed by parental rights groups winning 18 minnesota. what is eric swalwell missing? >> judge jeanine: what did you say, when we stop listening to experts? when uci showed up, that's when we stopped, parents are the ones who decide where they want to send their children to school, what they want them to learn coming events in them to a catholic school, lutheran school, charter school, jewish school, public school, you can move your residence to put them in a different school, i mean, we make these decisions based upon what we want our children to learn. and we will move because we don't like the way that the teachers are teaching or treating our kids. so the idea that they are in local apprentice and they are the ones who are going to decide what our kids learn is absurd,

because we pay taxes that pay them and pay for the schools. and they are not going to tell any parent, and i don't care if you are in a blue state or red states coming aside in the selection, parents are outraged. it's like mama bear came out and said don't you play around with my cubs. and that's exactly -- it's all about parents being fired up and it is something that i think it's going to cut into the indoctrination that our children have been learning and our kids are now the heads of corporations have learned for decades that we did not know about and now are suffering from. that's going to stop now. >> will: rolled, and will quote you, you stop me as i ask the question to dana, harold says he distrusts pulling, i think that's a fair skepticism, also that the left does not see that they are emboldened by the outcome of these midterm elections, do you think you ignore these parental rights, these issues if you are the left at your own peril?

>> dana: they won't because there are a couple of things, on education, they might try. the teachers union is very powerful. but they know now, we are waiting for are some results in california and i think those school boards will flip as well to republicans, there is also going to be hearings and the reason that i do think they are paying attention a little bit is because we have not talked about it in the show and it's a slightly different subject, but the white house did tell the head of the customs and border patrol guy they said, you need to resign or you will be fired, refusing to resign and they will fire him, but i thought that the border was so secure, what is his name? chris magness, he was falling asleep? in the meetings and everything, tweeting to us death terribly, but said for months that everything was fine and then they were firing him and said that everything was okay to education, it's clearly not end the task force prove that. the last thing i would say is that the biden administration knew that the student loan bailout was unconstitutional, they did it anyway. it worked for them.

they are people that were like, great, this is great. aoc praised him one side up and down the other, it will turn out to be unconstitutional in the supreme court will push back, the biden administration lead people along to believe something even though they knew what was unconstitutional and are never going to get it done just like they did with the eviction moratorium. >> greg: yet, before i get into my main point i want to quote what harold had said to me in the green room which is he supports eric swalwell, because "i hate children so much, they make me sick." >> harold: we will hold on that. >> greg: this is why the republicans have to cement themselves as a parents party, let the dems be the party of the government interference between mother and father and child, let them defend activists who push gender ideology in preschool, let them be again school choice and in person learning, republicans should be the pro-family party, because it is working when the left calls you

racist, what do you call them? rumors, even if it ain't true, because a racist stuff ain't true either. and finally, i do want to point out that we have to remind everybody that the teachers unions, they may be the most systemically racist organization simply because they are against choice. because that really hurts minority is it comes to having a competent education that sets him up her life. >> will: is this an issue where you hope that the left does not feel affirmed or emboldened? >> harold: from the standpoint of the statement of that i disagree that parents have to be involved, but we have to let educators do their job as well and there needs to be a healthy tension and healthy relat relationship, tension meaning in a constructive way between parents and teachers, republicans need to take a message also that all the stuff they talked about with education did not seem to resonate either at least for the majority of the country. if you look forward i did, but in michigan, the divorce family, they competed in almost 200 school board seats and only won

30. that doesn't mean to say that everything they are for i am against, but clearly they do not commence a number of people in michigan. it's california, michigan, idaho, colorado, minnesota, all led referendums to increase education, some are conservative, some are liberal, i don't know all the characteristics of how those went over or how they campaign, but they passed. voters don't when culture wars in their classrooms. they don't book bands come i don't think they want dishonest teaching and they certainly don't want their kids to be taught that they are bad, black, white, hispanic. there's a way to do this, great coming make a point i will go as far as the racist point about teachers unions, but i do think those who purport to be advocates for kids, black and brown in this country are failing them and have failed them long before covid, the quality of education that a lot of these kids were having shown was not the quality, did not meet the standard that we need for them to get into college, to get into vocational school and be of the country putting

things about work. the whole point of going out with people you work with is not to discuss work it's to find a common ground in your social life and to have fun and laugh and see them in a different light. and actually, we did that last night. we went out, and i hear you were dancing all night, harold. >> harold: if i could dance, i would do that, if i could stay up all night i would've been. >> harold: do you think there is anything about this in the way that they think because they rely so much on technology for their social life to be in person and being around someone might make them think that they only have to talk about work? >> will: that's a great question, are they going out with noncoworkers for after work drinks are just a post of socializing in general? i don't know, socializing starts after work every saturday at 10:30 a.m. right after "fox & friends." after work drinks. >> harold: i thought it was great we socialize last night. >> dana: that is not been my experience with the wonderful young people at fox, but younger

people are saying they don't want to come back to the office after covid, the experience of being able to work from home, so now businesses are trying to accommodate them and say you only have to come in two days a week, but productivity in the country is way down and the layoffs are, and i would say that one of the great ways to enhance your possible career, attainment and had to reach your goals is to socialize a little bit with the people that you work with, because you never know what you might be thought out for the next opportunity, and then the other thing is you should figure out a way to maybe you could meet somebody at the office, you could. somebody might like to date. >> harold: that's an exclamation mark. >> will: this is dangerous, dana. >> greg: why would you extend the workplace kind of sensibility when you can just go to a bar and made a stranger and have the freedom of interaction without worrying about hr, right? it's like if you go and you say, wow, you look great or something to somebody annexing you know, they go, it was after hours, but that does not matter.

besides it is more fun to drink alone at home. i did not discover this till i was in my 50s, but it's great. you know, like you don't need to deal with bartenders come you don't need to deal with people pushing up against you, plus i'm a little shorter than most people, it's hard to get a drink. but i am a lead drinker at my house. by the way, young people, not as interesting or attractive as they used to be you. have you noticed that? we haven't talked about this in the green room, actually how homely they are in poor hygiene, i don't want to hang around them actually. upon them disgusting. >> harold: it's not just you, people are acting more rude than ever before. my cohosts said i have been a jerk all week, and i think it's because i got a dog. and i'm stressed out. so i'm being mean everybody, when i say screw you. dude, i say, if you got a problem, just leave. there are other shows, go to those shows. also, it's funny when you watch people mistake other people for talking to you when they are on their ear pods and they are like looking at the -- you know what, well, you are stupid. yeah, you are an idiot. okay, i got to go. >> will: follow diane and scrim who does that to people. yet, get my face, yeah. >> dana: i'm surprise that rude behavior is contagious, because i feel like the opposite, if i see someone that is -- if somebody is being rude to a waiter, i will go out of my way to make it better for them. >> harold: i think that one of the things that they talked about was the fact that sometimes customers get rude with each other and that gets kind of crazy and that's what you see on airplanes. i mean, sometimes when i get on
